Excellent service at Mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa. T.K. was my service advisor. I have been taking my cars (now 4 Nissans) to this service dealership for the past 9 years. Always excellent service. Would highly recommend this service dealership. 5 stars is what I always give it.

Took my 2014 Nissan Altima car this morning to get the inside of the door handle repaired which was something electrical and was take care less then 1 hour by the Dustin Hall .. He made sure care was taken care of immediately and right... I have taken another one of my car to him and service was fantastic.. He is the man who gets the problem solved and quickly .thank you..I definitely made him my service man when I go to this dealership. - D.Perea

Loyalty, and car buying experience means nothing to the new management. No more loyalty discount and Pacific Nissan beats them in every category. I am a loyal Nissan owner I have purchased only Nissan for myself. Mossy was my go to dealer, I had every other Nissan dealer in southern California beat there offers, and Mossy was not even in the game. Sad when a Dominate Local dealer takes advantage.

Terrible customer service. Dealer did not keep commitment to the customer and left the customer hanging after investment of time and money by the customer. Mossy Nissan should be ashamed of itself.

Scheduled appointment to purchase a used vehicle. Called and confirmed appointment and salesman came in on his day off to meet. When I arrived the salesman informed me the Manager was selling it to another person as we spoke. Un-professional, un-reliable , and TERRIBLE customer service.

I had a great experience at Mossy Nissan. Petler Fletcher was very patient with my decision making process. He provided me with all the info & different pricing options needed for me to make the best decision. I also appreciated that he wasn't overly aggressive or pushy like some car sales people.

I stopped in at Mossy Nissan in Kearny Mesa to take my first up close look at a new Altima. I was met by Sales Consultant, David Kauffman, who treated me with respect, was very knowledgeable about the car, and did not pressure me in any way. I enjoyed the test drive and will probably buy from him if I don't choose another make/model.

I took my car in for a recall; I had never been to a dealership before and didn't know the routine. I parked my car and went into the dealership and waited a good 15 mins. before someone approached me and asked if Id been helped. After the desk clerk walked away I sat for another 10 mins. I went back outside to re-evaluate why i was even there. I sat and watched the routine as other customers pulled into a driveway and then was greeted by a customer service rep. So i did the same. I was not happy at this point. I sat down with a Nissan rep and talked to him about the possible problems with my car; he said they would take a look and call me when the car was ready. To my surprise, I walked out having to pay $50 for a typical recall, which Nissan was supposed to cover. I received a call from one of the mechanics wanting to go over what they wanted to fix on my car. $5,000 worth of work was needed on my car, so the dealership said. I took the list of "problems" to my mechanic and he was not only shocked and upset he had me bring my car in so he could go over each line item on the Nissan dealership repair list.Nissan has a few parts they try to replace without having to, but because there are suckers out there, people pay for these parts without doing research. They told me the upper oil pan had a leak and wanted to charge me $750 to replace it. My mechanic is friends with a Nissan mechanic and he told me that is one of the "sucker fixes" they try to get people to replace. All mechanics know the upper oil pan doesn't leak, but the rest of the population doesn't know that. Then they wanted to charge me $100 to replace my filters, they said my filters were dirty. Strange, I had just taken my car in for a tune up the week prior and had all my filters replaced. When my mechanic showed me there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with the filters, they were not dirty at all, the cover for the filter was dirty, and thats it.My Mechanic took the Nissan's list and brought it down to maybe $500 worth of work that needed to be done, not $5,000. I implore all Nissan car owners to do your research before getting work done at a dealership, under warranty or not. This is the location I went to and will never return. NOTE- Dealerships do not make their money selling new and used cars, they make there money on the repairs they know they are going to repair because the nature of the car. Every model has their "problems", look into those problems before buying a car from any maker. The dealerships main money maker is overhead and repairs, just ask them, maybe they will tell you the truthmaybe.
