Worst Lexus Service Center
I've owned 4 Lexus vehicles and considering replacing my wife's car since we like them, the service and their reliability. Last week I made an oppointment at Smyrna Lexus, GA to replace the dashboard as part of a recall for the leather failure in a our vehicle (after waiting about a year for the parts). I brought my car in as scheduled at 7ish am and after 3pm I'm told that the work has not commenced. The service agent could not reasonably explain this, to make matters worst he was adamant that I return the loaner vehicle that day, pick-up my vehicle and to reschedule the work at a later date. He could not provide a time in the next few days or weeks to do work. It was clear that Lexus was not exicited about doing this recall work. What a horrible experience, I don't plan to ever bring my vehicles to this service center or purchase a car from this dealer. What ever happened to "pursuit of perfection".
My name is oniel stewart. I am a very satisfied customer and I want to personally thank Henry Holman service consultant. I was having some issues with my radio - Bluetooth on 2015 gs f sport. I have worked with two other consultants on this same issue, and neither have yet to have my car fixed so I switched to Henry and Let him know what the problem was. He made sure to inform me of the repair and assured me that he and tech specialist will help me with any question I may have. Within 2 day I received a call from mr Holman letting me know that my radio was replaced under warranty and it was ready for pickup. Awesome service Henry. Thank you

My husband for a car online we wanted to buy. He called Nalley and Muhamed told him he thought it was sold but would let him know. My husband texted Muhamed that evening and he responded that the car was still for sale. They worked out numbers and Muhamed emailed us a sales contract. Then he said that he just wanted to be positive that the car was available because it was at another dealership . He told us that he would put his hands on it first thing the next morning. My husband text back-and-forth trying to get an answer. I called him a little twelve afternoon and he informed me that it was his day off but he was driving to the dealership as we were talking. There was no mentioning of him having a day off until now. About an hour later he text my husband and said sorry the car is sold. The deal was basically done. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a car. I know things happen and come up but I truly feel that we were given the runaround and that's too bad. Beware. There are a lot of dealerships out there. Becareful who you choose to do business with.
Spend your money elsewhere
I had the worst dealership experience of my life at Lexus Nalley Galleria in Smyrna. My salesperson was Tre Johnson, and the manager who ultimately did nothing to make a bad situation right was Craig White. In response to an internet inquiry, I was sent pricing information on two vehicles by Tre Johnson. I selected one of the two vehicles and we spent the next two days negotiating a deal over email. Once we agreed on the terms of the deal, I scheduled a time to come into the dealership and do the required paperwork. ...except that when I finally arrived at the dealership, it became clear that during the course of our negotiations, Tre had switched the vehicle to a lower trim model without telling me. His response? I forgot to tell you. The effect? I was baited and switched. This experience was made all the worse by the fact that I told Tre at the beginning of our negotiations that I was leaving on a cross-country trip that same week and would have to delay my trip in order to purchase a car from him. He assured me that he would give me a deal that I couldn't get anywhere else, and that it would be worth it to delay my trip. Needless to say, it wasn't, and the result of my experience with Lexus Nalley Galleria was countless wasted hours and hundreds of dollars of additional travel expenses that amounted to nothing.When I asked to speak to a manager, I was introduced to Craig White. After explaining the horrible experience that I had just had to him, his response was essentially, "Sorry, he made a mistake." He did nothing to make the situation right. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, where I was treated properly. And that is exactly where I would recommend you spend your money, at another dealership. (Mr. Waibel, please save the conciliatory message with your phone number. I have no intention of calling you to subject myself to further mistreatment by your dealership. If you actually have any desire to make anything right, my contact information is easy enough for you to find.)
Nally Lexus Service Department, Honesty and integrity
My husband and I purchase a 2008 LS 460 2 years 4 month. We have never had a problem with our car. On August 30,2016 We tried to starting the car up, We could not get it to start, finally it cranked up, the dash board indicated, see dealer for maintenance. We were apprehensive about the cost and repairs. My husband decided to take the car to Nally Lexus for service, Zack a service advisor explain to my husband he could not find any wrong with the car and the battery needed be charged up. The service department cleaned the battery and detailed my car and charge my husband $00.00 dollars. We appreciate the Honesty and integrity of Nally Lexus Service department. Terrible Customer Experience
I visited this dealership with the intentions of assisting my sister in law with the purchase of her first vehicle. I initially dealt with Randy Autry who was terrific. As soon as we began to negotiate the price, he advised he needed to go speak with his manager. In walks Shawn Camay and all I can say is, "Wow". Shawn was pushy, arrogant and advised us that it was, "Getting Late" and he did not want to waste our time. The negative attitude he displayed was enough to make us leave the dealership. I complained to the general manager on the way out and he was apologetic. Buyers beware if you are dealing with your sales guy and he advises he has to go get his manager. If Shawn Camay walks in the door I would recommend either leaving or asking to deal with another manager. I can honestly say he provided the rudest customer experience that I have ever had to deal with.

I requested to continue with him as my service advisor when I bought my second Lexus an RX 350. This is what I encountered with Dwayne Lee. He was time concious about my busy schedule then and now in my retirement. I recently purchased a 2016 GX 460 from Nalley Lexus in Marietta. They were extremely easy to work with. No pressure whatsoever - just great information and a willingness to make the purchase a smooth transaction. Lawrence Doby was my sales person and he made this the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Lawrence provided incredible service before and after the sale. The Dealership's Staff DON"T live up to their Word.
The matter of LAFAYETTE B. MARTIN: On May 15th, 2016, we purchased a 2009 Lexus ES350 for my mother of 80 years old. We needed a second car because she needed to get back and forth to physician appointments. Although, the vehicle didn't have an operating air conditioning system, we were informed if we wanted to get the price we desired for the car we had to complete the paperwork that night. We trusted the management that they would repair the air-conditioning and all of the other issues that were identified on the vehicle. We waited ONE week before the car was ready for delivery. At the time of delivery, we noticed that several matters had not been remedied and was assured that they would be taken care of. In fact, the salesperson told us that they had invested $1,800 in a brand new air condition system. Although, we were a little disheartened about the other items, we took the car. In less than 48 hours we were on the telephone with the salesperson informing him that the air conditioning wasn't working. With sweltering 90 and 100 degrees weather my mother was forced to sit in a hot car and sweat during our travels. After more than a week of telephone tag, we were finally advised to bring the car in for service. This was Saturday June 21st. We arrived at 10:00am, and we waited and waited and waited for 6 hours! When the car was finally brought to us a repaired, we got in the car turned on the air conditioner and NOTHING had changed. The same hot air was blowing. We called the Sales Manager Sean to witness what we had just experienced. He called the technician. The technician pointed a gun towards the A/C and it registered 73 degrees. They took the car back once again and we waited another hour. Delivered the car once again, HOT air! We couldn't believe it. After 7 hours of waiting, this is what we get the SAME car with the SAME issues. Sean the Sales Manager was so busy that he couldn't see us or discuss this horrific situation. Now on to matter number 2: The audio system doesn't work. Music plays out of one speaker, we attempted to adjust it and to no avail, we still get one speaker sound in a 6 speaker vehicle. Moreover, when you're using the Bluetooth system, you might get the telephone of the radio coming through! Perhaps when they were repairing the air conditioning system they created an electrical issue. Number 3, the direction indicators for the AC are broken. We provided the broken ones to Sean on 6/21, he promised he would look into getting them ordered. We have called, and called and called and finally after three weeks, he stated "They sent me the wrong" parts. Really..........Now for the straw that broke the camel's back, we drove to Miami to celebrate my mother's 80th Birthday. For 10 hours we sweated to the point we had to pull over to a rest stop because my mom was feeling faint. In Miami each day we were there 6/23-6/29, we were miserable in a vehicle that has been deemed "Luxurious". I am saddened that we were taken advantaged of from the onset. The fact that they would do this to an 80-year-old woman is almost unforgiveable. And certainly our treatment should not be accepted by management. All we desire is to have a properly running vehicle. Yes, Sean, we have heard you comment on a number of occasions that this is a used vehicle. However, this is NOT an ordinary used vehicle.... its a LEXUS! While we were there we witnessed a marked difference in the manner in which "some" customers were being treated and the manner in which "WE" were! No we aren't rich, we didn't buy an $87,000 vehicle, however, that does NOT negate our worth. Because by the time I post this on Facebook, and Instagram to my more than 500 friends, money won't be so important. Just repair our car satisfactorily. If you spent $1,800 on a new air-conditioning system that doesn't work, take it back, get a new one install it and let's part ways. No-one should have to suffer the way have a Lexus!! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and our next stop is the media. We are going to put the face of our 80-year-old mother sweating in her car on every news station that we can! This is not right and you should be compelled to make it RIGHT! OR just give us our money back and we will buy a Lexus from another dealership! Thank you and I may be reached at (786) 707-1249.

The don't back up their cars!!!
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership along with an extended warranty. Within a month I was having issues with the car, took it in to have it checked out had numerous issues with the car. The extended warranty refuses to do repair because they are considered pre-existing. I have contacted the dealership on several occasions to be told over and over I'll call you back, even from one of the managers. No one has returned my call. I'm now looking at several thousand dollars in repairs, but was informed on one of the many calls I made that they usually don't sell cars with this many problems so I guess that should make it okay.

Great car buying experience
My wife and I were very lucky to have had Larry as our sales person for Nalley. He answered all the questions and took as much time as we needed to explain the computer to 2 seniors who are not very computer savvy. As a matter of fact is was after 10PM when we felt comfortable with knowing the instrumentation. This was a very enjoyable experience which is not always the case when purchasing a car.I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Larry Bassett.
Was interested in a car set up a meeting. They sold the car which is fine but failed to contact to tell my wife not to drive there after I specifically said we need an email or text if this happen. They lied and claimed he did to my wife. I will no longer be doing business with anything with the name Nalley in front.

Great new car buying experience with Chad Douglas
We worked with Chad by phone and email on a new Lexus NX for a couple weeks and did not even meet him until the day we picked up the car because we are from 4 hours away. Nonetheless, he was very patient and honest throughout the process as he worked to get us not just the best deal around but also to acquire the exact match we wanted located in Florida. He gave us his personal number and always responded promptly to any questions we had, and we never felt pressured. Highly recommended.

The Devil is in the Details
As there is limited space on the comment card left on my dash after my visit on March 29, 2016, I will submit my feedback of the visit here. Upon arrival the valet was speedy and courteous in greeting me for my 7 A. M. appointment. I was then instructed to go straight into my advisor, Jennifer Rhodes', office where she was busy sorting through voicemails and asked me to excuse her while she continued to do so. After a speedy and polite discussion about the nature of my visit, Jennifer saw me off to the waiting area. Upon stopping by the unmanned barrista counter for tea, two other parrons formed a line behind me waiting for the barrista to return. Minutes later when he did, he went about setting up his station without acknowledging any of us for several moments then finally looked up and offered a "what do you need" sort of stare sans a verbal greeting or acknowledgement. Once I received the hot water I requested for my tea, I found a spot in the waiting area adjacent to the workroom and watched the techician inspect & service my vehicle. He appeared to give my car a thorough inspection and performed my oil service very quickly which I found impressive. He finished up just after 7:30 A. M., merely 30 minutes after my arrival (stars across the board for speed). However it was after 8:30 A. M. before Jennifer came to tell me my car was ready--nearly an hour later. I anticipated a delay due to the car wash but certainly not an hour. And I most certainly did not anticipate the labor charge ($36) that I was charged as it was double the rate I pay at Hennessey Lexus of Atlanta ($18) on Peachtree Industrial, where I usually have my vehicle serviced. When I addressed it with Jennifer, she suggested that Hennessey may use a different oil blend but upon inspection of invoices from both dealers, the only difference is the labor rate which is a bit disgusting. After settling my bill and retuning to my vehicle, I noticed that my reminder oil service sticker had not been replaced. I went back inside to ask Jennifer about it and she printed one out that said I should return at 178,780 miles but my vehicle only has 123,788 miles. So the reminder would have me return after 55,008 miles when the engine will surely have failed. All in all, I was displeased with this visit and would not recommend this service department.
Quick and painless purchase
My wife and I had a great car buying experience with Larry Bassett and the team from Nalley Lexus. They had the exact vehicle we had been looking at and we quickly came together on a deal that both sides found favorable. After an exhaustive online search, I found the late model Mercedes E350 I was looking for at Nalley Lexus Galleria. Megan Russell was the assigned contact for Internet sales. From start to finish, Megan made sure everything was an A+ experience for me. Not too easy as I'm pretty picky! She was very patient with my many questions and prompt in returning calls, emails or fulfilling requests. And always with a warm and friendly attitude! Horrible service during the transaction and after the sale
I could write a novel on the screw ups by the finance department during the transaction. I had to take it all the way to Bill Waibel. Bill did resolve the issue (kind of) but with no apologies and had a I cant believe I'm being bothered attitude. Fast forward 5 months and my lien holder still doesn't have the title. I contacted the dealership who said they would get it resolved. Weeks went by and no updates. Earlier this week I contacted Bill again. Several days have passed and I have not heard one word from Bill. If this is his way of leading by example I cant fault anyone else who contributed to this mess
Nalley Lexus = good price, Van Gaither=GREAT SERVICE
I've purchased 2 vehicles from Nalley Lexus, but on different ends of the price spectrum: A new RX350 and a 12 year-old ES300. I found Nalley to have the best prices and selection. I told them what I would pay for the RX and they found it. Two months later, I came back to buy a used car for my college student son. No pressure and the deal was easy and just what I wanted to pay. Both cars have run well and I'm very pleased with the price to value. Van is my sales associate of choice. He's knowledgeable, genuine and easy to deal with. By the way, the 2 cars were the 3rd and fourth Lexus I've purchased. The first 2 were from a good dealer 12 miles from my home. Now, I drive 40 miles to get to Nalley Galleria. It was worth it.

My Service Advisor is always very courteous and professional. Repairs are done in a timely manner. If it becomes necessary to leave my car, a courtesy vehicle was always provided.
Great customer service
It was a wonderful experience for us shopping our new RX350 at this dealership. The sales team was really helpful unlike other dealerships that I had visited earlier. They were courteous and took care of even the smallest of things. Best thing is they nicely prepped up the car that I was interested in even before I visit the showroom. That shows how much they value our business.

The experience depends greatly on your representative. My most recent experience was not pleasant - I went in for routine maintenance and the representative not only hung up on me twice but was rude every time we spoke. Thankfully, the maintenance is always on point or I would probably go elsewhere.

My experience was wonderful. This is my 4th Lexus in 15 years. Steve Parker was my salesperson. He used to work at another Lexus dealer. I tracked him down. I was not happy with the salesperson at my old dealership. He did not listen to my needs. He lost a big sale that day. Steve made my purchase so simple and easy. He treated me with sure kindness and respect. When I found him I called him and told him exactly what I wanted. He had my car within 2 hours. Unbelievable!! Steve is the BEST! I recently got my car serviced from this dealership. The overall service experience was fine except for a few minor details. They failed to vacuum the inside of the car. Also, the customer service rep told me that they had topped off the gas in my car but when I checked as I left the dealership, the gas level was the same as when I had taken it in. It was not a big deal but they need to do what they say they will.

LS460 Service. Nov. 30 2015
This is our 4th Lexus (3 RX350's and now a LS460). Ms Jennifer Rhodes has always been our service rep. She always accommadates our schedule, is very professional and easy to work with. The service dept is always very clean and everyone there is always friendly and courteous. I did not buy my LS from Nalley Lexus Smyrna but I will always use their service dept as long as I own a Lexus.

Let me start by saying I have purchased 3 cars from Nalley Lexus Smyrna because they normally do the best at meeting my car needs within my budget. Anytime I have had a problem with anything (i.e. service, purchasing process ect) the GM Bill Waibel has personally stepped in and rectified the issue. I just picked up my car from service yesterday having done a 30K service, purchasing 4 tires, an alignment and an in cabin air filter. Of course the bill for these services was hefty but was overall the best deal in town. Plus my services took 2 days to complete so Jennifer, my service advisor, quickly put me in a loaner. She emailed, called and texted me throughout my service process, which helped me feel connected the entire time. There is no perfect car dealership but Nalley Lexus Smyrna does a pretty good job of providing good customer service.

This is the best dealer and service department I have ever done business with anywhere. It is clear that their goal is to satisfy the customer whether the problem is large or small. As a single woman, who owns two Lexus', I have often called upon them for advice and assistance. Each time, my service consultant has given me advice that I could depend upon. They listened to me while I tried to explain in a female senior citizen manner what I was experiencing. Each time, this dealership gave me not only, but helped me to get my car to them. THEY OFFERED ME A RENTAL CAR BUT HAD SOMEONE PICK ME UP INSTEAD. I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS THE GREATEST DEALERSHIP! WHEN I ASKED AROUND ABOUT THE COST OF THIS REPAIR FROM OTHER REPAIR SHOPS I MAY HAVE SAVED $100-200 BUT I TRUST THEIR WORK. Lexus Galleria is the best in the service department. I'm usually in and out very quickly. The Lexus of South is a lot of slower. I love the atmosphere in the Lexus Galleria. If you are in the Atlanta area try this dealer.

I was very pleased with the overall service that I received. The only thing that concerned me was the car wash. My car was not cleaned to satisfactory. The back of the car including the bumper was not cleaned at all. There was chalk left on the back of the car. The tires wasn't clean to satisfactory either. I also noticed that the inside of the car wasn't vacuum. I'm not sure if that was part of the service but it was left undone.

Wasn't expecting to see a dealer with this reputation stoop to such sleezy practices. After initial talks and driving the car, we decided to call back later in the day to make an offer. Salesperson checked with manager and called me back to say we had a deal. I was actually surprised, expected a counter offer. I restated my offer to make sure we were good and that they still agreed. They once again confirmed and said to come in and sign papers. I made it clear that I didn't want to haggle once I got there. If they can't do the deal then I respect that, but don't drag me in and then want to change. Well...that's exactly what they did. "Oh no! So sorry. We can't sell it to you for that. We messed up.!" Nalley Lexus IS why used car dealers have bad reputations.

A terrible, terrible (did I say "terrible?") experience! Five years ago, I bought my new ES 350 with a PLATINUM Extended Warranty (7 years). When I went for my service last week, not only did they refuse to honor it, they said that they had *no* record of it. I asked both the agent and his manager to check on that first, before we dealt with the other issues of honoring it. They did not. After arguing the point with them, I finally gave up and left. On the way back home, I called their sales department and spoke with the gentleman who had sold me the car. In less than five minutes he was able to confirm that I did indeed have the PLATINUM Extended Warranty and that it was still valid. I called the Service department immediately and left a message with the agent who first told me that there was no record of my extended warranty. He is yet to have the basic courtesy even to return my call. Given that the Service Department is right next to the Sales Department in the same facility, I have to wonder at the incredible level of incompetence that exists in the Service department. Perhaps even worse, I have to wonder at the incredible disregard for customers that exists there. Given that my car is more than four years old, there is the potential for me to make a $40-50K purchase soon. So, they blew that because of their incompetence, a $300 decision, and a couldn't-care-less attitude. I haven't even gone into the technical details of their objection. The above will suffice to justify my rating.Update: After the bad review I wrote (see below), a manager contacted me. When I spoke with him, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. He was actually from another dealership, nothing to do with Nalley or Lexus.. But, he was so helpful that he offered to call someone he knew at Nalley Lexus, and very graciously did so. After a few days, a manager from Nalley called me, noted some information, and said he would call me back soon. That was almost a month ago, and he has not bothered to call. So, Nalley has compounded an epic fail in their physical location with an epic fail in service over the telephone!

When arriving for maintenance service, I mentioned two small matters needing attnetion. after paying over $500, neither of the items I related were even looked at.Oddly, for the first time in many visits, they didn;t even wash the car, although the invoice said they did.This type of inattention makes me concerned about the mechanical work they are doing.and charging premium rates for. Got the exact car I set out for....fair & professional
After an exhausting 2 1/2 months of searching all around the southeast for the vehicle I was looking for, I found a BMW X5 at Nalley Lexus. Who would have thought that? My first point of contact over the phone was Larry Bassett. He and I immediately hit it off. I had already done a tremendous amount of research so I knew what I wanted and the price I was looking for. Initially, it was out of my comfortable range but long story short, they met my price and all that was needed were the formalities on site. When I went in, I was very pleased with the facilities but even more so, my BMW. I had already secured financing beforehand, so I thought that would have alleviated some waiting time. Not so. I actually waited approximately 1 hour longer than anticipated. They even tried to finance me with Lexus Credit by giving me the same rate as my institution. I told them beforehand that I would consider it had they come down on price, but that didn't happen. Needless to say, I caught it by reading over the documentation and told them that I was sticking with my own financing. Once that was corrected, I was in & out of finance within 10 minutes. As far as Larry Bassett is concerned, he was professional and easy to work with. In conclusion, If I were ever to get a Lexus, I'd give Nalley Lexus a go at it. Very nice facilities and Larry is a good man!!.

Purchased a Lexus Certified 2013 LS460L. Vehicle appears to be in great shape. Salesman did a very good job of assisting me in every way. He either was able to answer all my questions or get the answers to all my question. I never felt like he was evading the questions. Very polite and helpful.All went very well except it still takes way too long to buy a car and do all the paper work even when you pay cash.
Too many phone calls
This service was for normal 25k maintenance. Every 5,000 I take my car in for service and after EVERY appointment I get a call from them. I have asked to have my name removed from the calling list, but they can't seem to get that done. I don't have a problem with the service or the facility. If I did, they would hear from me. I just get too many phone calls.

I cant express my satisfaction working with Chad Douglas. I had been searching for a Lexus for several months; researching different models, comparing the changings in the year of the vehicle, and most importantly looking for the best deal! I had been looking online for a 2010-2013 Acura TL that was black with the technology package for over a year. I was very hesitant on visiting a dealership as I simply didn't want to deal with the back and forth with a salesmen. Further, I am a single women and there are so many horror stories that women encounter when they proceed to purchase a new vehicle. Lastly, this was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle alone so the thought of buying a vehicle was much more intimidating. Yet, I knew it was time to move forward with car shopping in July 2015 as my current vehicle is older and I needed something more dependable. After dealing with Mr. Doby, I can honestly say that purchasing my Acura was a breeze. He was honest, professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. The Service Advisor with whom I worked, Juan Hernandez, was very professional and made sure all my questions/concerns were answered. This location has wonderful facilities available to their guests/customers that waiting for service to be performed is always a pleasure. This location was the only one that did any service/work on my previous 2007 Lexus ES350 and I bought my new 2015 Lexus RX350 Sport from this dealership.

Professional and Fair
My first time purchasing a Lexus or visiting Nalley Lexus. Purchased a 2015 Lexus RC 350 and thought the entire process was conduct with the utmost of professionalism and fairness. My sales and leasing consultant Chad Douglas and the finance manager Larry Guarcello were both a pleasure. In my quest to purchase a car I visited with many dealerships and met many sales representatives and managers. Even people I weren't working with on my deal stopped and took the time to say hi, chat or see if there was anything they could do for me. I didn't meet anyone from management during my visit, but it appears they run a first class operation.
Superior Service and goes beyond the call
I have only had my 2013 Lexus GS 350 since March of 2015 but I have to say Tim always is willing to go beyond the call to assist in any service issues. I had an unpleasant experience as neither the product or service initially met my expectations. However, Bill was very attentive and quickly remedied the concerns brought forward. His professionalism and willingness to efficiently handle the issues I had more than made up for the problems experienced on the front end. Anybody can sell a car, but the Nalley team led by Bill Waibel really demonstrated superior customer service.
Over and beyond the call of duty!
I had a issue with service to my tires where I had to come back twice to Nalley Lexus and also sent to other shop. While at the other shop they discovered two another issue with my car. I went back to Nalley and spoke with Chris Cobb. He listened to my concerns, took the time to go over my repair history, had my car reinspected and not only fixed the issues but at no cost to me. This is customer service and satisfaction at it's best! He renewed my truth and faith in this service department.My appreciation to Steve who stayed and personally handled the repair.
Dealer Ignores Refund Request For Extended Warranty!
I have been trying for over 1 1/2 years to get a refund on an extended warranty I purchased through Nalley. They ignore it!

Professional and No pressure sales experience
Lauren doesn't give you the typical car buying experience. She's very professional and patient. It was the best car buying experience ever. She try to sell us on anything we didn't need. The dealership didn't have exactly what we wanted so they ordered it from a different dealership and we picked it up a week later. I highly recommend Lauren for anyone's future Lexus car needs.
Made it simple and was very patient and polite
I have a 2007 Lexus that has over 120,000 miles so I've visited my Lexus dealerships before for a service. This was one of my best experiences with a service rep to date. Jennifer was lovely to work with (always had a smile on her face) and worked so well her other clients as well. Honestly the whole atmosphere of the dealership was great. Even the guy working the coffee station was great! I'm currently living in the area, but (as you can probably tell by my mileage) I travel quite a bit. Whenever I'm home and I need my car serviced, I'll be going to this one for sure.

Horrible Experience - 1 Star for the carwash
Was referred by Lexus customer service due to my brakes not working, which Lexus said could be associated to an old service campaign from 2011. When I arrived and informed my service advisor, Dallas, that I was referred by Lexus and will have a case manager assigned, he went to get the service department foreman. So I'm thinking "wow, how helpful"..that was until the service foreman, Steve Jarrell, approached me and said there was no way that Lexus would cover my service because my brake pads could have been from a non-Lexus manufacturer. Keep in mind that at this point my car hadn't even been looked at. I told them how I was using my emergency brake and downshifting to stop, I'd driven from North Decatur to Smyrna, thinking I would get superb service. Well, not so much. After looking at my car, Steve returned with an invoice, we reviewed the service needed line-by-line and the cost of repair, $2300, for my brake system. He then said I could pay for it or leave with my car as is. I implored that I didn't feel that it was safe to drive and also informed him of the conversation I had with Lexus advising that I use a loaner and leave my car until a Lexus case manager had reviewed, which I was advised would take 2 business days. I even went so far as to pass him my phone to speak with the Lexus Customer Service rep who was helping me. He quickly said there were no loaners available, even though both myself and Lexus confirmed availability when I scheduled the appointment. Steve then picked up his cell phone and told a repair tech to put the wheels back on my car and pull it around. 5 or 10 minutes later my car was back in the front, which had been washed, but still in th same mechanical condition. My service advisor, Dallas, returned and said he just needed to print out the list of repairs needed, and I could be on my way. So he hands me the invoice, I sign and go, while thinking about calling Lexus of South Atlanta in search of a loaner vehicle. At this point, I'm driving my luxury Lexus IS250 like I'm a modern-day Fred Flinstone, talking on the phone while downshifting and emergency braking to make sure I don't hit anything/anyone in front of me. I'm thinking 'this can't be right' *scratches head* finally I pull over and take another look at my invoice for repairs.....And see a new line of text that was not on the original invoice, that I reviewed with Steve Jarrell, which says "DO NOT DRIVE CAR!" Are you kidding me?So these people literally allowed me to leave in a car with no brakes...NONE..they patted me on the back and held the door open, even washed my car and pulled it around, while I'm basically looking like someone stole my lunch money, all so they could try to cover their bullying behinds and not be held liable if I killed myself or someone else. Classy.After driving another 10 miles, I made it to the other dealer, Lexus of S.Atlanta, where I waited about 5 mins for them to pull up a loaner, and send me on my way. SAFELY. As for Nalley Lexus Galleria, I will NEVER go back there...and I will absolutely NOT be referring anyone that I care about to them. I left a message with the service manager, Chris, but for some reason, I'm less than confident that I'll be hearing from him. End of story.
Great to work with!
Lauren made my car buying experience a fantastic one! She was very friendly, not pushy, and really listened to my needs. She took the time to show me every detail of my car, and even went so far as to ordering a 2nd video game controller for the rear entertainment system I had installed - a life saver for keeping my 2 small kids from fighting over the single one that came with the system!
Excellent service at Nalley Lexus Galleria
We bought our Lexus about a year ago and absolutely love it! As I've taken it back to Nalley Lexus Galleria for the check-ups and oil changes, I have worked with Kenneth Ford who is always a pleasure. He makes sure my car is in the work area quickly and gets back to me as soon as it is ready. The waiting area is very relaxing with coffee and snacks too!
Fabulous customer service!
I purchased my new NX 300h on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I drove my new car home to visit family in the Atlanta area. Unfortunately, another motorist had blown a tire on I-285, and my brand new car also fell victim to their blown tire. After arriving at my destination and checking for damage, I realized my fog light was torn up. I called the dealership to see if they could fit me in on Thursday (prior to a holiday weekend) for repairs, and they offered me a 7:30 appointment. After reviewing the damage, my service advisor, Brian, gave me the great news that my car did not require body repair but only a new fog light. I was so relieved! One part had to be shipped from Florida, so my car wouldn't be ready until Friday. Even though I did not purchase my car through Nalley, they were incredibly accommodating and offered me a loaner to allow me to enjoy my visit with family. I picked my car up on Friday, and it was perfectly good as new! Everyone I dealt with during my unexpected ordeal was attentive and devoted to my needs even though they were simultaneously servicing dozens of clients.
Consistently Better Than All The Rest!!
I have purchased and leased from this dealership. In addition I have had many routine service visits, required repairs, some of which have been covered under warranty. Their have never been any disputes regarding covered repairs. In addition, I have access to snacks, beverages, and internet service. I'm regularly updated on repairs and if extended repairs are needed a courtesy vehicle is provided whenever needed. I highly recommend Randy Autrey if you're interested in the lease or purchase of a vehicle. He lets the vehicle sell itself. There are never any high pressure tactics. Nalley = Family. Would not go anywhere else.
Demond Morris was very thorough in demonstrating and educating us on the Lexus 350. He was very knowledgable and courteous. We went in only to test drive as we were trying to decide on the Buick Encore, GMC Terrain, Lincoln MKC and the Lexus. I was clearly a General Motors person and not a fan of foreign cars. However, after test driving and experiencing the luxury and ride of a Lexus, I had to rethink foreign. . It was the lease option that then finalized the deal as we walked out the door leaving my 2002 Envoy with 184,400 miles.

Highly Positive Used Car buying experience
I purchased a used (non-Lexus) SUV that the dealership had in its inventory. After some of the typical back and forth on price (wanted to negotiate up front to avoid wasting anyone's time if we were too far apart) via e-mail, I headed over to the dealership. The SUV was parked out front in the shade and the salesperson gave me the keys to do my own initial inspection. Afterwards, I took a test drive of the vehicle with the salesperson. Had a good test drive and there was no 'high pressure' sales pitch. The test drive went fine and while I was interested in purchasing the vehicle I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done. SInce both the salesperson and the sales manager had stated that there were no issues with the vehicle - they were very open to allowing me to have the inspection done before finalizing the sale. The independent inspection confirmed what they said. Additionally, I had a vehicle that was over 10 years old but in good shape that I was considering either trading or selling myself. I almost did not have them look at it/value it but figured why not. I shared with them what my other best offer to date had been. I was pleasantly surprised when they came back with a trade-value a little above my best offer. Overall, the whole experience was much better than I had expected and better than at other dealerships. Kudos to them.

I recently purchased a certified a 2012 pre-owned Lexus RX350 from Nalley Lexus Smyrna and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was for me. I traded in my Lexus RX330 and got the car of my dreams thanks to the wonderful sales department. Additionally, I've had a few service visits and the one person I highly recommend is Chris Wells. His primary focus is the customer and he always answers his phone or calls back within in an hour or even sooner. Because of Chris Wells, the sales department and Pam Tavernier in the accounting department, I'm a Nalley Lexus Smyrna customer for life! They get 10 stars from me! We recently bought a pre-owned car from this dealership and we exclusively worked with Pedro. When my wife first went in, they did not have the car she was looking for but when she left Pedro assured her that he would find the car for her. Pedro definitely delivered! A couple weeks later he found a car at another dealership and personally went there to pick it up. When we had concerns on the cleanliness he assured us the detailing team would make it look brand new. Since we needed a couple things done to the car he told us to leave it with them and when he got off the shift he would personally drop it at our house. not happy with built quality of lexus nx200t
I should have also read the reviews before stepping into the dealership.bought a new nx200 t on the 6th of june and what was quoted on the phone was not presented on the sheet,I should have looked at the document thoroughly before signing the purchase document( Note:I compromised on the colour and the trade-in value of my car as i was told that i will get a good discount if i buy the car currently in their lot).I am also having issues with the built quality of the NX200t,personally felt my 2014 accord was way more good than this.The flap to take out the mirror came out within 3 hours of buying the car(was replaced with a new one by the sales person),there are scratches on the windshield and when i showed this to the sales rep i was asked if I or someone else scratched it up..dude why would some one shell around 40k and scratch the windshield of their car,this is my 3rd car n it never happened with the other cars i owned before.I was told the windshield will be replaced and i will be taken care of but i need to come next week(wow) also every time i went to the dealership i ended up waiting more than 2 hours(thanks for the Luxury VIP experience)if waiting for 2 hours is called VIP experience.Also the finance folks think as they are doing a favour by selling me the car.Two of my friends were also willing to buy lexus nx200...I am not recommending this dealer to them for sure

Lauren Miller was incredible! She went above and beyond on everything she did for us. She truly made buying a car a pleasant experience. We had been to several dealerships looking for a car in a certain price range. When we walked in Nalley Lexus I knew it was going to be different! Lauren immediately made us feel at home. She was so warm and friendly, as well as being very knowledgeable and professional. Terrible attitude from sales
This review is my true experience dealing with sales person named Karl Magnusson. I went in looking for a pre-owned Lexus GS350. Karl was the person that was assigned to me. From the first 30 minutes, I could tell he didn't really care about what I thought, just simply put on a fake smile and try to push a car my way, which I was perfectly fine with, as that's in line with many sales people so I understand. When it got to talking the numbers, he was eagerly trying to shake my hand and get me to sign the paper, almost with a forcing attitude, but again with a fake smile on his face. I could tell he was getting very impatient. Again, I understand and was perfectly ok with it. What I'm writing about is what happened afterwards. I looked at the numbers and said I didn't agree with the sales price of the car, and let's talk some more. This is when Karl just exploded, grabbed the papers, threw it everywhere, marched right out of his office, and threw me my own car keys (I drove a car I wanted to trade in - a Porsche 911). This experience is a first for me. I've seen pretty horrible attitudes from BMW sales reps before, but non were near the degree of this one. I'm surprised to see this person getting great reviews, so I do really question the credibility of them. I do not want to talk the whole dealership down because of one person, but this Karl is one of a kind. I do wonder if I should talk to management of Nalley. I love Lexus cars and brand in general, so it is very disappointing to experience something like this, and makes one really hard to go back to that particular dealership.
We only had two concerns
My husband and I arrived on your lot and we immediately were greeted by Mr. Muhamed Njie. Mr. Njie was very courteous and professional. We told him what I needs were and he immediately went to work in an attempt to get our business. After all was said and done, Mr. Njie obtained our business! We are pleased with our purchase and were fortunate to have chosen Nalley Lexus. Though our visit was great we do have two concerns. # 1- We were told because we purchased a Nalley Lexus were going to be given a 2 complimentary vehicle services at no charge. We do not have any paperwork or documents which could confirmed this promise. # 2- As we were finishing the loan paperwork to make the purchase of our vehicle, we were told our vehicle was going through a rigorous detailing. Upon first seeing our vehicle it appeared the detailing technician did a great job. Upon getting the vehicle home we noticed several unclean areas including a significant amount of hair on the roof located in the vehicle's rear interior passenger compartment.
