I visited the dealership on 2/11/16. I can't recall her name but the young lady that was helping me was very attentive and accomodating. She always kept a smile on her face and remained polite throughout the entire experience. However when it came down to getting my credit checked by Alan (to see what kind of a deal we could work out) he was very rude. Now I understand my credit wasn't up to par especially with having 3 luxury cars in my name already. However I felt it was still worth a shot to try and see what could be worked out. Alan comes out from the back and rudely say "Did you really drive all the way down here only for me to tell you NO"!!! He prodeeded to say I wasted both his time and mine by coming down there. He talked down to me as if I was beneath him. I was taken back by his tone and rudness. My boyfriend had to step in and put Alan in his place for talking to me the way he was. Never in all my years of shopping for cars have I experienced such a bad one as this. I look forward to the day when I drive back to his dealership with my NEW CAR only to show him what he made seem impossible really wasn't.

I wasnt sure what kind of car I was looking for, but I knew I needed luxury. The sales staff really helped me with knowledge of the product they are selling. I test drove a few vehicles and found the car that worked for me.I have already had so many questions and compliments on my car..Thank you MONZA CAR !! I will tell all my friends and family.

It's been a while since I purchased a car, but it was time! Being a female I didn't want to be taken advantage of, even though I am knowledgeable about cars. I did my research and knew what I wanted. The salesmen were patient, and found the exact car I was looking for - a Mercedes! I highly recommend Monza Car to anyone shopping for a car.

I was a little worried about buying a used car. In the pass I've always leased new cars, but my boyfriend convinced me it was better to buy a use one. Monza Car was the second dealership that I went too, and I'm so glad that I did. They have an amazing selections of cars. Including some really cool classic cars. My salesman Alan was so helpful. He showed me several cars because I couldn't make up my mind. They were all really nice and clean. I finally decided on the 2009 Audi A4. I had already been pre-approved for a car loan from my bank, but Alan said he had several banks and could probability get me a better deal. Sure enough he did. They made the whole process so simple. I'm soooo happy, I LOVE my car and the price!!! I would definitely recommend Monza Car to all my friends. :)

I have been buying vehicles from Monza car for years, I have referred many customers. Vehicle are in great condition and lots to attention is paid to details. The fact that you can take the vehicle to a repair shop for inspection tells a lot. Their warranty program comes in very handy if you buy high end vehicle, most of this German cars you take do a repair facility for repairs its $1000.00 so the warranty is highly recommended.it helped us a lot on one of the cars we purchased. We highly recommend this dealer ship.

I've been driving by this place for month and finally decided to pull in after I went to Carmax to sell my car. I walked in and was met with a smile. A salesman told me to walk the lot for a few minutes because he had to finish up with another customer which I found was expectable and polite. A few minutes later after they looked at my car, I got a bigger offer then I got from Carmax. Ended up selling my car to them and driving out in a 2010 MBZ CLS with better interest rate that my bank offered. I'm glad I pulled in and now they have a customer for life. Thanks for everything.

I just purchased a gorgeous 2004 Land Rover from these guys. Great vehicle! Alan is a very laid back and knowledgable salesman. I had a great experience and the sales manager Patrick was patient explaining the contract and the extended warranty. I will definitely get my next used car from Monza!

Drove 2 hours from Bakersfield to see a 2003 corvette Z06. Car looked great on the net, one owner with 19,000 miles. Allen knew I was coming to look, yet when I arrived the car was quite dirty. He pulled it out for me to test drive, I got in, and it was on empty. He has his lot guy bring out a can of gas, but when I shut the car off for them to fuel, heard a metallic clunking in the drive train. After fueling, drove the car for a few miles and could here a whine and some occasional strange noised from the drivetrain. Pulled over, shut the car off and it again made the loud metallic clunk-clunk sound. Got back to the lot and told Allen about the problems. Started the car and shut it off to let him hear the clunking sound, which he did. He acted surprised and blamed his mechanic for not telling him. Their ads say they put all their cars through a "rigorous" quality inspection before putting them up for sale. The clunking sound upon shutdown was so audible there is no way they didn't know something was wrong with the car.

Found my wife's dream car online at this dealership. Emailed the dealership and Alan (from the dealership) called me back right away. Answered all my questions and even went outside with me on the phone and walked around the car telling anything I wanted to know about the car, since I am located 6 hours away from the dealership. Alan held the car for me until my wife and I were able to drive to the dealership and we bought the car on the spot. Processing the paperwork took no time. I am overall very happy with my purchase and the customer service I relieved.

Called the dealer made an appointment for 430. Told the salesman Allen I was very interested in the Buick lacrosse and was most likely gonna buy it. Drove over an hour met Allen who I talked with on the phone. I could tell when I introduced myself he didn't remember my nameand surely forgot about our appointment. Long story short car wasnt there. Allen told me it would only be a few mins the car is just down the road. He left us in the office for over a half hour. Guess he wasn't ready to sell it. He wasn't around didn't check on us nothing. So I decided to leave. He called me onmy ride home. He was soo busy avoiding us he didnt see me load up and leave. Car should've been waiting in plain view when we pulled in. That's what I was taught working at a dealership for over 15 years. Oh well.

I was looking to buy a used BMW that was in great shape and low on miles from Monza Car. I emailed the dealership late at night and got a quick response back. I was surprised they would email me that late since it was almost midnight. Unfortunately the car was just sold and they were nice about it and said they would keep an eye out for me. They only thing was is I've never been to the dealer so I can't give much info on that. All else good customer service.

Just recently bought a 2008 Honda CRV from Tom at Monza Car. We hit many dealerships, including the big ones looking for a good deal on a CRV from someone we felt we could trust. After making the rounds and overall feeling nauseous over how slick and hard sell almost every other dealership had been, basically living up to all the stereotypes you would imagine, we decided on Monza for several reasons. Reasonable priceQuality of the vehicleMost of all- trust in the dealer Tom.We had a great experience from beginning to end with our purchase. He also was very patient and calm with what was for us a big purchase & the fear of trusting ANY used car dealer. Tom very simply is a straight shooter who is direct and simply put, a good guy. Will certainly be the 1st place we will return to in the future for our next car purchase.

Bad experience, purchased a car here, the car was missingsome things which i had not noticed until one day laterI would never come back. Bad customer service pretty rude, they do not want to work with you days after your car purchase, you get left to the wolves.

My husband and I have now both bought Mini Coopers at Monza Car. Not only does Monza have low mileage, used Mini's that look brand new, at great prices, but they have great customer service. When my husband bought his Mini back in Jan, 2012, it was advertised with cruise control, but ended up not actually having cruise control included. The customer service and concern over this issue that we received from Monza was exceptional. I went back in July 2012 and bought my Mini. We love our cars and will return to Monza in the future.

Drove from 60 miles away to make a deal on the white Toyota Tacoma lifted. truck has a horrible paint job. you can see it was repainted over the original paint. when asked to test drive the truck Allen said come back when you're ready it drives great. Hahahaha he wants to talk numbers before i even no how the vehicle performs. what kind of car salesman is this!!! I would never do business here

I recently bought a pre-owned Buick from Monza Car. This dealership is a class act, in terms of both the staff and the cars that are offered. Bob, Tom, and Allan were all very helpful and straightforward. They answered all of my questions and treated me with respect, kindness, and thoroughness. They gave me excellent advice and arranged the financing that I wanted. I recommend them and would not hesitate to return. Since I keep my cars for an average of 15 years, I expect to revisit Monza Car in the year 2026. It will be great to see what they have to offer then--maybe a hydro-helicar that floats and flies and has a chauffeur included!

Another beautiful day in Southern California to buy a car from Bob at Monza Car. My husband had done tons of research and found the exact car he wanted. He spoke to Bob over the phone and thought it was worth the drive from Pasadena to Sherman Oaks to see the car. And, he was right!! Bob greeted us with open arms and a great sense of humor as well. We took a test drive and found that we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Bob was great in that he was able to give us a great deal, and got the headlights shining like new. We were in and out in about 2 hours! That has never happened. Thank you for the great experience....we will be back for another car in the future.
