Dear Mr. Coles,I'm writing to thank you for your kind help regarding the repair work of BMW 435i recently.We were a group of 3 people (My aunt, uncle and I) who visited Salt Lake City on Sept 23, coming a long way from Vancouver, BC. It's the first time for us to drive ourselves in the States to have sightseeing, and BMW 435i is the only mode of transport we could rely on this time. Unfortunately, My aunt, who was the driver at that time, hit the curb in front of our hotel which is Fairfield Inn & Suites Salt Lake City South, located on 594 West 4500 South, leading to the damage of one of the rims on the back left wheel around 6pm. We felt kind of helpless given the rainy weather and unfamiliar environment at that moment. We decided to find a BMW Store so that we may get sort of professional repair services. Luckily, We realized that there is one BMW store which is not too far from our place. However, we were so disappointed when we were told that the business of BMW parts department were already off when reaching the store. At that very desperate moment, I believe that you were learning about our embarassing situation through your colleague and then you offered to walk out of your office to give us a hand, trying to help us inspect the condition of our vehicle. We were so moved to receive your passionate help given the fact that your professional talk as well as your customer service-oriented attitude deeply impressed us during the inspecting process.We have just arrived in Vancouver safely last night thanks to your inspection, and we really couldn't have a safe journey without your generosity. Your "American spirit" really means a lot to foreign visitors like us.Thank you very much again. The first time I dealt with Logan was about 3-4 weeks for a brake light indicator service on my 2013 2 dr. hardtop I purchased from Mini of El Cerrito Ca. My Mini only had about 21,000 miles on it. Logan treated so well that, driving the loaner to my Midway home I thought, why not check Mini of Murray's inventory and see if they have a loaner in stock since this is how I buy. After checking, I called Mini of Murray and was connected with JoAnna. I could not have been happier finding the most professional, courteous Client Adviser. The service I got from Logan and JoAnn ended in me owning a 2015 2dr. Hardtop. Thanks to all.

My Mini would not start needed a diagnostic test

We were completely ignored for several minutes when we entered the service area until i finally walked up closer face to face. Diagnostics were very expensive with no results. Other than they didn't know what was wrong, computer was wrong one for the car, needed a new one (1,500.00) I am the only the 2nd owner and have had the car for 8 years, no way the computer had ever been taken out, unless Mini dealership did it. The battery worked when we towed it down. Now they said it was ruined and needed replaced (300.00). Everytime they touched it another fee. We said we didn't want the battery because it didn't run anyway and we would not pay such an outrageous fee. They would charge us 40.00 to take it back out! So my husband took it out, 5min. We towed it back to our city, we didn't trust this dealership, and we had been treated very rudely. Service techs stood around and watched making rude comments about us as my husband and son-in-law tried to load it on a tow dolly. One man finally came over to help. We ha dto pay almost 400.00 for nothing and treated worse than we have ever been treated. I have loved my Mini, but such a bad experience I will never buy another. We are 300 miles from a dealer and Mini makes it so no one can/or will work on them. ( As a follow up: we were able to go elswhere and get it fixed for $300, without the rudeness.) Linda

Our experience was very pleasant. Tony Poulson was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He communicated well and displayed good flexibility in purchase options. After gathering just a few items about our desires and what we had interest in he found a great vehicle for us. He showed a flare for options to add and personal striping for our vehicle. One of the very best times I have had buying vehicle and it was because of the staff, the dealer, and the available inventory.

1. It takes more than a week to get an appointment.2. An hour for the diagnostics is extreme and it usually is more than an hour.3. The charge for the diagnostics is extreme.4. Once I was told what the diagnostic was done and my vehicle would be ready to go, the estimate was 20 minutes it took more than 40 minutes before I got my vehicle.5. Basic parts aren't in stock so a second visit is required. Very inconvenient.

I might have not been able to purchase my Mini in your dealership, however because of the high level of service and extreme satisfaction with both the Service and Parts department I will ensure that my next Mini purchase will be at Mini of Murray. Levi VanWagenen is the most professional, experienced and knowledgeable Service Advisor in the business. My car had a TON of issues and I mean a TON!! Levi ensured that every single recall and under warranty issue was resolved and completely taken care off. I mean who does this!!! I feel safe and secure knowing that my car has been taken care of and thus will it will take care of me and my family. Had a huge problem with paperwork (not juan or the dealerships mistake) and with one phone call Juan got on it and fixed it and I got a refund that was due me...I know if I had not called him I would still be working it out..He always goes the extra mile for you...and explains every detail so you understand.. Getting our Cooper S Countryman ALL4 was a slow process (my fault) but the guys stuck with us through the whole experience, answered every question quickly, dealt with issues professionally, and helped us get in to our shiny new go-cart, er...I mean MINI, which we are now loving!

Tony is awesome. He knows his stuff, has great design taste, and is a great guy. The experience of purchasing a Mini at Mini of Murray was wonderful -- without a doubt the greatest car buying experience I've ever had. I appreciated how Tony was straight up about everything, kept nothing hidden and informed me about what he was doing and where we were in the process at each step. Tony even went out of his way to stay late and deliver my Mini on Friday night so I could have it for the weekend (coincidentally he was doing the same thing for a customer before me by surprising her and having her Mini ready sooner than expected). I say that is a step above and beyond good customer service -- it's an 11 -- one more than a 10.Finally, I greatly appreciated working with a dealership where I wasn't passed on to some snake charming finance guy in the back who tries to sell you extras you don't want, manipulates numbers, and makes you feel like a cleansing ritual is the only way to get the slime of the experience off. In short, MIni of Murray epitomizes what car.buying should be, and Tony made the whole process amazing. Thanks! And oh yeah, the Cooper S Hardtop is one hell of a fun car!

I called unto the service department to get a sales person recommendation as I'd had a bad experience before. I also checked out online reviews on yelp and decided to give Tony a call. I told him right up front I wanted a good deal, didn't want to haggle for hours and I wanted someone invested in my time. I have purchased before from Mini and the experience wasn't the best. If I didn't love the car so much I would not have gone back. He met and exceeded every expectation. Got me into the car I wanted and his follow up has been amazing so far. Very happy this time around.

Juan Coles was informative, patient, and provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations, which were already very high. This included an after hours personal service call as we had purchased a new mini and we lived out of state and were leaving the next morning and had a slight issue that needed resolved. I have purchased or leased my last 3 cars from MINI of Murray. Juan Coles lets the cars sell themselves. Real people, and genuine, honest service makes me feel extremely comfortable at MINI of Murray, whether I'm buying or receiving scheduled service. I've never been the recipient of the hard sell or intimidation tactics. The MINI lounge and top floor deck are nice places to hang out while waiting for your oil change (they have a bit of a Zen vibe going on in there).

Logan bent over backwards to help me out with a situation that involved a countryman I bought from Texas Direct Auto. He didn't have to help like he did and he even threw in a free key chain and trash bag to help cheer me up. Mini of Murray Rocks!!Justin also went out of his way to be helpful and even took time to write a cover letter for repairs that were done on my vehicle. I will only buy from Mini of Murray!

I had a the typical power steering failure, but it melted my entire engine wire harness. They were willing to replace the pump and power wire harness, but didn't want to replace the engine harness it melted too. They tried to tell me that it doesn't normally melt that harness, so they didn't want to replace it for me. After arguing with them and calling the district manager, they finally replaced it for free. That saved me $1000! The pump melting down also took out my alternator which is $600, but they wouldn't replace that even with the arguing that it wouldn't have gone out if this hadn't happened. Finally after I get it back I noticed an air leak on the intake. I took it back to have them find it, but they just sprayed some carb cleaner around and when the engine didn't change pitch they said it was fine. I went home and tore into it myself and found the gasket they had ripped. I had just replaced that gasket a month earlier. I called to see what they would do, but they insist that they didn't remove that part of the intake. Funny since the new wire harness plugs into the knock sensor tucked right behind it. Still they insist it wasn't their fault. Oh well.... I guess there goes $25 for the gasket and another couple of hours of my time to fix it.

I had spent 3 months researching cars, lease options and fair pricing for a Mini or a Volkswagon. I visited both dealerships in my area and test drove a couple cars. When I had made me final decision on what I wanted to pay monthly on my lease, what incentives where available and value/cost of the vehicle overall, I ended up talking to Tony who was referred to me from a friend who has purchased a couple Minis from him. I was able to text Tony in advance what I was willing to look at and by the time I went into the dealership, we had a deal in an hour and a half that I was VERY happy with. He was easy to talk to, informed about Mini options and sensitive to my needs. He did not pressure me, try to up-sale me or make me feel like I was getting some sort of deal. Straight forward, friendly service. I will recommend Tony to ANYONE interested in looking into the Mini world. I had a fantastic car buying experience!!!

Our second Mini. Vehicle selection was the toughest part because of the wide selection. Test drives were excellent, thanks to sales associates who showed their in-depth knowledge of all the features. All in all a very pleasant experience to buy at Mini of Murray and the new MINI is fabulous. The numerous improvements are superb. Tony was excellent to work with and so was Sarah. This was my first time visiting the Mini dealership and they were very busy!! I was welcomed and informed that it would be a few minutes before someone could help me. This was very unusual for a CAR dealership, normally it feels like you are being stalked by wolves that havent eaten for weeks! I loved it, my husband and I had the freedom to look around talk about what we liked and did not like without being interrupted by a salesperson trying to over sale a vehicle. We entered the sales floor and spoke with Juan Coles he had sent me an email with some specs on a couple of the minis. I asked him to show me the ones that were listed in the email! He walked us to each vehicle and explained the difference of each vehicle! He then offered us to test drive the Mini!!! and that is what we did.... WE FELL IN LOVE. I understand now why there were no harassing sales people. The MINI sold itself, this little vehicle has everything! When we returned Juan was very polite and professional and offered us a discount if we purchased before the end of the month and we processed paperwork! I was a little nervous this being my first time buying a brand new vehicle off the show room floor! APPROVED!!! and that is when Juan went to work making sure he answered all of our questions, he went the EXTRA MILE!!! He is Amazing Simply Amazing!!! He never rushed through anything, took the time to help with the accessory for my key chain, he gassed her up, cleaned windows, vacuumed the inside, Juan is not only a sales man he was the financing manager and the detailing shop. He stayed until after 10:00 PM to get the deal done! Amazing Simply Amazing!

Juan was simply great. Being from Boise it was important for me to have the details worked out, the car ready and everything as complete as possible to facilitate the transaction. Juan made me feel like I was his only client, and worked through some pretty challenging issues since I was far away, the car wasn't in yet, and ended up being late. He was friendly, efficient and dependable. He didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't need, he listened to my concerns and needs in a vehicle and made that happen, almost like magic. I even ended up with a better value for my trade that the estimate provided for me before I came down, and that is the kind of surprise I love to get. My purchasing experience at Mini of Murray was a pleasant departure the normally brutal dealership experience. I've never had a more satisfying experience, as the process was straight-forward, speedy, and I wasn't beaten-up over the price.The concept of Motoring Advisors handling everything from the test drive to the contract, is excellent. No more "F&I guy" working you over with bait and switch tactics!I avoided Mini in the past (even though I love the Coopers), because the auto magazines always state that Minis are over-priced, but my comparison shopping revealed them to be an excellent value. These cars are a blast to drive, and Mini of Murray is worth a visit.

Expensive parts which is understandable given they are BMW cars but when I ask to use a hex driver to change the air filter myself that I had just purchased the service guy said he couldn't help me. But service would be happy to change the air filter for me for $50. What a racket! I couldn't believe they wouldn't let me borrow one little tool when I just spent $25 on an air filter. Nice work guys! I will now order my products online and have a mechanic that is trusted and not so concerned about the bottom line to work on my mini. That $50 you wanted to eek out of me cost you way more than that!

I had a wonderful experience buying this car. I have a very busy schedule and Tony would answer my texts, emails or calls when questions came up. He spoke directly to me during our test drive, and not to my husband, which I greatly appreciated since I was buying my own car and am a professional woman. He dealt with me directly during the entire sale and did not go ask his manager if he could do this deal or not. Tony was always cheerful and honest and I felt like I was the only person in the building when I was there. He offered me many packages and extras and when I declined he did not pressure me to take them for which I was thankful. Tony know absolutely everything about Mini Coopers and was clear explaining everything about the car before I left the lot with my new Mini. I got the car on my birthday and Tony even had a cupcake with a candle in it waiting for me with I picked up the car! Having had some expensive repair issues with my Japanese built 2007 model year hybrid vehicle last summer I decided it was time to start looking for a new machine. I had driven my daughter and English son-in-law's Mini Hardtop S several thousand miles between the SF Bay Area and Utah and really loved the sporty handling; alas it was just too small for grand kids, groceries and serious road trips. I had also decided all wheel or four wheel drive was a must. So that pretty much ruled out a Mini UNTIL I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law last summer. We were on the road when I saw my first Countryman All4 S. It was intriguing and I started to research the Countryman along with the Porsche Cayenne, several Subaru styles; I really researched and shopped hard. I hadn't intended to buy "new". Then I read about the John Cooper Works Countryman coming out in 2013. I also read reviews of dealers and Mini motoring advisers (M.A.'s) in my region of the Southwest. I'm located in the Four Corners; smack dab in the middle of Phoenix, Albuquerque, Denver and Salt Lake. In fact; even though I live in Utah Phoenix and Albuquerque are closer than SLC. Having read good reviews of Mini of Murray I decided to check them out. Divine providence led me to JUAN COLES, absolutely the finest Motoring Adviser on the planet. We test drove an "S" and I loved it. BUT; I had my heart set on the JCW model. Juan Coles was zero pressure. My wife was encouraging me to order it right on the spot but I had made myself a promise to sleep on it and decide the following day. The next day I went in and Juan guided me through the build process. He recommended for some options and against some things I really didn't need. His experience is beyond vast. We ended up with a 2013 JCW Countryman that is truly "ours"! The wait was slightly over four months and worth every day. Juan kept us updated on the build and shipping progress all the way through. More incredible is that I had one specific day available to pick up the new car and make the six hour drive home. I later learned it was Juan's day off but he didn't mention that when he arranged the time around my schedule for me to pick up the car. He wanted me to be completely happy and if that meant coming in on his day off he was going to do it. And he did! Mini of Murray is a great dealer and Juan Coles is an awesome M.A.!

Hi, we were having problems wit the timing chain adjuster. We live in Bozeman MT, 400 miles from Murray. Levi put us in touch with Mini road serv. Our Mini is under warranty; much to my pleasant surprise they towed free of charge. We only had to pay for part of the return trip. Levi called us when it arrived and kept us informed during the entire process. We also had some body work done and had a invisible bra put on to protect her. Im not surprised in the least to read so many positive reviews for Juan Coles. He is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. Ever. Like so many of the other reviews left for Juan, my past (and current...Ill get to that) experiences with car salesman have been pretty awful. I once had a salesman run my credit without my permission...THAT bad. I should clarify I have never actually purchased a car from Juan but here is my experience- More than 7 years ago my husband (then boyfriend) and I went to Mini of Murray because I was thinking about getting a mini. I loved the look of them but really didnt know anything about them otherwise. We walked into Mini of Murray and met a super nice guy by the name of Juan. He took us on a test drive and we immediately hit it off. He was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, let us rip it up a bit and in fact encouraged us to really make the most of the drive (specifically the corners), and shared some fun and factual stories about mini owners and their experiences. He wasnt trying to sell us a Mini he was just selling us ON Minis. No pressure. No schpeel. No fancy song and dance. Just a conversation. The whole experience lasted about 30 minutes and that was the first and last time we ever spoke to Juan. I didnt buy a Mini that day and in fact I didnt buy a Mini until 4 years later from a different salesman at a different Mini dealership in a different state. One baby and then two babies later I had to sell my beloved Mini for a Mom Car. Sadly this happened mere months before the Countryman was announced. So I was stuck with a Honda. Blah. Since our visit with Juan (over 7 years ago) we have worked with a number of different car salesman (Mini and non-Mini) and have never had a car shopping experience that even comes close to our experience with Juan. After meeting Juan, we figured all Mini dealerships and all Mini salespeople would be the same. That they were all as passionate about Mini and about customer service and attention as Juan. Boy were we wrong. In the city I live now there is one Mini dealership. I have worked with more than 5 different salespeople and have been disappointed each time. Not just disappointed even, downright unhappy. This brings me to about a week ago when once again we had a bad experience with a local Mini salesman and my husband and I started chatting about how frustrated we were. Can you imagine?! Here I am finally getting the Mini Countryman I have been drooling over and dreaming about since they were first announced and my feelings are not of excitement and elation but of frustration and disappointment. So as we are chatting my husband says to me I wish we could just buy it from Juan. Wasnt he so great? Keep in mind that we spent a mere 30 minutes with Juan OVER 7 YEARS AGO and we didnt even buy a car from him. THATS the kind of salesman...NO, thats the kind of PERSON that Juan is. He quite literally ruined us for every other salesman. He set the bar at a place that no other salesperson has even come close to reaching. So the next day I called Mini of Murray and who answers the phone but Juan Coles. I then go on to tell him my story and to explain to him that we want HIM to sell us our car. We live THOUSANDS of miles away from Mini of Murray. Ordering our Countryman through Juan would mean that we would never get to meet with him in person. He wouldnt have a chance to even see and approve the car before we got it. All of our communication would be on completely different time zones and via email or phone only. He couldnt get us a better price. It would probably take longer to arrive because of the distance between us and him. Even with all of that standing in our way WE WANT JUAN. Now if it were only that easy. Its not. Our local Mini dealership wont go for it. After my past experiences with them Im not the least surprised. Juan called me to tell my the news and we chatted for a bit and now for the second time we are walking away not having bought a car from Juan. There is more to this story than I can get into but what it comes down to is this: Juan Coles is the guy from whom you want to buy your Mini (and anything else for that matter). If you are readying this...1000 words later...and you are thinking about buying a Mini go to Mini of Murray and ask for Juan Coles. I promise you, you will be glad you did.

I've never experienced having to beg to buy a car. I stopped by 3 times to inquire about ordering the specific Mini I wanted, as there were none on the ground anywhere in the United States with my specific configuration. Each time, I left without getting the chance to discuss, as I had not "made an appointment" and they were "too busy."Instead, I took my business down the street to Lexus, who was more than happy to show me any and every car I wanted. The one thing I really don't like about owning a MINI is that there is really only one place to get your MINI serviced and that is at the dealership and the next closest dealership might be 500 miles away. I have had a request ever since I purchased my new 2010 MINI in August 2010 to barely increase the idle so that my car does not make a ticking noise and I have had the car in to the service four or five times now and I get the same response from the service technicians - the ticking noise is not a problem. Well, it sounds like a problem to me and I finally contacted the service manager who did NOTHING after he contacted me and said he would get back to me but he never did and this car is now irritating me to the point that I would never purchase a MINI again because I asked for a simple fix and all MINI of Murray can do is brush me off time and time again. Sure has soured me on the whole MINI ownership experience.

MINI of Murray is not willing to negotiate on new MINI prices and the value of trade-in. I was able to get a much higher price for my trade in and a better price for my new car at MINI dealers outside of Utah, Denver and Kansas City to be exact, both gave me a better trade for my 2004 MINI and a lower price on my new 2010 MINI Cooper. Such a better deal in fact that it made it worth the drive to go all the way outside of Utah to pick up my new MINI! Not sure why MINI of Murray is so stubborn and unwilling to negotiate - we weren't that far apart. But I'm glad it turned out the way it did because I got more car for the money and better customer service at other MINI dealers. Before you buy call MINI of Loveland CO and MINI of Kansas City. I know they both seem a little out of the way but in the long run it will probably save you some money. And who doesn't love to come up with a good excuse to drive more miles in a MINI!

I highly recommend Tony Poulson from Mini of Murray. Tony is an easy-going fabulous Motoring Advisor (I love that title). He's so enthusiastic about the Minis it's as if his blood is actually super premium synthetic Mini oil. It's very obvious that he LOVES his job. He has excellent people skills and made my husband and I feel like we were buying a car from a friend. There was no pressure! I know the Mini's sell themselves but Tony made buying a car a fun experience. It was closing time (on a holiday) and he even took the time to move about three cars to get my car off the showroom floor so I could drive it home that night to surprise my kids. I know you hear this all the time but, it truly was a pleasure buying our first Mini from Tony. I walked in with the intention of buying a new mini for my wife. It has been her dream car for years and I decided yesterday was the day to make it happen. From the moment I walked in, Juan was available to answer any questions I had and to help me narrow down my choices such the car I chose would fit all that my wife needed. I initially asked to see a couple of cars that turned out to be small for my wife's needs and when I changed my mind to go to the clubman, Juan was not the least bothered by the time we had just spent on a car that was wrong for us, even though he had customers with an appointment waiting (who by the way, he quickly had taken care of by getting an associate to help so they didn't have to wait around). We quickly settled on a car which fit our needs, got the approval on it done in a very short time, and planned a pickup on it for later that afternoon. I started going in to "Look" at Mini's a year ago. Since day 1 Mali and MINI in general have been helpful and patient. They always were willing to let me have a test drive and answer any question that I might have. When I decided to buy the Countryman, Mali was great with answering my questions and keeping me informed when it would be at the dealership to give it the once over. She made the ordering process easy and kept me informed throughout the time it took from ordering to arrival. MINI and Mali made the car buying experience easy and alleviated any stress I might have had. I am writing this review on behalf of my partner, Michael Tyler, who is deaf. Michael purchased a new Mini Countryman and was so lucky to have had Juan Coles as his salesman. Words cannot begin to describe how helpful Juan was to Michael, making sure that he understood all aspects of the car buying experience, from how the car was built to all aspects of the financing. For many hearing people dealing with a person who is hearimg impaired can, at times, be a frustrating experience for both parties involved. Not once during the whole car buying experience did Juan came across as anything else but being incredibly patient, helpful and understanding. Hearing impaired people have to deal with many experiences in life where they are at opportune to be taken advantage of, but Juan went above and beyond in making sure Michael knew everything that was happening. Once the car arrived Juan made sure that Michael was perfectly happy and that everything was what was agreed upon, taking an extended period of time showing Michael all aspects of his new car and how things worked. I cannot express how much I appreciate Juan and how he treated Michael. Not only did Michael have a terrific car buying experience, he also made a new friend. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your next car-buying experience to Mini of Murray. When, I first arrived at the dealership, our excellent motoring advisor really took the effort to ask about what I need and want in a car. He asked me about what I like about my current car and what I would like to upgrade. He then spent some time searching for good matches based upon my needs and wants. The test drive was quite a unique experience as well! It wasn't just a test drive, it was a great time to get to know all of the fun and hip features of the Mini. After absolutely falling in love with the car, Tony helped us get an excellent deal that we just couldn't turn down! Finally, the delivery of the car was efficient and seamless. I was expecting a long session with an accounting who would try to sell me other things... Instead, we met with Tony who had all of the paperwork prepared and it literally took 20 minutes to complete. He also had the car detailed and programmed my presets for me. Work was finished on time promised. The dealership provided me a ride to and from dealership in nice, clean car with friendly driver. I live in Montana and one of the concerns I had buying a Mini was the distance from where I lived, and did most of my driving, and the closest Mini dealerMini of Murray. I put on a lot of miles and needed to time my service intervals with infrequent trips to Salt Lake, about a 400-mile drive. I was assured that theyd work with me and that the distance wouldnt be a problem for me. Pretty much what youd expect to hear from someone trying to sell you a car. Well, as it turns out, they have been true to their word, and Shilo Davies has been instrumental in ensuring that all of my service needs have been met in a fashion that was the most convenient for me. Because of the rate of which Ive put mileage on the car, my service intervals have been a lot more frequent than the typical Mini owner and there have been a number of times that Ive given Shilo very little notice that Id be in Salt Lake and that Id need to get my car in for routine service as soon as possible. He has always done everything in his power to accommodate my car and me, and for that I am extremely grateful. Shilo has without fail been great to deal with and has always made me feel that taking care of my service needs a timely and efficient manner was important to him. Truly a unique experience, for me anyway, with a car dealership.His efforts, along with those of Juan Coles (and the fact that theyre such great cars) will ensure that I wont be waiting any longer than I have to for that Countryman.

This was my very first Mini Cooper . I traded in my Honda Civic that I also Loved. I knew what I wanted on my Mini,at least the color before I even went to the dealership. I thought I would want a rag top but decided on a beautiful black top with the sun roof, more my style. Juan showed us all the different seat to chose from and styles of mini's available, however I was pretty set and Juan knew it. Its funny we always but are car's at night and this night was no different, of course right down to closing time but Juan and his team was great. So after checking out the different options I said to Juan. This is what I want Horizon Blue, Black Top, No stripes, but then he told me about decorating my mini to my desire " Loved That Part". So here I was thinking another trip up from Provo to finish the paper work, my sweet car not available due to what I wanted, so I was kind of down as Juan figured out all the details and exchanges and price etc. Then I was told " Tammy we have the exact car right here for you tonight, right now ". I was so EXCITED and could not believe it. I Love MY MINI COOPER and working on a design to go on her. SO AGAIN THANKS JUAN and the SERVICE TEAM for the late hours . Neadless to say, I love Minis. I just purchased my third one. The first two (05 Mini Convertible & 04 Mini Coupe) I bought used and have been very happy with them. So, I decided to look at a new one for myself. I contacted Scott the manager there and he referred me to Juan Coles. Juan was right on top of getting me approved and looking to see if he could find the colors and options I wanted. Unfortuanlly, no one had one. So, I got on line and started to build my dream car. I called Juan and he had told me they had an order going in that night. If I wanted to get him the information he would get it in and I should have the vehicle in 6-8 week. So, on January 5 he submitted my order and on February 15th my car was here That was quick. Minis website has a way to track your vehicles status. I was even able to see when it left the port and arrived at the port in California. Anyway, Juan did and amasing job for me and I know I will be using him in the future. I know he will take care of you also. I also have my eye on the Countryman. I have used the service dept also in the past and Levi has been great to work with.

He looked through all the minis they he had and found one that was in my price range and something I was looking for. He was the nicest person and answered all the questions my father and I had. He showed me everything that I needed to know about the car. I am young and he spoke to me in a way that I would understand. He was so helpful to me and I had a friend look at my car and she is thinking about getting one and I told her she needed to go to the Mini of Murray and ask for Tony Poulson because he was the one who had helped me and he was the best. I had been looking for the right mini for a long time and gone to a lot of places but they were always too much and not in very good condition. Tony knew what I needed and he found me the perfect mini and I love it and it's exactly what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions and I called him daily and he always answered them happily, he never once acted like I asked too many questions. I have even talked to him several times after buying this mini and he still answers all the questions. I just wanted to follow up with you regarding our experience with buying a car at your dealership. I have purchased several cars over the years, mostly from the same dealer as I believe in being loyal to the dealers that take good care of us. When I lived in Denver, I purchased 6 vehicles from Ralph Schomp over the years because of the excellent service I received. Now that I am in Boise, I needed to find a new dealer to take care of me. I work with a dealer here in Boise, and while their service department has treated me well, it's been impossible to get any help from their sales department, if you can believe that. I decided based on that, to look for another brand altogether and was excited to try MINI! Since there is no dealer in Boise, I looked to the closest dealer which was yours. I had emailed in and unfortunately, my emails never made it through from the Mini USA site. So I called when I hadn't heard back, and got Mali on the phone. Let me tell you that from the moment I first talked with her, I could tell her energy, and dedication to her customers during the sales process. She put me at ease and assured me that she would take care of me, and even followed up with Internet sales, to find out why my emails had gone unanswered. She found out that they never made it through and offered an apology for that. She was also very busy, working with a couple of other deliveries - she still took the time to make sure I was very well taken care of. She focused on what I needed, and made sure I got all the information I would need to make the decision to drive from Boise to Salt Lake to purchase the car. She provided me with spec sheets from the cars that I liked from online, and made recommendations to the one she thought I would like the best. We discussed my trade, and when the first sight unseen value was presented, she told me that it was much lower than what I had expected, and explained that the sources you use were much lower than KBB online which I had used. I sent her photos of my car, and she worked with the used car manager to get the trade value up to a level I would be comfortable with, even though it wasn't where I wanted it. She worked hard to explain the increase in value I was getting from the tax difference, and she convinced me the deal was a good one, so we jumped in the car and headed to Salt Lake. She even held the car I liked for me, which I really appreciated. When we got to your dealership, she treated us like gold. I can honestly tell you, that I would definitely buy another car from Mali when the opportunity presents itself. She knows her stuff, she is excited about the brand and she knows how to take care of a customer. She scrambled to even get our windows tinted the day of delivery so that we could take the car home exactly the way we wanted it. (We are only waiting on the iPhone 4 MINI Connected adapter - which she promised to send when they finally arrive). I will recommend Mali to my friends, in the event they are looking for a MINI.
