I'm so glad Chevrolet fixed the issue and my truck runs better than ever. But, the hassle and amount of haggling I had to do to get someone to listen to me was difficult. When a customer comes to your service center, they are trying to get their transportation fixed. We are worried it's going to cost more than we can afford. It's a very stressful experience. When the service advisor is negative and tries to get out of checking for the warrantied service, it causes added stress to the customer's experience. If it weren't for my insistence that my problem was legitimate and likely covered under warranty (or at least possibly so) the service advisor should respond with concern and care. Mine tried on two occasions to tell me my truck was not covered for the warranty. If I had let it go at his professional position, I would continue to have problems and probably be up the creek without a paddle and still in the same predicament. Why did I have to insist he check out the truck at all? In the end, Chevrolet did repair the problem but I truly believe it is because I would not budge on my insistence that they look more closely at my situation. This entire experience has been frustrating and will cause me to think twice before I buy another Chevrolet. Here is a secret--make your service department as enticing after the sale as before the sale and you'll have customers for life.

I stopped by the dealership to get another drive out tag for my car and I spoke with Shaun Emery (my salesman) and I told him that before I left to come down there, it was a screw in my tire, he went to the service dept and got Jaime and he came and looked at my vehicle and the next thing I knew he was taking my car into the service dept and fixed my tire. Your service department really needs to step up their game. They are very slow and if they would just be straight forward about what's going on it would make for a more pleasant experience not only once but twice I wasn't told that my car was ready I had to ask and I was just sitting in the waiting area. I think if you would get these people whipped into shape about what to do it would make it much easier!

As always, Missy Gentry get things done. She set up my service dept. appointment. She was polite, professional and able to deal with my last minute scheduling issue with grace. My service adviser Perry was also polite and professional. He kept me informed on the status of my truck while I waited for an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech(not sure of his name) did an excellent job. My truck was returned to me just as clean as it was when I dropped it off. All service appears to be done with the utmost care.

I went in to have the handle fixed on my Chevy Avalanche and pulled up in front and was met very promptly. they took my truck back to be serviced and was fixed in a very reasonable time. I felt like a customer and not just a number and was very satisfied with the service.The waiting room was nice and clean and made me feel really comfortable. it was a very good experience considering I hate waiting more than anything so thank you very much.

Overall my experience was very good at your dealership. My salesman was great and very helpful. He helped me to get the best price possible for my car. I am a first time buyer and he made it very easy. I am very happy with everything that he did for me. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that it took the detail shop almost an hour and a half to wash my car. It did not look like they took very much time with it and I was very dissatisfied with how the car looked when I finally got it back. It was still soaked and later that day it had water spots all over it.

Although I didn't purchase my SUV there, MVC was great with their service. I had tried to get my appt. at the place of purchase before I was to go on vacation. They did not have any appts. beforehand and MVC handled my service needs before my trip. I am planning on coming back for all of my service needs to MVC in the future.

I drove 2 hours, twice, to look at a truck with these guys. Both times the truck was off the lot with customers who hadn't bought it or put money down. Each time I was told it's a first come first serve business. Why have appointments then if you're not going to keep them? If it sells fine but don't just let people drive vehicles off the lot without a down payment or something. Just bad business all around. Do yourself a favor and find a vehicle somewhere else.

I was satisfied with the overall experience. I was not however satisfied with the price which could be true for most major repairs at most service centers. I think that the labor per hour is way to demanding on the customer. I understand operational costs and expenses but having a $100 part installed for $700 is quite unimaginable. Especially for Chevy owners who do actually use the dealership for repairs when you can go elsewhere for half the price. With that said the customer also receives a greater guarantee of quality service. It just seems like there is no incentive to have repairs performed at the dealership. I would suggest either lower labor costs or an incentive program that rewards owners to choose the dealership over other repair shops. For example, Chevy owners could earn a free oil change service for so many dollars in repairs. Thanks,

Came in for an oil change and one tpms in right front tire not working had to wait until a later date to replace tpms monitor service advisor had mechanic relearn the tpms system which shut down the other three monitors because of the one I knew was bad now cannot monitor any tire pressures until the one I knew was bad is fixed

On this visit to the dealership I took my late husband's 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pick up truck in for the replacement of the instrument cluster. and a leak around the door on the driver's side. After evaluation of the truck the service advisor, Kyle Montgomery, called and advised me of other important repairs that needed immediate attention. The truck needed brakes, calipers, and tires. I knew the truck needed tires and had planned on buying new ones later. But Mr. Montgomery advised me that all the repairs needed to be done immediately. The brakes were 12 years old, and the tires were dry rotted. I agreed to have the repairs made and even asked him to check the Serpentine belt which was replaced along with the A/C belt. I had no idea the truck need the repairs and wouldn't have even thought about them until I was probably stranded on the side of the road or even worse. Being a recent widow, I am very thankful that someone was very observant and concerned for my well being. Good Job Mountain View Service Department and Kyle Montgomery.

I would suggest that you review our recent service visits before asking if we want certain services done. This happened last visit as well. It was suggested we have transmission serviced when you had replaced the transmission about a year and only a few thousand miles ago. If I had not known this I may have told you to go ahead with it. I would like to know you are looking at what needs to be done on my vehicle and you are looking out for my costs as well.

Bought a truck and loved it but regretted not getting the bigger engine (6.2L). The sales person Sean Emery worked with me to not only trade in the vehicle 3 weeks after buying the first one but also find me exact truck but with the larger engine. I said before in the review for the first one that is was best experience I had when buying a vehicle but this one topped it only 3 weeks later! C7 headlight failure

Service was fast and satisfactory. After a reduction in the cost of replacing my left headlight assembly from $1300 to $742.30 plus tax, I am grateful for the price help from GM but that is still a helluva price for a failed headlight. The new one is aimed a little low compared to the right one and is a lot whiter light than the right one. Possibly why replacing both at once is recommended, but $1600 for both is not an anticipated "maintenance" expense. I thought these type bulbs never failed but ballasts DO fail. Happened on my C6 and the new ballast cost $10! This headlight assembly is not designed to be maintained or repaired, simply replaced. I'm wondering how this will play out when more people suffer this failure.

2 plus hours for a scheduled 8:00 am oil change/ tire rotation /brake inspection on a Saturday seems excessively lengthy. I have worked In dealerships for over 8 years, over 5 years in service departments. Obviously staffing is slimmer on Saturdays-when most customers are Not working. My usual Chevy dealerships service dept is not even open on Sat. But they were open to Sell me the vehicle on Sat. Some competitive brand dealerships that were formerly closed for service on Sat are now open for service on Sat. You will earn higher marks on this type survey from me when this type apt takes 1 1/2 hours or less. I feel this would be reasonable all things considered.

Buying a new car is supposed to be exciting. Having never purchased a new car before, we were both foolish and naive. They took full advantage of both and we ended up with a car we didn't want. Now we can't even get the service scheduled that we were promised. Our e-mails are ignored and our calls are not returned. The sales team know they messed up and the GM doesn't have time to bother with us. Secondly, the Chevy Malibu is not the quality I would expect from Chevrolet. It's noisy and not user friendly. No spare tire, just an oversized can of Fix a Flat. I do not recommend this vehicle or this dealership.

My last Chevy cruze the turbo went out and left me stranded in North Carolina when I got back went to the dealership at Mt View chevy and with Joshua Wilcox's help and the rest of the sales team he got me in a new car with out a lot of hassle. He did everything he could to make me happy and get a car that I could depend on. After being stranded and a 200.00 cab ride home I didn't think anything could make me happy but was I wrong!!! It was a "hassle-free" visit. I had some major repairs to be done, so they loaned me a car to drive while repairs were being made. They contacted me when it was done and I returned and picked up my own car repaired.

Everything so far has gone great. Mtn View Chevrolet didn't have the color LT Traverse we wanted...SOOOO they went and got one from another dealer. Slight glitch with a service bulletin before pick up, but they are handling that with excellent customer service.

Scheduled an 8:00 appointment for Oil, Lube and tire rotation. Everything seems to have been completed professionally but it took over an hour to complete this job. I would not expect this service to take an hour to be completed. I chose to wait for my vehicle thinking 30 minutes would do the trick. I would have liked to know beforehand how long this type of service would be expected to take.

We have barely slept....We are still in awe of our car purchasing experience. We can never express our appreciation to your team , to Ric Clinton for his genuine care and concern for our familys needs. This man went above and beyondhe never once demonstrated anything in our purchase would benefit anyone but our family. Ric Clinton took time with us, never making us feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing him in any way, even when it appeared we may not be able to purchase he continued to show care, compassion and again, we were more than a sale, we were a family. Everyone is so very nice. The waiting room is comfortable. I appreciate watching TV and using Wi-Fi or your iPad. The service on my automobile did not take long and this service department has maintained four Chevrolets for me. I usually try to keep my autos for at least 10 years :-) Thanks for doing your job so well. The folks at Mountain View must take 'nice pills.' I wish that other businesses were as competent and nice.

I called a week prior for service and made an appt. for a 2013 Malibu purchased in Oct 2013. Basic oil change, trouble with blue tooth pairing, slight odor when HVAC on, tires rotated. Had the car in at 8:15 AM to dealership. I called at 1:30 PM to inquire about pick up and they said it would be another hour as the electrical guy was backed up. I had the courtesy van pick me up and waited in the guest area. My car was ready at 3 PM. It would be an understatement to say I was not happy as to the length of time it took to get those small preventative maintenance items taken care of. I was assured when I bought the car that excellent service came with your dealership. I hope this will be the only time I have this experience!

Once again Mountain View Chevrolet's impeccable service staff was impressive. First while on a routine oil change transmission fluid was notice leaking out, Kyle Montgomery notified me right away so I could make a later appointment. Apparently the original design of the seal didn't work so that's all we had to replace. Even though my experience with Enterprise Car Rental wasn't very pleasant, Gary Varner wasted little time correcting Enterprises mistake. I'm still getting mail about a recall sticker, maybe someone could look into. I've purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, I like some better than others. But I have never had a dealership I liked as well as Mountain View Chevrolet thanks guys and gals.

After dealing with another major car dealer in the area (and being very irritated at how they treated me) I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Mountain View Chevrolet. John Wheeler is an excellent, easy-going salesman who did not push me into any decisions or vehicles. He listened very closely to my needs and parameters and helped me through every step of the process. Unlike other car dealers I was not left sitting and wondering for long periods of time. I was not real informed when I purchased my Sonic 2012.I thought that cruise controls were standard on all cars and my did not have one.also, you could not install because GM did not have partshowever, B&T whom you recommended did install one for me.If I ever purchase another car that is one of the things I will look for believe me.

My radio stopped working. I set up an appointment, took it to the service department. They said it was going to take time to fix, so they gave me a loaner to driver. When I came back to pick up my car the radio was fixed, car washed and vacuumed, oil changed and tires rotated all at no charge. Awesome service...I just really missed my car because I've become spoiled to OnStar and hands free calling.

Everyone was very nice, I was greeted kindly and professionally as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. As soon as I walked into the service department I told them my problem with my car and that I did not have an appointment, Kyle said that was no problem and took my car straight back to work on it. They found the problem but it was going to take a little while to fix it and instead of making me wait at the dealership all day for it to be fixed, they sent me home in one of their brand new Chevrolet Impala's that was super nice. The next morning I received a phone call that my car was finished and ready to be picked up, but to take my time it was no rush. I picked my car up and the kindness continued I was greeted in the parking lot by a sales rep who asked if I needed any help, I just told him I was there to pick up my car and to drop there's off. He kindly walked me to service and opened the door for me even though I was not looking to purchase even the people in sales where great to me. I walked in and they had my car out front ready to go within 5min. My experience with Mountain View was exceptional, I will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced Kyle treated me like I was family and listened to me when I explained the problem with my car, a previous Chevrolet service department treated me as if I was stupid and just thought something was wrong with my car, kept my car for two weeks without even offering me another vehicle to drive and I felt the other Chevrolet place treated me that way because I was a woman, which was very frustrating, but not mountain view. Mountain View treated me above and beyond. My family and I will only purchase from them for now on out and only have our vehicles serviced there!! Thank You Mountain View you definitely exceeded expectations!!!

I am disappointed with the new car. First I had an issue with two of the tires. Now I had the truck spring failed. This isn't the dealers fault, but that's their product.

Nothing on the paperwork i was given suggests all items i requested checking were checked. specifically the "fuel used" indicator is consistently incorrect by at least one gallon in about twenty. BUT, as noted below, what was done, was quite acceptable.
