Great car buying experience

My wife and I found Midwest Auto Sales online and ultimately ended up meeting Ric at their facility. We had a car in mind and Ric took time to explain the car's history and shared the Carfax report with us. He then let us take the car out for a drive with no pressure to have it back within a certain time. We decided to buy and Ric made the process very easy and pleasant. We will be referring all of our family and friends to Midwest Auto Sales for their car buying needs.

I have been looking for a older used SUV for a while, and found what I was looking for on the Midwest website. I knew this was where I wanted to buy my vehicle from immediately. First, I noticed that all their vehicles are professionally prepared to be sold. All the key photos you want to see to make sure it is clean. The information on the vehicle is detailed and the CARFAX was available right with the vehicle photos and information. You know right up front the condition and history. No surprised when you walk in to see the vehicle. Then you meet the best sales team that truly work with you as an individual. Not, what will it take to close the deal I have experienced so many times. They allow you all the time you want to look over the vehicle, test drive the vehicle, and then sit and work with you to make you know, you are getting the best price possible. Worth the drive to get to the facility. Cars are shown indoors. Non pressure environment, really lets you find what you are looking for. Was treated with respect and felt welcomed. Ric helped me out and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible with trade in, payment, and title. Proud Customer!

High-Tech, quick buying process and great service

I found a car I was interested in on cars.com and called Midwest Auto Sales set an appointment to view it. They have a very new modern office, and modern technology (ipads, etc..) to make the purchasing process go smoothly and quickly. We took it for a test drive and made it through the paperwork very quickly and efficiently, getting all our questions answered. Then 2 weeks later when the battery died in the extreme cold, they were kind enough to reimburse us for a new battery and offered help. I highly recommend this dealer.

Everyone at the dealership was informative personal, and professional. The vehicle was as described in the ad. There was no pressure and no over promising. When Matt discovered the tires were low on tread he responded by paying his portion to buy tires. The price negotiation was smooth and fast without haggling. One of the best nuking experiences we have had.
