Best MINI dealer for a pre-owned MINI. All the pre-owned inventory was clean and serviced (to MINI standards). The Cooper hb I was looking at was given a new clutch and the price REMAINED THE SAME! They could have charged for the work however, they honored the pre-repair price!The whole office works as a team. I was treated to a bagel and a lot walk by an associate until my saleswoman was ready to take me on a test drive. Experience was A+. The dealership was upscale and stocked with water and snacks. I would highly recommend. PS- I drove a few hours from NEPA to do business. Local MINI dealers did not have a great selection of pre-owned MINI options.

We walked into the Mini Gaithersburg dealership after spending 5 hours at the Honda dealer the day before. Edio immediately walked us through the options and took us for a test drive - we were immediately sold. We ended up buying a Clubman right off the lot that was discounted to move inventory. No hassles or haggling!Financing was also a breeze. Edio is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Mini and Edio in Gaithersburgh.PS First car I have owned that brings a smile to my face everytime I get in.

I was greated promptly. The service representative understood exactly what I wanted and quoted a reasonable time for completion. In the event, my car was done sooner than promised, the service seems to have been done correctly, and my car and I were out of there in no time with my car having received a wash. The facility is comfortable to wait in and the dealership serves donuts, bagels, and coffee to waiting customers. A very nice experience.

Mini of Montgomery County in Gaithersburg, MD, provided outstanding service on 08/09/2016. My Advisor (Brian Metheny) was excellent when checking in my car, responding to my repair/checkout requests, identifying repair/checkout items, keeping me advised of the time required to make repairs, offering refreshments that were onsite and a ride to pick up lunch (if needed), and getting my car repaired and washed in a very timely manner. The Mini of Montgomery County dealership is clean and well decorated. All of the staff were courteous, professional and polite. It was a great service visit!!

Nick the salesman was fine but the service manager refused to repair the car. So if you go there looking for a used car, buyer beware. The service manager was not worried at all about the issues with the car and said somone will buy it. Later, after I left they called but these guys are "criminals" just like 80% of used car salesmen.

He searched cars throughout the country to try to find exactly the combination of colors, packages and options that we wanted. Business Manager Umar Chaudhry expedited the financing review and carefully explained the available alternatives. We have been extremely satisfied with the service department, which has been responsive and quick in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service visits for our 2014 Mini and know we will receive the same excellent service for our new 2016 Mini. after looking for about a year for an FJ Cruiser that was in good condition and not over-priced, I found one, the day it went onto the internet at Mini of Montgomery Co. Living 140 miles away, we corresponded via email. Juan Torreblanca was my contact and couldn't have been more professional or nicer. Following our correspondence, we scheduled an appointment for Sat morning. The car was in beautiful shape, the dealership is immaculate and the sales team were extremely professional. it was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had. this team understands that today's consumer will use the internet search engines to find a car before visiting half-dozen dealerships.

I was at Mini of Montgomery County on Thursday for my MINIs first regular service. It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I drove in to the moment I drove away. The service writer was polite and respectful. As I waited I enjoyed a fresh bagel and coffee. I talked with my motoring advisor, who gave me a tip on driving my MINI. I shopped in the MINI store. Everyone was friendly! I even got to speak with and thank the gentleman (such a nice person!) who washed my car. The time for the service went quickly and I was on the road again before I knew it. I love my MINI!

I had been looking for a Honda for months and found the one that I wanted at Mini of Montgomery. Since I lived more than an hour away, I started the process online and made it clear that I wanted to get as much of the paperwork and negotiating out of the way before coming into the dealership. Stephen Brooks was my salesperson. He communicated with me via e-mail and told me what to expect. We were able to handle the majority of business by phone/e-mail so that my time was well spent when I arrived at the dealership. I truly appreciated the fact that he listened to me, helped me purchase a vehicle that I wanted, and respected my time. There were no fast sales pitches or pressure to purchase at any time (that means alot!!). The Finance Manager (Tim) was also very helpful and provided much useful information. My paperwork was processed in an efficient manner and I was on my way, left to enjoy my new vehicle! Thanks for the best car buying experience that I've ever had:0)

Had to bring in my Cooper after an incident with debris on the freeway required replacement of a wheel. It was handled by Danny Randall who was super helpful, very pleasant to deal with, gave me a loaner and kept me updated on the repair. All of this makes an unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with. So happy that mini is finally conveniently located in MoCo!

Efficient, fast, honest, communicates clearly. What more could you want in a service provider? Oh yeah, right next to Costco, so the time wait time was productively filled with the monthly shop. We were tired of driving to Annapolis for service( though the dealer there was terrific)...so decided to try Passport Mini. Yes!!!! This is now our go-to service provider.

It's a great place. My only regret is that I'm not an extended lease person and will have to return to my regular mechanic at the end of the year. They are responsive to my inquiries, no matter how stupid or complex. And I came in because I was concerned about a chunk out of my tire (which aren't under warranty anyway) they took a look at it and told me it needed to be replaced. A little worried that perhaps they were adding unnecessary cost, I took my car and their price to my regular mechanic who has taken care of my family for years, and he completely agreed with their assessment and their price. It's great to work with a company and dealership with such integrity.

I purchased a great 2014 MINI from MINI of Montgomery County. Sale went well and my sales person was great...initially. After having my new car, my husband called Sirius Satellite Radio and they advised him that my free subscription was up in June of 2015. Since my sticker on the window said "Satellite Radio w/1 year subscription, I knew they were mistaken, so I called and emailed my sales associate Jennifer B. When I received her response, I was shocked to hear The 1 year Satellite radio is initially issued with the vehicle, so in your case the 1 year subscription has expired." My response was that as a courtesy and to stand by their sticker, they should honor what the sticker said. They refused. Not so much as a call either, all through email. No, "I'm sorry Ms. Clark let me see what we can do" or lets try to work this out, nothing. It was basically, my tough luck. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VALUE OF A CUSTOMER EVER. Yes, I bought the car...I didn't have this experience until a week after the purchase. Prior to this incident I would have recommended this dealership, but after this treatment and lack of understanding of a mistake made solely by their company, I'd say run as fast as you can to another MINI dealership

I got a used Toyota Prius from the Mini of Montgomery county several months ago, and I have been very satisfied with the vehicle so far. Jennifer was the used car representative I worked with, and she was very friendly and upfront throughout the whole buying process. I felt the asking price was fair, and the process lasted about 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely say I had more trust in the dealership compared to others I'd visited previously. All the paperwork was taken care of with minimal hassle.

I've had my mini for a year now. The purchase could not have been easier - everyone was helpful and polite. I LOVE the car - still not tired of driving it - went yesterday for my very first service (oil change) - I was able to wait for the car and it was done so quickly. I was just getting comfortable in the waiting area when they were calling me to say they were finished. The car was washed AND vacuumed. I love the car and couldn't be happier with Mini of Montgomery County.

I bought my Countryman in for service since my gas pedal was sticking. I was in the loaner and out the door in under 15 mins! The repair was done by the morning of the next day. I couldn't pick up my car until a few days later but that was no problem for the Mini dealership. When I did pick up my car, it was washed inside and out--very pleasant experience all around!

I went to Mini of Montgomery to just look, as I had not driven a Mini. I had, though, done a LOT of research to figure out if I could even afford the purchase of a new Mini. I was fairly certain I could afford it, but was not ready to buy when I went in. I wanted to get a feel for the place, the car, the entire experience. By the time I finished my test drive I told Mike "if I can afford this car, we're gonna make a deal tonight". And we did indeed make a deal that night. I had to wait until the following morning to pick up my new car, as it was being shipped from Virginia. But I got my new car the following morning, and am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! I highly recommend this dealership, Mike Disogra, and the entire team that works there. If you are in the market for a new car, don't overlook Mini of Montgomery. They are great to deal with, have great cars, and are easy to work with.

I have a 2003 Mini which was just acting "tired". It seemed to have lost its zip and frankly did not like to move so quickly. I took it to the Mini Dealer for repairs fully expecting to get gouged and give up my life savings. I was met by Dan who was cheerful, pleasant and overall nice! He put me in a loaner car and explained the service agreement. I received a call from him before the day was out explaining a couple reasons that my car lacked its zip. We put new spark plugs and wires in and now it's happy as can be. And, the best part is it didn't cost nearly as much as I had anticipated! Overall, great service, nice, friendly folks and a great value for my money.

Our Salesman was Scott Bezold and he was helpful even before we went to the dealership. He was very professional and informative through his email and answered all the questions we had. Was very knowledgeable with the car. The Finance manager was very fast and really worked hard to get us the best rate.

My Mini's windshield developed a non collision stress crack and I was going out of town in a few days. The excellent staff got the correct parts ordered, took the car in and had it ready when promised. The staff kept me up to date and provided me with a loaner car which was very easy and hassle free. I would not hesitate to recommend this Mini dealership to anyone for sales or service.

I bought my used Subaru from this dealership. Scott was very friendly. It was a very low pressure dealership. They kept me comfortable while I was waiting to sign all the paperwork, cleaned the car for me to bring home, and ordered in some missing parts for me. It was a great buying experience. My husband likes to negotiate and our salesman, Calvin was very polite and gave us the best deal possible. I traded a Mini in and wanted my wheels & tires transferred to the car I purchased. It was no problem and was done quickly and efficiently. We were only there several hours and traded a car in and drove away with a used Mini.

Overall a quick and pain free experience. Very helpful , friendly staff. I'm not happy that I bought a maintenance package but that is my own stupid fault - when I got back to the finance guy I had forgotten that it was their thing to coax you into one so I'll end up with some expensive oil changes because it is unlikely my breaks will go out in the next 3 years. Oh well.

The day started off with a very friendly greeting from Mohammed. I could not have asked for a more patient and attentive, kind gentleman to assist us. I brought my family and a sandwich was promptly available for my 7 y.o. who I found not long after filling his stomach, was happily engaged with a showroom representative in a friendly game of soccer (with a beach ball - no harm to any mini was incurred). We drove a few styles of Coopers and agreed on the make and model. We had to attend to some other business in the later afternoon but Mohammed agreed to stay late if needed. The dealership closes much before we could return. Not only did Mohammed stay late but he was SO patient and he went over every detail of the car after the transaction that kept us until almost 8pm! I mentioned the time and suggested he may like to go over the car at a later date but he just smiled and had no worries. We never felt rushed or pressured. I suspect he would have treated us the same had we come back time and again. I love my Mini and Mohammed made the whole experience perfect. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mohammed. Sorry for any type-o's -


Left turn signal light stop working

I discover my left side scuttle turn signal light didn't come on when I activated the turn signal. I came in 3 days earlier to make a appointment to get it fix. Service staff was very friendly in checking my vehicle and had the bulb ordered immediately. I came back on a Thursday to the dealer and had the left turn signal bulb replaced within a few minutes. Service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend to anybody to come to this dealer to buy a mini and have it serviced.

I recently visited Mini of Montgomery in search of a new car. Nick was who helped me, immediately greeting me with a smile. Usually anyone who walks into a car dealership has a preconceived notion that they are going to be ripped off, but for the first time I did not feel bombarded or taken advantage of. He asked me questions to get to know my life and interests to see where to even start. He patiently took me on multiple test drives until i found the right fit, and then took me in to speak to a manager to discuss the pricing. Everything went smoothly and i am SO happy in my new Car. Purchase a used Mini. At first everything seemed to be just great. Was told all about the car and what features, etc. it had. Got home and showed to my brother-in-law. He questioned me about the tires when I told them they were new. They were not. Went to a dealership in Richmond, VA and was told the tires were the original tires on the car and they all needed to be replaced. Tried to get the dealership to replace old tires with new like I was told when I bought it and they refused. The salesman said he told me that none of the tires were new then changed his story to only two tires were new - even repeated that in an email. Then they came back and said that that was not what was said - even after I had it in writing. Went round and round and they finally paid for two tires - but would not even pay sales tax on the tires - unbelievable. The salesman was not honest with me and his boss was just as bad as he was. Would advise anyone to be very careful = they are not honest.

The sales staff was very friendly and knew the facts about the cars they sold. They wouldn't bargain down much but delivered on everything they promised. I was influenced by the 30 day limited warranty because when making such a big investment it is comforting to know there is a guarantee of reimbursement if something major is wrong mechanically. While not for everyone, the Mini Clubman fits my needs and lifestyle very well. It is also a plus that the dealer is near my home when repairs become necessary in the future.I have not bought a used car in some time so it is important to buy from a dealer who has a reputation to protect. I highly recommend buying a car that has a factory warranty with a year or two left on it or a car that comes with an extended warranty. Then you will be covered for more than just the powertrain and don't have to worry about repair costs piling up.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were the first dealership I visited and luckily the only one that day. I called ahead of time and they made sure the car I was interested in was brought to the main lot and ready when I arrived. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and down to earth from the car sales men to the receptionist. The car sales men are also very witty and knowledgeable which made the buying process very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

They assured me the vehicle had been inspected days earlier and that they would give me a limited 30 day warranty. Their Sales rep. was excellent and very friendly!
