Sales dept. is great. But I can't say enough about their terrible service dept. I, of all people, am very reasonable and level headed and can confidently say that the service dept. lacks overall; especially in follow through and customer service. The management of this dept. needs to be thoroughly reviewed and held accountable for ruining the reputation of this dealership.

I want to give a big thanks to Andy Ho for making my experience at the dealership as smooth as possible. My son and I had gone to the dealer just to look and to ask about Chevrolet Camaro. He made sure that he got me the best deal and of me being happy with the decision I was making.The process of everything didn't take long as I thought it was, even though I was leaving from the dealers around 5:30 pm but everyone was very nice enough to stay after hours. They even went as far as to filling up the tank and giving the car a good washing one week later. I've had the car for about 10 days,now and I'm very happy with the choice I made.

My experience was outstanding. I got rid of my Jeep and purchased the new Equinox. I was going to cancel but when I showed up, the experience was quick and painless. It was the shortest amount of time I had ever spent purchasing a vehicle and the sales rep, Andy Ho, made the process seamless. I will be returning to this dealership in the future to upgrade my other car, the Ford Fusion, to a Chevrolet Camaro before the end of the year. For those who don't know, this dealership has the best deals and your buying experience will be awesome!!!

It took 5 hrs to get into a car. Our salesman really tried hard for us which makes this visit better but then when we needed a ride back between lots another salesman "gunned" the gas speeding between traffic while the other salesman in the passenger side laughed saying thats the turbo, really scared my mom. Again our salesmen tried to comfort us. I wont be coming back to purchase my new car and will be telling my friends and neighbors about this dealership.

When I was looking for a used car to purchase, I ended up visiting many dealerships, large and small. Most were horrible to deal with some just annoying. I inquired for the new Camaro through TrueCar and was bombarded by emails from local dealers, but Shayan the internet manager, went the extra mile and sent me a quick easy text message that he had the car i was looking for and was going to make it a very easy experience as he did! He sent me pictures and video of the car before I drove out there, had the paperwork all ready.. (car was washed before I even got there!!) Gave me another tour of the car, a fun test drive and signed my paper works. Had the car gassed up and ready to go!best purchase experience i've had.. have already referred him to my family and friends..great dealership very friendly managers that get involved and thank you for the business. and the follow up was impeccable by shayan, pea, and the dealership!thanks guys!!

I went in for a smog check on my 2006 Silverado 2500 HD diesel, which I bought brand new from them, in fact I have bought 6 NEW VEHICLES, over the years totaling about $ 200 thousand. The check engine light was on, so they charged me $105.00 to diagnose it. They said I needed glow plus and a new turbo charger, keeping in mind that I only have 70 thousand miles on the truck. The total cost estimate was $ 4000 thousand and counting. After that shock wave hit me, I went home and reset the codes, with my scanner, took it to a smog check only place and it passed with no problems. What kind of dealer does this to their costumers? Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to that dealer, for sales or service, they lost a lifelong costumer that is in the market for a replacement Corvette, mine is a 2004 which I bought new from their dealership. That visit was a disgrace , and a pathetic job of troubleshooting. I am an aircraft mechanic, and would have been fired for that.

Complete disregard to families and specially military members families. (Brandon- sales, Joseph-sales manager, Ariel Ricitelli- sales manager, Adrian Varas- general sales manager) My family showed up to the dealership to pick up the vehicle after I had been jumping through hoops from Texas (where i am stationed) to get special power of attorney and dealing with the bank to get financed and the dealership for days for a specific vehicle. After all was said and done the last thing left was to get the insurance. When i called back to let them know i had it and sent them the insurance they told me they had already sold it. Now i am deploying tomorrow and my son and his mother will not be able to move around until i can figure something out. Worst part about it was that Joseph and Adrian could care less about my family wasting the whole day there waiting . Adrian said he "wouldn't even give them a pen". Not that I care about a pen, just saying that some consideration would be appreciated.

I have never written a review before about anything that I have purchased but I felt it was appropriate to do so this time since it involved buying a car for my daughter. She had gone to 4 dealers on her own and looked at the chevy cruze. She told me that she liked the atmosphere at Mountain View so we went there. I met with the manager and told him what we wanted to spend and how much we wanted for our trade in. We made the deal in 20 minutes from the first handshake to consummating the purchase. It was cool and it was very easy to deal with these guys. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will go back to them when my son gets his license and is ready to drive too.

I drove all the way from Pasadena because I found their prices to be the most competitive on the internet without even making a phone call first. Their internet pricing on new Tahoes were lower than any other dealership. Overall, I'de give them a 9 for pricing and a perfrect 10 for service. They also gave me $400 more for my 1995 Honda then anyone else did.

Salesman and Sales Manager had excellent customer services. Be careful when you are signing documents with the Finance Managers one rosey, she slides in product such as Warranty,saying it is offered but not telling you have to pay for it. Rushes on signing off papers, Never returns calls ,until you call her manager.. very poor on this side. Once if you want to cancel this product , she says it takes 8 weeks, when in fact to get this product sold it takes only few days. A day light robbery , i guess..Talk to one Ken Jacobs, he is the best there...

I bought my wife a 2005 Mercedes C230 from Mountain View Chevrolet (Ken Jocobs) in August 2011. The price they charged us was a the top of the range for that vehicle, but they made up for it a bit on our trade-in. My wife liked the color inside & out, and the car was very clean.A week later, a friend noticed all the brake calipers were extremely worn so I had my mechanic examine the vehicle. Sure enough, ALL the calipers (and brake pads) were out-of-specification and needed to be replaced. I took the vehicle back to Mountain View Chevrolet and they fixed the problem, but it was illegal for Mountain View Chevrolet to sell the car in that condition! If my friend hadn't noticed this, that would have been $1,000.00 out of my pocket! Not to mention we had to take time off work, lost the vehicle for 5 days, etc. How do you not know the car you selling has bad brakes!?!Then, I noticed the front tires were very worn on the inside, and I sent my wife back to Mountain View to mentioned this to the dealer. When they brought their head mechanic out to examine the tires, she was told the tires were fine and nothing was wrong. A month later the "check engine" light came on, and I had to replace an EVAP Purge valve ($300). When our mechanic had the car on the rack, he noticed the tread on the inside of the tires was separating from the steel belt. I had to replace both front tires the next day! I believe Mountain View Chevrolet was deliberately deceitful in the sale of the vehicle and violated vehicle safety laws regarding the sale of this vehicle. When I attempted to inform the owner (Mark) of the situation, he avoided taking my calls, and would not call me back. If you want a good car-buying experience, go somewhere else. Don't buy from Mountain View - John

I recently went into Mountian View to purchase a used car. I worked with Debi Russom and it was by far the best expierence I have ever had purchasing a car. I never once felt pressured or that I was being rushed into something. She was helpful, answered all my questions and lead me in the right direction with my decision. I will never by a car from anyone else. I would be comfortable reccomending Debi Russom to my closest friends and family.

Luke was incredibly helpful! We (my boyfriend and I) walked on to lot around 10p. We were greeted warmly. He was more than happy to let me test drive the 2012 Chevy Malibu with out concern to the late hour. He was very knowledgeable about the make/model of car as well as the lease programs I was interested in. He stayed with us until midnight working out all the arrangements. The Asst. Manager gave me a great trade in value and really worked with me around finances!! They made my buying experience smooth and easy. When my 3 yr lease it up I plan on going back!! I will only buy cars from this lot!!

I drove from Pasadena to Mountain View Chevrolet to look at used cars because I recall having a good experience with them 10yrs ago. Today they generously took my old pick up truck as a trade-in and got me into a current year Chevy with WAY better gas mileage. They were prepared to do whatever they could to make it happen. But I never got squeezed ...just encouraged. The right amount of pressure without any b.s. They have a great reputation and they know they have to work to maintain that.

I had been looking at anew car as my present car was at 150,000 miles. I work on a TV show that was giving away a Chevy Volt and I fell for it! I even rented a Volt from a car rental co.for a week and loved it! Mountain Chevrolet was the only dealer who didn't have a markup on the price and had the color I wanted They meet all my demands as to price and accessories.They were very easy to do business with,and NO high pressure tactics!!

My vehicle was dying periodically (it would not start and even though the battery was less than a year old it would be completely dead). I took the car to Mountain View Chevrolet and talked to our Service Advisor Edward Johnson. (Note: I continue to use Mountain View Chevrolet in servicing this vehicle due to the extreme friendliness and willingness to help us as a customer and not excluding their professionalism and competence in servicing such an old hard to get parts for, 95 Chevrolet Suburban). Our Service Advisor indicated he would put a technician on it right away. Later that day Ed called and indicated that we had an above normal current draw on the battery while in a shutdown mode, (220 milli-Amp draw versus the normal 20 milli-Amp draw). He indicated that they would continue to trace the electrical and try to locate the problem. I initially had little hope in a satisfactory resolution since the vehicle is over 16 years old and it has had numerous aftermarket features (video, stereo, alarm, etc) added since the car was purchased. However, a couple of days later Ed called to report they had resolved the issue (it turned out to be a short in the vanity light in the drivers side sun visor). The fact that they were able to find the problem in such a timely manner is truly amazing, but best of all is the fact that after having resolved the issue, they refused to charge me for it.This only further strengthens my continued resolution to buy American, and to make my next Chevrolet purchase from Mountain View and continue to remain part of the Mountain View Family of customers for all my service requirements.

We recently filed bankruptcy and had a very hard time getting financed without any money down. We only had our 1998 Ford F150 as a trade in. When we called them over the phone, they assured us that they could get us financed so long as we could prove our income which was no problem for us since both my wife and I work for as teachers. I was very pessimistic about their promises and assurances. Nevertheless, We decided to give them a try and went down there on a Saturday morning. Within an hour and a half, We drove out in a brand new Chevy Malibu. And, no phone calls later to say that they couldn't get us financed like the Nissan and Kia dealers did to us the prior month. Kudos to those guys and gals at Mountain View Chevy for making it happen. They've earned our business now and will do so again in the future. Thanks Andy!!

My brother bought a used 2007 truck from this dealer. He has put less than 4,000 miles on the truck and had already been in for break trouble once. He experienced the same problem and they told him his entire break system has been contaminated with the incorrect break fluid. My brother has never taken this vehicle to any other deal and yet, they accept no responsibility for the work they performed on the truck nor the fact they may have sold him a faulty vehicle.They claim it is impossible to tell where the contamination originated or who is at fault.DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.The General Manager was no help.

You will be pleased to know that your purchase request on a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 4WD has arrived at Mountain View Chevrolet. As the Internet manager, I understand how you want to do business.

Not!! First of all they were low on stock, secondly, they had poor service. Todd placed me with this saleman name Brain who totally sucked. It was a total waste of my time and my wifes. They will never get our time again. Take heed if you don't wont to be dillyed around for 4hrs, dont go to this place. Not to mention they still have two of my checks. Beware!!!!!
