Initially I spoke to LaRae Rhodes who was pleasant and was even available on a Sunday. a few day's Later, with a scheduled appointment, I met with Donna and she made me feel at home as well as the rest of her co-workers that were around. For anyone with customer anxiety, they will do a great job at putting you at ease and feel welcome. I must say the entire process was easy and Mini of Warwick guides you through and explains in detail what each step is and what next to expect. The vehicle I purchased needed a new sensor, something minor, but we scheduled an appointment and the car was done in no time. The customer service mechanic from time to time would come out and tell me of its progress which was nice. Great work I thought.I would recommend going to Mini of Warwick if you would like a great car buying experience with a staff that has awesome customer service skills that makes you feel at ease and welcome.

I have patronizing Mini of Warwick for several years now. I bought my mini and have had it serviced there regularly since. I have nothing but great experiences. Darrell goes above and beyond every time I am there. He is super informative, knowledgeable and always every accommodating. I have previously had bad experiences with dealerships. Quite the contrary and would highly recommend buying a mini from Inskip Mini. I would buy another car since Bryan has returned as Sales Manager..

Had a fantastic experience with everyone I encountered at Mini of Warwick! Traded in a Corolla for a 2015 Cooper S hardtop and I'm absolutely thrilled. From the moment I walked into the dealership and through the point of delivery saleswoman Donna Keane was unbelievably helpful and stayed in contact from test drive through delivery. GM Brian Perrugi and Sales Manager Nick Grassini were extremely helpful and patient with me as well, and only added to an already very positive experience. I highly recommend seeking out all three of them for anyone considering joining the MINI family! Great dealership and even better people, hands down the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had.

Buying and car can be an unpleasant and stressful experience and when I needed a new car back in May I honestly wasnt looking forward to the process. When I walked into the MINI dealer to buy my first MINI, Vinnie was my sales person and he completely changed the buying experience for me. Outgoing, informative, professional and easy going, Vinnie made buying a car easy and pressure free. The experience was so positive that when my husband was recently looking to buy a car, we went right back to MINI and specifically to Vinnie. I highly recommend the entire MINI team and definitely recommend requesting Vinnie for your next purchase.

About 6 months ago my wife purchased her Mini Convertable with the help of Vincent Corsi and the buying experience was great. Never pushy sales tactics and we felt relaxed the entire time. I didn't know anything about the MINI car line until I showed up one Saturday morning just browsing. I needed to replace my older car and didn't know what I wanted. I had gone to another dealership but the car, and the dealership, did not impress me. I couldn't find out the real price of the car and they just kept talking about the monthly cost. I went to MINI of Warwick on a whim as I thought the car was sharp looking but didn't think I could afford it. Needless to say, 2 hours later I knew what I wanted and ended up buying a Certified MINI Cooper S Hardtop the next weekend (after I had my wife check out the car as well). Donna Keane, the sales person, was great. She explained the all the car options, the pricing (reasonable and no haggling) and had me drive two different models to help me figure out what was right for me.I've never had such an enjoyable car buying experience. There was no pressure to buy now or get more than I needed. Donna was outstanding and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy a MINI.

I had test drove a total of 6 or 7 different model cars with different dealerships before I found the Mini I wanted at Mini of Warwick. I was a little nervous about not being able to get it as it was going to be several days until I could make the trip down there, so I called the dealer and was lucky enough to have reached Donna Keane. She answered all of my questions that I had to confirm that the car was in fact the one I was hoping, and we scheduled a time for me to view it. Unfortunately, that day ended up not working, but she kept in contact with me and we arranged for another chance, and I am beyond elated that she did. I ended up going down to Warwick from north of Worcester (about a 1.5 hour drive) on a Saturday and test drove the car with Donna. She was very approachable, greeted me with a smile, and went over all of the benefits of the certified Minis, their financing, and at no point in time did I feel like she was pushing the sale. When we got back to the showroom, she looked at the list of used Minis to see if there was anything else I wanted to look at, but in the end I bought the one I test drove. She was very patient throughout the process and I didn't get the "car salesperson" vibe from her at all. When I asked her about a certain financing deal, she informed me that I wouldn't qualify with the terms I was looking for, but she ended up letting me know there was another one I would qualify for, and she would make sure I got that. During the week that I was eagerly waiting to pick up my car, she made sure to call me and let me know when it would be ready, and although she wouldn't be there (it was the week before the 4th, so understandable), she would make sure that another sales person took care of me and showed me the car. I picked it up, and have been in love with it ever since. After the sale was complete, Donna called to follow up and was able to get me a spare key for my Mini as it only came with one. She went above and beyond to make her customer happy, and that means a lot. All in all, I would highly recommend Mini of Warwick and Donna Keane in particular, you will not be disappointed!!!

Their facility was incredibly clean, there was always an interested buyer both times I went in, and they had great sales persons. Recently I went up to MOW (from CT)with cashiers check ready to go after much conversation with the salesperson. Car was nice but not the model claimed by MOW on cars.com..it was 2 levels below. Shame on me and so I encourage a lot more research before embarking on a dealer visit. There will be discrepancy almost always (I am finding that out with other dealers)

We recently purchased a Mini Countryman S from Mini of Warwick. As they didn't have the exact model I wanted on their lot they arranged to get one from another dealer. I was lucky enough to work with Donna Keane who explained everything clearly and treated me so kindly through the whole process. The car was brought to Warwick and through no fault of Donna, or Mini of Warwick a paperwork issue happened and there was a delay in getting the proper registration papers. If it wasn't for Donna this could have taken days to fix, but she actually got the car to me the day she said she would originally. I would so highly (and plan to do so) recommend Mini of Warwick and specifically Donna to anyone even considering a Mini purchase. We will definitely be back when we are ready for another one!

Despite hours of reading reviews from every possible source, weighing every option and finally picking out the car one wants always seems to be the easiest part of the car buying process, while actually going to a dealership and having to "make a deal" is usually the worst. Right up until setting foot in MINI of Warwick. I couldn't have dreamed up an easier process from start to finish. At no time did I feel any of the usual hawking or pressure or, "let me talk to my manager/see what I can do" bologna. Donna Keane was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment I stepped in and asked for help. Even though I went in to test drive a 2010 MINI Clubman in the pouring rain! She was ever so patient with my driving, (going from an H3 to a Mini Clubman was an exercise in spatial problem solving). She was also incredibly understanding knowing that I actually had a few cars from different makes I wanted to also check out that day at other dealerships, to see what would suit my needs. At no point was there a pressure to keep me there, or even try to sway me away from the other brands I was looking at, (Subaru being the next runner up to Mini). No other dealership I visited that day for the other cars I was looking at were as laid back, helpful and knowledgable. The fact that Donna allowed and encouraged me to bring my drum kit to the dealership to make sure I could fit everything I needed was also pretty great. Being a weekend musician, if I couldn't fit my instrument, it wouldn't matter how much I liked the car, it would have to be onto something else. But to my amazement, I fit my full five piece rock drum kit, hardware case, pedals, cymbals and seat, and still had some room to spare. Huzzah! Then the moment of truth... Actually buying the car. This is where even the slickest of salespeople can change on a dime. Go super low on your trade in value, or add on to the sticker price with hidden fees and playing 15 rounds of "let me see what I can do". Once again I was amazed at what happened. Donna worked with me to get a fair price on my 2006 Hummer H3 trade in that benefited both of us. And there was no need to "make a deal", what I saw was what I got. And the price alone was already more than fair. No need to insult each other with offers of varying degrees of "no way". We hashed out a rough price, I came in two days later, and left with the car I've always loved and a smile on my face. I left with a new car, a new life long dealership, and I'd like to think, a new friend. It takes me less than half a second to recommend Donna and MINI of Warick. Just bought my second Mini Cooper from Mini of Warwick, and, just as with the purchase of my 2007 Cooper, the people, the process and the experience were such a pleasure. I was recently involved in an accident, after which my prior Cooper was sadly deemed a total loss, so suddenly I was forced to make a new car purchase quickly, long before I'd expected. I loved my first Mini, but hadn't decided whether I'd buy another one or move on to another brand, given all the other options. The day I removed my belongings from my sad little car at Inskip's Collision Center, I stopped in at the Mini showroom and talked with Ash Johnson, Motoring Advisor, explaining where I was in the process. Just like all the other friendly, knowledgable, straight shooters I've always enjoyed dealing with at Mini of Warwick in sales and service, Ash was smart, well-spoken, well-versed in all things Mini Cooper, extremely cool, and no-B.S. - one of the things I've always found refreshing about people who work for this brand. We talked about models, drove, and I told her my mind was open to another Mini, but that she'd need to convince me why I needed one. I had a Countryman in mind, and she and her manager made it happen. Negotiations were straightforward and pleasant; she was incredibly attentive and speedy; she located a 2014 Countryman in the color I wanted, coming into the US that week; rerouted it to RI, worked through paperwork and delivered the car to me in 6 days. The truth is, once I started talking with her that first day and spent some time in the showroom, I recalled all the reasons I loved my Mini - it's not just about driving the car, but about the whole experience of the brand and the people who work for it at Mini of Warwick. From the advisors to the awesome service department, it's just different, and better, than other cars/brands I've driven. So I've had my Countryman about 2 weeks now, and I am really loving it. Even more than the first Cooper. Mini of Warwick, and Mini Cooper, are great. Thanks, guys.

This was my first time purchasing a car. I went in a couple of months ago to test drive minis and immediately fell in love with the cars. However, I knew I wasn't ready to purchase for a couple of months. At the same time I had also been on test drives for different cars. Other dealerships were borderline harassing, calling me every couple of days, emailing me constantly regardless of the fact that I had made it very clear I would not be purchasing right away. However, Donna and Mini of Warwick were much different and very attentive to my needs. Donna would check in with me every couple of weeks to see if I was ready and where my search was. When I was finally ready to purchase they worked with me to make sure that the payment was within my tight budget. Donna was wonderful to work with, not too pushy, but just attentive enough so that I knew she was still paying attention! I didn't feel pressured into spending more than I was comfortable with and all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car and I am very happy I chose Mini Cooper of Warwick!!

I went in to test drive a Mini to see if it was right for me, and two weeks later I drove out with my Mini done the way I wanted it.It was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. They met my price for my trade offered me a great deal on the new car, and helped me decide on the extra's that I bought.I had one problem (weather related) and it was not only taken care of promptly, but they detailed the car before they gave it back! The car had two weeks of road salt and dirt on it, and it looked like new again when I got it back.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mini, and I'm already starting a list of things I want in my next Mini!

I entered Mini of Warwick to lease a new Mini Hardtop. My experience was fun, easy, and frustration free. Mini of Warwick reached out to me when I showed an interest online. Without the high stress sales pitch, they scheduled a time for me to come in and share my information on the what, why, when, how of my car situation and were able to narrow down my choices to find a suitable vehicle. Working with Ash Johnson was a great experience. Her passion, humor, and knowledge of the vehicles was a big influence on my choice to buy.Negotiations were fair and straightforward and I was able to achieve getting the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I enjoyed working with Bill Sides who provided detailed and accurate information. He also worked with me to get both of us to our appropriate price points.I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Mini of Warwick. I purchased a 2013 Mini hardtop and had an excellent and very positive experience. Ash Johnston was terrific. She was personable, honest and very knowledgeable. There were no hassles in the purchasing process. She was extremely helpful and made the whole thing easy. She even took time from her day off to make sure that the car would be ready for pick up. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and she very well organized and took care of all of the details including the car insurance paper work. I would definitely seek her out if I were purchasing another car and I will recommend her to my friends and anyone looking to purchase a car.

I admit that I have never encountered a car dealership like this one. The staff is genuine, honest and truly wants to help buyers not pressure them. A series of bizarre events led me to talking to one of their salespeople (Ash) and I am grateful that I did. I ended up driving home in a fantastic car that is a perfect fit for me. They went well above and beyond to make the transaction pleasant, the homemade cookies were a great touch. The entire staff is fantastic!!!!!!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was intending to buy a vehicle over the winter however the staff was so likeable and easy to work with that I ended up buying sooner. My boyfriend and I actually purchased 2 vehicles in the same weekend we liked them so much! One was a Ram Truck and the other a Countryman S. I was never pressured or forced to make a decision. This was my first experience buying a car on my own without bringing a male friend with me to help me. I feel completely confident in my buy and the vehicle they put me in was PERFECT!! I spoke to all the Mini dealerships in my area (Peabody, Boston and Warwick). I was set to make a purchase through Peabody and I ended up walking out. I contacted Jessica, knowing that there were no Cooper S converts on the lot. She was amazingly helpful in finding the right car for me. Michael was a pleasure to deal with in hammering out a deal, and making a couple changes to the vehicle. Even checking out with Bill was a great experience. Many years down the road when I replace this Mini, I will be coming directly to Warwick.

So I went in for my last warranty service and met with Jaymes. This is the best service advisor I have worked with from all the mini dealerships I have worked with. I am a graduate student and traveled a lot going to dealerships from Boston, Northern New Jersey, Albany, Rochester, and Warwick. All of the service advisors I worked with there were nice, but Jaymes went above and beyond. He was upfront with me and told me that it would take much longer than they previously expected. He immediately got me a loaner and had me on my way. When he followed up with me on the phone he said he would update me before he left for the day and called exactly when he said he was going to call. I felt like a millionaire with this dealership and would absolutely recommend working with Jaymes to anyone going in for service. Great guy, guy service and my car is running better than ever. This isnt just a one tim encounter with Jaymes either, this is my second time working with him. He never disappoints.

This has to be the worst experience with a dealership I have experienced. First you get swamped with 3 people calling you all asking you for the same information, none of which touches know what the other is doing so I had to give the same info 3 times. The one person that you give info to promises to get back to you and never does (Art Fontaine). I dont get contacted by another person (Jessica Spendorio) who after contacting her manager quotes me $603 for an 2013 Mini Couper S (A Range Rover goes for about $799) and has the nerve to offer me 4500 for a car worth 10k. I have never been insulted with nonsense numbers like that in my life. I would think that these people would notice by my email signature that I am a CPA and do make sense of numbers for a living, before insulting my intelligence with maneuvers for a quick profit.

I worked with Ash to test drive a Mini Coupe with the possible intention of ordering one from the factory. She was extremely helpful and patient, as I went back for a second test drive and had plenty of questions for her. She never made me feel pressured in any way, unlike just about any other sales person I've dealt with (at other dealers).Ash went above and beyond my expectations on my second visit, as she wasn't feeling well and had left to go to the doctor, but still returned for the test drive because I was already on my way. She acted as if she wasn't inconvenienced at all, although I could tell that she was feeling pretty ill.I ultimately ordered a Coupe from the factory, and Ash kept me up to date on the ordering/production process whenever there was an update. Ash Johnson our motoring advisor from Mini of Warwick is the bomb. I connected with her right from the first phone call. She even came in on her day off to help us because we could only come in on a Sunday. We were blown away with Mini's cool race car decor and fun atmosphere when we arrived. My first impression of Ash was correct. What can I say...She is just a cool person it was like hanging out with a good friend or sister.On the test drive she explained to us how the hybrid power train engine system works together with the gas engine to power the car and battery . It is a very complex car but she made it easy to understand and pointed out the touring edition features that made this model Prius a better performing car than the rest...We were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, passion for cars, and love of the Mini dealership. We still had one more car to look at but after she ran the numbers and gave us the price of the car with trade in and rebate. We knew the other dealership could not top this deal on their best day and decided not to even look at the other car. We came back the next day to drop off our old car, I mean really old car with our dog Valentina who was invited in with us, and became an instant celebrity with Mini employees. Especially finance manager Bill Sides who showed us some cute pictures of his amazing Jack Russell terrier. We could have sat their all day exchanging funny stories about our dogs. What a great guy he is. Yes people , I love this dealership and my car, and would highly recommend them to everyone looking to buy a new or used car. First of all do not let this review sour your opinion of MINI, I bought one from MINI of Peabody and I love it. This is a review of the dealer, especially the sales manager Brian Peruggi, his unprofessionalism, overall attitude slimy business tactics and lack of common courtesy made me walk out of the dealership.I was prepared to buy 2 mini coopers, one custom order cooper hardtop and one clubman for my mother. We test drove the cars and found we really liked them. while at the dealership. Our salesperson Donna was perfectly nice during the presentation(not during the negotiation) and really convinced us that these are great cars. When we returned to buy the cars on the second day there was a completely different tone. When I made my very reasonable offer on the car I was immediately rejected. I should note that my offer was an average of what edmunds, true car and blue book call a fair purchase price for my exact desired configuration. Their counter offer: a mere $500 off msrp. And on my mothers trade in they offered her 15,000 for a car that she eventually traded in for 22,000 at Mini of Peabody(and mini of warwick offered her nothing off msrp for the new car) When I held my position that these sites could not all possibly be wrong, Donna called over her sales manager Brian Peruggi, who did not even bother to say hello. He said that 500 off a mini was the deal of the century, and that with my mothers trade in they would loose money. When I showed him the data from the sites, he claimed that 900 dollars was something no mini owner got of a car. He then mentioned that the products made by the technology company I work for have a price and I don't get to talk them down. even though they are made buy tortured sweatshop child workers for five cents a phone.(he actually said this) He insulted my employer and what I do, and as a fellow salesperson that was the last straw. He spent five minutes complaining about my offer calling it stupid, uninformed, crazy and insulting while acting like a kid throwing a temper tantrum. He then cursed under his breath as he walked away(yeah I heard you Brian) Donna claimed that $500 was the most she ever saw someone get off a car and told us to take the deal (we didn't) and when we left she said this deal hurts me too, I don't see a dime if you don't buy anything. I feel like I wasted 3 hours of my time. Well thats too bad Donna because of your sales managers actions I wouldn't buy a car even if you gave it to me for invoice because of his behavior. I ended up making a deal the very next day for 1500 off a mini cooper that was special ordered from the factory. My mother bought a clubman for 800 off msrp, and got 22,000 for her old car. All this with much better service from Mini of Peabody(buy from them) As long as Brian Peruggi works for mini of warwick stay away, he will insult you and throw a temper tantrum when you ask for anything other than msrp. If I ever treated a customer like he treated me I would be fired from my job. Im surprised someone so juvenile even made it to sales manager.

I went to Mini of Warwick to buy a used Honda Civic they had in stock, and the entire experience was really straight-forward and simple. When I showed up to look at the car, a representative came out immediately to show the car, show a carfax report, and answer questions. She immediately pointed out the problems the car had, and most would be fixed once I agreed to buy it. The car's price was fantastic; the car was in decent condition and was being sold well below the current KBB value. They were firm on the price being non-negotiable though. After I decided I wanted the car, the rest of the process was fast enough, and they were able to have the car ready after two days. When I went back, the paperwork was prepared, and I was out with keys in hand within a half hour. Overall, the sale experience was enjoyable, and the employees involved were all very friendly.

I bought my Mini here two years ago, on a Friday afternoon. I picked it up on Wednesday morning, and it was not ready. In fact, it did not start, and they had to jump it because the battery was dead. I should've just taken my Jetta home instead. Then, I had to bring it back a few weeks later. Why? The rotors in the back were rusted, even though the car was a 2006 with only 36k miles on it. They spent two days fixing it, because they didn't have the parts (this is a recurring theme at this place).Last year, I got into an accident, and my car has an extended warranty, so I took it to their body shop. I brought the car there when I made the appointment, but they didn't even really look at it. How do I know this? When I brought the car in over a week later, they did not have the parts! My car was there for a week and a half, while they had to get another rim (they got the wrong one) and a tire (they didn't know I needed one, since they didn't look at my car) and some other parts that they should've known to order, had they put the car on the lift, which they could've done at any time before the appointment. They never called me to tell me why my car took so long, either or how long it would take. When I brought it there for the appointment, they said 5 days. When the five days were up, no car and no phone call as to why it wasn't ready. I only found out why when I picked up my car. They did give me a loaner, a Nissan Altima, even though I would've preferred a smaller car (since that's why I bought a Mini). At this point, I also found out my car did not have regular tires, but run flats, which they apparently didn't know until they went to change the tire. I also don't have a working tire pressure alert on my car, neither of these things were told to me when I purchased said car, meaning they don't know what they are selling you.This year, I had to bring it in for a Mini inspection and it took two days because they once again did not have the parts needed. They told me I had an oil leak and to bring it back in a few months for a check up to see if it needed to be fixed before the warranty went up. I did just that, brining it in in late May. I made the appointment, and was told the warranty was still in effect. Yet, when I brought it in, I was told the warranty was no good. My daughter had to bring the car in last week for a broken blinker arm, and was told the warranty was still in effect. These people don't know what they are talking about.My daughter made the appointment and was going to wait for the car, which should've been done by 12 pm. She had to get a ride from them, which they were reluctant to give her, because she had a doctor's appointment she had forgotten about. It is now almost 4 pm, and, surprise surprise, the car is not done. Not only that, but the service man called and said that we'd be lucky if it was done by the end of the day tomorrow. Even though the appointment was made a week in advance and they should've had the parts and time to do it. She told the man about the other times they'd been late in fixing the car, and he said he would talk to a tech and call her back. He hasn't called back, either.I am planning on getting the title to the car (which they did not send me when I'd paid it off) and selling it, and getting a Ford or VW, since I know I can get better service at those dealerships. I'm done with Inskip.

Ash was great to work with. She knows the vehicles and the current offerings. She immediately made time for us. After a bit, her other customers came in. She easily balanced her time between us so that we were both happy and satisfied. We were to buy out my first mini and thought to go there to see what the current deals are being offered. She made time to explain to us the current deals and helped us pick out my new mini. I actually got to take the car home that day. She transferred my plates, helped to get the car ready and set up my sirius satellite radio while i sat with the finance man. I executed a reverse auction for a 2011 Mini S. Of all the dealers, Mini of Warwick seemed most interested in helping me find the right automobile at the right price. While shopping for a used mini for my wife. We visited Inskip Mini. We were pleasantly greeted by Andrea O'Hara. Andrea answered in detail all of our questions.She showed us several cars in our price range and came on several road tests. She explained in great detail in each every feature of each mini. That day my wife purchased her mini. I really like the engineering detail of the mini, so when Andrea informed me in 2011 they made an all wheel drive model i expressed that i might be interested. She set me up on minis web site where you can build your own car. Long story short i ordered one. Andrea kept in touch with me regularly via e-mail to update me on the cars progress and she made everything really easy. Financing went smoothly. I was fortunate to stumble across MINI of Warwick during Hurricane Irene. Our MINI broke down while returning from vacation as Irene struck. Geoff, Manny, and especially Donna went way beyond what anyone could have expected to help a MINI owner in need. I was able to rejoin my family and get home just before Irene struck.During the following week I was unbelievably surprised when I was able to arrange repairs and the purchase of a new MINI while nearly 200 miles away with no hassle. I went to Mini of Warwick looking to replace an older model Mini that I had purchased at a different dealership. The experience at M. of W. was, hands down, a better experience. Andrea on the sales floor was friendly and very low pressure, and Manny in finance was also very easy to get on with. The only things I would improve on are that Andrea accompanied us on the test drive (I like to go alone, just a thing) and the new Mini came with dealership plate frames, I don't like free advertising snuck in like that. Donna Keane was a great salesperson. She was very knowledeable and helped me through the entire process including post-sale. She offered a great tutorial of the vehicle, handled all of the paperwork perfectly, and coordinated the cleaning of the vehicle. The only problem was that the detailing department did not know that I needed the vehicle completed by a specific time even though Donna had emailed them. I was late for an appointment and the detailing was not completed but Donna was kind enough to offer a full detailing in the future. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.

I just purchased my second vehicle with Inskip in Warwick, RI. I worked with Jessica in purchasing both cars, and she is phenomenal. We built my newest car, Mini Countryman (which is awesome), and I was told it would be 6-8 weeks until delivery of the vehicle. Jason, who is a manager there, was so kind and personable--helping me to get the best price for a brand new vehicle. While waiting for the vehicle to arrive, Jessica called me several times, just to let me know the status of the car. I really appreciated that. She even called me when she was going on vacation to give me contact information if I needed to reach her. The day the vehicle arrived, which was a week earlier than I even expected, the process was simple. All of the paperwork was taken care of...the Countryman was gassed up and ready to go. Jeff, who works in service, is amazing, I live in CT, and there have been many times I needed an oil change, but couldn't get the vehicle there. Employees from the dealership would drive to CT, leave me a loaner car, and take my car for service. That day, when the work day was over, my MINI would be ready to go...all at no cost. All and all...I hope to be with Inskip for many, many years to come. They are one in a million, I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone...they're great!

Donna and Manny are outstanding!! Donna was so friendly and worked with me on locating the car I wanted and not pushing a car they had on me. She kept me posted regularly on the car, including details like arrival of the car at the port, arrival at the dealership, inspection and etc. She even followed up with me after the delivery of the car. And provided her cell phone number in case I had any questions!! She was very nice and patient with all my questions and reservations. I have to also mention the manager, Manny. He is very easy going and really tries hard to give the customer what they want. He worked with me in terms of my trade in and was very fair. The finance guy, Jason, was also remarkable. He beat my bank's rate and provided a quick, painless loan closing. Everyone at InSkip is super friendly and nice. It does not seem like you are at a car dealership. The environment is very laid back and not full of pressure tactics. They let the car sell itself and that attitude makes you want to buy from there. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and I would definitely recommend them as the only place to go if you are buying a Mini.

When I first got introduced to the Mini marque, I was taken with the performance and reliability. I soon learned that these cars are much more than that. Inskip is all about customer satisfaction, something they tend to accomplish is spades. 2 years ago, we bought my wife's car, a Cooper in pepper white with a black sunroof. She loves it. I do as well, this prompted me to go to see Jessica once more, they were having a special deal with food and soft drinks. I arrived just after breakfast and left about 4 p.m. with a deal that was wonderful. That's where Manny came in, treating me with respect and letting me feel relaxed while we went over all the options that were available to me. I settled on a Cooper in interchange yellow. The wheels will be done in black and the stripes were added last night for today's signing and driving away. Am I satisfied? Very much so. The car had 150 miles on it and by the time I got home it was up to 199. I live 5 minutes away from Inskip and have dealt with them in the past. I have recomended them to several people that have bought cars from them. Not because I said so but because of the warm welcome they recieved. They and I like dealing with people that spend the desired time with you. Pleasant attitudes abound and I have not found anything that would stop me from sending anyone there or returning, myself. My wife and I purchased a MINI from INSKIP MINI in Warwick Rhode Island. The type of service the entire staff offered us was out of this world. The salesman was never pushy like most. Not only he worked hard at making a great deal for us but also made us feel like the deal was done before we even started going over the numbers. To make it even better, after we are all done with all of the signing of the paper work, Jessica takes us over to the car we've just purchased, ends up in the car with my wife and I and showed us all of the basic little gadgets that we would spent quite some time reading the owners manual to figure out. The entire experience was realy one to remember. Just as I thought this people have done all they should for a customer such as my self, Jessica fallows up about one year later, and I am stareing at my phone confused why would they be calling me, I answer the phone, Jessica's first words after introducing herself even though I didn't forget her were "how is your MINI doing?" and than tells me the reason for the phone call is to wish me happy birth day.I was so plesantly suprised and goes to show you it is obvious that just as thise people think they did enough for their customers, they do more. I recently moved from San Francisco and did not have a car while living out there so I needed one asap. I looked around at a number of makers and met a number of dealers- all of which were good when it came to all the things that go with the car buying experience, except for agreeing on a price that I felt was a good deal.Upon walking in the door at Inskip for my appointment, I was greeted by both the general manager and a motoring advisor by name. The buying experience was personal, quick and thorough. This was my very first car buying experience, and I was very overwhelmed and stressed out about it. I was not familiar at all with the whole process, and it was a big step getting rid of my old car and taking on a new payment. When I met Donna she immediately picked up on all this and made things alot smoother. She took time to explain every detail of the process so I would understand it, and showed me the car inside and out to make sure I was comfortable with everything. She was easy to speak to, and had a great attitude the entire time even though I was very difficult to deal with. She even called the next day to make sure I was happy with everything. I'd recommend anyone I know to her, and hopefully I will pass more business on to her. Upon my return I would only want to deal with her, and plan to in the future.P.S. The finance guy, Bill, also was amazing. His attitude and confidence towards the entire process really helped as going through all that paperwork can be very stressful.

From start to finish the the Mini team was nothing but professional and very accommodating. Mario, Donna and Manny answered all our questions in a very relaxing atmosphere. They allowed us to take our time, make informed decisions, and walk out of the dealership in under 4 hours (test drive to keys in hand) with our new Mini. I was amazed how easy they made it for us! There were no high-pressure sales techniques! There was no "Let me go check with my mysterious manager behind the glass to see if I can offer that" routine. When is came down to haggling for a price the Mini team did something unique: Donna, the sales person, Manny, the GM, and my wife and I sat in the same room to review the numbers. Easy! We went to Inskip to look at a used Mini. I have wanted one for many years and thought it's about time I got one. Donna greeted us like old friends, she is warm and personable but very knowledgeable about the Mini. She impressed me more as an advisor than a sales person. She made us feel comfortable and I felt she was genuine not your typical sales person. I've bought two Mini Coopers, from this dealership and Jessica Splendorio, and both experiences were great. Jessica and the dealership itself manage to combine class with a little bit fun and humor which makes the car buying experience all the more pleasurable. This attitude and responsiveness carries through into their service department as well, as the service staff is always both informative and helpful with the various questions Ive had. Im known to be fairly picky and comparative shopper, especially for big ticket items like cars, so I do not use the superlatives that Ive used above lightly. Also, as another reviewer has written, I too have received a loaner while my Mini was being worked on, but mostly I just wait and take advantage of the free wireless while I do so.

Jessica was extremely helpful and even though I was there to trade-in my Mini, she was very knowledgable about the used Jeep I purchased. I needed something bigger and my leg had been bothering me with all the shifting so the Jeep she found for me fit the bill nicely.Their business manager, Mark, tailored a credit program that fit my needs perfectly.I have purchased two Mini's here and I can't say enough about Inskip's excellent service. I had a 2006 Passat with a less than great financing deal and was looking to trade for a new Mini at a reasonable lease rate. i.e. payoff the old car and get into a new car for about the same payment. We were able to negotiate mostly by phone/email and got the whole deal wrapped up quickly. It would have only taken two trips to the dealership (one to look and one to buy) except for a last minute glitch that was entirely my fault, resulting in a third trip. The sign-the-papers-and-pick-up process only took an hour, which is pretty good by car dealership standards. I'm happy with the deal I got and the whole process was stress free. No last minute "changes" or other surprises. We also got a follow up call from the sales rep the next day to make sure we were happy and answer any questions that might have come up.

This is the way a dealership should operate!! The people are honest, they answered all of my questions directly, and helped me along the way to a decision to purchase a Mini. There wasn't any of the normal pressure tactics, pricing games and gimmicks, threats of future price increases or anything that you normally associate with car sales experiences. This was such a pleasure! My time frame to finally decide took a little while, and they were very patient with me, even holding the car I was interested in. The delivery process was also very easy and pleasant dealing with the finance side, and then Art spent ample time explaining all of the features and even called in Jaymes the service tech to answer some of my questions. When my husband and I arrived we greeted by Donna. We told her that we wanted to know what the pay off and trade in on my '08 Chevy Colorado would be before we test drove a car. She said it wasn't a problem and she would check into it. That impressed me. Any other dealer wants to know what I want to buy first. We were satisfied with the pay off and trade-in value, so Donna picked out a Mini Cooper for us to test drive. After the test drive, (wow, IT IS like a go cart!) Donna said that if we were interested, we could drive home with a car that day, but she left us on our own to talk about it. That day? WOW. Of course I wanted one, so after hubby and I talked about it(short discussion time) we told Donna we were ready to buy. It didnt take long for Donna to find the one I wanted. When the car was ready and all the papers were signed, Donna sat in the car with me and explained all the bells and whistles. She said that if I had any questions later I could just call her, of which I did call, and she was as friendly and personable as when we first met. For the entire time we spent there I felt as if Donna went out of her way to please us. I can't say enough as to how well we were treated by all of the crew at Inskip Mini. This is how it should be when youre buying a new or used vehicle. Yes, you are dealing with Motoring Advisors and not sales people. I was impressed by the friendly professionalism without the snobbishness. If youre interested in a Mini Cooper, this is THE place to go.

I just want to rave about my experience at Inskip Mini. If you have ever purchased a car elsewhere, you know what a pain it is to deal with the cunning tactics of the typical car sales associate, ugh! NOT at Inskip Mini!! Jessica Splendorio helped me with my most recent purchase, and she ROCKS (this is the 2nd MINI I purchased from INSKIP)!! She is approachable, friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable - She gets a perfect 10 as far as i am concerned when it comes to customer service. Working with her was a wonderful experience. Start to finish, she took care of everything!! I never had to call to follow up on anything. She was on top of her game and took the initiative to contact me and keep me in the loop! She even called a week or so after i purchased my car to follow up and make sure that I loved my car!! Of course the sale wouldnt be complete without Manny Sheikh (sales manager)! What a saint, seriously! He explained all the financial options/details multiple times to me, one could say ad nauseam, but he was very gracious with his time and incredibly patient!! My husband and I made an appointment to go and look at MINIS with Donna Keene. Donna was warm, kind and sincere. We knew what we wanted and the exact model down to the body color was sitting out in their well stocked lot. We immediately got the ball rolling. We had brought two vehicles with us to trade in. One was a 2006 Ford Super Duty turbo diesel dually. Not something they see everyday. Manny from finance went out of his way to check with several people to make sure he was giving us his highest and best. He honestly told us the truck was not in his area of expertise but he drove it to another part of the complex to show it to someone who would know more. Needless to say (I could go on and on...) it was the most low key, no pressure, pleasant experience we have EVER had buying a new vehicle. Another pleasant surprise was the MINI warranty and Inskip's service policy. They'll actually pick up the car(we live in MA) and drive it down for servicing and return it to us free of charge! As a current Mini owner I was very much aware of the product and it's advantages. I have also been a customer at Inskip Mini for a few years as well. My latest visit to Inskip Mini was really to evaluate a 2010 Mini Cooper S. I was greeted by Jessica and actually explained my visit objective. Jessica was very pleasant and knowledgable, so we began discussing what I wanted in my new Mini. We looked at a few cars and test drove one as well. When all was said and done, Jessica and I concluded we needed to order a special edition 50th anniversary Mini Cooper S Mayfair edition. The process was easy and quite casual. Jessica introduced me to Manny in Finance and we worked the financing details out in a pleasant and no pressure environment. While my car was being built I was able to track the information on-line and see it progress through the manufacturing plant in Oxford England. What was even better was getting updates from Jessica regarding the stage of the build. In essence if you don't care to track the process yourself, Inskip Mini keeps you updated through the process. It was not too long before my car was built and arrived at Inskip Mini, I believe it was about 6 weeks in total. Jessica coordinated a date and time for my pickup and a walk-through of the car features. I closed out the paper work in Finance in about 20 minutes and Jessica spent a good deal of time highlighting any feature I was unfamiliar with. My perception is that Jessica would go through each feature with anyone, however since I already had a Mini Cooper S, she fine tuned the process to address my needs. I drove off with my new car in short order and absolutely love the car.Truthfully, I point this out to anyone who would care to know, my experience with Jessica, and everyone in Finance, Service and Parts has been nothing short of first rate. They are focused on customer satisfaction and it shows in their interactions. I had been looking into buying a MINI for awhile and decided it was time to just go and do it. As soon as I walked I was greeted by Jessica who was very friendly and welcoming. I knew exactly what car I was interested in and she brought me over to check it out. After showing me the car, I was given a test drive. Upon my return to the dealership, Jessica was not pushy in any way in trying to sell me the car. I informed her that I would like to make the purchase which Jessica made very easy and not stressful. While the car was being cleaned up and the paperwork was being completed, Jessica showed me a car with similar features and went over each and every thing that came with the car. Jessica was very informative and easy to talk to. She answered any questions I had and made sure I knew she would be available to talk to in the coming weeks if any questions arised. We just bought our first MINI today and we love it already. The entire process was just what it should have been. From the very beginning Donna was pleasant, professional, and never pushy. When we got down to serious discussions she was honest, direct and she seemed like she was on our side. She returned phone calls and emails promptly and was very helpful as we considered all of our options--including car options and financing options. If she didn't know the answer to one of our questions, (which didn't happen often) she would go and get the answer right then. I would recommend Donna and Inskip to any of my friends.

A very dear friend of mine had a 2003 Mini and just traded it in for a 2009 Clubman "S". I had been looking for a hardtop Cooper "S". I never thought I'd describe the process of buying a new car as "fun". But with Peter Rock and INSKIP MINI, that was exactly the case. I've had negative expereinces with numerous other dealers in the past, so when it came time for a new car, I was kind of dreading the whole process. As soon as I walked into INSKIP MINI, I was greeted by Peter. Right from the start it was obvious he was not only extremely knowledgable about the car, but also passionate about the brand. You could tell he loved cars and loved talking about them. Everything from the test-drive to the signing of documents, he was awesome. I felt like I was just shooting the breeze with a buddy of mine, instead of negotiating with a salesman. Mark Malaska was also great in explaining the finances to me. My experience at INSKIP MINI was by far the best I've ever had with any dealer. Really good group over there.

Inskip Mini is the only Mini dealer that I know of in Rhode Island. On my first visit I was greeted by a salesperson, Donna Keane, within a few minutes of arriving. I took my time to look at the Minis on the lot, and when I went inside the building I received help immediately. I was able to test drive the model I was interested in during my first visit, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or even sit down and discuss options after my initial test drive. I decided to schedule a second test drive later in the week and Donna had another vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived. When I decided to buy there was no sales pressure, and Donna and many of the rest of the staff helped to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, the window price of the car here really IS the price of the car. I was unable to negotiate a lower price at all. I did order a car direct from the factory that had everything I wanted and nothing I didn't need. I visited 4 car dealerships while I was deciding which new car to purchase, and can honestly say that my experience at Inskip Mini was better than at the other dealerships. I was not ignored, the sales experience was natural and conversation wasn't forced. One feature of this dealership that I haven't used yet, but have high hopes for is their service policy. They will pick up my vehicle for scheduled maintenance and return it when the service is complete, within a specific distance, I think it's 70 miles. This is incredibly convenient! Hopefully it works as advertised. It's not THE reason why I picked a Mini, but it is definately something that sets Inskip apart from other dealerships.

Bought a Mini from Inskip in Warwick RI in Summer 09. Cannot say enough good things about the experience. Sales guy Peter Rock is smart, knowledgeable, responsive and personable. With no sales-y BS. Buying a car should be something to get excited about and enjoy, but I usually dread it. And this was the first time we ever actually looked forward to our interactions with a car dealer. The process was actually fun. Can you believe it? i still look forward to going in there when I need to. I just brought the car in for my first service and the service folks were attentive, easy to work with and made everything simple. And even better, I was able to schedule my appointment by email, after getting a nice reminder from the Service Manager. Inskip really does the MIni brand proud; you buy a Mini because it's stylish, well made, got a great pedigree, and fun, and the people at Inskip do all they can to bring all of those qualities into the buying and service experience.

After attempting to deal with the MINI dealers in Massachusetts, I trekked to Rhode Island to find Peter, and Inskip MINI. Everything about the purchasing process was easy, simple and low-key. Peter just wanted to help me find a car I wanted, and allowed me ample time to consider options and let myself fall in love with the car. Unlike other dealers, he did not force a test drive on me with him in the passenger seat, did not pressure me, and did not come across as a total jerk (in complete contrast with MINI dealers in Boston and Peabody).In the end, Peter found my perfect car in New York, had it drive to Rhode Island, and I paid (in my opinion) a very fair price. I would certainly visit again for my next car, but hopefully that wont be for a very long time.

When I stopped at Inskip Mini just to look around i had no intentions of buying a new car since my current car was only eleven months old!! I was so impressed with Donna when she approached me that day. She was not your typical salesperson who just wanted a sale, she came up to me while I was looking into the window of a beautiful black mini sports convertible and simply asked "do you want to take it for a ride?". I told her right then that i was just looking and had no intention of buying a car. She said it was not problem i'll go get the key and you can see how it rides. Made it so simple for me that I said sure why not. When I finished my drive and met her back in the parking lot with the mini, she was right there to ask how i like it. I said it was great not knowing about any of the great features. She got in on the passenger side of the car and continued to point out all the features of the car. Even at that point i said this is great but i don't want to buy yet that i was just looking. She said no problem, lets go in and i'll give you figures so that when you are ready you will have an idea of what to expect. Donna sat down with me and at that point told me that she had just started at Mini a couple of weeks ago. I was amazed at how knowledgeable Donna was with the product for having been there for such a short period of time. Pete Rock is the best sales person ever. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I have purchased 2 MINIs from Inskip and I adore all of the service and sales people- like Jaymes in service is super cool. Financing is very easy and they bend over backwards to make you happy- Mark is wonderful and definately thinks he is pretty cool :)They also organize fun rally events like partnering with Toys for Tots back in December ~ MINI's make a difference. I visited Inskip MINI in August to purchase a new MINI Cooper and take advantage of the cash for clunkers program. Before taking the drive to Rhode Island from MA, I called to check availability and prices at several MINI dealerships and found the prices to be all in the same range. However, I chose Inskip in Warwick, RI after my conversation with Tim Ansay. He was not only knowledgeable about the auto I was interested in but also courteous and friendly and also confirmed the documents needed to participate in the clunkers program. Tim Ansay assisted me with the sale and when it was discovered that I was unable to participate in the clunkers program because I didn't meet the requirements (my error for not reading the guidelines close enough), Tim was able to secure a trade for my vehicle at an equivalent price. I will go to no other dealer and use no ther salesman on any subsequent auto purchases than Inskip and Tim Ansay. I had told Tim before driving the extra distance that I wanted to be able to drive home that day in my new car and Tim Ansay made sure that happened. Lastly, not only was my experience very positive but the follow up service far surpassed any auto buying experience I've had in 25 years as a licensed driver. My experience buying a Mini from Inskip was better than I ever imagined buying a car could be. I had never purchased a new car before and was preparing for pushy salespeople and up-sell tactics. At Inskip I received the complete opposite. Pete Rock was absolutely awesome at getting me into exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure what so ever when I was picking out options and ordering. All of my questions and concerns were answered or addressed without hesitation. I was able to go on the test drive by myself, compared to another dealer that came along and drove half the time. Not only was ordering through Inskip faster than what the other dealer I visited (arrived in 4 weeks versus of 7+), Pete sent me email updates of where my car was in the manufacturing process. I knew where it was way before the Mini website updated the status, and it was very exciting to track the progress as it made its way through assembly, paint, and then finally onto the boat. When I picked up the car, I was thoroughly introduced and all the controls and features were gone over and explained again in detail. Pete has continued to check up on how my Mini is doing and has been extremely helpful even months after the purchase. I was always reluctant to visit the car dealer because of all the negotiation games and the effort to avoid being ripped off were overwhelming compared to the enjoyment of browsing through what could be your next new car. I was pleasantly surprised that, with Inskip MINI, and especially with Peter, this was not the case at all. To some, their leave-you-alone-unless-asked attitude might seem unfriendly or unaccommodating (after all, MINI has strong dedicated demand), but for my wife and I this meant we were able to browse through the showcased cars at our own pace, and we asked questions when we needed. Now, of course all of these could have been their cunning strategy to lower my guard -- but what matters to me most is that I had a pleasant time choosing my MINI and I feel very comfortable going back to the shop for services and other inquiries. Price wise, however, they were stiff but this is to be expected given the popularity of the MINI -- if you know economics 101 this is no mystery. But at the end of the day, I preferred to pay extra (which is not much, since MINI retains value very well) for good experience and good services in the future.

I had been wanting a Mini Cooper S Convertible for the last few years. The first time I went in I knew I wasn't going to buy the car because I still had a year and a half on my current leased car. My husband and I talked with Jessica Splendorio and test drove a car. She was very courteous and professional from the start. I came back to the showroom two more times before buying my car. Each time she showed the same courtesy and professionalism which made working with her a joy. I decided to build my Cooper S and wait until my lease was up before purchasing. Prior to visiting Inskip I had stopped at two other Mini Dealers which gave me a very negative view of Mini Dealers. Finally, I stopped into Inskip and was pleasantly greeted by Jessica Splendorio. Jessica was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I almost immediately recognized she was very knowledgeable about the Mini. I was the existing owner of a 2003 Mini and was interested in a new Clubman for which she was very informative about the differences.. Peter has great knowledge of the Mini brand as well as general automotive. He was very patient working with my friend to arrive at a fair price, and absolutely no haggle was neccessary. It made me realize you can really walk into a car dealer and walk out with a new car in less than 2.5 hours. I went on a trek to look at MINI's in the spring of 09 and came away from the dealership with a very positive experience. My "Motoring Advisor" was an upbeat young lady by the name of Jessica Splendorio. She was outgoing and assertive without being overly pushy. Since I had done all my homework by researching the vehicle through MINI's website, I already knew the available options and accessories. When asking Jessica for information on packages and options, she knew exactly what was available and how much each cost. Familiarity with the product she was selling was very high. This is the sign of a good salesperson. Nothing worse than asking a salesperson if you can put a spoiler on a vehicle and they say "no" and their product pamphlets show the vehicle with one on it! Jessica worked back and forth on my pricing and came to me with a good deal (I had a trade in). The delaership was more than happy to help me out with getting rid of my previous vehicle to get into a new MINI. The most impressive thing about Inskip and Jessica was that I closed the deal on a Saturday. Since the registry was already closed and I needed to sign the final delivery slip, Jessica drove all the way from Inskip to my office in New Bedford, MA to deliver the paperwork for me to sign so my vehicle could be deilivered. She did this on her own time. I felt this was going above and beyond the call of duty and shows the committment the dealership has to excellence. I worked with Peter Rock and the Sales Manager, Manny, over the internet mostly with a few phone calls for a 2009 Mini Demo that was on the showroom. Peter was lightning fast with email responses, just what I appreciate and value a lot (yes, I'm not old fashioned and prefer email to phone). He seemed to have all the time he needed to take care of my questions, look into things, etc.I spoke then with Manny, where we cleared up a few things around financing. In particular they helped me find a rate that beat any other rate I had found myself!In the end I drove over and met the team, everyone was very friendly and attentive. I knocked down the "Quality of Work" rating a tiny bit because there were two unexpected issues with the car that could have been caught by them before I drove off (door unlock issue, missing clip on luggage cover). At Inskip Jessica and Mark were very friendly and helpful.I also liked how they do not push on every item that would raise the price of the Mini.I felt that they were very truthful in every aspect and gave me the knowledge of the different items and insurances I could purchase with the car. I have had a great experience with the Inskip Mini dealership so far! I went there a first time to look at a mini to see about purchasing one. When I went inside and looked around at the showroom cars I was greeted after only a minute. I only dealt with one salesperson the entire time I was there but he was very friendly. I was given all the information I had asked for. When I emailed the salesperson I got a response right away and was able to ask any questions I could think of and they were answered. I ended up coming back about after a week and purchased a mini through the same salesperson and everything went very smoothly. I have not had my mini serviced yet but i would recommend this dealer based on the experiences I have had.

So, I had bought a mini cooper and loved the car (didn't buy from this dealership) and the power steering pump went. So i thought I would bring it to the dealership (Inskip) because they are a MINI DEALER!Aside from being over pirced and super rude! When I left, the car was a mess, greese and dirt everywhere, and no gas in the car, I had dropped it off with almost a 1/2 a tank! AND I HAD 3 FLAT TIRES!!!!!I called them right away and they said they knew nothing about it, when i got to my local garage, he took 2 screws (licence plate screws) out of the tires. Now when i was there i was told i would need tires soon, but I just could not afford it at the time, after contacting the dealership, they said that they would call me back, i have never herd from them again.Very cute sales department, but I would never go to the service or sales department again.
