I have been dealing with this dealership for over a month, 3 different people (2 of which are managers) and I can't get anyone to follow up on my calls. After explaining to each of them the issue, they apologize, promise to look into it and return my call of which they do not. Since this is the only Audi dealership in the area I feel they think we don't have other options but at this point I will go out of state instead of dealing with them.

Molle has one of the worse customer service, Took my A8 for diagnostic service, not only they took a very long time to get that done but also car not washed as they suppose to and also inside of my car was messy and seat was moved around they did not fix it back. Seems like somebody was taking a nap on the driver's seat. They didn't even bother to ask me if I am willing to wait for the car wash or not, all they said is that the car wash service is back up and we decided not to wash your car without even asking if I wanted to wait or not. They did quickly charge me for diagnostic service but service I got from them was horrible and will never buy an Audi from them, if I decide to exchange my Audi for another one I'd rather go out of town to do that but not at that location anymore.

Do yourself a favor and skip Molle Audi. Our wonderful salesperson, Phyllis Roberts couldn't compete with an incompetent back office that got the price, mileage and financing wrong. To sum it up we left with 1/8 tank of gas - we are still waiting for the check they promised for that a week ago. Wow.

Very disappointed with my last visit to Molle Audi. Not only was my "routine" service over $900 on my 2010 S4, but I was also told that this car, which I bought from another Audi dealer in 2013 for $XXXXX is now only worth $8,500 on trade-in! The sales guy acted like he was doing me a personal favor by even interacting with me, but admitted that it was a slow day and he basically was sitting around bored. If you don't want my car as a trade, just tell me instead of insulting my intelligence. I am in the market for a new SUV, and I guess despite the fact that my S4 has been a great car (despite the trade-in value they gave me), I will have to cross Molle Audi off of the list. I mentioned that I might be interested in a Q5 TDI, and the sales guy was like, "Oh yeah, that's a lot more expensive than the base Q5", as if to say, well, you likely can't afford a base Q5, why should you even waste my time to talk about a more expensive model? I guess he must have gotten the impression right from the time I met him that I must not be the kind of affluent buyer that buys an Audi (not sure how). Must have been the Royals baseball cap that I wore into the showroom. I think the sales guys name was Mike (I honestly don't remember for sure). He said he'd worked there for about a year, which surprised me.I've mostly dealt with the service department previously, and they are okay, not great. I've dealt with a few people I'd say were mostly friendly, and then some that had a sort of arrogance about them. Not enough to turn me away until this most recent visit.

I've been in twice and talked out of a car twice. They are rude and it seems like to me just plain lazy. Purchased a new BMW instead.. Sorry Audi this our only local option. On our first experience the car salesman there told me they don't typically finance or lease vehicles due to their customers having so much money they deal directly in cash. I found that very odd. On the second visit I directly asked for lease pricing and was never once given any pricing at all. The salesman was more interested in why I wanted a new car?? I suggest the owner invests in a secret shop program to directly get feedback and realize how much money they turn down at this dealership.

With Molle Audi being the only Audi dealership in town, we've put up with their arrogance and rudeness in order to buy the Audi's that we wanted over the years. Compared to Baron and Aristocrat, the level of service at Molle Audi is extremely low. We wanted to let other buyers know that even with the changes they've made, their overall attitude hasn't changed. They don't use a business model that is customer focused because if they did they would treat their customers better. As loyal Audi customers, we look forward to buying our next Audi's from the new dealership (not Molle owned) that we're told will be opening in KC in the near future. There is hope KC!

I approached the dealership interested in purchasing a more sporty SUV. I test drove two Q5s and was pleased with the assistance I received. A red S5 on the showroom floor caught my eye and brought back memories of several red sport coupes I have owned. I decided to test drive the S5 the next day and with positive responses about the car and the excellent condition of the car as well as all other cars at the dealership I decided on a change of focus and purchased the S5. Except for a minor shutter that may be cause by one of the tires, the car has met my expectations. Thanks to George Coopersmith for his assistance both before and after the purchase.

I recently bought an Audi S4 off the lot from Molle Audi and had a very positive experience. I recommend the dealership and John B. as a salesman. Long review, but sums up the entire experience in 500 or less.I called on a Saturday morning and spoke to a salesman about coming in to look at S4s that afternoon. He told me what they had on the lot, and then informed me that he had a prior commitment that afternoon and would not be available. He said that he would love to be the guy who worked with me, but would put a referral in the system for another salesman for me if I came in that afternoon. Very open, honest, and un-selfish of him. Great experience. When I arrived at the dealership that afternoon, they were slammed. It took a while for someone to help me, but the showroom was very nice, they had snacks and drinks, and the receptionist was very friendly. Wait time was long. This part was simply "ok."When I was finally helped, my experience was fantastic. They showed me the car I was interested in and offered to let me take it for an unaccompanied test drive, apologizing for the delay several times. By the time I was ready to go, my salesman, John B., was available and offered to go with me on the test drive, which I prefer. He answered all of my questions, knew the car well, and tolerated my stereo test. Excellent experience. When we got back to the dealership, he ran numbers several different ways for me, appraised my trade, and presented a reasonable price for the car. Great experience. I had told him I would be back on Monday (Memorial Day) to buy the car, but called John to tell him I would be delayed until Friday. He was very flexible, put a sold sign on the car and answered all of my questions again. I made an appointment for Friday night, and he was able to set up a rush tint appointment at a great price and would have it done by pick-up. All on twelve hours notice. Wow. Awesome. Due to a family emergency on Thursday night, I had to call John at 6 PM and request an early morning Friday delivery. Not only did he agree to the early delivery, he offered to drive me to the airport to catch my plane and pick me up on Monday night when I flew back in. Unbelievable. The delivery went well, and all paperwork was finished in less than 45 min. John threw in two awesome S4 key chains and a sweet coffee mug as well.

Took delivery of a 2015 S8 yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. The car was expertly prepped and George Coopersmith patiently spent the necessary time to go through all of the car's functionality. He's one of the very few true professionals left in the industry that actually take the time to know the vehicles and offer relevant feedback on features and options. I have to say that I always dread the paperwork part of a car sale because it's long, sometimes confusing and usually the last ditch effort to sell warranties, services, etc. This was not the case with Audi. Jeremy did a fantastic job ushering me through the process. It was quick and painless and I felt good about the outcome. My compliments to the Molle Audi team.

I purchased an Audi S5 Prestige yesterday, and let me tell you, this was by far the best buying experience that I have had with buying a new vehicle. I maintained contact with the internet sales rep Richard Jones (awesome guy) who over the course of a year, always replied to my requests over the internet about a vehicle. Once I was in the perfect position to purchase the vehicle, I set up an appointment, as I traveled 150 miles, to purchase the vehicle. I arrived at the lot, and I see the vehicle I had in mind parked in front of the dealership awaiting my arrival. This was the first sign that they were world class! I then walked inside to the receptionist and told her I was there to see Richard, she called and he came down and introduced himself and then found John to help me, the second sign of world class! I had a vehicle for trade and there was no haggling with any portion. I asked for a specific amount, reasonable based on trade in value, and John had the numbers ran. He came back and explained every aspect of the trade and showed me the numbers. I did not get what I wanted for the trade, but between what they gave me and the lowered price of the new vehicle made me very appreciative of their style. This got me more than what I was expecting off of the sales price. I do not usually write reviews of this nature, but I wanted to take the time to ensure I shared my buying experience with you all to tell you that this was THE MOST EXPENSIVE vehicle that I have ever purchased and with the Molle Audi staff, It came out to be THE BEST experience ever! If you are in the Kansas City MO area and looking for a nice vehicle, I would strongly recommend choosing Molle Audi! Ask for John Buehler. Not to take anything away from the other sales reps, but if they are anything like John, and you so happen to get someone else, know that they will take care of you! I did not leave that dealership with buyers remorse, wondering if I had made a mistake, or if I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. This was the quickest vehicle purchase, I didn't have to ask for a full tank of gas (like I have had to do in every other purchase), and most of the time that I waited was due to them having the vehicle detailed, not washed, detailed! So I am very proud to say that I am an Audi owner and love the experience.

Okay so here is my take...I have purchased literally dozens of cars over the years and I will tell you that this was THE BEST buying experience that I have ever had at any dealership. I am always reluctant to drive onto a car lot since you never know what you are going to get. The day before we went to Molle we went to a local BMW dealership where we walked the lot for about 15 minutes and never got an acknowledgement of our presence. We then went to a local Lexus dealership and the sales guy was friendly enough but spent 30 minutes trying to sell the dealership and never asked about our needs/wants/interests. As soon as we pulled onto the Molle Audi lot an older gentleman by the name of Mike came out to greet us. He was very friendly, inquired about our needs and pointed us in the right direction. He didn't just stop at the first car we looked at. He really seemed to want to get us in the right car. It didn't stop there. During our negotiation process, we were greeted by the sales manager who was just as friendly and welcoming. After that, Michael Molle himself came in to visit with us. After our negotiation and coming to an agreement on the purchase we went in to sit with Kevin in the finance office. He was the most friendly finance guy that I have worked with. No one put any hard sell on us. It was all a very comfortable, enjoyable car buying experience. Most importantly, my wife is thrilled to finally own an Audi. Kudos to everyone at Molle Audi. We got a fair price, had a great experience and I have ZERO buyer's remorse after this one.

I just purchased a new A5 for myself, and a used A4 for my daughter. This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased from the Molle group over the years. Howard Smith is the absolute best, and made sure that me and my daughter knew all the features on the vehicles and the service features of our warranties. Lance is always great to work with when we need to take our vehicles in for routine service. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Have been looking for a new car after recently parting with my beloved M3. I have been looking at a few different options, such as Mercedes AMG's, BMW M's, and possibly Range Rover SC (if I was to move to an SUV). I was almost sold on a new M3 Competition, having all the numbers run, and everything but the signature remaining. I took the night in planning to think it over, as there was a couple options that I was unsure on (I know it sounds as a brat in nit-picking over a few relatively "tiny" things in a car many would love to just drive; however when entering this market and dealing with such high-end automobiles, you want what you want). I am glad that I did. Upon returning the next day, a different sales rep tried to push into "helping" me, and then continued to play third wheel once my actual sales rep arrived. Ultimately, I don't like the feeling of being rushed or pushed one direction or the other, and it became too much when the other sales rep was interrupting the proper sales rep, and frankly making statements that weren't true. This is all after being a client for a decade, and knowing very well what I am taking about and wanting, especially having owned an M myself. Despite all this, I was still not completely deterred... that was until I stopped by Molle Audi on a whim. I have been looking at maybe making the switch to Audi since 2008, and seriously upon the decision of parting with my M3. Upon walking in, I was immediately referred to a sales rep. He knew that I had made an inquire previously, and asked who my sales rep was. He informed me upfront that he would be more than happy to help me in any way, but made it clear that this was not his sale, as I had already made contact with Mr. Maidment in reference to special ordering an RS5. This speaks to not only Audi's personnel, but to the specific honour and integrity of the sales rep himself. He spent atleast two hours with me, all while having customers that very well could have bought a car right then, passing them immediately to another equally competent and friendly associate of his, as to completely devote his time to me (all while getting nothing out of it, as it wasn't his sale). He not only answered every question I could throw at him, but new all the exact appropriate answers--at times surpassing my knowledge, which has never happened in any of my multiple high end sports car purchases--as well as one upping me a few times in when we were shooting the breeze about history and other subjects as we were awaiting details I had requested on the car (not just any details, but specific build specs that Audi the manufacturer had to be consulted). This is above and beyond any other experience I have had, and I have dealt with BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, and others, in purchasing high end vehicles. I was, and still remain beyond impressed. In reading the reviews that were negative, there seems to be one commonality: complaining about costs of services/repairs, which leads the reviewer to leave horribly negative marks. One has to understand something in the high end auto world, especially high end German cars: they are extraordinarily complex high-performance machines, a lot of the time with proprietary technology...they are expensive to own and maintain (THIS IS NOT UNIQUE TO AUDI BY ANY MEANS); one should not look at buying at $50-180k automobile, and expect to pay the service, repair, maintenance and upkeep costs as a Ford! When you consider what it cost Audi to make these cars, the training the techs go through, the fact that most time parts are ordered and shipped from Germany...Molle is making a very slight amount, if anything, which is necessary to keep the business running. You wouldn't go into a surgery and say "try and cut as many corners as your can to keep the cost closer to an office visit"--this is how I view the comments people make in complaining about the cost of Molle Audi, or high-performance imports in general; I guess there are those who probably do say things like that--"Oh that surgery cost too much, yes you saved my life, but I don't think it fair'...basically: DONT BUY A HIGH PERFORMANCE AUTOMOBILE IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO MAINTAIN IT!!! Common Sense. Also the reason for the 4yr/50k warranty!!! Not to mention the option to Certify it after that (If it meets the w/i 6yr IPD and <60000). A long story's end: I put down my deposit, car now carries "sold" sticker, and I am returning tomorrow or the next day at the latest to finalize. My first experience w/ Molle Audi converted my after a decade with BMW, and a number of years with Lexus, Land Rover, and others prior. Thank You Molle Family & Associates!

The worst customer service experience. My husband and I went to that dealership to buy a Q 5. We have a BMW X 3 and I wanted to get a SUV instead of a sedan that I have. No one came to talk to us or even ask what we wanted . We looked at the Q 5 and requested the receptionist to ask someone to open the back, this is after 30 mins of waiting, and then after another 20 mins they told us the battery of that car is dead and so no one can open it now. Again even at that point no one came. I was so disappointed . Well Audi just lost a Q 5 sale. It was a humiliating experience especially when two other families who came after us got service and we kept on waiting. I get it that it was only two of us and no children , grandparents !! etc with us , but doesn't mean that we shouldn't get the same attention. Again, it was humiliating, will not set foot in that dealership again.

I own an A6 4.2 purchased at Molle in 2006. No problems with sales or service UNTIL 2011 WHEN service recommended a very expensive bushing repair $1,200 which I did have done there. Less than a year later I noticed suspension problems and took car back to the service department. They insisted all I needed was new tires and they refused to diagnose the problem until I agreed to have THEM sell and put a new set of $1,200.00 tires on the car. I told them I would just come get the car which when I picked it up I had a "service bill" of $50.00 and I asked in person, did they put it on a lift and look? They said they did (a lie, in my opinion). They did wash the car that day (hey, thanks for the $50.00 car wash by the way). Angry the next day, frustrated, argued with service via email and phone asked for manager, argued with Tricia Gill via very rude and by the way badly composed (grammar, spelling) emails. Made it to her manager Mike Berman who at that point agreed to have service look at the car and diagnose whole problem, not just improper tire wear. In distrust and disgust at this point I took care to an independent mechanic who discovered I needed new control arm parts (not wearing properly and very likely should have been replaced with bushings). Independent mechanic fixed it for less than $300.00. The tires were wearing improperly but they were quite new and wearing wrong because the 2011 repair was not done properly. So not only did they not do the $1,200 repair right, they ruined my tires. They would have avoided this by listening to me in the first place. I let Mike know this and he had no response. I plan to tell everyone that asks me about this awful experience. Molle just doesn't sell Audi - they have other dealerships and I will be sure I never buy new or used from them again.

Had a scheduled brake job and oil change this morning. 35,000 miles ago had brakes done and the bill came to a whopping $1,300....so I was mentally and reluctantly prepared to bite that same bullet. The service rep without a glimmer of guilt told me that this time the brakes will cost $1,800!!! and the oil change $200+!!!!! Add it up folks....$2,000++ for brakes and an oil change!!! I am leaving feedback primarily for Roger Maidment. I did not end up purchasing an Audi. It was a gorgeous and wonderful car, but another opportunity came up and I couldn't pass it by. Roger was everything you hope your salesperson will be, but many times is not. He was attentive, responsive, informative, and just downright easy to be around. Unlike some of the other 'premium brand' salespeople he was not artificial or overly cheery. I was in the dealership several times driving a wide variety of cars and Roger was prompt, efficient, and helpful. Molle Audi is an outstanding dealership. I didn't buy my Audi there, but they treat me as if I had. Service department always give me a loaner, even though they don't have to, they always squeeze me in last minute if necessary. They go above and beyond for every service, bottom line, they take care of their customers. When I buy a new vehicle I will buy it from them based on the outstanding service. Clifford, Jon, and Lance always professional, friendly and know their stuff. A8 tech (Jeff I think) is awesome and knows everything about A8's. I worked with Jerri Hoover. She was very knowledgeable about the Audi models and brand as well as very enthusiastic about the cars. Most importantly to me, she did not pressure me at all during the sales process and let me take my time on the test drive (even going so far as letting me take the car for an afternoon so that I could feel what it was like doing everyday tasks). She made the negotiation process painless by offering a good price on my trade in as well as on the purchase price of the new car.Have been back to the dealer for service twice (punctured tire and scheduled 5,000 maintenance) and both times the dealership has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our experiences at Molle Audi. When we were considering a purchase, Jerri Hoover was very helpful with our questions, allowed us the opportunity to test drive the car extensively, and generally made us feel comfortable. When the time came to make a decision, she and Mike Berman offered us a very fair deal on the new car, and a generous offer for our trade-in. Jerri's follow-up and availability has also been appreciated. In short, the entire purchase experience couldn't have been better.Our service experience with Lance has been equally good. Yesterday, for example, I called him regarding the need for routine service. He said he could get the car in right away, which was greatly appreciated, since my wife will be 'on the road' later in the week and I wanted to be sure the car had been serviced before she left. Lance offered me a car to drive while mine was being worked on as well, which is always appreciated. As was the case with our sales experience, all of my dealings with Lance and the service department have been excellent. This is an outstanding dealership. Both Mike and Jerri were very helpful in working with me on both cars I recently purchased. They did not give me the run around nor did they try to nickel and dime me on either vehicle. I left after both purchases like I was given a fair deal...which can be difficult in todays economy. Trish was helpful in following up and making sure I was pleased with the cars and helped to resolve any issues that I had as well as always having a smile on her face. I have dealt with Lance, John, and on numerous occasions for service and they always update me on the progress of the car and it is ALWAYS clean when I pick it up. The service department is courteous and never make me wait when dropping off either car. After using this service department exclusively to service my A6 they tell me my engine is sludged up completely with under 100k miles.When I asked what I did wrong I was told my service record was great.I now have to wonder if all those times I brought the car in for oil change if they really did them.I was given an estimate of $2500-5000 to repair I complained to Audi America and the dealer agreed to pay half.When I returned the car for the service they told me the new estimate was $9800.Wow once they agreed to half the estimate doubled imagine that.

Parts customer service,As example, customer looking additional parts from different trim (same model) was not found by Molle Audi KC, instead customer had to use another out of state Audi dealer to find required parts and pay shipping.Service Writers,New vehicle software updates have to be specifically pin pointed, requested and note it is already used by other Audi dealers, otherwise some of service writers dont know about it nor bother going through latest service bulletins.After few months of new car ownership, car haves some rattles and squeaks that did not exist when vehicle was delivered. Customer meets the service writer to ask how those annoying sounds could be eliminated and during the next service vehicle is test driven and no issues found. How come few mile test drive by Molle staff equals to 2000 mile vacation trip drive by ex mechanic who got annoyed by squeaks and rattles on new car? One service writer says broken part is covered by warranty and customer should bring car in, once car is inside, another service writer makes customer pay the part.
