Could use a good mechanic

Bought a 2005 Passat. Decent car for the price. They added universal coolant to a g12 system only so coolant system needed flushed. Right cv shaft was replaced but none of the bolts were tightened all the way. Coolant leak from 12$ plastic water housing that they never replaced. Cv shaft on left side was junk, torn boot and leaking grease all over cv shaft had play as well. After I spent time and money car is running great.

Great Buying Experience !!

i had seen some cars on the internet that i was interested in, so i called to make an appointment. When we got to My Choice Motors, a 90 mile drive, both cars were ready for inspection. It took a while for the appraisal for my in so we had to leave early. The first offer for my trade was low ,so we left.. Two days later Charles. our salesman called asking me what i wanted, i told him and he called back saying they would give me what i wanted. I drove back up and everything went smoothly. Fahad spent a lot of time going over things inside the car. The car was immaculate and all ready to go. Fahad called the next day to make sure things were fine. I had a positive experience and would buy from them again.

TERRIBLE

2004 Buick Rendezvous back in April. Was fine first month, afterwards had problems with overheating. Brought to several mechanics and a list of issues were: radiator, instrument cluster repair, engine cylinder misfire, fuel system cleaning. Estimated cost for all this was close to $2,500 which is almost the amount I paid down for this car. TERRIBLE!

Great Experience, Great Car

I came in looking to buy a used car! I have always bought my car from a larger car dealership so I was a little skeptical about coming here. As soon as we walked on the lot we were attended to. They were not pushy and let me look around on my own. I found the car I liked right away, a 2006 Nissan Altima! I took it for a test drive and everything was great except it needed a wheel alignment. I wasn't ready to make my purchase the same day. The following Monday I received a call regarding credit approval. They managed to get me approved with poor credit at a monthly payment I could afford! They also did the wheel alignment before I came in to purchase the car. I work and go to school so being able to text them about concerns and questions was very helpful! Once my plates came in I received a phone call! Picking up my plates they offered to put them on for me! The customer service experience was amazing!! I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends who are in tight situations who need a vehicle!!

Buick Rendezvous '04

My husband and I went to purchase a Buick Rendezvous. I'm a SAHM and I needed a vehicle that was spacious. We have two kids and a dog so you can imagine how space is a MUST! I contacted Fahad on saturday morning told him what I was looking for. "Less then ten minutes Fahad contacted me. Said he would start looking. Had few back and forth calls and by five was there to test drive, sign, and leave. Now car dealerships make me sick. Not My Choice Motors!!!!!!! They go the extra to help their customers. Fahad answered all my questions. This was my second purchase for my second car in six years. These guy was great. I was ready to downgrade because I was worried about the price. He stayed late and helped me get my dream car. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. I LOVE THIS GUY AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND :)

WHEN I ASKED HIM A QUESTION HE WAS UNSURE ABOUT HE CHECKED ONLINE TO ENSURE HE PROVIDED ME WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. Hesitant to try but satisfied with results. As with anything else, wish there was more defined results but overall, content with information that was provided and for the cost of a dollar, car history provided information and piece of mind to make purchasing a vehicle a little less stressful.
