Waste of time

Don't waste your time going there. They tell you everything is fine and ready to go, you show up and nothing is even close to being done. You sit around all afternoon waiting only to be told to come back the next day. 5 days later and they can't even return you're phone call. Can't imagine how bad it would be once they finally get your money.

When we purchased the CUV, we had a few repair items in the terms of the contract. I do not live locally so I had to leave my vehicle for what was supposed to be one day. I called every day for a week and given a different excuse every time. I had to have a vehicle, so I conceeded one repair so I could have my vehicle back. When we went to pick it up, the salesmen were rude and left us to wander the property looking for the truck. When we finally found it, we had to wait for the mechanic to bring the keys. When he brought them out, he staggered towards us and we could see that he was going to be of no help. As we were driving home, we realized nothing had been fixed. I called the dealership and spoke with the salesman and the manager who was very rude and said that I could drop it off again. Instead, we decided to take it elsewhere since we no longer had any faith in their "mechanics Bill of health." What we found was unbelievable. There was so much wrong with it. I called them and got the run around and finally the worst treatment I've ever had in my life. I bought this vehicle with my disability. It has cost me 2x what I paid for it in repairs and I'm still terrified to drive it but I have no choice because of my fixed income. They took advantage of a young woman who was in a terrible accident and needed a reliable vehicle. Please do not buy from them. If you must, have the vehicle checked thoroughly before you do because once they have your money, you are dead to them.

They sell trash and don't stand behind it Please listen to the reviews I got screwed bad they cover it all up for temp fix then after a month u will see what u got trash way over pricedAnd he gave me his word with a hand shack to make it right then a week later has someone else call me to say yeah we can't COWARDS

I test drove a 2005 F-150 and during the test drive the check engine light came on and it started running bad. They were so dead set on selling me the vehicle and I fell in love with it also so really wanted it. During the purchase they put in writing that they would take care of the issue. I took the truck back 3 different times they kept telling me there was nothing wrong. Then the 3 month expiration came up and they told me they didn't have to do anything anymore. I took the truck to a mechanic and right away they knew the problem. It cost me over 1,500 to get the truck fixed. I took the bill to automax and offered to only let them pay half of the bill, trying to be nice and get it over with and they pretty much told me to screw off. I will NEVER but another vehicle from them and I recommend that no one does.

5 stars. I think Glenn deserves 10 STARS he worked so hard to get me in a SUV. I've been ubering for over a month and really wanted to leave with a vehicle. Glenn made it happen im so thankful and so happy. No more uber thanks to Glenn. Your the best. Thank u for all u did to get me in a SUV. I just really cant thank u enough thank u thank u thank u. this car had obviously been in a collision and repaired. they were very much denying this and said that I was making a big deal over nothing.It is also worth noting that this place and Automax of GR have a very bad reputation among other dealers, according to a few friends that deal very closely with several major GR dealers

I found this dealership very frustrating to deal with. They had a 2012 Dodge Journey advertised on Car Guru, Auto Trader and their own web site. I called on a Monday about the vehicle. Was told by Tony that the vehicle was getting some scratches painted and would possible be done by Friday. Called Thursday. Tony wasn't in so talked with Jay. Jay told me the vehicle was getting recall work done and he didn't know when it would be back. Called on the next Monday. Tony not there any more. Talked with Mike. He told me the bumper was falling off and was getting fixed. I told him I had been told 3 different stories about this Journey. He assured me that the bumper was the problem. Told him I was really interested in this vehicle and even had the cash to pay for it. His response" Boy, you're hot to trot." Tried not to be offended by the comment. He didn't know when the car would be back. Had my son call the next day as I was curious what they would tell him. He was told it was the bumper. My son said that none of the pictures on their web site showed a bad bumper and there was no CarFax report that it had been in an accident. His salesperson said he wasn't sure what was going on but would find out and call him right back. Never happened. So I called again the day after that. Got Mike again who commented once again that I was Hot to Trot when I told him I really wanted this vehicle. By this time, I was getting mad. Decided I was giving it one more chance. So I called again and talked with Kenny. Told him the entire story. He said he would find out what was going on and call back. No surprise - that never happened. I just looked on their web site and the car is still listed. It's been three weeks since this all has happened. All I can say, is good luck to whoever chooses to buy from these clowns - it won't be me.

I bought a truck through these guys. It was on a Saturday and the finance man types up what he thought he could get me for interest and a monthly payment. On Monday when he had to get me the real numbers it ended up being a little higher but he stuck to his word and took more off the price of the vehicle so that he could get me the monthly payment of what he promised!! That to me is excellent customer service! And the sales man (Kenny) didn't go over the top trying to sell me everything out of my budget like usually dealerships do! I had an excellent experience with these guys, and highly recommend them to anyone.


Bait and switch financing promises

Classic Bait and Switch financing. Found my dream car at MotorMax. Sales guy was super friendly and helpful. Financing guy was very personable and willing to work with us on some upgrades the vehicle needed. Agreed on a price and payment we were happy with. Asked flat out if it there was any possibility that the interest rate or payment would change and was told "this is a worst case scenario, the rate may even be better". We left with the car and an appointment to finalize the following day. When we arrived the next day the salesman had a completely different demeanor. He tried to get us to sign on a loan that had a 3% higher interest rate and a 12 month shorter term increasing our payment by nearly $100 a month. We walked away. These guys are scammers. Way to perpetuate the car salesmen stereotype...these guys are the poster models for slimy salesmen.


I highly recommend not buying a car from this dealership!...

I highly recommend not buying a car from this dealership! We bought our vehicle the end of December started rattling a week later the sub frame was completely rusted and the tranny wasnt even sitting where it was supposed to be so (cause they somehow over looked that) they made good and fixed it well they forgot to align my car apparently. I bought new tires a week later and a month later their junk cant even drive on them because my car was out if alignment and all they would like to do is an alignment. Thanks for not doing your job correctly because im now out of 500$ in tires! Been nothing but problems every since buying the car. They wont return phone calls have to constantly keep calling. That dealership is a joke!!!!!!

I would never ever buy a car from here. I talked to the mechanic that they work with, and even he wouldn't recommend buying cars from them. They do whatever they can to keep costs low, including resetting vehicles so that problems wont occur until the person has bought the car. In my experience with them, I brought in an ad from craigslist with that price, and then they told me that car "had been sold earlier that day". What they meant is they didn't want to stick to that price. It was the same car, it just was much more and they wouldn't take that price. We drove all the way out there to look at that car and were sadly disappointed. BUYERS BEWARE they are trying to pull fast ones on you. Do not buy from here.
