I went to four local Jeep Cherokee dealerships in the area and I chose the Napleton family because when I walked in my salesman JIM SCIMECA was very professional and made me feel very comfortable without any high pressure nonsense. He then showed me several cars and gave me the best advice for the what that I was looking in a vehicle and financing. Jim was extremely knowledgeable on the product. Out of all the other dealerships that I previously visited no other salesmen could explain these features nor knew this product better than Jim. I was dealing with a true professional. When it came to the negotiation it was very simple they broke it down in a very simple way without a bunch of crazy numbers to look at like the other dealerships. It is a very transparent and honest dealership and that's the reason why I moved forward with the purchase. Christian, the general manager, came out and greeted me. We went through all the numbers one more time to put me at ease, it was very easy to make this decision. After we shook on the deal all the other managers came out to greet me. Thank you Jody Adams and Doug Adams, Christian, Adam and Lou. Out of all the years of purchasing the car I've never had such friendly and pleasurable experience.

Anthony Noe was very helpful when I visited regarding a 2016 Challenger Hellcat on sale. I plan on buying a 2017 Hellcat in the spring but thought I would inquire about the 2016. The car was not the right fit, and to my surprise Anthony did not try to push the issue. This was the first dealer I ever visited and not given the "hard sell approach."I will be back to see Anthony in the spring.I highly recommend Napleton!

They were very condescending, rude, and combative. We hadn't talked about the price of the car yet and the sales associate Adam had come over telling me that there's nothing he can do with price and asked what I was doing. He was also rude in the way he spoke to us and condescending when we asked questions. We then agreed upon a finance option and he came back with a higher price. After we got that cleared up, we told them that we'd like to sign that offer. Then he came back and told us that someone just walked in and was interested in the car and that they're just going to see the car to them - this was at 8:55pm and the dealer closes at 9pm. Being frustrated with what Adam did and the way they treated us, we spoke with the manager Cristian and he said he was going to honor that deal and that he would find that car for us from another dealer and get it for us. Throughout the week, Cristian never called me back and told me that he probably wasn't going to find it. I asked to speak with the owner who we had met when we were in the showroom and they kept telling me that he would call me back as well. It took a week for him to finally call me back. He also didn't apologize for his staff and told me that he was however sorry that I thought that they were rude. We went back to see if the car was still there and it was, so they not only lied about that, but they continued to lie about finding me this vehicle that they said they would honor for me. The sales staff, managers, and owner were very unprofessional, rude, condescending, and lied many times to me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Doug does not help... at all. They sold me the car with missing parts and did not inform me. I found out when I got my first oil change. At 1500 miles I went to the dealer ship to get a tire replace, it had a slow leak from screw in sidewall. It took them 1 hour+ to tell me they couldn't help me, because they did not have my tire. So Arlington Heights Dodge said they would order a tire, and put a plug in the tire. The Technician was unqualified to do this simple repair. He failed to remove the tire and while trying to pull screw out of sidewall they damaged my VAN. Scratches all over! Doug told me he would call me when he had my same VAN available for a loaner. And he would get the fender repainted. He never called and later said it was in Pete's hand. When I finally caught up with Doug at my first oil change, he acted all defensive. Then on my first oil change I asked if they check and topped off all fluids, and the service agent said yes. It took them almost 2 hours to do the oil change and they did not fill my empty window wash fluids. Very Unhappy!

Car buying is a stressful experience we all have to go through from time to time. We were made very comfortable by our salesman, Tim. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made suggestions based on our needs. Once we made the purchase, the warranty was fully explained to us and all of our questions were answered. We were made comfortable in the customer lounge (coffee and popcorn!) The car was ready quickly and Tim took the time to sit with me in the car to make sure I understood the uconnect screen and all of the controls and features of the car. Since then, I've come to realize this may be my all-time favorite vehicle (a Durango). I see us returning eventually to buy another car from him.

Friday night, my husband and I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Jim Scimeca at Napletons. No one looks forward to the car buying process because it often requires a lot of stressful researching and negotiating, but Jim went above and beyond to try to make the experience as painless as possible. We really cannot say enough good things about working with Jim because he either knew the answer to all of our questions or found out right away. When we faced some issues with locating the specific car we wanted, Jim was on top of the situation and actually drove all the way to Kalamazoo, Michigan to pick up our Jeep and bring it back. Throughout the process Jim made himself available to us and called and texted us multiple times to make sure that we always knew what was going on. I would not hesitate to give Jim a call when we are purchasing our next car! The dealership overall was very accommodating and everyone we talked to was polite and attentive. We had a few miscommunications during the car buying process and Douglas Adams, the customer relations specialist was quick to offer a solution and make sure that we were happy. Before going to Napleton's in Arlington Heights I visited about 8 dealerships in the surrounding area. I was disappointed in the way I was treated by the salespersons at the other dealerships. Then I decided to try Napletons. I was amazed at how clean it was. I was greeted by a very polite salesperson named Lance McBride. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me what I wanted. He didn't try to sell me something more expensive or steer me in another direction. He also gave me an amazing deal.I had my one month old son with me and he even offered to find me a quiet place to breastfeed when my son became fussy. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my new car I was treated with respect. Every employee that walked by said "hello" and was friendly. Napleton's definitely doesn't fit the stereotypes given to car dealerships and salesman. I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to friends.

I worked with George Metry to purchase my Jeep Grand Cherokee today. My salesman George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thought out the whole process. My husband purchased me my Jeep that i always wanted for my birthday in March 2016. Robbie and Jody went far and beyond to make me happy. I was So excited. A month after i received my car the window power panel started to pop up. I had contacted Service and was told that i needed to bring it in to be evaluated. To make a long story short it took 2 months and 5 visits to get this fixed. I was told every excuse in the book on why it was taking so long. I was even told that the part that i needed wasn't available in the US.When the part was finely put in can you believe they put in the wrong part? I couldn't adjust my mirrors because they put in the wrong part. They never even said anything to me. I had to find out on my own when i needed to adjust my mirrors. I was shocked! One would think SERVICE would of figured that out when they installed it. So back to the dealership i go!. Sadly the same problem has happened on the passenger side as well. So i have been waiting a month for them to get the order in. I was told that it would be taken care of ASAP. So now its October.... I've had my car 6 months and been waiting 5 months for Service to get the parts repaired on my car. They do not care about the fact that this was a new car or how you are treated. It seems that they spend a lot of time finger pointing and NOT ANY time resolving the problem. This was a gift to me and they have made it so awful. They NEVER call you back. Doug Adams has stepping in several times to help at times because he knew I was in tears. He was wonderful but sadly as soon as it was put in SERVICE hands the ball was dropped and you are put to the bottom of the pile. They don't care if you have to change your schedule 17 times to get things fixed. They don't try to please you and make thing smooth for you. I was told i would have a loaner when they had to fix my car....didn't happen! Someone needs to tell them that they're a car dealership and to please the customer. My husband spent over $28,000 on my car and they can't fix the problems with my brand new car? There have been many times i have been in tears that my husband had to step in to try and get issues resolved. I love Robbie, Jody and Doug but refuse to deal with anyone else because of the way I have been treated. What was to be the best gift ever has turned into the worst. I actually wish it never happened!!

I wanted to share my great experience with Napletons Arlington Heights. Last year, 2015, I was looking to buy a car on Black Friday, but did not want to spend a lot of money. I found a one-year-old Jeep Compass with low miles at Napletons. They had the best price I could find on-line. So, they won the competition, lol. When I came to look at my future car, I was really impressed with the atmosphere at the dealership: everyone was nice and very attentive, and the whole facility was designed for customers comfort. Once I bought my car, I realized that there was just one key for it, since it was used. I was upset about it. Luckily, Doug Adams together with Lou Poretta solved my problem with ease. I got an extra key, programmed to my car, absolutely for free! Thank you guys for a great service and customer care!

I called the dealer to setup an appointment and was told the vehicle was available. I drove over an hour to test drive vehicle and when I get there they didn't even have the vehicle I called for. The sales guy said it was inside and that it wasn't out on the lot but we checked the vin and it sure was out there. Except the color was gold and not silver as described and the mileage was 55000 and not 87000. Then he looked at the printout in cars.com and said it was an error and the vehicle wasn't that price that it was more. So apparently they had three errors the color, price and mileage but somehow the vin number was correct. I stopped wasting my time with these people and don't recommend dealing with a dealer that just seems dishonest.

I purchased a 2004 Durango from this dealership. The salesman Quentin was the best. Friendly knowledgeable staff no games. There was someone else there looking at the same vehicle and he had first choice and they told me this immediately. Soon as it didn't go through with the other person it was mine the very instant it was known. No longer waiting dragging out process. The vehicles are very well maintained new and used alike. I would buy from here again and others should consider Napleton for next car buying experience.

Purchased a pre owned Expedition EL. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and courteous. The took the time to work with me to get me a price I could afford. Vehicles like this and the Suburban are difficult to find in this good of condition with lower miles. Before I found this truck, I had looked at several other dealers. Most were unwilling to work with me on price.

We found a vehicle on line and called about it to set up an appointment. After I arrived at the dealership it went down Hill! Before I took the vehicle for a brief ride I noticed the drivers door had chips and scratches, I brought that to their attention and they said they would take care of it.After I returned back from the test drive it all started to spiral down hill!!! The sales associates, one of them in training and one that thought he would play numbers with me just wasted my time. The vehicle was advertised as "Certified" but the sales associate tried telling me it wasn't and wanted to add $1,900.00 to Certify it again, even though it was listed as such on the car-fax and on the online listing. The next step was for them to "appraise" my vehicle. Of course they wanted to give me as little as possible and still keep the asking price of the vehicle I was purchasing at list and not take anything off. So we went round and round for over an 1 1/2 hours before I grabbed my keys and left.Then the "sales manager" called me so we could discuss his type of tactics. He explained to me that the reason I was put through the back and forth harassment is because that's the way he trains his future sales associates and everyone goes through the same process. That type of training is non-sense. As a sales person you need to be able to read customers differently and treat them as individuals. But I listened to his BS and I decided to give them another try. I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. What a mistake! Something was pulling me away from the beginning but, I just wouldn't listen!!We returned the next day to try and purchase the vehicle, we walk in and it looked like a college sorority house. All the young sales associates are sitting at the desks playing on their cell phones laughing and goofing off. We had to actually walk up to them and tell them we were there to purchase a vehicle before they even noticed us. Some of the employees were outside by the front door smoking by a sign that reads "NO SMOKING". This is a management issue starting from the GM down!! So the sales associate tells me the ding on the car and the scratches are repaired but, he didn't have paint for the chips so they ordered it and I could do it myself, another RED FLAG!! My wife looked at me like LETS LEAVE!! But no not me I still wanted to give them the benefit of trying to make it right. Another mistake!!We go into the finance office and everything seemed to be going quickly but then WHAM, apparently there was a "miscommunication" on the price and down payment! The Sales Manager had to try and make his point by YELLING AT US PARTICULARLY AT MY WIFE for several minutes and pulling out his cell phone and using his calculator and try and make us look STUPID!!The finance manager was so embarrassed that he eventually felt bad and wanted to leave the room! I walked out to calm down my wife and we decided to leave and cancel the deal.If this in my younger days the manager would have been seeing STARS!They actually did us a favor, we were so distraught and in SHOCK and couldn't believe the treatment we had just received. We left that dealership and went to another dealership in our area and purchased a BRAND NEW 2016.I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and the owners of Napleton should reconsider the type of employees on who they chose to hire!

If you want to leave your car for a really long time, come here. Everyone seems friendly, but the reality is the service is terribly slow and outdated. Making an appointment is useless since the operate on first come first serve. I actually asked their scheduler why anyone would schedule service with the ahead of time, and they admitted that it was indeed pointless. Oil change? 3-4 hours weekday morning. Tire alignment? 1.5 hours... actually 3-4. If you can go anyplace else for a repair or maintenance, go there!!

We found this car dealer on cars.com. We wanted to check it out because it was the cheapest in our area for a new Dodge Grand Caravan. So we called and we were told it was the last day of the sale so we had better come in to get the great deal. After asking several questions we decided to drive 100 plus miles to get such a great deal. So we made an appointment and went there. They were very busy. We spent most of our time doing nothing but with such a great deal I was ok with waiting. Our main guy kept apologizing saying he was helping others. When we finally were told our monthly payments we told him they were way too high and too many months. We told him our figures were about $150 lower a month and fewer months. So he went on cars.com with us and put in our interest rate, down payment, taxes and purchase price. It came to about $150 cheaper a month even with 3 less months than what they quoted us. His only excuse was the docking fee wasn't figured in it. (must be very expensive) Finally I asked for my trade in keys back. Then he said what if I came down about $50 on payments. I said no thanks and left. I wound up buying a van from another dealership and financed about the same amount only our monthly payments are about $4 over what we figured, not $150.

Lance was great to work with, straightforward and listened to my needs. He asked us what do we need to drive home today, I told him exactly where we need to be and he met and exceeded our expectations. Great experience and would recommend for sure. UPDATE 8.17.16-Well unfortunately my original review does not hold true. When my wife and I signed the lease there were contingencies on some OEM work and apparently the work that was agreed upon and was the primary KEY closing point can be done however not to the specifications that were agreed upon. I am heading to the dealer today to see what we can do to iron this out, more to come. I am keeping with my 5 star review as the OEM manager Grayson was great to deal with and explained everything clearly. I will update this review as it unfolds however at this point I am not nearly as happy as I was when we drove the car home. UPDATE 10.2.16-Well not sure what to say here, had the DVD's installed, appt. was scheduled, equipment was on time however the installation company broke a screw that held the back of the drivers side seat on, not a big deal right, WRONG. I (the consumer) noticed it and pointed it out to the service dept, unreal, do they not check their contractors work for thoroughness? Long story short the dealership had to order another part to put everything back together however huge inconvenience to u but the work was done in a timely manner that they did follow up promptly when the part came in. What I can tell you is that we love the car however more than likely will be heading to Fields when this lease is up and for all of other future purchases. I hope this helps and I would be leary of some of these reviews, they do seem a little to pompous for a normal consumer to write.

I found the vehicle I was looking for online and called the dealership. When I spoke to the sales staff they answered all my questions immediately and didn't pressure me to come in to the dealership to get details about the vehicle. When I did arrive at the dealership I was greated at the door by friendly staff and the car I wanted to see was ready for me test drive. My rep was completely honest about every aspect of the sale and I wasn't steered or pressured toward a different vehicle. I was looking to buy a mini van for a very long time and finally decided to do it. My insurance company (farmers) has a service to refer me to a certified dealer to get a good discount on the vehicle I wanted. I was referred three dealers, and this was one. I read reviews on all and this one came back with the best rating over all. I am always nervous when buying a new car, but they made it easy. My salesperson, Avi, was knowledgeable and explained every question I had to my satisfaction. They have a very relaxing waiting area I could sit in while paperwork was being done. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and made me feel right at home. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, no matter what kind of car you are buying from them. I did wind up buying the Chrysler Pacifica touring and it's the best decision I made. I would buy from this dealer again.

With this review I am not trying to profit or get something out of Napleton Dealership in Arlington Heights but for the customers that are shopping for a car I want to explain to you guys the worst experience I have had with not just a car dealership but with any place that I have bought something. This Dealership and company is dangerous and very manipulative and are all about ripping customers off. I was shopping around for a used car. My preference was a mercedes benz make and model. As I was searching for the perfect car that fit me, I saw that Napleton in Arlington Heights had a Mercedes C280 4MATIC. I decided to check out the reviews that people had left for this dealership. As I checked out their website reviews there were some good reviews. Google reviews were so so because they have a rating of 4.0. But I never checked the BBB reviews before purchasing the car because if I would have, I would have noticed that there was 6 negative reviews in BBB. The car was listed online for $6000 but when I went in and spoke to Mr. Irving Medina (one of the worst salesman ever) he decided to raise the price up to $10,000 and his reasoning was because I didnt have any credit. Mind you I test drove the car and the car was cold because it had not been turned on for while. Again we are talking about a 2006 Mercedes Benz C280 4Matic with 102,000+ miles. After going back and forth with Irvin about price being ridiculous Mr.Irving Medina statement was its about being a want not a need. So his idea of selling a car was being rude with his smart comments because he was telling me when you buy a car its about a want not a need. I told him thank you I know its a want not a need because if I needed a car I wouldnt look at mercedes but get something that will drive me from A to B. So since Mr. Irving Medina didnt want to work things out I decided to leave. As I was walking out Irving Medina walked in the Managers or finance guys office Mr. Ray Slivka and said hold on. BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE CREDIT THEY TRIED TO RAISE THE PRICE TO MAKE AN EXTRA $4000 AND USED THE EXCUSE THAT ITS BECAUSE OF NO CREDIT AND THE BANK WILL FINANCE FOR THAT MUCH. So my payments were going to be about $295 a month. So as I was about to walk the Finance manager came out Mr. Ray Slivka and said "hey where does the problem stand"? I said the price is ridicoulous for that car and you raised it by $4000. He said " Hold on let me check something". RAY went in his office for no longer than 3 minutes and came out with some other paper work and said " hey man I got the price down to $205 a month. After doing the math the car came down to the price which was listed before at $6000. I was like ok that fine but after 10 minutes I was like WOAH IN 3 MINUTES HOW TO xxxx DID THEY JUST COME UP WITH 2500+ less for the car. HOW DID THEY GO TO ORIGINAL PRICE WHEN MR.IRVIN TOLD ME WE CANT GO DOWN ON THE PRICE BECAUSE OF YOUR CREDIT. AND I DECIDED TO ASK THE FINANCE GUY AND HE SAID I FOUND A BANK TO APPROVE YOU, HOWEVER IT WAS 9:30 PM AND THAT WAS THE ONLY BANK THAT HAD APPROVED ME THE WHOLE TIME AND THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS GOING TO APPROVE ME BUT IT IS BECAUSE THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE AN EXTRA $2500 ON THE CAR SO NOW THAT THEY SAW ME WALK AWAY THEY HAD ROOM TO GO DOWN TO ORIGINAL PRICE. THEY JUST WANTED TO TEST ME TO SEE IF I WOULD FALL FOR IT AND IF I WOULD HAVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT NIGHT. THERE WAS NO OTHER BANKS IT WAS ONLY ONE BANK AND IF THAT BANK APPROVED ME FOR THAT MUCH AT THE END THEY HAD APPROVED ME THE WHOLE TIME IT WAS THEM TRYING TO "SCAM" ME AS MUCH AS THEY COULD. I decided to buy the car and at the price was included a $700 fee where they use to fix any car problem, but they had to charge the customer. When I requested to see what they had fixed for this car since it was use they refused to give me the work that had been done by them. I needed this paper to see what they had done. So I took the car and drove back home at 10:30 pm. 20 minutes into the drive with the Mercedes I started to hear some loud knuckling noise and it the noise came from the middle of the car. It was late so I couldnt go back to the dealer because they were closed. So I decided to take it to the Mercedes Benz Dealership for whole check up. After they did a check up on the car they came out with multiple issues in the car. The main issues on the car were INTAKE MANIFAULT IN THE ENGINE AND TRANSFER CASE ON THE 4MATIC SYSTEM OF THE TRANSMISSION. Other things were minor. The Mercedes Benz dealer declared that this CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. So I decided to go back to Napleton Dealership to tell them this car was sold to me in a non working condition and non driveable condition which has to do with my safety. This was within 3 days of buying the car. When I went to Napleton the used car manager MR.Lou Porretta came up to me and after about 5 minutes of conversating and me explaining the issue he started to yell and became very defensive and rude. HE STATED THAT THE FAULT IS MINE FOR CHOOSING THIS CAR AND HE DOESNT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY THAT BUT BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE CAR AND SIGNED FOR IT NOW ITS MY FAULT BUT BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY WERE TRYING SO HARD AND SO NICE TO SELL ME THE CAR BUT NOW ITS MY FAULT WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTTTT! After talking to him for about 2 hours of explaining that the car was sold to me in bad condition I couldnt even talk to him because he would yell raise his voice rude and even disrespect me by saying " sucks to be you now". LOU EVEN TEST DROVE THE CAR AND ADMITTED THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. "HE SAID THAT THIS PROBLEM HAD TO HAPPENED AFTER AND THAT HIS GUYS CHECKED THE CAR AND THIS WASNT FOUND THERE BUT ALSO MENTIONED THAT HIS GUYS THAT FIX CARS IN THE DEALERSHIP ARE NOT CERTIFIED FOR GERMAN ENGINEER CAR, SO THEY MIGHT HAVE MISSED IT. HE CLAIMED THAT THEY DO SOME CHECK UP IF OIL IS OK BREAKS OK AND TIRES OK THEY MAKE THE CAR SAFE TO DRIVE IF ONLY THIS THREE THINGS ARE OK. SO IF ENGINE IS BAD AND TRANSMISSION IS BAD THAT CAN BLOW UP OR LEAVE YOU IN THE MIDDLE SCREEN THAT IS NOT A RED FLAG FOR CAR BEING UNSAFE OR UNDRIVEABLE ACCORDING TO MR. LOU PORRETTA OF NAPLETON ARLINGTON HEIGHTS. SO HE MENTIONED TO ME THAT I SHOULD TAKE THIS CAR TO HIS GOOD FRIEND THAT FIXES MERCEDES AND KNOWS MERCEDES WELL BECAUSE LOU CLAIMED THAT MERCEDES IS SCAMMING ME BECAUSE OF HIM YELLING AND BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT EVEN HELPING ME OR COMING UP WITH SOLUTION I LEFT AND DROVE THE CAR FOR COUPLE MORE DAYS BECAUSE I WAS STUCK AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO. CAR WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. I TOOK IT TO HIS FRIEND AND HIS FRIEND STATED THE SAME ISSUES THAT THE MERCEDES STATED AND HE ALSO STATED THAT THE CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE TOO. LOU EVEN CALLED HIS FRIEND TO VERIFY THIS AND HIS FRIEND TOLD HIM THAT YEA THAT MERCEDES HAS ISSUES WITH THOSE PROBLEMS AND IS NOT OK TO DRIVE. AFTER 10 DAYS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE PISTON STARTED TO MISFIRE AND THE INTAKE MISFAULT WAS BAD. I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO GIVE IT BACK AND GET ANOTHER CAR AND THE DEALER TOLD ME WAIT UNTIL WE FIND A CAR FOR ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY. AFTER I WENT BACK COUPLE DAYS LATER THEY HAD VW CC AND ASKED THEM FOR THE PRICE AND ASKED MR. ROB FOR THE PRICE OF THE CAR BECAUSE IT WASNT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AND HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR IS BETWEEN 14,000-15,000. The thing is that they also had a nissan that was in their stock that I believe they were trying to get rid of and sell so they were forcing me in this car. Anytime I would ask for another car and the price of that car they would say not for you because it to high for you and the bank wont approve more than $13,000 but the nissan was the only one for me. COME TO FIND OUT I CHECK ONLINE 2 DAYS LATER THE VW CC IS $10,000 AFTER I HAD BEEN SUCKED IN THE NISSAN ALTIMA THAT I AM DRIVING NOW. THE ALTIMA COST ME $13,000, AND WITH INTEREST $17,000. YET THE VW CC THAT IS $10,000 WAS NOT FOR ME BECAUSE THE BANK WOULDNT APPROVE LESS BECAUSE NAPLETON AND LOU WANTED TO GET RID OF NISSAN BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SEATING IN THERE LOT FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN WHICH IS KNOWN THAT DEALERS LOSE VALUE ON THE CAR IF THEY SEAT MORE THAN 30 DAYS. SO LONG STORY SHORT I GOT SCAMMED INTO THE NISSAN ALTIMA. MORAL OF THIS IS1. SCAMMED INTO BAD MERCEDES WITH MAJOR ISSUES ENGINE AND TRASMISSION2. I WAS LIED ABOUT PRICING IN THE BEGINNING BECAUSE OF NO CREDIT3. EMPLOYEES LIKE LOU PORRETTA AND IRVING MEDINA SCAMMED ME INTO BELEIVING THE MERCEDES IS OK4. RAY THE FINANCE GUY TRIED TO RAISE THE PRICE TO MAKE MONEY FOR THE COMPANY OR MAKE HIS COMMISSION BUT WHEN I WALKED HE CAME BACK TO NORMAL PRICE5. LIED PRICING OF ANOTHER CAR I LIKED SO THEY CAN GET ME STUCK WITH NISSAN THAT THEY NEEDED TO SELL***** IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED GO HERE. IF YOU WANT A GOOD CAR AND LOOKING FOR SOMETHING YOU LIKE AND WANT TO BE HELPED DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE TROUBLE, LIARS, CHEATERS, SCAMMERS. I THINK THIS WHOLE COMPANY OF NAPLETON IS A SCAMMING COMPANY READ BBB. TRUST ME IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND THEY WILL GET YOU IN A CAR THAT IS NOT SAFE NOT DRIVEABLE.*****

My wife and I bought the brand new 2017 Pacifica a few weeks ago. This is by far the fastest car buying experience for us. Every process was quick and easy. The only reason that I did give them the 5 stars was due to the fact that we had couple of surprises at the end (Delivery charge was not part of the agree upon price and the all weather mats were not original from Mopar). If both of these information were clearly stated from the beginning, the experience would be a 5 stars. Overall people are friendly and facility is clean.

Do your homework! Is this day and age it is so much easier to be prepared. I dealt with Lance at Napleton's and had a successful buying experience. I had walked out of a nearby Dodge dealer because the salesman got visibly upset, because when we negotiated a price and it was higher due to incentives that I did not qualify for, I asked to call my wife to make sure she was ok with proceeding so I went to Napleton's. I needed a Durango with a hitch. They has one on the floor. The one had looked at before was the base model. I did not think we could negotiate to a workable price. The price did not start out any where close to what I thought it should be and the trade was lower then what I had been offered. But, after talking numbers else where I knew where it should be. It was the typical thing where Lance went to some room and talked, then came back. I did eventually think we were done. He told me give me a number, a final number, I did and made it clear I was not budging from there. They accepted. It is the second biggest purchase you will make after buying a house, do your research and this dealership will deal with you. They will try and make money on the sale, it is commission job, you cannot fault them for that.

Then a manager promised to find another car with that features and he contacted us. But! They tried to sell the SAME car but more expensive!!! They think it's a good deal! It's a cheap marketing methods. They waste your time with pleasure and think we all are stupid. Not recommend at all!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!! If I could give them Zero Stars I would. My girlfriend and I have been shopping for a few weeks for an SUV. After searching we came across a used Jeep Cherokee Sport on their website for $20,580. In looking further, we found a brand new Jeep of the same make and it was priced at $20940. I called the dealer and spoke with Lucas 3 times about the new vehicle, specifically asking if the price on the website included any incentives. I was told on all 3 times that no it did not and that it was the actual price. I specifically asked if the $7000 savings on the website included incentives, I was told no. I asked if he was sure, he said he would check and call me back. When calling me back he again confirmed that it was the price and that incentives were not included. We went to the dealer, which was an hour from where we live to look at both vehicles. When we sat down to discuss the pricing we were told that Yes the price did include incentives and the price of the new vehicle was indeed $22,998. Mind you I took extremely detailed notes of each time I spoke with Lucas. When Cristian came over, he immediately looked at my printout and pointed to the size 2 type at the bottom of the internet page and says See, it says right here by the asterisk that the price includes incentives. As I pointed out to him, there is no Asterisk by the word Savings on the website, it is only located where they have the estimated payments. So after 30 minutes of going back and forth, the salesperson pulls up the used vehicle we were looking at. He proceeds to add $710 to the price of the used vehicle and says that this is for the "Pre-Certification Cost" of the Union Mechanics to check the vehicle. Mind you, the used vehicle had only 2700 miles on it and it was used for a Service Loaner. Between my girlfriend and I we have purchased several pre-certified vehicles and we have NEVER been up-charged for the pre-certification. You would think after the Fiasco of the new car pricing you wouldn't try and up-charge on a used car right in front of the customer!! If you are going to advertise a price, advertise it correctly. This was clearly a Bait and Switch tactic to get us into the dealership. We were ready to purchase a vehicle when we walked in, guess they weren't interested in honoring their deceptive internet advertising. We got up and left. I will never visit this dealership again!!!

I went to Napleton's Arlington Heights and purchased my used (practically brand new) fully -loaded 2015 Jeep Cherokee and had an experience better than I could have ever imagined! Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and treated me like family. Buying a car, especially buying a new car for the first time is overwhelming, but Lou and his team made it out to be a smooth process and a piece of cake! Lou set me up with the best salesman and finance guy (the dream team) to get me to drive off the lot with a car that I am still in love with to this day! They knew exactly what car and color car to show me, and I just sat there smiling from ear to ear while I waited to sign the paperwork. Jokers. Stay away. Service department is not there to help you. I'm working with Chrysler directly on my own for warranty resolution on something now. This is far from my only issue. How about the time I took it in prior to a road trip for an oil change. Didn't find out until after returning that the filter was not tight (oil in driveway). Dealership advised they tightened it...and topped off. Got home and checked the oil...still low!! (2 quarts!!) Seriously, stay away. I had trouble in service with both the adviser Jerome and Director of Service...Pete Sidorowicz. Do what I should have done in the first place and buy from Field's Jeep. Seriously, stay away.

Mario was AMAZING! I came in close to opening time as I had an appointment. I told him the specific car I was looking for, they did not have that particular car, but Mario got me the car closest to the one I was looking for. Worst experience I've had at a dealership, ZERO CUSTUMER SERVICES, I was planning to buy the Cherokee 2015 I asked for the price, and the seller answer me "I don't wanna give you the price" are you kidding me? what kind of customer service is this? he was very rude and I never understand, he treated me as if he was doing me a favor


Manager cares about customer satisfaction.

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Had several hiccups in the beginning. The manager was able to rectify and fix the issues in a professional manner.

This dealership is always a pleasure to deal with .Polite and knowledgable staff, always eager to please .Brought my 2015 Journey in for a routine oil change on April 9th ,Ryan Kelly the service advisor was very helpful.He pointed out a service recall on the spot , took care of my oil change and a multi point inspection .At the end of it all , I was told by Ryan that he had taken care of my oil change at no charge as a customer loyalty oil change.Great job & Thank you Mark U

I had worked with Q and George who were very good. Q was really friendly and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at. George was really patient with me with discussing final payment options. I would call with different options for a car/price and he'd listen with no problem. We finally were able to find the right fit for car and price. The Jeep was ordered for me which they were able to get in within a day. Thank again!

From the second I walked in the door I was well taken care of. No pressure to buy anything and Robbie Adams worked with me with what I was looking for. When I decided to test drive the Tahoe he took the time and explained to me all the features in the car. After the test ride I decided to purchase the Tahoe and the rest of the process was smooth. When I look for my next car this will be the first place I will go.

I had bought a dodge charger from a corner street car lot. exactly 6 months later i had to replace the engine. not to mention about another 2 grand in other parts and need for this car after all the money i had put into this car I could not figure out why I could not get it to pass emissions. So my car was sent over to Napleton Dodge to be examined of why my check engine light would not go off after all the repairs I had made to this charger ($7,000 worth) the car cost was 10,000. I had an awesome service guy by the name of Eric who kindly told me I needed an intake manifold and that was only the start of my issues..I was so distraught he directed me to the general manager Jody which by the way is amazing! Jody listened to my troubles I was having with my dodge and turned around and introduced me to my salesman Anthony Noe. Anthony, Jody and my awesome finance manager Joe worked hard to not only put put in a new car but put me in a car Im comfortable in!!! I told them exactly what I needed in a car and they made all of it happen! I am so happy in my 2016 Patriot. I will definitely come back should I ever need to purchase another car and I would definitely send all my friends to them as well. I had such a great experience I cant thank them enough!!!! Waste of time. laughable dealer.I called in the morning to find out whether the car that interests me is in stock. seller said that everything is on the internet (price, color)you can come and watch.After arriving and waiting forty minutes it turned out that no cars will be on Monday.The seller was talking with a co-worker did not want to let us immediately inform when I went up to him, only then announced that the car will be on Monday.I not even heard SORRY.Stay away from such dealers.
