I went in hoping to just get an idea of what was in my price range and I ended up buying a car that I love. I am on a small budget and was really interested in an suv with all wheel or four wheel drive, but expected that I wouldn't be able to afford that. Shopping for a 2016 Ford Escape

This past December we leased a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium from Miller Motors. We still had another leased vehicle from another manufacturer. The Ford Escape proved to be a much superior vehicle. We checked with Miller sales person Ron Greiner, and New car sales manager Rex Rexford if we could void our lease with our second car, and lease another 2016 Ford Escape from Miller. Ron and Rex were able to go that extra step to cancel the second car lease and enable the lease of our second 2016 Escape lease. We were referred to Miller Motors by a friend. They had the car out and ready when we arrived. It was pretty much what we were looking for and it was a quick and easy transaction. We were disappointed to notice damage to the interior when we got home-that we had missed during the test drive and unfortunately when we contacted Miller Motors we were just given a part number and told it was not part of the warranty. So although it was a quick and easy deal (especially with children in tow), the after sale customer service was not what we had hoped for.
