Exceptional experience in car shopping!!!

The experience was exceptional. Greg Conaway the sales coordinator and Teresa Kiser in the finance department worked together to put together a great deal for us. Both were great at explaining our options and helping us get exactly the options we wanted. We keep vehicles for along time and always want to make sure we get a good quality vehicle at a good price, some thing that will last us and be reliable. So most of our car purchases have been made at Morgan-McClure. In fact, the service department is so exceptional there that that has always been a big factor playing into our decision. There was no high-pressure salesmanship- Greg and Teresa treated us fairly and honestly and we will always refer friends and family to Morgan-McClure.

Justin, Vickie & Jim were all great. Justin especially. I'd never bought a vehicle sight unseen and was a bit anxious. He set me at ease by answering all my questions, providing documentation, taking lots of pictures and even hosted a Skype tour of the car with my wife and I - just exceptional! Justin was hungry. He gained my trust from the first phone call and delivered. Justin was very respectful of my wife and prepared the numbers in a manner that allowed her to clearly explain to me how the dollars worked between a new Traverse and the used Traverse we wound up buying.

Very efficient, had an 0800 appointment, they had my vehicle in shop and working on it at 0800! Made me feel at home while they were caring for my service needs.

1. Work done in time I was told it would take. 2. Waiting area clean, comfortable and packed with snacks. A 'wow' moment when -- after i arrived without having eaten -- the service fellow said I didn't have to walk down the road for something and went into the room to pull out fresh supply of crackers and things.3. WHEN I confessed to being bad about not keeping up with service, the gentlemen named Guy made time for extra explanation about my specific car model and WHY it particularly required attentiveness. His time, willingness to offer added info and ability to explain in terms I could understand will mean a change in my behavior. 4. When I paid bill, not only was it less than I expected, woman at window was friendly and engaging.

Great Sales Service

The salesman, Mark Stallard, is my all-time favorite sales person. I would like to have had a new Ford F-150 truck. However, since Mark works at the Chevrolet Dealership, I had to buy a used one in order for him to get the comission. I'd rather buy a used truck from Mark than a new one from anyone else.
