Poor Finance Manager
If possible, I would rank this dealership a negative 1. On Friday evening, October 14th, 2016. I walked into this Honda dealership to buy a new car. Everything started off great, my sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. She looked at my trade in vehicle, gave me an offer which I declined and then I decided to pay outright for my new car. This is where it gets interesting.... My sales rep walks back to the desk where I was signing the paperwork introducing her finance manager (older Caucasian Man). The manager said I had to fill out a credit application for my new car. I mentioned to him that I will be paying outright for the car and will not be needing any credit from the dealership. He then goes on to ask me how I will be paying for the car. I responded by saying a check from my company. Then he ask's, "What does your company do?" I said, it's an "online business". His follow up question was "what type of online business", "maybe my dealership may need some things off your website"(with a fake laugh). I respectfully responded by saying "I do not carry any products suitable for your dealership" I also said, if you're wondering how I am able to afford a $25k car, I work for company xyz" He then said "Oh yes, I noticed you are wearing company xyz shirt and I was wondering where you got that shirt when you walked in to the dealership". Really? You were wondering where I got my company shirt from? Basically insinuating or assuming that maybe I stole it! Mind you, this company in question is a top 10 fortune 500 company and one of the top 15 largest companies in the world. I'm presuming he did not believe a young black man could work for such a company. I, myself, own 2 businesses, -and I've written larger checks for cars worth over $100k, and I've owned at least 5 high end cars in the past 3 years and I've never been treated in this manner. This type of treatment to buy a HONDA? REALLY? I am VERY disappointed at the finance managers behavior and WILL NEVER HIRE such an employee to run any of my businesses. Nalley has lost my business even though it may be a drop in the bucket, the question is how many other customers will NALLEY lose as a result of this low performing Manager? Business is not about today, It's about tomorrow. I wish the dealership the best and I would like to thank My wonderful sales rep who treated me VERY well. I will be buying the car from a different dealership.
Poor service department
I took my 2016 accord in for 2nd service today, car has 10,000 miles and advised them that rpm surges at various times while driving. They informed me that they could not duplicate! I challenged the service manager that I saw a technical service bulletin online. He said that there was not one on my car. So when I left I called another dealership and the said my car has a software update needed for this problem! I will never give them anymore of my business! That's really sad since I have purchased 3 cars from Nalley Honda./ union city

Horrible! Go buy your car or serve it to another dealership. This place is sad. The waiting area is dirty, has flies, specially the kids area. The waiting time for service is not acceptable, even when having an appointment.Made the mistake of buying a 2nd car here, their service is poor, poor!After waiting for a full hour w/ 2 kids they said I didn't have an appointment, which wasn't true. After 1 1/2 hour they still haven't even look at the car and said another 40 minutes were needed for something only should take half hour.They also made us bring my old car to trade w/ a false advertisement saying will give us the value of Kelly blue book, which was another lie. We are repeated costumers of new cars and use Honda financing that will never come back to this awful customer service!

I had used this dealer before. They found the CRV that fitted the closest to my wishes . I completed the paperwork the day they found it. They stayed late. I gave them a day to get it ready - It was after 9pm.
Great Buying Experience

They sell car for which you already make a down payment , even without informing you. They are behind nothing but money. If someone is ready to pay a higher amount for a car, they will not inform you, even if you have already booked it with some amount. They dont keep record of anything at all. If we say we are to come and see a car, they wont register it. They will sell the car before we reach the venue. I dont blame all salesperson in Nalley Honda. Only some of them are terrible. I had the best service on my Honda today. The service advisor Mr. Bramble went an extra mile and helped me with 4 new tires at a great price. Mr. Bramble did excellent customer service with a smile. The tires I got fit my budget. I got service with a smile and hard work did pay off. Thank you, Nalley Honda!
Brandon's customer service was Excellent. He picked me up at my home and was very courteous and pleasant and professional during our test drive and time spent at the office.If it was for Brandon's care and follow up only I would have gladly purchased the car, but there were other personal circumstances that influenced my decision in purchasing the car. Will gladly recommend Brandon to friends and family.
Tacata airbag recall repair
I dont know who or whom repaired my vehicle for the Taketa airbag recall, I had my vehicle in for repair on Monday June 20 2016, I should have completed a better inspection before accepting my vehicle because the tires appear to have been driven against a narrow drive. They have yellow strips around the circumference of all four of the tire about 3 inches in width. The right rear tire has a large 2 inch gash in the tire from someone driving up on a curb or something. Im very upset, angry and disappointed in Nelly Honda for the way they return my vehicle. That is not good service or quality control for the service person or supervisor who let my vehicle get damaged in this manner. I now have to purchase new tires because the sidewall of the damage tire cannot be repaired. Thanks for nothing Nelly Honda.
I had a alignment issue with my new 2016 Honda Accord, which was still under warranty, Assistant Service Manager Karim Easley Got me in and out in no time. He's been my service advisor for years.... I love this guy he's like a brother to me. He's concerned and determine to handle any problem you may have with your Honda. Keep up the good work Karim!!

I have bought two cars from Nally in last 4-5 years. Haven't had chance to visit with new GM. Last GM didn't do much for us to return to do trade in soon. Might give them another shot. Hopefully this new GM will offer more deals and savings for former customers. Used to get free oil changes for Mothers on Mother's Day. Hope they do more to win us back. Maybe this new management will help. Nally left us with a bad impression last car we got. Hope that changes.

The Service Dept techs are very knowledgeable and make sure I understand the repairs being made and agree with the value and benefits of the job performed. The techs continually update on the status of my maintenance and repairs (expected with age of my car) and leave me with sense of comfort as I get on the road in my hour plus commute to/from work.

One day after shelling out nearly $1K , car won't start
I took the car in on Saturday morning at 10:00 in time for the 11AM appointment that was scheduled on phone (they could find no record of the appointment). Despite the glitch, I agreed to leave the car over the weekend for diagnosis of a problem with intermittent accelaration issues. On Monday, after I called Service center and because I had not received any update on the car all weekend, I was told the the O2 sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. I was further told to replace that part without repairing some of the "top down leaks" would be a waste of time. Relying on Skyler's recommendation, I agreed to have the car repaired at a cost of close to $1000. Next day, the car won't start and it turns out it needs a starter. The starter was replaced by another mechanic and now the car seems to be ok. My questions/concerns/issue: why was this defect not discovered in the diagnostics process? Did you find the bad started but opted to make me aware of the more costly repair issue and opt to fix that issue knowing that the starter was likely to fail but would not be as costly as the repairs you suggested and performed? Needless to say my trust in the integrity of this dealership is gone and its not likely I will return to them in the future nor will I recommend this repair facility to anyone I like.Oh just a couple of other things1. I left a message for Skylar when the car did not start, he never returned my call. And still has not 3 days later.2. I did speak to Kwasi (sp?) on the day the car would not start and he suggested I tow the car to them for further repairs, that's priceless!3. No one has called to follow up call on whether I was pleased with my service and if the car was performing as expected, Why would you?4. I beleive you were more interested in your bottom line than my satisfaction with your service or my return to your facility.
Amateur Salesmen at best
I was looking for a used Honda CR-V. Prior to going to Nalley Honda on Jonesboro Rd, I searched their website to make sure they had what I wanted, in which they did. The salesperson, Shawn, who has a horrible attitude, and continued to try to sell me on a new Honda CR-V, refused to listen to me on my many attempts at trying to tell him what I wanted. After he realized that I wasn't budging, he finally listened to me, and pulled up the car that I had in mind. Turns out the car was in their Roswell location. He offered to flatbed it to his location, which was great. He quoted me a price that was close to $2000 higher than what was being offered online. I had to pull up their website on my phone to show him the quoted price because he told me that he was unable to pull it up on his end. When he saw the price, he went in the back to confirm it with his finance person, and then came back with the lamest excuse ever as to why he couldn't sell me the car. He told me that their was a recall on the car because of the airbag, and that they wouldn't be able to sell it to me. He proceeded to try to sell me a new car again. When I left, I looked up the VIN number, and discovered that there wasn't a recall. I ended up calling the Nalley Lexus/Honda in Roswell, and the salesperson there also confirmed that there wasn't a recall. Therefore, I purchased the car for the online quoted price at the Roswell location. Thanks, Shawn for wasting 2 hours of my life!
I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord last month and the entire process was an incredible experience. The salesman, Trent, was exceptional! It was a pleasure doing business with him, he made the tedious process of purchasing a vehicle (and trading in an old vehicle) a very smooth process. Trent was very patient and answered all of my questions. His knowledge of Honda and the car buying process were beyond impressive.I was very pleased with the purchase and the excellent service I received from Trent, Ron in Finance and the Nalley team. I'd recommend Nalley Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda or a quality pre-owned vehicle.
Pericia, the internet salesperson, was wonderfully attentive! She helped me and answered my emails in a timely manner. She even sent extra pictures of the car. Very personable and up front about the vehicle... not pushy. I did not purchase from them, but it was not due to customer service.
Great Car Buying Experience
I purchased my 2016 Accord from Nalley Honda at the end of 2015. My Client Advisor was Bobby McCullough and he was exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Honda brand and the various differences between the different models. There wasn't a question I had that he couldn't answer. Jack Rosen the New Car Manager, was also incredible to work with as well. He stuck with us and help approach my situation from every possible aspect which resulted in me taking home my new car. When I finally sat with Finance, this individual was also great to work with. Signing all of the paperwork can be exhausting and dull however we talked the whole way through it and before I knew it, I was done.Overall, this was a great no-pressure experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda! Lied about the price of a new Pilot
I'd emailed the Director of Internet Sales and asked about the price of a Pilot with leather. After obtaining the "Internet Price" of $34000, I'd then inquired about leasing. After three or four days of asking, I'd finally received a lease quote. I'm sure they'd had no idea that I know how to calculate a lease, because the payments they'd sent me were outrageous. I'd then asked that they provide a breakdown of how they'd arrived at the payments quoted and was shown a price of $38,000. They raised the price $4000 because I'd wanted to lease?!?!? That's not only insane, but a violation of law. If I'd wanted to push it, I'd report it to the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. However, considering that there are plenty of honest Honda dealers in the area and I'd found one of them, I'll simply inform anyone considering doing business at Nalley Honda to be very mindful of prices and pmts quoted to you before you sign anything.

I live in Doraville and I prefer Nalley Honda firstly as I bought this vehicle here. But Kwesi is a guy who helped me in giving me perfect knowledge and also giving me proper time. Great experience with Mohit Whabi
I drove 9 hours from Coral Springs, FL to meet with sales representatives Mohit Whabi and Sean Plummer. Before I even parked my vehicle, I was greeted in the parking lot by both representatives. During the transaction process, I was always asked if I was ok or if I needed anything (coffee, water). The General Manager, Mike Higham, came over to me and thanked me for making the trip up, also asking if I needed anything.....he did not have to do that. Mohit Whabi knew exactly what my vehicle needs were and made the transaction process go smoothly. Mohit Whabi was professional and courteous, but most of all, he treated me like family! Everything from the ease of making an appointment online to the quality of service was exceptional. My service advisor, Mr. Tutt, allowed me to use multiple discounts toward the cost of my repairs. Nalley Honda provided a Thanksgiving-style lunch for its employee and even extended their generosity to me and a few other customers. They always do a great job with my repairs and I get a free car wash too.

2013 Honda CRV
As I was returning from taking a friend to the airport, an orange light came on that looked like an explanation mark. As I was nearing your Honda dealership where I purchased my CRV, I stopped in and asked what the light meant. I met the most impressive service advisor, namely Wesley Overton, that I have dealt with so far in having my Honda serviced. He told me immediately the light indicated low tire pressure, and he could take care of that and I would be on my way.Even though I did not have an appointment, I asked if I could get my oil changed and tires rotated since I was already there. He suggested that I might want to get my tires aligned since it had been a long time since having that done. I said yes. My experience with this man far exceeded any service I have had. In the 30-point inspection with the oil change, it was discovered my battery was very bad. He checked my warranty and said my battery was covered and it would be replaced free. This truly saved my day in many ways.He was very polite and courteous in working me in that day. I appreciate so much that the Union City Honda dealership keeps on improving its quality of service advisors and technicians. I sincerely believe Wesley Overton needs to be commended for representing your dealership so well. He is very genuine and respectful. Now that's Customer Service!!

Called in the morning to a report mechanical car problems, Dustin advised what the problem could be, and suggested my having the vehicle towed in for diagnostic check, and service. Vehicle was towed that morning, and I was advised of problem and told repairs could be made the same day, and what it would cost. I was also advised that some repairs was covered under warranty or reult of recall. I was able to pick my vehicle up that evening. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long. My service tech, Dustin, was courteous and very helpful.

My family has went through a lot of personal tragedy within the last year. October 2014 I was in an accident and my wife's car was a total loss. We went to other dealers and they didn't care about our needs. They just wanted to sell a car. We ended up at Nalley Honda in Union City Ga in November . Jeanette was concerned about our needs first. She used her expertise and translated our needs into a vehicle that my wife and I love which was a 2014 Honda Civic Ex. Fast forward to ten months later during the end of September 2015 a deer ran in front of my 2005 Chevy Malibu and cost damage to it. Since the car was ten years old with 235000 miles on it that car was considered as a total loss. We immediately knew who to call. Once again Jeanette along with Thomas White came to the rescue. My next vehicle that I was going to buy was a truck. Once I described how I was going to use it we decided that a SUV fits the type of vehicle that I needed. I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot this time. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of Jeanette and the rest of the Nalley Honda team. Jeanette is our salesperson of choice. Great Service on sale of new Honda
I have not bought a used or new car from any dealer for over 30 years. Everyone knows it is a pain and generally full of bad surprises, generally of the money type. Well I bought a new Honda yesterday from Marty Hagood after coming to an agreed upon price via an email and two phone conversations. The car I wanted had some dealer installed items and when I said did not want them, Marty had them removed. I showed up an hour after we agreed to the price on the phone. In another hour all the paper work was completed, I gave them the money and drove my truck home, while Marty followed in the new car,to give the wife instructions. Only heartache I experienced was letting go of the money.
Every time I bring my CR-V in for service Marty Ellard takes great care of me! He makes sure my vehicle is in excellent shape before I leave and even has it cleaned!

SERVICE AT NALLEY HONDA
The service I experienced at Nalley Honda was due to the Service Manager Kwesi! (I don't remember his last name, but he is the only one that goes by that name!)) Oil Change Service
The wait was a little long because one service person was checking in multiple people. I also was expecting to receive a complimentary car wash; as this is advertised in writing inside the service waiting area. I didn't want to wait or inquire after I got back into my car and realized it had not been washed. Aside from that, I believe that I received a great value for what I paid. I felt comfortable in the waiting area and with the quality of service provided by the service staff.

Nalley Honda has very professional staff. Service writer, Dustin, was very attentive and kept me informed while car was being serviced. Service area is well kept.
Took car in for service on transmission. It was not changing gears as it should. They pulled it back into the bay and an hour and one half later puled it back outside and declared the transmission burnt up. I knew that was not true for I would have smelled a burning transmission. I thought it only needed a seienoid . There was no evidence that the transmission had even been touched. I took the car to a transmission expert. He drove the car and immediately declared that it was not burned up. He checked it out and all it needed was a $40 selenoid , not a $3950 transmission. Nalley will never check out one of my cars again.

I bought my Honda CR-V from Nalley Honda. It was the best experience I have ever had with in dealership. Although some of the dears in other dealerships tricked me on the phone to get me into their dealerships, Mis Jeanette Lenox in Nalley Honda was really honest to me. She explained everything in details and helped me to make the best decision. After our discussion on the phone I got there and she took care of everything. I just signed some documents and without any wast of time I got the car I was looking for. I do like chemistry of this dealership.

Had a cracked engine block on my daughters 2006 civic that we got second hand from family. 150K+ miles and years out of warranty. Dropped it off on a Saturday Night, the following Thursday it was ready as promised along with the inside and out detailed, all ended up being covered by a service bulletin addressing the very issue we had saving me big$, Thank you Holly(my service advisor) and Honda for everything, you were great. 2015 Honda Civic EX
1st place I went to when trying to buy a new car. Checked around with other dealerships and came back to Nalley Honda to buy. No high pressure like the others which automatically knock them out of the running. Easy to work with and got I think the best deal around. Have not used the service department yet but will be trying it in about 4k miles

Hollie Higby has been a great service advisor to me. If I have a problem with my car, I call her and we set a service call date. Once in the shop, Hollie tells me what is wrong with the car, approx. cost of repair and time to repair it. During the service, if they find something else she comes out to the waiting room to advise me of the problem, approx. cost and time for the repair. Wish more people would be like her.

Very easy buying experience.
This was the best experience I have ever had when buying a new car. My only complaint is that the process is so time consuming. It took about three hours to get all the paperwork done but I am sure the dealership was working as quickly as possible to get me in my new car.

I had a Honda Accord as my first car, so when I needed to buy another car Honda was on my list. I walked into this dealership with my mind made up on a Charger I had driven previous, and ended up with a 2015 Honda Accord. Everything went smooth and fast. This is the dealer I trust to take care of all my repairs and oil changes, but anytime I get my brakes replace, I always end up going back because they continue to squeak. If a customer comes in with brake concerns, you assume they would check all breaks (front and rear) to ensure all concerns are addressed. They replaced my brake pads and did not notice that my rear brakes needed to be cleaned and were the ones squeaking in the beginning. I returned to have the squeaking looked at, and they forgot to close my hood all the way. Thankfully, I made a stop and saw that my hood was open.

If I could give 0 stars that would be a better rating they do NOT even deserve 1 star. They are complete liars and did everything the could to get my husband and I in the dealership only to back out of all they promised. So after 2 hours of being messed around with while our 3 kids were stuck there we decided enough was enough. COME to find out a week later we found an amazing dealership at Newnan nissan the finance manager said Nalley never pulled our credit or tried to get a loan for us so they were just lying the complete time. They are complete crooks!

Went in for airbag recall
First of all, normally we dont go to the dealership for service but this time we had no choice because it was a factory recall issue. Our appt was at 945am on a Saturday, and it busy. After waiting about 5 minutes for a service person to greet us ( Marty), he got us checked in and told us Hollie was the actual person we made the appt with and we would talk to her later. We went into the waiting room and saw Hollie walking by and told her who we were. She immediately knew who we were and thanked us for being patient. She then gave us an update on our car and told us she would call us soon when it was ready. Hollie was very personable, genuine, and made us feel really important. Becuase of her personal attention we will rethink using the dealership next time we need a mechanic.

I have always gone to Marty for my CR-V service and he has never disappointed me! He is honest about what is a priority and always quick and efficient with the work that needs to be done! The Service Department is Great!
I can't say enough good things about the Service Department. All the people there are very polite and enthusiastic. It's all clean and orderly, and repair items are explained and well-documented by their computers. Service Adviser Kwesi Bramble and I have even become friends. The shop back in the back is as clean as one would wish it to be, and the cars are protected properly from unnecessary grease and dirt and are cleaned before being brought out. The service intake bay has plenty of room to pull in and get out of the weather while you do business. The .waiting area inside the showroom part of the building is clean and one is not bothered by salesmen as one waits; there is complimentary Wi-Fi.

I came in for a routine visit to get my oil changed and received much more. My service light had come on the day prior and I had no idea what it meant, so I told my service rep that I had never allowed my oil % to get that low and that was why the check engine light had come on. Zahe Muhammed was very thorough while explaining that it was not my check engine light, but was an indicator light prompting a specific service needed and why. He was also very patient while I played 100 questions to better understand what was going to and needed to happen. Zahr also overheard my sister reference being hungry and he arranged a shuttle ride while my car was being serviced. Upon returning back to the service center, Zahr spoke with me about what was needed for my upcoming visit as well as gave me a couple of quotes for some tires. Before escorting me to the payment clerk, he gave me a coupon book to save a little bit on my current and future services. Zahr was great and I will definitely be back in to see him. Well, I and my husband came into have our Civic service with a oil and cabin filter change almost a week ago.Before we came down I called to see if they could change our appointment from August 31 to August 23 the guy Mark said yes he can do it. He was honest about the wait times because he said Saturday morning was their busy day. Well we finally arrived at Nalley Honda and the line was out the door. So I spoke to another friendly service advisor KWEISI. I asked KWEISI if I could bring the car back at a later time he said yes. I told him I would be back at 3 pm. I arrived early so KWEISI greeted me and started the paperwork for service on my car. Kweisi was professional and friendly. The wait time was less than an hour. I was happy because I was on a time schedule. As I was leaving the manager to other service advisors were friendly and thank me for my service. I will definitely take my car back to Nalley Honda for service.

My purchasing experience with Nalley Honda was TERRIBLE!
I had the worst experience with Nalley Honda Pre-Owned Department. Sales Managers Anthony Russell and Steven Rotenstein were beyond rude and offensive. There is no sense of customer service whatsoever! They rather give up a $17k deal than to replace air filters and brake pads. On Friday, August 1st, I placed a call to Mr. Russell to get clarification as to what all is included in their 150pt inspection, as I was told the night before the vehicle had undergone. I was under the impression that air filters and brakes would be a maintenance issue handled under the inspection. Yet it was brought to my attention, during a visit to the Nalley Toyota (for a tire pressure light issue), that the filters needed replacing and the brake pads were at 4mm out of 9mm (mind you it had been less than 24 hours since leaving the dealership). Mr. Russell's first reaction was to ask, who told me that the car had a 150pt inspection as, and I quote, "I didn't tell you that!" I inform him that the gentleman who closed out my purchase had provided this information during conversation. He placed me on a brief hold then returns stating, that the vehicle went through their service department and checked out so, he rather take the car back than to take the hit for repairs, especially for the price I was purchasing it for! I was taken aback because first, he wasn't selling me the car at any lower rate than what was advertised online and secondly, I didn't mention anything about wanting to bring the car back. He was so abrupt and boorish that on principle alone, I was compelled to return the vehicle- accompanied by my husband and father. I refuse to spend my money where it clearly isn't wanted! When I arrived to Nalley Honda, Mr. Russell was quick to show me a list of what work had been completed on the vehicle however, we were past that point. My intent was to return the vehicle, and get my down payment back. I informed Mr. Russell that my initial call was merely to get clarification but since his response was to be nasty and condescending, just as he suggested, I'm returning the vehicle. I asked for my deposit back. He proceeded to tell me the office was closed and he could not have a check cut until Monday. I requested that this be put in writing, and asked for any paperwork with my information be returned to me. Mr. Russell then opted to have Mr. Rotenstein come in to the office to speak with me and he was even more offensive than Mr. Russell. He refused to return any of my paperwork, stating it was policy to keep it for 36 months on file before shredding all forms, and refused to also put in writing that it is corporate policy to run a person's credit for identity verification no matter if he/she comes with his/her own financing. When my father began to mention contacting the corporate office, Mr. Rotenstein became extremely discourteous - flinging folders in the air and being snide. His exact words were, "Why?![Regarding written statements] You're going to call corporate anyway!" He suddenly asked us to leave as though we were being threatening or aggressive in any manner - I was visibly upset but never threatening. I again requested he provided a statement regarding my full deposit refund, and he repeatedly demanded we leave the office (which we were initially asked to go in to by Mr. Russell) and he stated, "There is sensitive information in this office". I was furious at the implication that we would tamper with or steal other's information, especially when Im expressing concern about my own personal information. At that point, I was seeing red. I had to step outside while my dad and husband waited in the lobby for the written statement. Never in my life have I had to deal with such blatant disrespect from individuals who are supposed to be managers. As a first time car buyer, this experience has definitely soured my outlook on shopping for a vehicle. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to shop at Nalley Honda Union City! Save yourself!

This latest incident wasn't a repair, but rather my ignorance of the fact that the automatic trunk release had been turned off by a switch in the glove compartment. This isn't the first time I've done something of this nature to them. I give them extremely high marks on patience.

The negotiation process was smooth and logical although we went back and forth about 4 times on pricing I know that they gave me the best deal possible and that I will continue doing business with Nalley for many years to come. I live in Newnan but drive to Union City to have my 10 year old Honda Accord serviced and will do so as long as they continue to provide me with excellent service. Nalley Honda recommends services for my car then I compare their recommendations with the maintenance schedule in my car manual. They are never pushy and politely educate me. I always ask a great many questions. I have never had anyone in the service department be anything but helpful. I do sometimes decline a few of their recommended services because they aren't listed in my car manual schedule and after discussing with technicians. I love that I receive a report on my vehicle and any optional and/or upcoming maintenance my car might need in the future. I have been to other shops here in Newnan that performed services on my car that were not required, then overcharged me for that unneeded service. I plan on keeping my Honda for another 10 years. With regular maintenance and the service from Nalley, I expect to do just that. If I don't, you'll hear about it!

The overall process was good. It took a little longer than I had expected but in the end I got the van I wanted at a good price. The sales pitch for the extra warranty is the only thing I did not care for.

The buying experience was wonderful. The salespersons were so personable and helpful offering me options and explaining in great detail. I felt like a special client....not like I had been treated at another Honda dealership of which I did not do business. Mr Bobby stayed until 10:00 PM showing me all the features and how to work with the new technology of the 2014 which I did not have on my 2007 Honda EX coupe. Jack Rosen, the manager, seemed like someone I had known for a long time. I love the new Honda and have already sent out an email to a network of people about Nalley Honda in Union City. Hopefully it will generate a lot of business for Nalley there. I thank all who helped me in the buying experience. I feel I made a great choice and got a wonderful deal. Even though I thought i would buy a used car or lease, I ended up buying a new 2014.

I recently had service done on my veickle, was pleased with the result, I left before my car was washed, I called back the next day and asked about this, was told to bring my car back immediately, it was cleaned in a timely manner and I am pleased with the results. I have a lease agreement with the dealer and will probably purchase at the en of the greement.

Good experience buying used car
I unexpectedly found myself shopping for a car last week. I did all of my shopping online and eventually identified a car that met most of my criteria and fit within my budget. I scheduled an appointment online with Nalley for the following day. The salesperson (Lou) answered my questions via email and even sent me the Carfax report when I requested it. When I arrived for the test drive, Lou greeted me prompted and pulled the car out for my inspection. He did not rush or distract me through the inspection, even though it was below freezing at the time. He also let me focus during the test drive and responded to my questions. My trade was appraised in a reasonable amount of time, and I received more for it than I was expecting. The car I purchased was already priced very aggressively online, so the bottom line was very good for me. My only complaint is that the entire process (from drive in to drive off) took 3.5 hours. I know that this is not an issue unique to this dealer, but I don't think that it should have taken this long, especially since I was not financing the car. I appreciate them detailing the car and filling it up before delivery, but it still makes for a long day, especially considering that I drove 1.5 hours to get there. With that said, everyone I spoke to there was very nice and did not hassle me in any way. I've purchased 3 cars from various dealers over the years, and this was the best experience I have had. I would gladly do business with them again or recommend them to a friend.

She took the time to explain where various things were in the car, especially helpful since it was raining.I had not come prepared to purchase the vehicle, only to test drive it. I liked it so much, I decided to see what type of deal could be made. Amber and her Sales Manager worked diligently to put together the figures for me. I had told them that I was prepared to write a check for a specific amount and it was up to them to make it work. They worked it out to my satisfaction and I drove away in my new CRV.I will definitely recommend Nalley Honda to anyone

It's been many years since I've purchased a car so I was skeptical about the process including the length of time it would take to close the transaction. Shopping on line was a new and unique experience for me. I was able to get the internet price of the car. That made me happy. Saliou Ndoye, the salesman, was very professional and did everything he could do to address a bump along the way. I did not initially receive the correct paperwork for the certified inspection. I asked to speak to David Byrd, a Sales Manager, about it and he made sure I received the proper paperwork rather quickly. I would not have purchased the car had I not received the financing I wanted. Jason Tressa, the Finance Manager was very professional. He gave me an acceptable rate, explained everything related to the purchase in detail and assured me that he would help with any problems. I am happy that I chose Nalley Honda, not too far from my neighborhood, because I believe I've made a contribution to my community and the service was great. I'm waiting for my tag and am confident that if I do not receive it in a timely manner that I'll receive assistance. By the way, it did not take long to close the transaction. That really made me happy. Also, the dealership has a great team of people who work together to satisfy customers.

Three weeks later and 4 unreturned phone calls later, no manuals. The Navigation isn't real easy to deal with without some instruction.run,don't walk. There are many reputable dealers you can do business with. You would think they would have the professional courtesy to return a call and tell us they don't plan on following through with the promise.The dealers GM, won't even return our call.

My wife and I had a miserable experience today with your dealership. I am a USAA member and have bought many vehicles through zag/truecar and this is by far the worst case of bait and switch that I have ever experienced. By contrast, I purchased a 2014 Accord yesterday at Autonation and it was a very smooth process. I felt misled regarding the discounts, dealer installed equipment, and trade appraisal. I specifically confirmed with Amber the sticker price and discounts prior to having my wife bring in our trade. Later I was informed that the "guaranteed" discount would not be honored and that that I would have to pay almost $2K in peripherals that represent zero value to me. Also, Leroy and I had agreed on a trade value over the phone of $30K if the vehicle was in "good" condition. I was later told the car appraised as "very good" but the offer was now $29K. Lastly, I let Amber and Leroy know that my wife was on her way and yet she waited 45 minutes upon arriving for Amber to greet her. I let them know that I would be buying the vehicle with my wife and yet Amber was extremely dismissive and kept her in the dark for over 4 hours.
Confused and Upset
I would like to start out by saying Amber Jefferson was great but one of the co-workers wasn't. One if th finance guys decided that I didnt have to make any payments on the car I had until he told me to. He call and text me after hours just to see what and how I was doing. NOT THE CAR! As I recall, they close at 8 pm so there is no need for you to be texting my 11:30 at night. Not to mention the fact that he was a lot friendlier with the late night calls and text when he found out the guy with me wasn't my boyfriend. He decided that he needed to repo my car after he met my actual boyfriend this month. In the text or calls he never said when a payment was gone come due after he decided that I didnt need to pay Sept as originally planned after changing it in his office verbally. Inever gave him the assumption that i wanted him. So he shouldve just did his job from the jump instead of dreaming up some crazy life he wanted.

I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey from Nalley Honda (Union City, GA) about three weeks ago. Although pleased with my vehicle, I'm unhappy with the sales process. The dealership has yet to address my concerns after multiple contacts to general management. My husband and I drove two hours to Nalley after negotiations via phone. A sales manager, Mr. Byrd, told us our sales price included the accepted certificate from our banks car buying service (USAA), plus the cost of add-ons. One of the add-ons discussed at the dealership was the Protector package. Our sales rep told us the Protector was included in the price of our vehicle and it comes with every Nalley vehicle. We were not given the option at that time to decline, so I was shocked to see the $799 price tag for the Protector during financing. But, after nearly 5 hours at the dealership, we were in a rush pick up our son from daycare. So, we confirmed again with financing that the $799 was included in the sales price of our car and signed.When I got home, I noticed the $799 had been added AFTER taxes, and the sales price of my vehicle had been manipulated. So, the Protector is clearly an option, not an add on. I called the next day requesting a refund of the $799. It was denied. I was told by another manager and then Mr. Byrd that I could decline the Protector now but the sales price of my vehicle would be the same, and even if I had declined during the sale, negotiations would not have gone lower. In the end, this dealership took advantage of our exhaustion and need to get our son. It was easy, then, to creatively explain and manipulate numbers without us noticing. Not only am I out $799 in potential savings, but the sales staff also used a $500 cash back entitlement I received as an active duty military member to make their calculations appear seamless. We should have checked our paperwork more clearly, but I am appalled a reputable Honda dealer would include the Protector without clear consent of the customer, not disclose such an expensive price tag during the sales process, and take advantage of its customers in such a way as we were. As a customer, I expect to be treated with honesty and integrity, and Nalley Honda did not do that. I would not recommend them to anyone, and due to the dealership's lack of response, I will be reporting the situation to Honda America as well as the USAA car buying service.

These guys are Crooks!! BE AWARE!!!! Do Not Buy A car from these guys!! They have wasted 4 hours of my time on one day and then 3 hours of my time on the second day trying to scam me. They sold me a car and when I came out to drive the car off the lot, turned out they had switched out my car to a cheaper model thinking I might not recognize the car they sold is missing the navigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! Oh FYI - LEEROW - He does not have any sort of professionalism. Half way throughout the deal he will start calling you "bro" instead of "sir" like other salesman do. If they don't like you they will stop answering your calls.
