Best dealership for a purchase with friendly people
I was looking for a truck for 6 weeks and couldn't get the truck and the pricing I was looking to spend. I stumbled across Mossy of Picayune online and looked at their inventory and saw a fantastic deal on a truck. I called the next day which was Monday and asked if the deal was correct and if so was the truck in stock, Yes and it was priced correct they said. I said I will be there in 3 hours to purchase the truck if all is correct and the truck drives the way i hoped. My wife and I showed up at the dealership and dealt with Joey Miciello and All I can say is this guy is a great salesperson, has a great disposition and made me feel good about spending $60 + thousand dollars on my new truck. Also i met the general manager Mr. Bonano and he also was great to deal with and made sure I was taken care of. I must say I had to drive from Louisiana to Mississippi to get the truck of my dreams from a dealership that i would go back to in a heartbeat if i ever wanted another vehicle. the truck i bought is my dram truck and I bought it from Mossy Chevrolet of Picayune. The entire experience of walking into the front doors to walking out and getting in my new truck to drive home, was just a pleasant experience from start to finish. After purchasing a vehicle with them it broke down withing 24hrs of driving it off the lot. Then when I call them for help they say it's not there problem and expected me to pay for towing to get it to the dealership to be looked at. After spending a lot of money on what I was told a good vehicle. I ended up missing thanksgiving with my family to deal with this myself. I will never again do business with these guys and I highly recommend you shop elsewhere as well. There customer service is very poor.

Dropped off and picked up next day could not tell if they did the rotation of the tires or not and did not wash it this time they said it was due to some string in the bed but the last 3 times that did not seem to matter. I wish that you had people in the service dept that works on Saturdays due to i work 5 days a week using my truck for work so if i needed some warranty work done it could be done then not during the week because then i have to miss a day of work with no pay

They damaged my car before i even drove it off the lot
While i completed loan paperwork they took my car to be filled and detailed. It wasn't detailed and they hit something with the front bumper. Now it's dented and cracked and they are giving me the runaround on possible repairs saying that they don't know who did it. The car was flawless when i decided to purchase it. I'm going to see if i can pull surveillance records from the fuel station they use and hopefully catch them in the act. All of this happened on monday june 23 2014. There overhead people were also pretty rude. Hope this helps keep people from getting screwed over. I will never do business with mossy chevrolet again. If you want real friendly service and people willing to work with you, i suggest going to b&m motors on hwy 11. Had good experiance with them years ago

i was getting my car servicce there and had a 2yr warrant but i had a $100 deductible whcih isnt bad, but they never once explain it to me, so when i call to let them know what was happenin to my car, the guy said he was goin to get a tow truck to bring it there. now remind u he never once said i had to pay for the tow cause if he did i would have told him i will get it started in bring it in myself. So a day later i call in asked about my car, he tells me that i have to pay a $100 deductible to get my car fix, so i said i will get it done when i get the money. I need my car now though in i will just get a jump from my friend if i need to. Plus i need a new battery cause my warranty dont cover that. Anyway thats fine. So i told him i will come get my car and he said i have to pay a $40 tow fee and i said i dont have $40 for a tow fee, now had you told me i have to pay a tow fee i would have brung the car myself. See the guy on the phone never told me about a tow fee and now he want me to pay something that he never told me. I know $40 isnt nothing but it the principle of the matter that they should explain everything before just doing something.

I let him know that I was interested in buying the vehicle and that I was waiting for my bank to approve my loan application, which they did. That Saturday we spoke over the phone and text and he informed me that he was going to pull the car off the lot cause I all had to do was come in and sign paper work and have it fax to my bank. I live in Biloxi so I was not able to be there right away so we agreed that I would be in Monday to do everything well is Monday and I showed up and they sold that vehicle. So much for communication and informing a customer of this. I drove almost an 1 hour to pick up which was pretty much mine a 4runner. Tried to sell me a vehicle and tell me if I bump up my price that I could get something else. That was not the case. This company is not professional, didn't want to work with my situation, and didn't compensate what I had to go through just to do business with them. Mike Elliot the manager tried to find me another vehicle but wanted me to up my price. Why should I bite the bullet for their unprofessionalism? I'm a military member and hearing excuses only go in one ear and out the other. Repeating sorry does not fix anything either. IF YOU'RE A BUYER DON'T COME HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME FOR THE GAMES THEY PLAY.
Ok service but not the best..
My biggest complaint is service AFTER buying the vehicle and even taking the vehicle home. We are having to call back and forth between the dealership and the bank to find out if they sent the papers to the bank that we need to close on the loan and the bank keeps saying they didn't get them so then I have to call the dealership. I really feel like the dealership should be doing this? I'm at work doing my job I can't call the bank every ten minutes, but yet it IS their job to being doing this and their not. Also they told us they deal with our particular bank all the time but yet they act like they don't know their policies at all. Like sending the bank a purchase order that wasn't signed by us (the buyers). The bank can't do anything with it if it isn't signed so why send it in the first place? TL;DR: Dealership needs to be more pro-active in getting the paperwork finished and not do paperwork in a way that they know it can't be accepted by the bank.

I had a great experience at Mossy of Picayune. Not only were they courteous, but I felt like I got a great price when I shopped around the area. If anything I probably spent too much of their time while deciding on the car that I was going to purchase. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
brake problems with titan and armada
Before purchasing a Nissan Armada or Titan, make sure you research brake issues. I purchased a 2006 Nissan Armada and did research prior to the purchase. I found complaints regarding the brakes but was told they had been resolved. My brake and VDC slip light will come on with a grinding noise while braking. A quick google search takes me to numerous forums where Nissan owners are having the same problem. Nissan should issue a recall and make this right. After filing a complaint with Nissan, they are offering to pay for 1/2 to replace the brake booster. I've read in the forums that this doesn't always fix the problem, so I'm not sure that I would want to spend the money. I also feel that this is a defect, so Nissan should cover the entire cost. I'm very concerned about the safety of this vehicle.

needed work done on my 2005 cadillac starter problems and was quoted one price. in addition it was recommended that I have additional work done ie cabin air filter/fuel filter/air filter and transmission flush an estimate given as $1538.18 that to change out the starter it involved taking the top of the engine off. when the vehicle was ready to pick up the cost was $1755.87 and included some additional work they stated we requested. Having used Mossy in the past for work done replacing Shocks we had a banging noise coming from the rear Mossy replaced a shock (did not completely eliminate the problem). had an ignition problem which was determined to be caused by the window electronic control wghich was replaced however the mirror control switch was broken in the corner. We are not going to use Mossy in the Future.
