We searched online first, found a really good deal on the Moritz Chrysler website. About a month later we decided to take the plunge and take a test drive. We showed up about 30 minutes before they opened so we could browse the lot to be sure they had the ones I wanted to test drive still available, and the vehicles were there. At 8:15 Troy met us on the lot, pulled around the exact vehicles I was looking at and we were test driving by 9 am. By 10:15 am we had the deal we wanted, which included the price that was listed on the website and very decent trade in price for my old vehicle. Financing was even better as I received several discounts and a better interest rate than I was expecting. They gave us a loaner car for lunch and we picked up my new vehicle by 2 pm. No hassle, at all...Best experience I have ever had.Except for the detail, that part could use a little work, but is minimal compared to the rest of my experience.

I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. I came late in the evening to check out a jeep I saw on the website. I was greeted by Logan and Kevin before I even entered the dealership. I described the jeep I was looking for and they immediately located it. They gave me an awesome presentation of all the features and packages included. I had an idea of what I wanted my payments to be and Logan went above and beyond to work with me and get a better deal than I expected. Before going to the dealership I was nervous and wasnt sure about making a purchase the same day. I have been car shopping for awhile and I can truly say I had the best experience here. After searching for months and working with many other dealerships. Found the dealership thru car gurus website. Contacted dealership with an email on a vehicle I was interested in and immediately received a response. Worked with my salesman mostly over the phone and online since I was working out of town at the time. The salesman was very easy to work with, very direct ,no pressure and very helpful every step of the way. Any questions or needs I had I was able to contact him directly and get any info I needed immediately. I drove 300 miles to purchase the vehicle and was a little worried that once I arrived there the dealership would have a catch to the price or pressure me to install add ons. No pressure. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. They picked me up from dropping off my rental car and was in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours.

I took my time looking at all there inventory, both used and new and no one bothered me and I appreciate that approach. When I was ready I went in the used car office and hooked up with Steve. Steve was very helpful and showed me everything relative to what I was looking for and we test drove a vehicle exactly like I wanted. I then wanted to test drive a new vehicle for comparison so he hooked me up with James from the new car department. We test drove a few and he answered all my questions I had. I was not ready to make a decision and he did not push me to make one. After kicking it around through the weekend I showed up Monday and James fielded more of my questions and we test drove another two vehicles. James was so patient with me I never felt pushed into anything. I finally did come to a decision and he carefully went over every aspect of the purchase and paperwork so again I was comfortable. Everything went exactly as he said and I left there knowing I made the right choice in vehicles but more important, my selecting Moritz. Steve and James are easy to work with and professional.

I wanted to share my experience at this dealership and with my sales persson Nic. He was very easy to deal with and helpful. I wasn't really liking the first car he showed me nor the payment, but that didn't stop Nic. He found a vehicle that was in the back lot and even had a discount which turned out to be the perfect car for me, I loved it. Upon arriving at moritz Chrysler Jeep Dealership, we were promptly met my Mr James Honneycutt , a sales associate. He then proceeded to show us what we desired to look at and several more, at which time we decided on a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mr. Honeycutt was patient and courteous through out the entire process. After we negotiated and came to an agreement, he took us to Finance Dept, where he introduced us to John R Kirk. Mr Kirk then proceeded to explain to us about the different warranties, which we initially told him No we were not interested. He continued to elaborate on warranties, which we were not pleased with, We believe he needs to understand when people say No they mean No.,having said that, we did purchase part of the extended warranty.which in our particular situation may have been the right thing to do. We just felt that we were being unnecessarily pressured. Mr. Honeycutt had no part in the warranty negotiations and we were pleased with his service. On our new Jeep we had two items. Installed, A hitch and A back up camera. The back up Camera was to be factory identical however, the back up camera did not have the back up lines. Is this Facory? We were unhappy with that. If I was only rating the service provided by James Honeycutt, I wouldn't hesitate to give 5 stars. He was professional, straight-forward, and easy to work with. He didn't push on the sale like so many salesman do, but he only worked with us to get the car we wanted. Be wary when you go to the Finance Office. Our experience with John left a bit to be desired as he wasn't willing to take 'No' as an answer. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back again.

From the moment my daughter and I pulled on the lot I knew that we were in good hands. Nick met us at the door, and he was polite and courteous. We knew what we were looking for and Nick took us straight to the Grand Cherokees we were interested in. After a test drive, Nick sat down and went through all the relevant information with respect to purchasing the Jeep we had selected. Once we made our final decision Nick set us up with the F&I salesman. While we were closing on the car Nick took the car to "make ready" and before we knew it the Grand Cherokee was ready for delivery. My husband and I visited this particular dealership twice, the first time Steve Williams was outside and offered to help us and let us drive a Jeep and answered most of the questions I had at the time and was very helpful but at this time I was only looking and couldn't make up my mind between the Jeep and a different car I was looking at so we did not purchase anything at this time. We came back a few days later to talk to Steve and look at a few more Jeeps and ask some questions, he was with another customer but Nic Zaha was there to help and offered to take over where Steve left off if that was ok with us, it was and Nic was great and very helpful and easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and needless to say we left with a brand new Jeep later that day with Nics help!!! I was overdue for an oil change. I paid for oil changes as a service in my purchase of the vehicle. I waited 2 1/2 hours before checking on my car just to find they not only hadn't they done the oil change, they hadn't even put it in the computer. My father just passed away and I wasted valuable time sitting there for nothing. I can get an oil change anywhere and NOT have to sit for hours waiting. And I usually have to sit there for a minimum of 1 and 1/2 hours everytime. My time is more valuable than that. Life is too short.

After visiting two other dealerships we decided to try one more just to compare and decided that day to go with Mortiz. Everything went smooth. Jose was very friendly and knowledgable and Dusty made the financing part easy. Shortly after leaving we found scribbles of marker on the back door inside. The vehicle was new but had 500 miles on it. Sent Jose a message and he got is fixed right up with someone from the service center that specializing in reatorations. Looks brand new again with no sign of the marker. I would buy from this dealership again.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my sights set on a particular model. All of the dealerships that I had visited prior were not cooperative with me wanting so see a specific vehicle. Going into the dealership I already knew which car I wanted. I saw a 2016 Dodge Charger SXT on their website with all the features I was looking for and at a decent price listed on the site. Nic Zaha was recommended to me by a coworker and he was sitting out front waiting for me when I got there. I told him about the Charger I saw listed online, he brought it out, I test drove it, loved it, and decided to buy it. The price listed online is what I paid (not including taxes and warranty), which I thought was fair.Overall everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The whole process was pretty painless, which was nice since this was my first time buying a new car. Now I've gone from a used 2002 Saturn SL2 to a new 2016 Dodge Charger SXT with nearly all of the features available. I would recommend him without hesitation and would use him again when looking for a new vehicle.My only disappointment was the quality of the make-ready process. The jeep had been wiped down with a rag that left streaks. The first thing I did when I got home was to wipe down the entire Jeep with a clean rag to let the clear coat finish really shine.

James was great to work with and very helpful/ knowledgeable. He helped me get a good deal on a demo diesel and made the process very easy. Dustie was also very friendly in finance. I got a bedliner sprayed a few days later, and the loaner process was very quick and easy. Unfortunately I do not remember the genleman's name in Service. I got to drive the 5.7L Hemi as a loaner, which made me feel even better about buying the diesel once I saw the MPG.

Steve Livingston really helped my nephew get the car of his dreams. He has been looking all over Texas from Houston to San Antonio, Austin to Frisco for the best deal around. There was hail damage in Frisco, unfriendly salesmen in Arlington, just not quite the deal in South Austin but Mr Livingston made it happens for him. We were able to negotiate a more than fair price, sign and drive out. My nephew is more than content with his purchase. Faster than I intended to, I found myself spending all of April 23 (Saturday) looking for a new vehicle. The first stop was Moritz Dodge where I met salesman, Matt Armour. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was. He quickly located 3 vehicles for me to look over and test drive. I settled on the Durango, but also knew I needed to pursue due diligence and proceeded to 3 other dealerships. After meeting with 3 other salesmen, driving 8 different vehicles (total), and looking at even more, I was right back at Moritz Dodge. Matt was BY FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST salesman: he simply provided what I was looking for, answered my questions, and told me about the product. There was no pressure "to drive this car off the lot TODAY!" or any other such nonsense. He simply let the product sell itself, and his confidence that he had provided me with the best vehicle for the best price was not only unshakable, but made me feel confident in my choice of vehicle. When (twice!) I left Moritz to go look at other dealerships, Matt expressed his understanding and simply encouraged me to call him and tell him my decision, whatever it was. Hindsight is always 20/20; had I known that morning what I figured out at 7:30 that night, I would have been able to save myself at least 8 hours of running around exhausted. On Monday, April 25, Matt had the Durango ready for me to pick up, and Ron in the finance department had me through the paperwork and out the door in my new vehicle quickly. Both Matt and Ron were terrific in answering all of my questions, going over details with me, etc. I fully expect my next vehicle purchase to be at Moritz Dodge.

My truck was totaled in the March 2016 Hail Storm and I was looking for a new Jeep Cherokee. I showed up and was greeted immediately by James Honeycutt. He helped me find the Jeep I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I had a gap in time to when I could purchase my Jeep, James made sure that my Jeep was there for me when it was time for me to purchase. When the time came we mostly communicated via txt message and all I had to do is show up the next day sign a couple of papers and I was driving off the lot with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee! I drove to the dealership from about 230 miles away from where I live. I came to the dealership because I was looking for a new Dodge Charger SRT and they are the only ones in Texas that had exactly what I wanted. When we got to the dealership my wife and I were both tired not only from the drive but because we also had went to Six Flags earlier that day. We were not in the mood for a long drawn out exhausting sales process. To my surprise though we had the exact opposite. Matt Armour was my salesman and was the best I've ever dealt with. For me that's saying a lot because I'm in sales myself. When we got to the dealership he had the car I came to look at sitting out front and ready to go. We started with a test drive and I ended taking the car home at the end of the night. Ron Reed was also our Finance guy and was also top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Ron and their impeccable customer service and would recommend them with full confidence to anyone.

Nic Zaha was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable about the Jeep models and inventory on hand. It turned out that dealer advertised rebates were not available on the specific Jeep Latitude that I was interested in which was a disappointment initially as the price on window disclosed those rebates. Nic was able to search his inventory and point me a different car with similar options that did qualify for the rebates and turned out to be a better deal for me. The Financing team (Ron Reed) was also a pleasure to work with and efficient. We were able to close the deal fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend Nick and Moritz!

I was in the market for a new vehicle for my spouse that had room & was good on gas. When I began my research I had narrowed it down to three SUV types that met my criteria , one of which was a Dodge Durango. I was surprised when I saw on the internet almost 300 miles away from where I live that Moritz Dodge dealership had a new 2014 Dodge Durango Limited that met most of my criteria. This vehicle had less than 300 miles on it and was a few thousands less than the 2015 &'2016 Dodge Durango limited and for the most part had more equipment. When I contacted the dealership, on march 8, 2016, Jose Marmolejo salesperson from the dealership contact me. His attentiveness to my numerous request for information was handle with relative ease. When ever I had a minor concern he was able to convey them to Dick Titterington (General Sales Manager for Dealership) and they were immediately resolved to my satisfaction. I'll make a long story short. I am from out of state and had to put my dodge caravan in the shop. Wouldn't you know that the problem I had never appeared when the service department tried to diagnose the problem. They ran several tests to find the problem. Robert Pilgrim the service manager recommended they keep it another day to detect the problem. When I picked up the vehicle and asked how much I owed I was surprised when he said nothing! He gave me a detail of ALL the tests performed and I know most service departments would have charged a diagnosis fee. I highly recommend them within a doubt.

Dad and Sales Consultant, Nic Zaha, got together and did an ultimate surprise on my 16th birthday March 10th of this year. I've been dreaming of a jeep for 5 years and all I've ever wanted was one. Mostly everyone at my school knows how obsessed I am with them and my dad has been saving up for a white jeep for a very long time.March 10th comes around and I go to school just hoping after, there'd be a beautiful jeep waiting for me outside or when I get home. so I optimisticly go throughout my day and as soon as I get out of school I call my dad wondering if he had it already or if I was going to get one and he told me that we could go look at some that day. Being me, I got super sad because I wanted it to be a surprise! We collected my friends and sent out for a birthday dinner and to see some jeeps. Moments later we arrive to a car dealership in Granbury Tx to look at some jeeps but they didn't meet any of my standards (white, 4 door, white hard top). After 5 minutes my dad told all of us he wanted to go see another car dealership before they close so we set out to Fort Worth. When we arrived at Moritz, I saw a few jeeps that were absolutely beautiful. A Sales Consultant by the name of Nic Zaha came out to see me, my friends, and my dad to introduce himself. He asked me what I wanted and I gladly explained my standards. "We just sold a jeep about two days ago with those exact same standards. It's inside if you would like to come look at it to get ideas."I look into the front of this glass building to see a BEAUTIFUL white jeep and it's perfect. I instantly get so sad because as we walk in, it has balloons and a giant red bow on it. I thought it was for someone else's birthday and it made me so sad that day was my birthday and I wasn't going to be able to get what I've dreamed about for 5 years and all I've asked for. but I sucked it up and investigated this beautiful jeeps interior and everything about it. it was simply perfect. as I'm standing off to the side, Nic and my dad are talking and my friends are just sitting around waiting for us to leave. Nic walks over to me and says "Mattie would you like to have the keys to your new car?" as he hands me jeep keys with a note saying "Happy Birthday Mattison".Instantly I began to bawl and I'm just stuck to the ground and I can't move. it couldn't be real??? this couldn't be mine! I run over to my dad and he's crying and i hug him so so so hard. it was a dream come true and Nic and my dad played it off so well. I've been driving my new baby for 3 days now and it's the most perfect thing in this entire world. The service is absolutely amazing and I'm so very thankful for Nic Zaha being the caring man he is and doing this with my dad for me. Such a dream come true!!

On 3 March 2016 I purchased my 4th vehicle from your dealership. Before visiting your showroom/lot I decided what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to pay. My salesman was Nic Zaha and he showed me 4-5 vehicles on the internet and then we went out on the lot. I liked the first one I saw and told Nic if the price was right I wanted it. He quoted me a price which I felt was very fair and told him I wanted the car. I took the quote to my bank and got a cashiers check and returned before the car was out of "make ready". After I got the car Nic took the time to explain all the new features on the car I was buying vs the one I traded in. My wife and I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Moritz / Chrysler / Jeep in southwest Fort Worth and had a wonderful car buying experience. Unfortunately, I cant say the same for our car shopping experience at AutoNation Fort WorthPrior to deciding to purchase our vehicle from Moritz, we test drove another vehicle from AutoNation. They told us to hang onto it for the weekend to see if we liked the vehicle enough to purchase it. We did but in the process we noticed Moritz had competitive prices of the same vehicle. So, we decided to take a look at their inventory before making a final decision. Why not find the best deal since we are the ones spending the money?We worked with Colin McDonald and Clay Ewell at Moritz. They were great! They both were very professional, helpful and made the whole car buying process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with either of them when you visit Moritz!The unfortunate part of our car buying experience came a day later when my wife returned the vehicle to AutoNation. Don Bailey, the used car manager came out and belittled my wife while she had our two year and one month old daughters with her. He told her how unethical she was and was even hesitant to return the keys to her own vehicle! He was completely insensitive and put her in tears because we decided to purchase a vehicle from another dealership! Not the way you treat customers and ESPECIALLY NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT WOMEN!!!After speaking to Larry Bachman the GM of AutoNation he agreed Don handled the situation poorly and never should have said anything to my wife. He was completely out of line. What was more frustrating was Larry had to apologize for Dons actions. Apparently Don had no remorse or inclination to apologize to me or my wife directly for his actions.Lesson Learned: When you are shopping for a vehicle steer clear of AutoNation Fort Worth at all cost and go directly to Moritz / Chrysler / Jeep in SW Fort Worth. They really understand customer service and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure the whole car buying process is enjoyable!

We went shopping and price comparing at just about all the jeep dealerships in ft worth and Arlington . Our first stop was moritz since it was close to our home and business. We met James Honeycutt and he listened to us and showed us what they had to offer. We needed a jeep latitude. What we needed they didn't have in stock. He said he had a couple coming and would let us know when they came in. We were fixing to leave on a trip. He said he would hold it for us until we returned. We just moved here from out of state, we traded in our 2004 audi, James Honeycutt was great. We originally went to Allen Samuels near Haslet. That was a terrible experience, they had us deal with the assistant manager, then they brought in their sales manager, we left. We went to MORITZ jeep and only had to deal with James, he gave us a great deal, exactly what we wanted. They were very fast, easy to deal with, gave us what we wanted on our trade, gave us a great price on a 2015 patriot. Best car buying experience in years. With a touch of fear and trepidation, my wife and I pulled into the dealership last Saturday, somewhat anticipating a less than stellar car buying experience... that is, until Nic Zaha came on the scene, warmly introduced himself, and instantly put our fears to rest. Through the course of the afternoon, we discovered that Nic is one terrific human being who just happens to sell vehicles to satisfied customers like us. Marshaling his expertise, he patiently took the time to thoroughly address each of our questions concerning the new Dodge Durango we were interested in. Nic's knowledge, friendliness and gentle good humor definitely helped win us over. Immediately following our purchase, Nic went the extra mile, providing us a detailed tutorial on use of the infotainment and navigation system, something I never would have expected of any salesman... it was like extra icing on the cake! I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger RT from Moritz. I had a Jeep Wrangler that I bought from another dealership that was having some major water leak issues so I brought it to Moritz several times to get them to fix it, but they were unable to. So they directed me to Chrysler in order to start the Lemon Law Process. The sales staff at Moritz was very helpful throughout this entire process. Nic Zaha was the salesman that helped me from day one all the way through the 3 month long process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicles that I was interested in. The customer service here was unbelievable. This was my first vehicle that I had Lemon Law issues with and they were able to help me understand the process. I've been looking to upgrade my towing ability for about a year since I traded my pop-up for a 34 ft travel trailer & nearly tripled the weight I drag to the camp grounds. My 2000 chevy 2500 was right at its tow rating & was struggling to get me there. After much online research I decided a Ram 2500 diesel was the perfect solution. My first effort to buy this beast was utter frustration, I tried the closest dealer with decent inventory and my wife and I were treated like idiots. The deal we were offered was thousands above the internet price.We even had to ask the total cost because the salesman only would tell us the monthly payments. It was totally hi pressure with no transparency. We could not get out fast enough. After a few weeks to cool down I decided to give it another try. I drove an extra 30 miles to Moritz Dodge Ram Jeep on the west side of Fort Worth. Walking into the showroom I was greeted by salesman Jim Beasley and we hit it off right away. I told him about my previous experience and he assured me up front that transparency and honesty the were hallmarks of their business. I feel I was treated fairly and with respect by Jim and his sales manager. I was shown the invoice and the deal was fully transparent. Jim was more than willing to go to the extra effort to make sure all my questions were answered. I only withold the fifth star because the finance guy tried to hard sell extra warranty.

My wife and I were in the service dept. getting a recall done on our 2012 Ram 1500, which we liked real well. Since the repair took a while, I walked in the lot to see the new RAMs and later got to the Jeeps and later to some Jeep Grand Cherokees and I had never looked closely at one, I was impressed. The only problem we had with the RAM was as we got older we moved in to town and mainly drove in town parking often in small parking lots....Rams are big, a lot of parking spaces are not. While looking I saw Jose Olivo who turned out to be our Sales Consultant and he answered all my questions that I had at that time and gave us both his cards. We discussed it for a few days, contacted Jose and went back to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We liked it and about two weeks later we got together on price, price of trade, price of extended warranty, and a little discussion about running boards. We like our Jeep a lot, it will park in those small spaces and haul anything we can lift. Thanks Jose, Dick Titterington, and Nathan Chick it was pleasure dealing with you. JEEPER BEWARE! Do not order a Jeep through Moritz. I ordered my 2016 JKU Sahara and left a $500 deposit on 10/24/15. I'm active on the various Jeep forums and know that most receive a VIN number after submitting a successful order within a week. An ordered Jeep typically takes between 6-8 weeks to arrive and I did not want to bug James Honeycutt, my sales rep, with constant emails so I made an effort to check in once weekly until I got a VIN and to otherwise leave him be to take care of new customers. After four weeks of waiting patiently for a VIN, I started contacting Jeep via Jeep Chat. That's where I first began to confirm my initial sense of trouble. They couldn't find the VON, then when they did, they informed me that it was placed as a dealer stock instead of a "sold order" Jeep. This means it was placed on the lowest build priority. I was told I needed to get the dealer to change the status on the order or I would be in for quite a wait further. I contacted Moritz right away and was eventually able to get in touch with Dick Titterington, the General Sales Manager. At first, Dick seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to fix the problem. I was tempted to pull my deposit (as was suggested by many Jeep friends) and go to another dealership, but I decided to give Dick the opportunity to make it right. He refused to accept dealership fault and kept pointing to FCA as unreliable and too thinly spread to make good on their orders. Odd -- considering everyone else in the forums who ordered after me were much further in the build process than I was. He even mentioned that my manual transmission request may have been to blame. (As if Jeep doesn't make those, or something.) I don't understand what's going on at Moritz, that they seem to be the only dealership having this much trouble ordering Jeeps. Makes one speculate what's really going on... For seven additional days, I checked in with him daily to see if he was able to move the order forward and get me a VIN number. He kept sending me unsigned, unnamed email correspondence he claimed was coming from higher ups at FCA saying they were working toward a fix. But never any real traction. Just excuses. I grew more suspicious as the time continued to pass, so I placed a secondary order with another DFW dealership and decided I would see who came back with a VIN first. During the order process with the other dealer, I actually found out that James had given me misinformation and the order he had placed wasn't the Jeep I had requested while sitting in his office. I fixed that on the new dealership order and was still able to come in a full $2500 under the price given to me by Moritz. Better (or worse, if you're Moritz) yet? The other dealership was able to get a VIN for me from FCA within TWO days! And here I had waited for 5 weeks and 2 days, giving Moritz and Dick Titterington the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say I requested my deposit refund and canceled the order with Moritz. What an absolute waste of time -- I was so excited for my new Jeep and had been anxiously counting down the days to its arrival. We had even planned a Christmas vacation focused on taking the Jeep on an inaugural road trip. While that won't be happening now, I will gladly drive 29 miles past Moritz (which is 3 miles from my house) to give my repeat business to Don Davis in Arlington once I pick up my new Jeep from them. Maybe you should too!

My family has been dealing with an issue with a 2010 dodge caliber for several months now. Basically, the issue is when we start the car and the air kicks on it dies. We took it in and had to fight to even get a rental for 3 days. After picking the Caliber up after those 3 days we were told the issue we brought it in for could not be duplicated. Fine, but then fast forward 2 weeks of leaving voice mails that were never returned and we are back at the shop for the same problem. This time the manager, Rick, greets us and we get the car to do the issue in front of him and he sends us off in a loaner, assuring it would be taken care of. We left that day feeling confident that our car was on it's way to being fixed. Instead, lets fast forward another 2 weeks. We get a call from the original shop guy, Nick, stating they can't figure it out and to keep looking it "just has to happen more" and we need to bring the loaner back - oh and by the way, how many miles are on it? Because that's the main concern. Instead of worrying about our needs as a customer, you are worried about keeping your loaner car in "NEW" status for sale. To top this whole experience off our car was on empty when we picked it up, so thanks for that. Here we are now, 2 weeks after that, and the Caliber has died EVERY DAY at the very least once, if not more, and we don't know what to do. You guys do not know how to take care of your customers. The car died as I was backing out of my child's preschool, so please tell me what is "enough" for me to be able to feel safe in the car that you sold me?

Have been looking for a jeep for about 2 months, when yesterday I told myself to give up and didn't need one and should hold on. Woke up, dad told me there was a Willy's Wheeler for sale in Ft Worth. for $XX,XXX -- called because I said what the hell, one more couldn't hurt. After negotiating and talking, finally made a deal and arrangements on a new Jeep Wrangler Willy's Wheeler edition. And I couldn't be happier as I was willing to settle for a Sport or Sport S -- Matt Armour is the man to talk to, he helped me and my family the best he could. And that's all I ask for. There was no haggling and persuasion. He said it like how it was, blunt but respectfully. Moritz is the friendliest Jeep Dealership in the metroplex that me and my father have dealt with so far -- a 10/10 experience. Matt Armour is one of the nicest and most respectful sales man I've come across in general in this entire DFW area. He just wants to help you, and that's what he did for us. There was no play with numbers, I didn't feel pressured or my arm being twisted. Overall, there was no BS and that's how it should be. - 10/10 for Moritz Chrysler dealership- 10/10 for Matt Armour- 10/10 for our finance guy, whom I forgot his name although he was a very funny and welcoming fellow.

This is my second experience with Moritz Chrysler. Both were bad but this one is nuts.My check engine light came on so I called for an appointment. The service writer said no appointments are being given because they are two to three days behind in service. If I want my car fixed, they want me to bring it over and leave it for a few days. The service writer said they are not giving appointments, the first deliver your car and we will fix it in the order it was delivered is their method. Seriously, I asked twice to be sure I understood. Bring my car, leave it a few days and they will fix it when they feel like it..No appointments available even for a week from now. What a terrrible way to run a business.

I had visited several dealership looking for my Yellow Jeep. I had a very strict budget that I had to stick to. I was in talks with one dealership for several weeks trying to get the payment I needed. The only way we could get there was to order one taking off several of the options I really wanted. I was just about to sign the dotted line and decided to go to lunch and think it over. I just knew I wouldn't be happy with that one. It wasn't mine. I have dreamed about my Yellow Jeep for over 30 years. After spending another weekend looking and talking to dealerships, we stopped at Moritz on our way home. I was disappointed again when the only Yellow Jeep had just been sold. My salesman Sterling asked me what I wanted. I gave him some very specific details. Well he tracked one down and said he could have it there the next day. Not only did they not have to take anything off, but they added a detail at no cost to me, just to make sure I found my Yellow Jeep! Don't wonder all over town looking for the right deal. Moritz has it. Their motto is true they have Integrity, transparency and trust. Thank you for making my dream come true.

Worked out the preliminary details with Mr. Alizna, our salesman, through email. The vehicle, 2013 RAM 3500 DRW Laramie Longhorn, was waiting up front when we arrived. We were given a more than fair trade-in allowance on our old vehicle, and were given a Fantastic, wonderful price on our forth-coming purchase. Mr. Alizna was excellent at every aspect of making us comfortable throughout the entire buying process. This may be my BEST buying experience in all of my 30+ years of vehicle purchasing.

We knew the truck we wanted, we knew what year we wanted, and we had a list of dealerships to try. We started with Moritz because it was the furthest one to the west. Mr. Honeycutt came right out, listened to what we wanted and brought us to keys to test drive the truck. It was his listening skills and his ability to provide us what we asked for that was the standard that we judged the other dealerships by. It was also the reason we returned to Moritz and bought the truck from him. There was honestly no pressure, only a willingness to show us what they had to sell. We were very pleased with the experience and are very pleased with our new truck.

I had been to a couple of other Jeep dealerships and was about to settle on a Jeep Cherokee Sport but so happy I was able to get a hold of Lyon Alizna! Found the exact car I was looking for on line and called dealership immediately. Lyon answered & right away said he would go out find the actual car I was interested in, he then called me to let me know it was there & he even sent me pics. Lyon is very genuine & he really does want to help you get the car you want & at the price you want.I was sooooo beat down by the other dealerships. Lyon first went over all the safety features of the car & the details of the car (first 2 didn't go over anything).This was the first time I actually went by myself to purchase a car without my husband so my guard was definitely up. With Lyon you can be completely honest in what you want and how much you wanted to spend, he does not try to take advantage of you. Both places were very pushy and told me what I wanted in this car was not available & they didn't even try to go that extra mile. You can tell he really wants to help people & understands what real customer service is!Also Lyon was completely straight up & didn't make me wait hours to "talk to his manage" or get an estimate on my trade in. I told him I had to be out of there by 4:15 to get my kids from daycare & they did it! I spoke with several ppl, being passed on from customer service, parts, then finally service. I told the same story to each person. I lost my FOB the night before and I didn't think that my regular key was ever programmed correctly. I have my truck towed, Nick was the last person I spoke with telling the story. I said there was a smart start on the vehicle, he immediately said that was the problem. I then asked about my key and said that it looked like the end of the FOB, and I thought there may be a chip in the key its self. I then had the vehicle towed to smart start, they took the device off, the key still did not work. Waited 3 hrs for another tow truck to can back to Moritz. Again, I asked Nic and the Service Manager if there was a chip in the key. By this time it's 4:30 in the afternoon, I was there earlier at 11:00am. I just asked if they could get me another FOB programed, they said yes but, it would be expensive, I said that's fine, how long will it take? A tech that looked about 22 years old called Nick within 5 min and said, those keys work fine, they just needed to be programmed. Then Nic said sorry I didn't understand the story or the problem, I told at least 4 different ppl on the phone. He said we you didn't speak to me. He lied, he was the last person I spoke with before bringing it in, he scheduled the service time. Very Very Very unprofessional staff.

Worse than terrible. Horrible communication! Terrible customer service! The lot is not well kept or clean. The sales reps are a joke. Very unprofessional and they don't care about the customer period! You will not find dealership that is any worse. The used vehicle I was sold had tons of issues and in my opinion should have never been allowed to be sold. This lead me on the worst buying experience I have ever had. I dealt with multiple sales reps ... All of which stunk! I even made my way up to the sales managers and eventually the general manger. Guess what they stunk too! I dealt with the service department on several occasions and they stink too! They do not communicate at all. I just don't understand how every aspect of this particular dealership is so out of touch with what should and does matter to any potential car buyer. It is truly pathetic!Buyer beware! Do not waste your time. It is amateur hour at Moritz Jeep Chrysler Dodge.I would give a negative score if possible.
