Just bought a 2016 Leaf from Guy Bedau. I loved that he communicated with me via text and email immediately after I reached out for more info. He was a great source of information--he patiently answered all of my questions. I immediately felt comfortable with him and never felt an ounce of pressure to buy.The process of purchasing was equally as good, from start to finish. I live 30 miles away, but plan to keep up as much contact as possible with the dealership!!! Thanks to everyone at Milford Nissan. I love my new Leaf!!!!!!!

I have to buy a car every 4.5 years for my job. I met Guy when I wanted to test drive a Nissan. I got all the information I needed, and when it came time, within 5 days of looking at the car, Guy, and the rest of the staff at Milford Nissan were a great help. I have been shopping online for a car for my family for a number of weeks. When I came across a Pathfinder at this dealership. I began to speak with Guy who was nice enough to handle and explain everything to me. But what made this deal so much better is that I was coming from New York and even though this dealership is in Massachusetts he was able to accommodate me and make sure everything was taken care of perfectly. So when I arrived all I had to do was pay for the car and drive away. He was very patient and explained everything to my wife and the deal went very well and quickly. Thank you again Guy for everything.

I buy a car about once every 8 years and count on it to be both a good deal and high quality. I found the Milford Nissan dealership to be generous with my trade in value, fair and honest. Our salesman Guy Bedau was informative with every aspect of the car. My husband has a 2009 Murano and we learned things about our new Murano that we did not know before! He was extremely helpful when we came to pick up the car - even helping us set up the Bluetooth with our phones . I would definitely recommend this dealership for their honesty and generosity.

I can't tell you how much I LOVE my salesperson BAYE. I'm 64 years old and I've been around the block a couple of times buying cars. He was so respectful and always anticipated my needs...like moving my disability placard and EZ pass reader to my new car. And he got me the right trade in on my old car and went to Marlboro to get the 2014 used car that I wanted...a Versa Note SV...in RED! Above and beyond.So seniors out there...go to Baye even if you have to drive many miles to get there!

My wife and I visited Milford Nissan to check their inventory of low mileage pre-owned Muranos. We were greeted by Guy Bedau and in short order he showed us a couple of 2013 Muranos that were in great shape, competitively priced and which matched our stated budget. Together with Guy, we when online to KBB to judge the trade-in value of my 2006 Chrysler. After a test drive we were offered a fair price consistent with the KBB estimate. We quickly settled on the net price and with a small deposit became the proud owners of a beautiful 2013 Murano Platinum. Highly recommend Milford Nissan!

When I went to buy a pre-owned Juke from Milford Nissan, I was under pressure because I needed a car immediately. The dealership was great, especially Darren Chamberlin, who understood my situation and prepped the car himself while we worked out the financing with Jim Wood. Jim is also fantastic, by the way. The best service I have ever gotten from any car dealership. They even offered pizza when it got to be lunchtime. Nice, nice people. I will be back...hopefully not too soon though!

I was introduced to Milford Nissan through a friend of mine and no regrets at all. I got a great deal which was better than my previously owned Maxima from another dealership back in 2008. From the test drive to the final delivery, Guy Bedau was there every step of the way to ensure all my questions were answered, took the time to know his customer and that I was comfortable with everything. I gave them what I wanted for a car and they had my car secured in literally the same night all the way from CT. Paperwork was easy and the transition into the new car was so easy and simple. Even the detailing crew in final delivery were awesome. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and would send anyone to Guy or Milford Nissan. They will get you into the car you want when you want it. I look forward to having my car serviced there too!

I went to Milford Nissan with my sister-in-law to help her purchase a used Nissan Rogue. Baye was very helpful and we found one that we liked. We were given a great price by Jim Wood and we decided to buy the car. However, we then noticed that there was some bumper and paint damage to the rear bumper that we had not noticed. Baye said that it would be taken care of at no charge but my sister-in-law was now turned off on that car and there was no other model that she liked. We then left and went to Westborough and went to a number of dealers and looked at a number of cars. While having something to eat at Wendy's, we decided that the Rogue at Milford Nissan was the car we wanted, I called the dealership and told them that we would be returning shortly to buy the car. When we returned, Baye informed us that the car was already in the shop and another bumper was being put on. In a matter of minutes the car was brought out to us and the bumper was perfect. We then purchased the car. I have never experienced a dealership where the salesperson was so nice and helpful, where the Financial Manager was so helpful and as a total picture, we received the best price and service that we have ever experienced in purchasing a car, used at that.I would recommend this dealership not only for their prices but for the way they conduct business.

I went in, not intending to buy a car yesterday but as I sit typing this I find a brand new shiny 2016 Rogue sitting in my driveway. Jim F was very helpful and contacted me many times before I went into the showroom by phone and by e-mail. I was doing my homework on different cars so I did not make up my mind until I went in to test drive the Rogue. I traded my 6 year old Nissan Sentra and got a trade in price that I was extremely happy with. Todd the manager was very nice and not pushy at all.After I made up my mind I was sent to Jim Woods office for the financial papers. Again, he could nothave been nicer. I recently was in the market for a new truck. I researched a lot. I started out with three dealerships.My third stop was Milford nissian in Milford Mass. My salesman was Baye Lo, he setup an appointment With me on. Friday. WOW, great dealership, better salesman. Mr. Baye Lo was very knowledgable and helpful. He didn't pressure me in anyway, He asked my needs, showed me three trucks, When I decided that the first two were not what I could get, he helped me with the third, which I ended up purchasing. He made all this work. He spent four hours with me, made me feel right at home there. The dealership added many extras to my purchase. This saleman went above and beyond as far as I was concerned. Guy Bedau is a superb salesman and representative for Nissan. He was honest, thorough, and mellow throughout the entire process. And he couldn't have been more professional while also being fun to speak with. The entire team at Milford Nissan was equally courteous, and they worked with me fairly and never with any pressure. It was a delight to work with a team who obviously operated with a sense of cultivating a future community rather than making today's sale at any cost. I grew up with salesmen: both my grandfather and father sold cars. And I have individually purchased at five different dealerships over the years. Guy and Milford Nissan stand heads and shoulders above them all, and despite the fact that their shop is 75 minutes away from my town, I won't hesitate to return there for all maintenance and future transactions.

I have never owned a Nissan before, my car of choice was always Toyota. But I wasn't impressed with the quality of the new Toyota models and started looking at different Brands. The minute I walked in the door at Milford Nissan I was impressed with the team. I was greeted warmly but not pounced on by the sales people. It just so happened the car that I reviewed on line, a 2016 Rogue was in the showroom. I met my sales rep, Jim Farrell while I was looking at my dream car. He was so informative and was able to answer every one of my questions. We took a similar vehicle for a test drive and I knew the Rogue would be my next new car. After we returned to the dealership Jim showed me all the features of the showroom car and I was more and more impressed with Jim's knowledge and with the quality of the Rogue. I returned on Black Friday prepared with the "numbers" I expected to pay for my new car and what I wanted to receive for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised that we came to a great agreement and 1 hour later I drove out of the parking lot in my new Rogue. The team at Milford Nissan is wonderful, very respectful, fun, informed and very helpful. Jim in particular went out of his way to get me a great deal and followed up on every detail ensuring I was happy. I brought my Rogue back to have a remote starter installed and the Service department was just as impressive as the sales team. I was given a loaner car for the night, when I returned the following day my car had been washed, detailed on the inside and the starter was installed. Jim, my sales rep showed me all the features of the remote starter and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I have never been treated so nicely at a car dealership before. I don't think I'll need to buy a new car for a long time based on the quality of my Rogue but if/when I do, I will definitely be going to Milford Nissan. Thank you Jim Farrell, job well done!

I recently purchased a CPO Nissan Pathfinder from Milford Nissan. Overall, the sales experience was excellent. I had done my research, knew that I wanted a low mileage CPO Pathfinder and made a reasonable offer via the internet on one in their inventory. I initially dealt with the Sales Manager, Michael Wisnes, who responded promptly to all my inquiries and offer and I agreed to come into take a test drive. After arriving at the dealership for the test drive, Michael greeted me and then sales associate, Guy Bedau, took over the process. Guy was excellent to deal with and accompanied me on a test drive and thoroughly explained every feature of the vehicle, He was very knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. My experience with the Finance Manager, Jim Wood, was similar. I told Jim straight out that I wasn't purchasing the extended warranty wrap and he didn't try to oversell it, just explained the differences and moved on. No pressure tactics at this dealership which is refreshing. My only minor negative from the entire experience is that I felt the vehicle could have been better detailed prior to delivery. While the vehicle was clean, a better vacuuming and some cleaning of the trims on doors and other interior would have left a better impression on me regarding that aspect of the experience. Overall though, an excellent experience, and I would buy from Milford Nissan again.

I did extensive research leading up to my recent purchase of a Nissan Leaf which included visiting and talking to many dealers both in Massachusetts and neighboring states. The best person to buy a Leaf from turned out to be Guy. Compared to other Leaf salespeople I encountered, he's much, much more knowledgable. No one else was even close to his level of expertise and not all them were willing to admit what they didn't know, instead preferring to make things up. Some of them were also quite pushy, trying to get me to buy something as fast as possible. Guy was willing to spend a lot of time finding out what I wanted and was admirably tolerant of my changing my mind a lot. In general, I found him to be a really smart, highly educated, decent fellow and excellent communicator, the kind of person you'd be glad to know whether you're buying a car or not. I'm enthusiastic about the Leaf I bought and I'm going to try to persuade others they should see if it's right for them too. If they agree, I'll tell them what I'm telling you: start with Guy.

I purchased a new vehicle on October 31st and the whole experience was stress-free. I was very pleased with the price quote and all the employees were very helpful. I wasn't pressured in any way even when it came time to consider extended warranties. When I came back for my registration and inspection sticker, I had told the sales consultant, Jim Pronko, I had noticed a couple of small scratches on the driver's side doors and he had the service person buff it out and polished immediately. I'm very happy with the vehicle and I like the convenience of planning all the maintenance online.

These guys were excellent. I had just previously visited another dealer who was making purchasing a new vehicle the typical nightmare! I left that dealership and made a call to Milford Nissan. The Sales Manager (Mike) took my call after hours and ensured me after our conversation they would be able to help me out the next morning. The following morning I was greeted by one of the most relaxed sales people I've ever had to deal with (Jim Farrell). The sales manager Todd and Sales Rep Kyle were all extremely friendly and helpful. This Dealership was awesome start to finish!!!

I drove over an hour to get to the Nissan Dealer to look at 2 of their Nissan Rogues. I arrived 40 minutes before they closed and was expecting to be rushed because they would be closing soon, I was surprised when I was not rushed at all. The sales person who I worked with took his time to explain the whole vehicle and allowed me to take a long enough test drive to get a good feel for the car. The car was reasonably priced compared to other dealers I saw pricing the same vehicle. They were still willing to work the price down even more and replace the 50% tires for brand new tires. The very next day my car was ready to be picked up. Overall I will say this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car from a dealer. The entire staff was very friendly and willing to do anything for me. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from them and would gladly travel the hour back when it comes time for a new car!

The following day after I picked up my new Nissan Rogue, not 24 hours later after returning home from work at 5:00 P.M. the lights wouldn't go out after shutting off the ignition. After an hour I called the Dealership and told them I was on the way for someone to fix this problem. They thought I was imagining it. A technition name Guy unfortunately I forgot his last name immediately went out to my car and sat with me for an hour and finally it was fixed. The patience this man has was unbelievable. Spoke with the dealership on the phone at 11am. Agree on car by noon as well as trade-in value of my car (sight unseen). Changed my mind on color at 12:30. At 1pm, Mike the sales manager called to say said he'd send someone to get the car in the color I wanted. They went to get car at another dealership in a nearby other state MA -> NH, I picked it up at 7pm. Driving 40 miles from home to do so, as I was so pleased with the phone interaction with Mike vs face to face at local dealership. Received after hours tech support on Nissan dashboard/bluetooth technology. Drove car home.

This is my first experience with car dealership and financing and I can say that Guy made it a wounderful one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Val Marcano was the best I could ask for being a newly college graduate and being overwhelmed with the car buying experience. There aren't enough nice adjectives for him but he was awesome, funny, nice, personable, realistic, and 100% customer satisfaction towards my mother, my father, and I. He made the process so much better then I thought it would be and I recommend going to this particular Nissan dealership. I got a Nissan Rouge and he put so much effort into making sure I got what I deserved, wanted and on a timely manner. I've been purchasing/leasing cars for over 30 years and have never had such a great experience at a dealership. The entire group is professional, very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and sincerely interested in putting the customer in the car that best suites them. I leased a car from Quirk two years ago and I vowed I would never go back. Their agent spoke over my head to my brother when in fact I was the one getting the car. The process of getting a new car is daunting but not when you work with a group like Milford Nissan.

On Monday morning I left the comfort of the Milford Nissan service dept. and asked Guy Bedau what I should do with my 2013 Leaf SL when the lease expired in September. On Wednesday night I drove home in a sparkling new bright silver Leaf SL that felt even more comfortable than my old Leaf, but with an added backup camera and a lower lease payment! Milford Nissan is so customer friendly. Everyone makes you feel welcome.Guy Bedau and Jim Wood are like magicians with the paperwork. They make car shopping an enjoyable and stress free event. In over 45 years and 20+ car purchases, I have never had a car buying experience as good as this one. What was supposed to be an expensive, time-consuming chore turned out to be fun. The dealership specifically, Sales Manager Todd Rivernider and Sales Consultant Val Marcano, and the rest of the staff demonstrated, competency, knowledge, the ability to listen, patience and commitment to outstanding service I have not seen. They were determined to get the us the right car for us and at the right price - often offering information and advice against their own interest in terms of short-term gain, demonstrating a belief that a customer for life was far more profitable. They bent over backwards providing multiple test drives, and a variety of financing options. The delivered the vehicle in record time, from car, insurance, plates, inspection and made it all painless and fun. They are people that you would just like to hang out with, and my wife loved the snacks!

Never enjoyed the high pressure tactics and haggling at other car dealerships. Well, I can honestly say that was not the case at Milford Nissan. From the salesman Wayne to Mike the manager and Jim in finance it was the best car buying experience ever. Top notch, no pressure and extremely helpful. They advertised a used 2006 vehicle online as "immaculate" and when I checked it out I was not disappointed. Unbelievable car at a great price. Next to buying a home there is may be nothing worse than buying a new (or used) vehicle.I recently turned my wife's Nissan Rogue lease (which came from another dealership) to Val at Milford Nissan and he made the transaction as smooth and pain free as humanly possible. I went to many different Nissan Dealers trying to find my ideal car. I went to several that simply were not willing to spend the time or the effort into finding the right car for me. This was not the case at Milford Nissan. The Manger and the Sales Consultant were both not only patient and helpful, but they put in the extra effort into finding the car that is right for me... and I love it! Even though there are many Nissan dealers that are much closer to me I will defiantly be driving the extra half hour to have my car serviced there and when I buy my next car it will defiantly be from this dealer! I walked into the dealership needing to purchase a vehicle that day. With the help of the stores general manager we located the exact car I was looking for which was at another dealership about an hour away. They immediately sent a driver to pick up the vehicle and within a few hours it was in Milford, detailed, with new plates and an inspection sticker. In the mean time Val Marcano walked me through all of the paperwork and handled all of the insurance/registration preparation. Despite being very busy that day, he made it a priority to get me out the door that day in my new car and even gave me a ride to drop off my rental car. I've had my Versa serviced at Milford Nissan for several years, and I've been considering trading it in recently. So when I received a promotional mailing from them last month ("Key-for-Key Exchange Program"), I went by to check it out. The salesperson I met, Val Marcano, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable -- he answered ALL of my questions about my eligibility for the offer, available inventory that met my needs, and financing options. I told Val that I was ready to pick a car, and he arranged for me to test drive 2 that were in my ballpark. While I was out driving, Val worked with their Finance Mgr, Jim Wood, to begin the paperwork and to do the necessary credit and insurance inquiries so that all I had to do was to decide which car I wanted. After I made my choice, Val went to bat for me to iron out a few final wrinkles, and I sat with Jim Wood to complete the paperwork. Meanwhile, Val had the car cleaned and prepped, and when Jim and I finished, Val handed me the keys!This experience was friendly, fast and efficient and convinced me that I will definitely continue to use Milford Nissan in the future, AND that I will wholeheartedly recommend them (and Val especially) to anyone that I know is in the market.

When I first went in I was corrigibly greeted in a very informal way,not pushy, which is exactly what I wanted. We went over all of the options with a great explanation of them all and I bought almost all of them. The financial procedure was also very well handled and well explained. Delivery with our multiple snow storms was handled well and I was on my way. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. I am retired and use to buy or lease a car every 2 years so I have had many situations in getting a new car.

I was very pleased with my experience at Nissan in Milford. My sister referred me after she purchased her car. I went there a couple months ago and received excellent customer service. I left with the intention on purchasing an Altima, but thought about it for a little bit and decided it was not the car for me. They respected my decision and did not call me several times hounding me on prices or sales. I recently returned and was able to get the right figures for the car I wanted. They made the process extremely easy and painless. The sales consultants and financial service representative were very respectful and understanding to my needs and wants. I was somewhat apprehensive with entering into what would be my first car buying experience, but I could not have chosen a better dealership to work with through this process. From the very minute I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my beautiful, new car, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Val Marcano was so knowledgeable and shared his enthusiasm for his work, which shown through during out time spent together. Val was very accommodating and made the entire process effortless. I was not planning to purchase a car on my first day looking, but I loved the Nissan Rogue and I knew I would not be able to find such an accommodating staff at any other dealership, so I ended up leaving the dealership only a few hours later having purchased my new car. When I picked up my car just two days later, it was in perfect condition. The night that I picked up my car was a rainy one, and Val was kind enough to pull it inside the garage and to try to keep it dry for my big night! Val was also kind enough to spend time to review how to work the voice recognition, navigation and even set-up my bluetooth connection, so when I pulled out of the parking lot, I was able to start using it. This is a segment from a letter I wrote to Nissan corporate after making a 250 R/T mile trip from Plymouth Ma to Peterborough NH in my Leaf...........I was scheduled to have dinner with my daughter at 8PM ( I left Plymouth at 3:30PM) so I set out to the next charge station, Milford Nissan. I had called them . They assured me that they had a CHAdeMO Fast Charging station, and that it was available 24-7. I had only enough charge to reach them, and they were the nearest fast charging station to me. If there was a miscommunication, I would be left in the cold, waiting for AAA.I set outit was nearing the Milford dealership closing time. And it was dark. I pulled into the Milford dealership lot as they were shutting the lights, and I had 9 miles of estimated charge left.I was met with a warm welcome by all six staff members, including the ownerThis Nissan team of gracious professionals could not have been more accommodating. They stayed after hours to ensure my recharging went as expected. They had the Nissan OEM fast charging station, and they invited me in out of the cold, where we all hung around talking Leafs and carsThis is a professional team, and they made me feel part of the organization. I cannot say enough about their welcome and genuine interest in my adventure. The good news is that they are exactly halfway on my tripa trip I will make many times in my Leaf. On my return I stopped in again to re-charge. Norman Marcano and his brother Val greeted me with enthusiasm and called me by nameWe had only met briefly the night before. Impressive. This is important stuff. This is what cements customer loyalty.I have already recommended two sales to Sullivan brothers, my home dealership. Everyone was pleasant during the purchase process. The problems came after.When we met with the sales associate, we spoke with him AT LENGTH regarding my need for a car that would be good in the snow. When he asked me what was the most important thing I was looking for, I said that it had to have AWD and drive well in the snow. I am an essential hospital employee and have to commute to work regardless of road conditions. I also live on an extremely steep hill and had trouble getting home during winter weather in my previous vehicle. We came to the dealership looking for a Juke SV AWD because we had read about its ability to drive in winter weather. There were no Juke SVs on the lot, so the sales associate showed me a Juke Nismo, which seemed to meet all of my needs. I liked the upgraded features of the Nismo, but asked for verification that it had AWD and would be good in the snow. I was assured that it was. Because of this, I purchased the Nismo and drove it home on November 1st. Upon reading the manual and specifications of my car at home, I realized that the Nismo comes equipped with summer tires. I was not familiar with summer tires, so I decided to do some research. I read online that summer tires were not suitable for winter driving. I promptly called and emailed the dealership to get more information. When I finally received a call back, the sales associate assured me that the summer tires would be perfectly safe in the snow. He said that they sold many Nismos last year and didn't receive a single complaint about winter driving. I asked him to verify this because I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and do not want to put me or my child in any danger. He reiterated that the car would be safe with the tires that are on it.I decided to do more research. First, I called the tire manufacturer, Continental. They told me that summer tires ARE NOT safe to drive in the winter, and that they shouldn't even be on the car when the temperature dips below 45 degrees due to the rubber compound. They said that I would have trouble even driving in a straight line in snow or ice. I then called three other area Nissan dealerships who confirmed this exact statement. Finally, I called the service department at Milford Nissan without revealing my identity. Even they agreed that the tires were unsafe in the winter. I called the sales associate and presented him with this information. At first, he profusely apologized and said he had "no idea" the tires were summer tires. He said he would have to call me back. When he did, he said that he spoke with his manager and because my car had AWD, the summer tires would be fine in the winter. This is simply untrue. He said that the other dealerships were misinforming me because they are Milford Nissan's competitors (even though I didn't tell the other dealerships why I was calling). He again assured me that the car and tires would be safe for me and my baby in the winter. We met with the general manager this weekend who 100% agreed with the sales associate. I had no other option but to spend almost $1000 on all-season tires (not from Nissan) in order to keep my family safe in spite of what I was being told. I am afraid for the other families who may have bought a Juke Nismo from this dealership not aware of the summer tires. This type of misinformation could lead to injury and death.

Shopping for the Pathfinder vs Murano at Milford Nissan - was a great experience. Guy and the team were extremely helpful and supportive in listening to the features of the Pathfinder that I needed and were using, but concerned that the new model Nissan - was much more than I needed and concerned that it was bigger than the model I had. I was looking to downsize and was looking at the Murano, but wasn't sure I wanted to give up the 4wdrive option to the AWD vehicle. In the end, the Murano was the right choice for me and I was able to opt with a version that didn't have all the features I was very nervous about - as I'm not computer savy ... Having the option of the electronic seat, gets me high up, so that driving at night won't be an issue and having the AWD and option to keep it in AWD, was the ultimate deciding factor. Guy was patient and supportive, as I'm night blind and needed to do most of the test drives after dark. He was great with arranging his schedule to meet my needs. The team at Milford Nissan, worked well with each other to support the clients needs that were in the building, even if that wasn't "the sales person you went to see". It was a caring atmosphere, which made you feel like one of the family ... and not like any of your past experiences with buying a car. There was no pressure, all were pleasant, friendly and respectful of my time and opinions. What I liked most was that I had it down to two different brands. Guy, nor the sales team did not "bash" the competition, when I was comparing the models and features of what I liked about them and also what my concerns were with each model. Guy acknowledged the likeness in the two models and focused on the benefits of the Nissan brand and what I was stating my needs were ... In the end, this too, made a huge difference in purchasing the vehicle.

The purpose was to look over the new cars, I already had a Maxima (2007, my second one) and loved it. But my key batteries had checked out and I was stuck using the real key. Not too bad, but I liked the increased automation of Nissan's car keys. So I figured I'd check out the new cars. Everybody was really helpful, no pressure or attempts to talk me into something, a lot of assistance with my key problem, replacement of batteries, etc. I gave a rating of "good" on the price, because I really don't have anything to compare it to. I have owned Maximas for 15 or 20 yrs. I'm not about to change brands. Way back when I drove purely American cars (Pontiac, Chrysler, Fords), none were ever as reliable as Nissan, which used to be Datsun.I apologize if I've missed anybody on the review above, but I selected the ones whom I mostly relied on for information.

The reason I rate this dealer 5 of 5 in all categories is because the total process of purchasing the new 2014 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 King Cab was efficient, pleasant, without any pressure, and the negotiation on price was simple and quick. With respect to the price my only responsibility was that I had to transact the purchase within a certain time frame. On top of the NMAC financing incentive I knew about, the salesman was able to find a separate discount I qualified for. Conversing with Guy Bedau about the vehicle itself was refreshing, because it wasn't like someone reciting a script; it was that he seemed to have taken the time to learn about the vehicle(s) he was selling. He was very good at filling in the time while paperwork was being processed; engaging in conversations of motorcycles, cycling, Mount Washington, etc. He also showed me around their facility and introduced me to the various people in the different departments. I was very impressed by the way the dealership was laid out and their huge service area; if I was a mechanic at that dealership I would be a happy camper. The service area is large with several lifts, very roomy, uncluttered, nicely organized. Guy explained the process of bringing in the vehicle for the first free oil changes, where to bring in the vehicle, making sure I knew that I could get the vehicle washed for free after the service, and where the customer waiting area was. He also pointed out that they have free WiFi in the waiting area, and if it is not working who to talk to. The other thing that was important to me, is that the vehicle was ready when he said it would be. They also took care of the registration, safety inspection sticker, and plates. He went over all the stuff that came with the vehicle, and did the final inspection with me before I drove off. The dealership really pays attention to all the details; the truck was fully gassed up when I drove it away and it was clean from head to toe. I would definitely recommend them and if I was buying another Nissan in the future, I would go there first.

I want to personally praise Norman Marcano as the best car salesman I've ever met. I bought a Nissan Murano from an out of state status and was literally going through hell to get the car's paperwork done. Nothing to do with Milford Nissan, the issue was to get the car registered in Boston's Motor Vehicle Dept. For days, I had to call back and forth to the dealership, my insurance agent, my contact in Boston just to understand what the motor vehicle dept wanted Honestly, buying an airplane would have been easier than buying this car. By the way, amid all this frustration that lasted days, Norman behaved with extreme courtesy and helpfulness. He really went the extra mile to help me out. He personally went to the RMV and waited 3 hours to get the license plate for me. And then he drove the car to my location so I wouldn't need to go his dealership. This is really outstanding customer service. The next car I'll be buying will be from Norman, 1000%. By the way, I'd also like to thank Lisa, who has been very helpful and gave me a very good price for my car. She's very personable and helped through all my inquiries.

I had been searching for a new car for just under one year and quite literally test drove all SUVs with greater than 30MPG. It was during this search that I discovered the beauty of a heated steering wheel. It was then my mission to locate a fuel efficient car WITH a heated steering wheel. Driving over 100 miles a day fuel efficiency was important in my search. I was in the process of deciding whether to purchase the BMW X1 and under heavy pressure from my uncle I test drove the Nissan Altima. Upon walking into the Nissan Milford dealership the met the owner Jeff and his trusty side kick Chester, the dog (adorable, the dog that is!). Jeff introduced me to Guy Bedau and I was never so lucky to meet such a great car sales person. After brief introductions he pulled up a Nissan Altima for me to test drive. Assuming I would just hop in and drive away, I was pleasantly surprised when he began to list the features and then explain under the hood. In all my car shopping he was the FIRST sales person to think a woman shopping by herself would be interested. It was that one act of kindness that secured my commitment with working with Guy. Little did guy know that I loved machines and holding a PhD in Engineering this peeked my interest. While I was not ready to purchase that day he and I exchanged emails over the course of two months. Guy was respectful of my timeline to purchase and never went over the line with pressure. I would recommend Guy any day of the week to any woman anxious to walk into to dealership all by themselves, because let's face it...it's a scary place.

Having previously owned a Nissan Pathfinder that I had traded-in to the lack of fuel economy, it was very surprised to learn that Nissan had made the Pathfinder so fuel efficient and with so many options, particularly the Premium Platinum that I am now driving. The turning radius is excellent, the 360 cameras eliminate any blind spots, and the vehicle seems to float down the road. My purchase experience was excellent. I was allowed to take the vehicle on an extended test drive and never felt pressured to make a decision. The financing was easy as was the transfer of the insurance and plates. My salesman spent nearly an hour explaining all the functions and even help set up the phone.I usually do not write reviews, but felt compelled to do so here. I highly recommend the vehicle and the dealership.(Further, the ease of this website certainly makes the process less of a hassle.)

Good Experiene, met the needs I was looking for in a car. I didn't negotiate, was a straight up easy sale - I was surprised it took 4 hours to complete considering I said yes after the test drive.My only recommendation is to cut down on the time - the location was not busy. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the "used" car after they cleaned it. Still smells amazing!!PS this survey is a PITA - needs to be more user friendly and intuitive! I rank the survey a F! The only reason I keep trying this thing is so someone fixes the survey.

I walked in this past Sunday afternoon and was greeted by Todd. Asked how he could help, I told him my criteria for being there; he proceeded to find a sales rep to help me...enter Paul Horan! Paul made me feel relaxed, asked questions about what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend and was realistic about what I should consider. He spoke with Jim Wood regarding what financial program I would qualify for and Jim secured it whambam thank you ma'am! They offered me a package and while Paul pulled my car off the lot, I asked about changing my trade in value and payment, Todd agreed to my request and in a blink of an eye it was done. Jim processed all my paperwork quickly without any last minute haggling. Being a female, this is the ONLY dealership where I was not belittled, talked down to or pressured into something I didn't need or want...the sales people actually listened to what this customer wanted!! After reviewing cars for sale on line we decided to start with Milford Nissan, we also ended with Milford Nissan. We started to look for a Pathfinder, which we had previously owned. Bill Gray helped us by showing us another Pathfinder and then I wanted to look a Honda Pilot.We didn't care for the Pilot, so we looked at other cars. Finally we decided on the Pathfinder we had originally looked at. Bill started the paper work, and I spotted a Nissan Rogue. I wanted to test drive it. I did and fell in love with it.Now, I decided on the Rouge. Through all of this Bill Gray was very patient and very professional. He explained the value of all the cars we looked at so we could make the decision that was best for us. When buying my car I was first helped by Bill Shaw. He asked me I was looking to spend in monthly payments. I said I thought I could afford. Bill showed me a 2011 Nissan Altima. We took it for a test drive and I decided I would buy it. Bill helped with some paperwork, Then I went on to see Jim Wood. Jim helped me in getting financing for 75 months.(3 more months than usual) Both were very pleasant and helpful. I went home ready to pickup my car on Monday. When I got home and looked closer at our finances, I realized that the monthly payment would be to large for our budget.I went back the next day(Sunday) and spoke with Todd Rivernider.( he also was very pleasant and helpful) I told him that I had overestimated what I could spend on the car and asked him if he could help me find another one that would fit my budget. He said he would check and see what he could find. And Indeed he did find me a 2012 Nissan Sentra which fit my budget. Needless to say I was very happy to hear it. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this place is!!! I went in looking to buy a used Honda Odyssey of the same make, model, miles and year of one that I thought I had bought at Carmax (was going to cancel the Carmax order) because it was priced $3,000.00 cheaper. I was told that it wasn't going to happen due to a car value to money borrowed and negative equity thing. I could not understand this as the day before I WAS getting financing (so I thought). They patiently tried to explain the process and reasoning; I just was not getting it. About a half hour later (and a show and tell type of explanation) I finally understood what they were telling me. I was furious at Carmax for telling me lies in regards to letting me think I had a solid offer of financing from MY OWN BANK, when in fact I did not as they never ran my credit or even bother to do a tentative offer of credit.Then the true awesomeness of this place kicked in as they tried everything they could think of to help me out and to find a way to put me in something I would like AND be able to afford. I ended up with something totally different (Nissan Xterra S) then I planned on, but I am THRILLED with my purchase!!! A big heartfelt thank you to Micheal Yeshman for hanging with me for the whole day and putting me first and even sharing his lunch!! You couldn't ask for a more honest and stress-free sales person.To Bob Baillargeon for pretty much bending over backwards, jumping through hoops and brainstorming until we found the perfect vehicle for my needs. After 3 Honda vehicles we decided to take the plunge and switch to a Nissan Pathfinder. I was switching brands, service centers, contact people...didn't quite know what to expect. Guy was warm, friendly, and genuine...no pressure, no sales pitch, just authentically nice and knowledgeable person. He really took his time introducing me to the vehicle, explaining all the bells and whistles, helping me get acclimated. I really appreciated his careful inspection of the car inside and out before we drove off the lot. Guy also made sure we knew where to go for service and that we were aware of the benefits of our warranty program as well as the free wash and vacuum after service, which any mom with kids in the car greatly appreciates! Called for an appointment to test drive an Altima and a Maxima in that order. Both vehicles were available at my appointment time. Loved driving both cars but purchased the Maxima as it was a little more comfortable. Traded a 2 door Mitsubishi that was giving my back fits entering and exiting, the 4 door Maxima has alleviated that problem. Darren Chamberlin was very knowledgeable about all the car features and was professional during my entire time at the dealership. I just purchased a 2014 Rogue and everyone that I worked with at Milford Nissan was patient, pleasant and friendly. Even though we arrived very close to closing time, our sales team went above and beyond to be sure all of our questions were answered and we were totally satisfied. No high-pressure sales tactics here - just a really nice and very quick sale. I haven't been in for service yet, but I would definitely recommend the dealership if you are looking to buy a car.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Bill Shaw, was the best. He was nothing like any other salesman I've ever encountered. In addition to being knowledgeable, helpful and honest, he actually made leasing a new car fun. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car to go to Milford Nissan and see Bill Shaw.

Bill Shaw was very easy going laid back salesman who took the time to show and explain every aspect of the Nissan Rogue. It was like talking to my neighbor. Bob Baillargeon was very helpful also. This dealership has a personal touch similar the a dealership that was in Mansfield years ago. Thius is the best car buying experience that I every had.
