The finance people helped by getting us a great rate and being able to add an extended warranty into the loan when it did not look like that could happen. Had a smog check scheduled for Sat. morning. Problem, no mechanic is schedule to work that day. Arelia (spelling) made an effort to have the smog done by outside venders. But none were available. She ask if one of the mechanics to come in and get mine done. WOW. I travel extensively with my truck for work and time was an issue to get this done. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I called Glenn Ross and told him what I wanted. The vehicle was in Fresno and he told me it would be there the next day. It was but was very scratched and he told me he could not and would not sell it to me. He found me another and we made a deal. He took all my info over the phone and the next day I picked up the vehicle. My wife is thrilled as well as myself. Very easy. Glenn is a pro and this is my 5th car I have bought from him. i was offered a great deal for the "works" for my diesel truck back in July. the coupon had no expiration and i brought it in with me and the service dept honored it. the mechanic looked at a few extra issues that i asked for because the truck had been on a long rough trip. the truck runs noticeably better and i was, as always treated very well. although i miss Tim, i thoroughly enjoy dealing with Arielle and Victor.
Going the extra mile
Had a problem with my brakes. Areli was able to not only look up my information, she looked up the part on my car and was able to find an extended warranty so that I didn't have to pay a dime. She estimated that it might be 3 days before they could get my car in to work on, as they were really busy, but the warranty covered a rental, which she made all the arrangements for. They were able to get my car in the next day, and it runs beautifully. The customer service at this dealership has always been top notch in all my dealings with not only the service department but the sales staff also. Great bunch of people.

I began my experience by receiving an online quote from Jefrey Mihedji. He was very responsive as we emailed each other back and forth. I ended up coming in for a test drive. Jefrey listened to what I was looking for and provided me feedback and other options that suited my needs. Service Adviser Tim Clawson was particularly helpful when he arraigned a meeting with my truck's mechanic and I to discuss and review the circumstances of an unusual repair (to me, anyway). No negative experiences on the part of the dealership, although my insurance provider did drop the ball when it came to paying for part of the repair relative to an insurance claim. This caused some confusion between Tim and I, but they simply provided a payment check upon inspecting the final billing the next day.

Amazing service
I came in after service dept had closed for the day with a broken window/door mechanism that had just broken. The staff was great, since my car needed to stay overnight (as the window could not be raised) and it was supposed to rain; they put my car into their service area. I live in sonoma, so I needed a rental car; they set up a rental car with an agency 3 doors down the street and with a discount. I was lucky they did as with the Superbowl starting soon, most rental cars are at the SF airport and few are left for locals. (per the rental car agency) They finished the repair quickly the following day and did an inspection as well, which was timely for me as my battery was going as well. We bought a 2016 Ford F-250 XLT Crew Cab. First, we felt comfortable the first day we walked into the dealership. It was warm and inviting. Our salesman (Jefrey Mihedji) was very professional, respectful of our time, knowledgeable and kind. He showed us what we were looking for and did not pressure us in anyway. After we test drove the vehicle, he provided us with an appraisal for our trade-in and price for the vehicle we were interested in. We told him thanks and we were going to look at other Dealerships for the same vehicle. He said he understood and to give him a chance make a good deal with us. We came back the next day and made an offer on the vehicle we test drove. Jefrey kept his word and made us a great deal! It was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. As a result of this great service and experience, we are contemplating trading in our car and purchasing a CPO Ford Fusion.

The experience is always good, some times the repairs take a little longer than expected but you cant always have all the parts in stock especially when its a brand new car. The repair is a step by step issues it appears with the escape. the stereo has not worked correctly since day one this is the 2nd time I have brought it in the XM always stops and starts again, they have tried resetting the system then the antenna now they are replacing the stereo I think I'm not really sure I hope it fixes it,
preventative maintenance.
Diaspointed they didn't clean battery corrosion from hold downs while installing two new batteries, disappointed in lack of detail.

I went it to look at a car not knowing what I was looking for and Jeffrey came out and talked to me, I kind of explained what I wanted and he showed me the 2014 Ford Focus. We took it on a test drive and I absolutely fell in love. I told him I had a $500 deposit and that's all I could do. Knowing that it hard to get financed at my age with that low of a down payment Jeffrey said he'll do his best to get me the car. We went in applied for financing and they ended up approving me and working with me on the down payment. I had an awesome experience with him and his boss as well and I would definitely go back to get another car from them and send people their way. Great Car and Salesman...Too Much Writing
Purchased a 2016 Escape. The service was fine EXCEPT for the high pressure sales job on the service contract and the EXTRAORDINARY amount of time it took to sign al the documents. The process took about four hours!
Keyless code
I needed to know the keyless door lock code for a used vehicle I bought. The service team got me I without an appointment and had the job completed in a timely manner. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and made sure to offer me plenty of help as I waited, including coffee which was nice.
Saturday Morning Service
Recently purchased 2015 F150. Had LED fog lights and rear fenderwell liners installed. Service was prompt and completed on time. Returned to dealership after having breakfast truck with accessories installed was done and waiting to be picked up.

Staff and service was great but issue not resolved
Staff was very helpful although my situation was not helped. Finding someone in town to do bodywork on the new aluminum body F-150 was challenging and too expensive for Ford to cover so I now have to go an hour north instead of my hometown to have my vehicle taken care of. But I have no complaints with the dealership, nice, followed up in a timely manner, and tried their best to help. This issue lies with Ford and the aluminum bodies of the new F-150 being difficult to repair.
No pressure sales & service depart was very good.
Purchased my 2014 Lincoln MKX - no pressure sales agent and smooth purchasing experience. Service was for 30K maintenance service. Scheduled appt on-line with no issues. Reminders were sent via text and emails. Followup confirmation of appt was done by phone both at time of scheduling and reminder call the day before. When appt scheduled on-line requested a car if service was going to be more than an hour. Appt day - check in was fast, stated wouild take an hour and it was just about an hour. Nice that the waiting area had free wifi and several desk areas to use my ipad. The Kerig coffee maker was nice, you know the coffee was fresh and not made hours ago. Overall experience was a very good experience.

Smooth Purchase on a Pre-Owned Vehicle
I had seen the ad for a 2011 Ford Fusion on the Napa Ford Website, and decided to take a look, since I was needing to replace my current vehicle. When I went to the dealership, Jefrey Mihedji noticed I was checking the car over and asked if I had any questions. I told him I was waiting for approval of a vehicle loan from my bank, but was really interested in the 2011 Fusion. He asked what type of vehicle I was replacing, what my normal use for the vehicle was, and if I would possibly be interested in similar price range vehicles with a bit more hauling room when needed. He suggested a couple of vehicles from the pre-owned inventory, so we looked them over, and I made a secondary choice on a 2012 Ford Escape. I said I would need to have my wife look at the vehicles before making a final decision. He gave me his card, and asked me to call him when I was bringing my wife in.The next day, my wife and I both got off early enough to go back before closing. Jefrey met us in the lot, after one of the other salespersons had gotten the keys for the Fusion and taken my wife for a test drive. She fell in love with the car, and had already decided that the Escape would not work for us. We had received the approval from our bank for the car loan, but we decided to see if Napa Ford could find us a better deal on the loan. By now it was after closing, but Jefrey assured us they would work to get us one that night. They managed to get us a loan that was .56% lower than the one we had been approved for by our bank! Because we were willing to hang in at the Dealership, we were able to close the purchase that night by paying a deposit on the vehicle! We were able to wait until Saturday to bring in the rest of the down payment, because we had placed the deposit. After we had placed the deposit, we were informed that one other customer was also trying to get a loan for the vehicle, but had to wait till the next day to have his wife come in and sign the papers. They had also had a second vehicle in mind for their purchase.I would especially like to thank Jefrey, Irma and the Finance Manager for all of their assistance in making our buying experience with Napa Ford a most pleasant one. Also my thanks for the rest of the Sales Team who assisted us while Jefrey was engaged with another client.

2016 Escape....Buying a car reminds me why I only do it every 10 years. It was a rough game of negation. The discount changed, the base number changed..the trade in value was a game. That is the part I did not like. You really had to hold you ground. In the price point...out of the cars I looked out the escape was obviously what i liked best. I naturally wanted to buy local...wish the dealership respected locals equally. I think at the end of my experience the sensed my frustration. They did make right.

Brought in my 2006 F150, had a faulty brake sensor. service was great called me as soon as they found the problem to let me know what all was wrong. however it would have been cool if it was washed when they returned it to me. over all though great service!

Nice facility, genuine staff and pricey
It's always difficult to separate bad news from your experience with personel and a business. When I take my vehicle in to the Ford Dealer I generally expect the worst in terms of diagnosis and prognosis and the highest cost for the parts and repairs. I tend to go in for one thing and several other things are found that "could" become problems in the very near future and the recommendation to take care of it right now on my older vehicle. i.e. check engine light goes on - can't determine cause of engine light but we think that if you replace your wate pump etc. for $1,600 it will help always said with a smile and a sense of understanding of your distress. So, now I tend to take the vehicle in for a diagnosis and go else where for a second opinion, recommendation and quote resulting in getting some of the work being necessary and costing 30% - 50% less to get it done.That said there is a sense (emotion) that if you take it to a dealer for service the quality of the service and parts will be in line with the brand of the manufacturer and if the work fails that they will take responsibility for rectifying the issue, at a cost, for you.Enough said from a skeptical older car owner.

Wonderful Experience!
Our family had a wonderful experience at Napa Ford! Everyone is so friendly, without being pushy! We purchased a 2015 Flex, the one we wanted and only had to add a couple of items to perfect the car even more! Our saleswoman was AWESOME and patient, considering we took all 3 kiddos to seek out our new purchase. She even took time to show us all the bells and whistles a couple of weeks after our purchase because we didn't have a chance to do so at purchase date, Thank You!
True Test of service
This was a true test of the level of service you provide. We leased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in November 2014. In February or March, my wife noticed a blemish on the driver's side front fender. It clearly had been damaged, but not correctly repaired. I showed Tim Clawson the blemish and explained what I thought had occurred. The car had been damaged prior to Napa Lincoln getting the car for us from Roseville. There was a minor hesitation, but he immediately called the paint shop. The shop could not take the car the week of my visit, and Tim was not going to be available the next week. He said he really wanted to handle this case himself so we agreed on a date. The car was returned perfectly repaired on time. That was also important as we were taking a driving trip the following day. This was our first major trip with the MKZ. We put on over 1,000 miles on freeways and in the Sierras. Our last car was a Mercedes E350. I have not purchased an American car since 1975. This Lincoln is far superior to the MBZ (of course it is 7 years newer). It handles well, is very quiet, has a great ride, and we averaged over 38 mpg with some trips at 43. The only complaint is the CVT, it makes the engine drone like an electric can opener. I knew I would have to accept that as my wife had insisted on a hybrid. But really, if Mitsubishi can put 8 speed automatics in their cars?

Nice Sales Person
While waiting for my car to be serviced at Hanlees, I walked over to Napa Ford to view their used inventory. I was there for a surprisingly long time before I was approached but it was nice because it gave me time to look around at my convenience. I believe his name was Aaron, but he was very friendly and knowledgable about cars. He was also very considerate to the fact that I was just browsing while waiting for my car to be done across the street. He did mention that a their new dealership was being built down the street and will be ready the first of the year. I said that would be about when I would be ready to trade mine in and will be back. Very nice guy!
