Awful service. Had my wife's car for over 8 working days for an AC issue. Terrible communication about car status, never offered loaner, never fixed the issue car was originally brought it for either. Charged $1,300 for repair that didn't fix the issue then told that another $900 repair was needed. Conveniently did not have the old parts that were replaced to see if they actually were defective. Bring your vehicle here at your own risk.

This is the first time we've visited this Dealership and now will go nowhere else for Fords. We were very impressed with the friendliness, honesty, and follow-up we received during our purchase. We would especially recommend dealing with Jason Gale (and his boss) who went out of their way to get us the best deal possible.

I was traveling from Maine to Georgia and back with my F250 Super Duty to tend to family matters. Along the way, I began to experience brake issues. I managed to arrive at my destination and fix the front brakes myself, but the problems continued with the rear brakes. I brought my truck to Fitzpatrick Ford for diagnosis and repair on a Wednesday and they completed the repair the next day. My only cavil was that I had to wait for parts. Their service work was complete and thorough and I trusted the repair enough to drive the truck and tow a car back to Maine safely.Ferdinand Figueroa was my service adviser and I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He was a very busy man, but he was polite and courteous and very attentive to my need to travel a long distance safely.I also used the shuttle service to get back and forth to Fitzpatrick Ford while the repair was being done. "Buck" was the driver and he was prompt, professional, courteous and polite.

We went to get a part, asked some of the guys in uniform. They obviously found themselves very funny but as a customer I found their sarcasm and 'you should know better' directions very demeaning.Oh and my 3 inch plastic part cost $45.Last visit I am afraid.

I have found the entire dealership of Mike Fitzpatrick Ford of Newnan, GA to be great, from the administrative personnel, the service department and the sales department all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and important when you return for service.

Both of my vehicles were purchased from Mike Fitzpatrick Ford and I have been dealing when necessary over the last 9 years with the service department. My experience with the service at this dealership has been outstanding due in no small part to Service Advisor Charlie Filkins. Charlie has gone above and beyond every time I have needed any service done. This man is the kind of employee that makes or breaks a business and the reason I believe for many of your repeat customers. From the time we got out of our car until the time we left with our new/used car it was the smoothest process we have ever experienced. Jason Gale met us in the parking lot on his way leaving due to the weather. He could have easily said "Come back tomorrow" but instead he asked what we were looking for and price range and we told him and literally someone that day had just upgraded and that car met all our requests. He texted me the next day with the specifics, we then test drove it and we loved it. He was very patient with us and our kids. By the end of the process we felt like family with him. He spent a great deal of time with us and was able to help negotiate the out the door cost. Mike Jr. was fantastic and very patient with my son. We just can't say enough good things about Mike Fitzpatrick. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. Thank you for renewing our faith in honest car dealerships.

We came in on the way to a ball game just to check out an Edge and an Explorer. Jason Gale helped us out tremendously. We test drove an Edge and looked at the features of both. He took a lot of time with us when he knew we weren't ready to buy. No pressure. i would recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Jason Gale!Words cannot describe the gratitude and tremendous respect I have for this fine Automobile Salesman and just all-around honest guy.My wife and I worked with Jason for months leading up to the point it was finally time to make a purchase of a new vehicle. Jason kept us updated when inventory came in that met our criteria, but we were in no hurry. Finally we HAD to pull the trigger, and unfortunately Jason did not have the inventory in stock to meet our needs.He took the time to capture several videos on vehicles that he thought would be a good fit. He knew we wanted to purchase a very specific vehicle he was not expecting in and ultimately referred us to a trusted dealership elsewhere to purchase our dream car (that they just so happened to have in stock).This is the ultimate in character. Jason knew he was going to lose the sale, but put my wife and I first knowing our needs came first even if it meant he couldn't help us further. I purchased a 2002 used F150. I had it off the lot for an hour and the battery was going dead because it was not charging. Luckily the dealer was still open and I drove it back running on what was left of the battery. I told them the alternator was not charging and the battery was dead. I left the truck overnight since it was closing time. The next day I was told it was just the battery. I was skeptical so I brought a volt meter with me and asked if I could check the charging system. With the meter I proved the alternator was not charging the battery. I left the truck and was later told that the alternator was in fact bad and would be replaced. All-in-all, I was pleased that they stood behind the used vehicle and replaced the alternator and battery. Was it an honest mistake, I don't know? It was pretty obvious to me that the alternator was not charging(12.6 volts before starting and 12.3 volts after starting)running off the battery. Where they hoping the replacement battery would last long enough to void any responsibility on their part? I will never know. The only other problem is an oil leak that they offered to correct at a reduced labor cost. I declined and will fix it myself. Again, in the end, I am satisfied with the truck.
