I can't say enough how great the team at Miller is! After having been completely ignored at a rival dealership my family drove to Miller Auto Plaza and within 1 minute we were being helped. Boden Lorette was kind, courteous, and helped me find a vehicle for a lot less than I had planned to spend, but which met all my needs and then some. The finance department was very professional and got us a fair rate and terms on a loan, and the extended bumper to bumper warranty was priced so well that I couldn't pass on it. They have a giant play set which kept the kids occupied for quite a while, and nice warm cookies, popcorn, & drinks to keep the little ones from "starving". The massive indoor show room where we found our new vehicle was definitely a plus as supposed to having to walk the cold wet parking lots all day. I definitely had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever at Miller Auto Plaza. Thanks again guys you will be getting my business again in the future!

This is an update to a review I posted a couple of weeks ago.I bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Miller Auto and Marine in St. Cloud, MN and had problems with it from the first day so I posted a review on this board. Throughout all the problems Miller was always polite and accommodating. I paid nothing out of pocket as Miller always took care of the cost of repair whether they were able to repair it or if they had to send it to another shop. And since we live in the twin cities Miller would have their driver bring down a loaner car for us to use while they serviced ours. In the end Miller took back the Jeep and we bought a brand new Nissan Rogue. The General Manager Chance Haakonson put together a few great guys for us. The team that took care of us was Nissan Manager Steve Wright, Salesperson Boten Lorette and Business Manager Adam Maciej. Everything went well and we are now very happy with our new Rogue. Thank you to you all at Miller.

Very professional service in a down to earth manner from the moment I entered the door. My sales person, Jacob Fratzke, didn't try to sell me a car, he instead helped me to decide what I really wanted and found the vehicle for me. We checked out the internet first and saw that Miller Auto Plaza had 4 or 5 of the car we were looking for. So we stopped in and lucky for us Justin took care of us. We told him what we wanted (a '15 or '16 Buick LaCrosse). He immediately found the cars that fit the bill and easily explained the differences each car provided. We felt very comfortable with Justin; he's very personable. We decided on which car we wanted. He assured us that it would be cleaned up and ready for us the next day and, it was!! Our daughter totaled her car on a Friday evening after hitting not one but two deer at the same time. As she is a college student that needed a vehicle to get to school Monday morning, we spent that Saturday searching for a replacement vehicle for her. After visiting numerous other dealerships, we stopped at Miller Auto Plaza to check out two of their used vehicles we had viewed on the website. The first vehicle had just sold shortly before we got there. However, the second vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. Within minutes of arriving at the dealership, K-Sandra was answering our questions. This was huge to us as we had just left a dealership in St. Cloud where we had sat for 45 minutes waiting for an employee to help us look at a car. No employee ever came out to assist, even after we called the dealership from their own parking lot and asked them to send someone out. K-Sandra was efficient, friendly, and made the entire process an easy one. We will definitely recommend K-Sandra and Miller Auto Plaza to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Hugo did a nice job in working with me. I used my email account as I knew it would take me several days to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle I was inquiring about. Hugo promptly sent me the info I requested and was not pushy about when or if I was coming to the dealership. He provided me with all of his contact information and relayed to me that a phone call may be the best option as he didn't work every day. When I originally contacted the Miller Auto Group, it was due to advertise specials and willingness to work with my less than perfect credit. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Blake, who quickly put me at ease as he gathered up my information and started us on the process of finding a vehicle that would suit both my needs and my finances.I had previously spoken to Kevin before even coming in, and he had already started the process of finding financing and the perfect vehicle to suit me.Blake proceeded to show me several vehicles, and was very knowledgeable about each one of them, even going as far as offering up his personal opinion on each of them as far as overall value, reliability, and really taken into consideration my wants and needs in a new vehicle.We did spend a very long day picking out the perfect vehicle, only to find out that due to my special credit needs, we were going to have to go back to square one to find something else.At that point I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Schmidt from Finance, that was able to give us a better idea of what we should be looking for.With the added information we were quickly able to find a suitable vehicle which in turn turned out to be a much newer and nicer vehicle than the ones previously viewed.Given the time constraints of both myself and them, we parted ways waiting for the final word from the bank.The next day things went exceptionally well, financing was secured in quick order, and in no time I was on my way in my new (to me) vehicle.The vehicle itself was exceptionally clean, full tank of gas, and overall not indicative of what you would consider a used car to be. It's like I drove out of there with a brand new car.When it is time to trade up, I will definitely be going back to the Miller Auto Group.

When my old pick up had a bearing go it was time for a new one. Ben was great. He worked with service to get me a quote for trade in on the 100k pick up w a good trade in offer. The truck we had in mind was available on the lot and we got a great count with discounts and rebates. Ben went out of his way to get the new truck ready for delivery including getting the box lined (Linex after purchase), delivering it to my house in person and going over the vehicle instrumentation on a Friday evening. Boden, Salesman and Adam, Finance were great to work with. Knowledgeable, interested in meeting my needs and respectful. My average score is for the detail department. This is my second brand new car in my 53 years and it wasn't as "Perfect" as I guess my expectations were. I find glue spots yet, I have a 6" scratch on my dashboard, and this is still after other incidents that took place before I even got to drive my car. The thrill of a brand new car has been kind of a let down. My old vehicle is a Murano and has been in your service department and they have always been great to deal with too.

My Wife and I had looked at several different dealerships, looking for something different. We were about to give up and wait until fall when we came across Hugo. He asked us if we wanted to save $4000 and at the same time, the car you have been looking for. He showed my Wife the 2015 Juke. She instantly fell in love with it. Her # 1 criteria was good gas mileage, as we had a $300 gas bill last month driving our Ford Truck, that is now gone. After a short period we all agreed on the details, However, I was unable to drive anything right now due to a disability I received in the Army. I would have to wait a week until I could go off my pain meds. Hugo, said he would arrange to have it delivered to my house which was about 70 miles away! Who does that! Hugo does, that's who! We had seen an ad in the St. Cloud Times for a previously owned 2015 Lincoln MKZ and visited Miller to check it out. Justin Stedham was an excellent person to work with--knowledgeable, helpful in guiding our decision, a fantastic listener, extremely sensitive to our needs and tremendously patient with our many questions. Sam, Allen, and Jamie did a great job answering all our questions and allowed us to make the decision for ourselves. They were very accommodating every step of the way and made sure we were aware of what was going on throughout the process. It was very enjoyable, the rep was very energetic and enjoyable to be with, Lindsay Szymanski is a very impressive representative and sales maker! The reason i didn't give a perfect rating is because the dealership is so large that the actual sale seemed to take a long time. Sales folk have to run around from acre to acre to collect info and paperwork. You end up sitting by yourself (or selves) for periods of time.

Gina Bowers is by far the greatest person I have ever dealt with when it comes to purchasing something. I have dealt with multiple dealerships, realtors and other saleswoman but she stands out in every aspect. Right off the bat she struck up a conversation and only cared about what I wanted in a vehicle and not what she thought I could use. I had a great experience at Miller as they cared more about the perfect car for me than they did about selling a certain type of car or a more expensive car. When I was looking at other dealers in St. Cloud, it seemed that they tried to push a certain car, but Miller assessed my needs, found me cars that I liked, and answered all of my questions. I worked with PJ and Justin and both were great. PJ wasn't as knowledgable as Justin, but he was very helpful and nice. Justin was great and really wanted me to get a car that I wanted. He was very knowledgable and worked to get me a great monthly payment. It was nice to work with people who I trusted.

His boss Scott Froemming and one of their business managers, Dan Omdahl, were pleasant and good also. The sales guy Scott Kerfeld must be singled out though because he was actually disarming. It was so fun talking and working with him that I almost forgot that I was supposed to be looking out for my best interests.In addition to the quality personnel their massive indoor showroom made perusing the inventory much more enjoyable than the typical outdoor travails. As a suburban Twin Cities resident I can unequivocally recommend the drive to St. Cloud. Miller is worthy of serious consideration.

Hugo del la Rosa was personable and respectful of our time. We started the car buying process via live chat and Hugo provide information via email. Once we were ready to discuss viewing the Murano we were interested in, Hugo was prompt in returning emails and phone calls. Once we drove the vehicle and decided it was the car for us, the contract options were given and the sales process along with financing was efficient. The last vehicle we purchased, we spent over 4 hours at the dealership. Hugo and the sales manager and finance manager made the car buying process so much more enjoyable and efficient. Thank you!

Our family was in a 3 year lease which was coming up in December. This was my first time going to a car dealership to purchase my vehicle. Some car dealerships are pushy and want you to buy the car that they want you to buy. Not here this is friendly and the staff gets to know you and your needs. They are straight up front about their cars and if any have a problem. They want you to get the car that you want. I got the car that I wanted for a while now. Well over a year and I couldn't be more happier than I am now. Harley was a great salesman and talked and got to know us and sold us a great car. I would tell and have told people and friends about the great quality of sales people and to see Harley. Thank you guys for the great car.

Neither my wife nor I particularly enjoy "car shopping". The high pressure sales tactics to purchase a high priced car is usually not a pleasant experience. The haggling over my price versus their price is not much fun either. However, Miller Auto Plaza dealership and Scott Kerfeld in particular made for a great time shopping for a vehicle. From the first phone call to the dealership to leaving in our new Nissan later that day, my wife and I felt at ease and relaxed. Scott was wonderful spending time with us explaining things, answering questions, setting up test drives and walking us through the , in our case, leasing steps. I look forward to getting my service work done at Miller, when possible; and discussing future car needs. Keep up the good work.

Our daughter is turning 16 in a few months and we were going to be in the market for a 3rd vehicle. Last Saturday we decided to take advantage of the warm weather and shop some local dealerships. After stopping by two other dealerships in St Cloud (with VERY disappointing customer service), we decided to stop by Miller. We were very impressed with the selection of used cars and ran into sales rep Gina Bowers. Gina was very personable and answered all of our questions. After taking a couple days to discuss, we came back and purchased a vehicle. I work in sales and was VERY impressed with Gina, her enthusiasm and strong communication skills. You have a good sales rep there!!!!!

Knowing I was going to purchase a new vehicle this spring, I decided to stop in at the Miller Dealership after experiencing a flat tire on my current vehicle & looked at the Buick Encore. I had narrowed my purchasing decision down to three vehicles & was told by a good friend to consider the Encore at Miller as one of them. I walked through the front door & was just browsing around when Ben Woltmann approached me & asked if he could help me. I told him was just looking & was considering the Encore along with two other vehicles. He was so very kind, patient, & gracious while I lamented about my flat tire & that I wasn't really interested at the time in getting any details on a vehicle. I also told him I was directed by my friend to work with Bob Yozamp, the sales manager.Ben took some information from me & said he would have Bob call me. The following day I was back at Miller, met with Bob & Ben, explained what I was looking for & they found the perfect Encore for me. Because of their patience & diligence in finding what I wanted, I no longer considered the other options I was looking at. When I picked up the vehicle Ben was very thorough & knowledgeable about explaining all the features of the vehicle & told me to call him at any time if I needed help in understanding how to use any & all elements on the dash board of the Encore. I was very impressed with the help of Bob, Ben & Jamie in the finance department with this entire experience. You were a great team to work with!

On Sunday on a wim after a Caribou Coffee my wife and I decided to drive thru the Miller lot and we spotted a Sierra that we wanted about three years ago but ended up buying a new Terrain that we really like. After discussing the Sierra that was a color that my wife really likes and after discussing for about 5 minutes, we made the decision and on Monday we drove it home. My wife and I were extremely blessed by the kindness and respect and service given by our salesman, Ben Woltmann and by Jamie in finance. We met Ben at the St. Cloud auto show in 2014 and were very impressed with his personable personality and conversation, his kindness, and knowledge. Since they we have stayed in touch knowing that when the time was right (2016) that we would want to work with him in purchasing the Rogue.
