BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

This was the best truck buying experience I have ever had. My salesman ,Gary,was very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure. I didn't feel rushed into a purchase and once I had decided on a truck Andrew made the whole financing end of it quick and painless. I was pleasantly surprised by the hometown feeling that made me feel I was dealing with honest folk who cared about my satisfaction more than just getting a sale. My truck was ready when promised and upon pick up it was presented to me sparkling like brand new. I can tell Moffitt's takes great pride in customer satisfaction and quality vehicles.

Hands down this was the best car buying experience I've had! The entire staff was professional, efficient, friendly, quick, and fair. I drove over 3 hours to buy this used car but it was well worth it! The vehicle is in excellent condition and everything was delivered as promised. Everyone I encountered exceeded my expectations and I appreciate that! I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy from them again!

Sincerely impressed

I purchased a used suv this week. The folks there could not have been more helpful & accommodating. I took a test drive asked them if they would put the suv on a hoist for me took look underneath & they were happy to let me do so. The service bays are very clean & well lit as was the showroom. The paperwork was done in less than 30min. They even put 1/2 a tank of gas in it. I live about 70 miles away but it was worth the drive & I would buy from them again.

Outstanding Service

This process was exceptional! The salesman remembered my wife and I from our last purchase. They worked with us to find what we needed and could afford. They made sure that we understood everything, including how to work all of the fancy doohickeys in the vehicle. Moffitt Ford is the best car dealership I have been to.

Definitely recommend this place

My previous van was a total loss in an accident and was searching for a fitting replace for our family. Moffits had just what we were looking for. More vehicle for the money. Dealer was easy easy to work with. No pressure and flexible upon my request to take it to a mechanic prior to making my final decision. Van checked out with nothing deterring me from purchase. I had an extremely positive experience purchasing my car from Moffitt's Ford. There was absolutely no pressure at all during the whole process. I really enjoyed working with Andrew and Benji. I felt I was treated fairly and I felt very comfortable. The dealership gave me time to look before I was asked any questions. I have already told about 14 people that they need to check out Moffitt's. The drive to Boone is worth it.

Great Service at Moffitt's

This was a great experience. I moved to Boone recently so I was looking for a hometown auto dealership. Moffitt's was recommended to me by a friend in Perry. I worked with Chris and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He made sure I got the best deal on my new car as well as the best price he could give me on my trade it. I know this will be where I get all my cars in the future. I'm only had the car for about a month, so have not had to use the service department yet...but am anticipating that they will offer the same great service as the rest of the dealership.

my old car broke down in the middle of winter and left us in a lurch, but the staff at moffitt's made the looking/buying process as stress-free as possible. it took very little time for them to find us the perfect vehicle, get us financed, and get us back on the road.

Had a deal worked out and told them I would buy for the price at hand but the seat needed to be fixed. They said we will give you a call when the shop is done working on it. A week went by and no call. Turns out they sold the vehicle to someone else and just blew me off. Thanks Perry and Brenna !!!!!! Appreciate the great customer service!!!! Glad you can keep a verbal agreement!!!

Old Fashioned Service!

We were treated like the only buyers in the place and weren't even spending big bucks. It didn't matter...this place is AWESOME with it's customer service, no pressure sales and they listened to our needs! From looking to test drives to sealing the deal, everyone was kind and helpful!!!! The 80 mile drive was worth it and we will return!!!!!!

Bad reception and conversation. It is a small dealer and sales are not professional. They promised that if I could visit they would lower the price. But when I was there, I was told the price was firm. When I let them know the quote from other dealers, the sales guy performed arrogant.
