Service persons know me and what my many Honda vehicles requirements. Service with a smile and good attitude. Since I live some distant away, I wait for my vehicle while service is being completed and if there is a delay or something discover that beyond the normal service, they keep you informed. When parts are order, notification when they have arrived. Plenty of coffee. Clean waiting room and bathroom. I feel like Mistlin Honda cares about me as a customer.,Service persons know me and what my many Honda vehicles requirements. Service with a smile and good attitude. Salesman Sami Merza was most helpful in the selection and sale process of both vehicles and was very knowledgeable...without the high-sales tactics often found at other dealers. Service after the sale was another plus, with follow-up letters and phone calls from both Sami Merza and Tony Mistlin. Sales staff are down to earth people and there is never any pressure applied to us to purchase a vehicle. We purchased a Civic in Oct. 2015 and we were in an accident in December and the car was a total loss. We decided to purchase another Honda (Accord) as the sales person explained the construction of the vehicle very well and we were impressed by his knowledge of the safety rating of Hondas. In addition, he was very sympathetic to our situation.

Was greeted promptly, sales personnel listened to what I wanted, thought they had the car I wanted in color desired and if they did not, offered to find it likely within a day. There was no pressure even tho it was New Years Eve. I said I was going to look at another brand, was given some information regarding the other brand, and was offered the sales person's card. I went back later and the car I was looking for was actually on their lot. There was no 'pushing' to upgrade to a car fully loaded with additional options. The entire purchasing experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and the Sales Consultant I worked with was Bryan Christenson.

We went through the Costco program, Henry called us right away and gave us an awesome price over the phone. We headed straight to Modesto and Nick Meyer helped us because Henry was with another guest. Nick was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, attentive...he was awesome! He answered all our questions and knew everything about the car! I went in for an express oil change today and asked that they look at my brakes. Upon completion of the vehicle at the cashier station I had to ask for my inspection report shocked that they did not catch my must needed brake pad replacement. When I noticed the brakes were not inspected and asked them why, I quickly found out how horrible their customer service is. Out of over 30 Honda dealers i have visited across the United States this is the worst one i have seen. From the moment i was greeted in the service department to the outstanding cashier i spoke with today. Thank you for not actually inspecting my vehicle and for the horrible customer service.

I contacted the dealership through cars.com after doing preliminary research on-line re: Honda Ridgelines. Within a couple of hours I was contacted by Roosevelt, the salesperson and after assuring him I was seriously considering the vehicle offered, he personally brought the vehicle to our residence in Turlock to allow my wife and I to inspect the vehicle and take it for a drive. We consummated the deal that day and picked the car up at the dealership the following day. On the way home, I noticed a small chip in the windshield that I had not seen when we first took it for a test drive. When I returned to the dealership the following day with completed paperwork, I spoke with my salesperson, Roosevelt, and he immediately made arrangements for the small crack to be repaired the next day, at Mistlin's expense, in my driveway. That was not required but was greatly appreciated. We had a pleasant car buying experience and I recommend Mistlin Honda because of it.

I just had 30,000 mile service for my CRV, they gentlemen in your service department are wonderful. They explain what is being done and are very courtious. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, 2 of the service guys greeted me and thanked me for coming to Mistlen. Very nice experience!

Honored internet certificate with no haggling. Nick Meyers, the sales person, was extremely knowledgeable about the 2014 vehicle. This contrasted with other sales people at different locations who always indicated their vehicles were too new and they hadn't had a chance to learn all the new features. My initial telephone calls with Tomas Perez were very pleasant and informative. When he wasn't available when we went to the dealership, he graciously asked Nick to help us so we didn't have to wait.

I had not intended to buy a car on this Saturday Afternoon. My son was having a key made at the Nissan Dealership down the street. Since we were on McHenry we decided to look at the cars and first went to the Toyota Dealership I wasn't in the market to buy a car yet, but was thinking about buying a used car in the summer. After looking at the cars at several other dealerships we decided we should see what the Mistlin Honda Dealership had available. When we arrived we were greeted by Sammy Merza, who was very friendly and personable. He made us feel welcomed. I told him I was only looking at the cars but when he showed me the first car I fell in love with the 2013 Honda Civic. I have always owned either a black or beige car and never thought I would buy a burgundy colored car. This car has everything, even things I never thought I would have a need for. He gave me an excellent deal on the car with a great interest rate I would have been an idiot to pass up. So after a few minutes I found myself signing a contract and went home with a beautiful 2013 Burgundy Honda Civic. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly and it looks like I am transferring my Modesto Toyota loyalty to Mistlin Honda loyalty.

We gave an offer on a car - the offer was accepted. We arranged a time to pick up the car - we got there early with a check for a cash purchase. Staff told us they had an office meeting until 9:30am we arrived at 9:25 am with the trade-in Honda that had been previously purchased new from Mistlin Honda. Only to be told that they had sold the car out from under us. Mistlin Honda agreed to a price, they shook our hands and made a commitment. Well a good place to buy if money is no object , Salesman Nick kept repeating we make 10% on used cars . It almost seemed like I was wasting his time . It was a friday night around 6pm I have a Honda Accord I love and wanted a used civic sedan to transport my daughter in . I had an older mustang with 150k but very clean just hated it had two doors well I saw a 09 Camery very clean with low miles on it but they wouldn't budge on the price and wanted to give me 500.00 for my trade thats it end of story had the title in my hand and was ready to buy but, didn't get as far as a test drive . Well so i went across the street to look at the prices of camerys to see how much they were going for and two hours later drove off in a 2011 corolla btw they gave me 4k for my trade at Modesto Toyota.

Even if you are looking for a new Honda and Mistlin is the closest to you, I would drive a little further and avoid these crooks. Trust me, they will lie to you to complete a deal. Honda's are great cars, but with so many dealers in the area, go somewhere else. And don't even think about buying a used car from them, extremely shady operation. I can't speak on their service department having never dealt with them. Maybe they are run right and you could always buy your Honda somewhere else and still have it serviced in Modesto.

I requested my wife to get our one of two CRVs we own that we supply to our Nanny. We own five vehicles. She chose to go to your facility, I prefer Precision Honda because they do the same work for less. I was charged approx. $200.00 more for the same service waiting fifteen minutes to be assisted to pay my bill, while your Employee talked to a non paying customer on the phone regarding information that is available in the internet, redundantly talking about the cost of a new engine and installation. I was charged $109.00 for a new battery that likely did not need to be replaced. I asked for the old battery and was told it was not available. When purchasing a battery I receive a rebate and the purchase price is also less. I do not like being lied to. All consumers are not stupid, but many businesses rely on that fact. When was the last time your battery testing equipment was calibrated? I could not get an answer. You charge $101.00 per labor hr. but pay your mechanics a fraction of that charge. Im very aware of employee costs, but calling your charge labor is also a lie. This response to your poor service will be sent to every level of your dealership I can find. By the way your employee asked me what businesses I own, was this question a qualifier so that I may receive better service? I supposedly received a discount, reminds me of a retailer buying and item for $100.00 marking the price up ten times then claiming the items on sale for $500.00. We love Hondas but your service and your ability to understand customers with a business background is highly questionable.
