Ken, the representative that assisted me through out the day was very kind. He seemed knowledgeable in finance, which made me feel comfortable, and his eagerness and willingness to work with me on staying within my budget was unsurpassed. The only complaint I have is the length of time the entire process of purchasing took from start to finish. As I am new to purchasing from a dealership, I have no other experience to base the process from, but that was the only down side for me personally. All I know for sure is I would happily return to work with the staff at Midway Nissan again. Thank you guys!

I went to this dealership in need of a new car as a first time buyer. I graduated college recently and was wanting to get something reliable and with reasonable monthly payments. After spending the entire afternoon looking at cars and discussing numbers, I left home with my brand new car!!!! It feels amazing to finally own a 2016 vehicle and not have to worry about repairs or inconveniences. Overall, the experience was outstanding, the employees were so full of patience, and we even got service in Spanish which was a big plus for my parents since they had lots of questions. I was fortunate to work with two great sales people Jackie and Adam. Both were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They both gave me enough information to make sure I made the right choice. Even the finance guy was very helpful!!!! Usually you walk into a car dealership and worry about being pushed into getting something you don't want or can't afford, the peeps at Midway aren't like that. Highly recommend them!

This was a terrible place. No professionalism. When I walked in, I witnessed another unsatisfied customer asking for her keys to leave and they were in cooperative. I stayed and found out how they take advantage of people who are credit challenged and people that doesn't have much money. Worst of all they showed me a filthy car that smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was covered with stains and steering wheel was sticky and shift was nasty. I was disappointed. This was the worst car dealership in have been to.

We walked into Midway Nissan in hopes of buying a van. Scott Sullivan was very knowledgeable in all things dealing with the vans, and after some debate on whether we wanted to purchase the NV200 Passenger Van, and the Quest Van. My family decided on the Quest Van. Scott worked very hard to help us stay within our price range and made me very happy with the whole process. It felt as if we were dealing with a friend who was looking out for my families best interest, rather than your typical car salesman. We were looking at a Fiat 500L Lounge. We had called 2 days prior to our visit. It took them a little less than an hour to bring the car around for a test drive. We were a little shocked when we saw the car, it was very dirty even though they had a 2 day notice and had plenty of time to have the car washed prior to our visit. We were interested in the car because there was a possibility that it can be towed behind a motorhome (flat tow). We needed confirmation from them and after the test drive we were told that it could not be flat towed. Well at the same time, we sent an email to Fiat with the Vin number. We received confirmation that it could be flat towed.Based on the above events, I will take my business elsewhere.

I have purchased more than ten vehicles and this experience was straight out of a horror flick! UNBELIEVABLE! I got out of there but had to threaten to call the cops if they didn't return my car keys! SERIOUSLY?!!? It was like I was being held hostage after refusing their ridiculous offer. They took the advertised price and added $3,000 for inspection fees and document fees. Oh! And they added another $1,000 because I wanted to pay cash instead of financing the car. WHAT!?! Since when?! To add insult to injury,they showed us the online blue book value of our potential trade-in at $2,500, but stated they could only give us $500 because of the mileage! Um, the mileage is INCLUDED on the blue book valuation! In the end, they offered me a "deal" which amounted to paying the sticker price of a BRAND NEW vehicle, but for a 3 year old car with allegedly 7,500 miles on it. Um, NO THANKS!! All I can say is, STEER CLEAR of Midway Nissan.

My wife and I went to Midway Nissan on June 11th after I was in an accident that totalled my car. We were looking for something comparable to our 2010 Mazda 3 that was totalled. We loved that car. We would of stuck with a Mazda but, due to some unfortunate events like much of the country, we don't have the best credit score. We were looking for a dealership that "specializes" in helping people like us, like Midway advertises. Once we arrived we were greeted at our car door by a salesman. May be a little over anxious but that's how dealerships roll. Once we told the salesman that we had already talked to someone on the website, he was happy to walk us inside to find the person we talked to. We had explained our situation with needing a car and our credit history. We were looking at a pre-owned vehicle but they explained that it would be easier to get us into a brand new car due to term length, to get a payment we could afford. The Salesman was helpful in helping us get a car we wanted but was upfront with how our credit and price range would hinder us, not it a bad way, but it was nice they were up front. One of the very few down falls was they were a little pushy with one particular car. We learned we would only qualify for a Versa, which was fine after I got over the fact we couldn't get a Sentra lol, but they wanted us to get one Versa in particular and I had to explain numerous times that I did not like the interior color. It took a few times of reiterating this until they offered to find one with a darker interior. One of the other gripes I had was with the "detail" department. After we signed all the paperwork, they said we had to wait a few mins while the detail department got it cleaned and looking for us. They didn't do a very good job. They were probably slammed as well but I'm not sure.The process was super long but I don't think it was the staffs fault. It was a Saturday and the place was packed so I'm pretty sure they were doing the best they could. Besides being a little pushy and the detail department, they did a good job. They never once lied to us and they never promised anything they couldn't deliver on. They were upfront the whole time on how limited we would be because of our credit and never tried to force us into a monthly payment we couldn't afford.

I want to this dealer ship to trade my car in I bought my car there 4 years ago and told me every thing was a go so I want down there and the people who I talked to lied to me and treat me so bad so I left the manager called me told me he would take care of it and I got 4 more calls tell me I was approved by them but since my car has a lot of miles on it they wanted 3500 down and suppose to have great rebate on the car and could not make a deal with the money I could put down and waste my time to get a new car there I know this dealer ship to they took care of this 4 years ago and stuck me with high payment for 6 years and high interest rates and availability to make a deal with me and had ever ecuse in the book there and never called me back all I know is that I'm not happy with that dealer ship Sam old script and story lies to get people in there and tell you they will take care of it for you and unless you have a big down payment to put down on your car don't go there they have not changed their ways just change the people who work there this is the worst dealer ship in Arizona to buy a new car from the ripped me off before and after ward don't care about anything but getting your money and getting rid of people so if you're going to buy a new car don't go to midway nissan or Chevrolet they lie to get your money and get you to buy a car but they will not do a deal with the rebate on the cars that they have so you can get the car you want to so Midway nissan is a scam and totally waste of time and serous about this anyone tell you that got a good deal is probably some one who works for midway nissan and I give them the worst service to so be aware of the game if you want make sure you take some one who knows how to make a deal to get a car there a -5000 star rating for a car dealers ship

I went to Midway Nissan to do a voluntary repossession when I met Scott Sullivan. I was hopeless, dejected and basically just wanted to get the process over and done with. I explained my situation and Scott asked me to give him a chance to see what he could do. Four hours later, I was the proud owner of a 2016 Sentra with an 11% interest rate (down from 23%) and manageable payments. I was skeptical about purchasing a new vehicle because I was still in a loan with my Saab, in which I had a lot of negative equity and little money to put down. I went in to check out Midway at the recommendation of my Dad who had a great experience. I was greeted by the Midway staff in the parking lot and Scott came out within 5 mins of my arrival. I didn't have an appointment. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and my expectations in walking out with a vehicle that I wanted, were very low. Scott Sullivan sat me down, gave me his background story and right away told me that if he couldn't get me into a vehicle that day, he would do everything he could to get me on track to getting something I'd enjoy in the future. His honesty and caring personality was refreshing; contrary to your typical 'Sales guy'! I needed a new car and my credit wasnt the greatest so after hearing a radio commercial for guaranteed financing at Midway Nissan I filled out the online application. The sales team was very friendly and made me feel at home and I would like to thank Justin Strohl and Scott Sullivan most of all for making me feel like more than a source of income for Nissan. That being said, I did however feel like the finance department was playing number games with me. I felt pressured to buy a service contract and was told that they could get me a better interest rate on my loan to help offset the cost of it.I found it strange that they couldnt get me a lower interest rate to help bring down my payment, but they could do it to sell me a service contract. The finance department even brought in a manager to help talk me into buying the contract when I refused it. Maybe I should have had a double team defense I was hoping to end up with payments closer to what I was paying on my previous auto loan and feel like finance could have made that happen if in fact my happiness was their first concern.So, all 3 stars are directly attributed to the excellent service I got from Scott and Justin. i first moved out to arizona about a year and a half ago. being that it was summer time and had no car i was desperate for a vehicle so decided to go to sands chevrolet which was located near my work in glendale. they seen that i was desperate for a vehicle and took advantage of that right away. sold me a car with a cracked windsheild at a really high price, the customer service was lousy, long story short i ended up with a vehicle that was not worth what they sold it to me for. having bad credit its been hard for me to get rid of this car for a while. everywhere i would nobody wanted to help. i even had the manager at liberty gmc tell me open a new loan just to sell a car not caring about the situation id be stuck in. after that i accepted it and didnt try anymore. i ended up getting in touch with erica nodine who works there. she told me they'd take care of me so i decided to give it a shot. my salesman was scott sullivan, he kept it 100% with me and told me what i would have to do to get out of the vehicle i was in. he was friendly,honest, and didnt make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. in short i ended up leaving midway nissan in a brand new vehicle without the garbage sands sold me. what alot of dealers were not able to do for me scott did. so i highly recommend him to anyone thats had bad experiences somewhere else. thanks again scott

We went into Midway Nissan, on 1/1/16, not knowing what to expect, and with a pretty negative expectation. We were in a lease with VW and wanted OUT. Since we still had 9 months on the lease and were already over our allotted miles, by a lot, we figured that there would be nothing that they could do. We were wrong. Scott Sullivan worked on a deal for us for 2 days, on Monday 1/4/16 I got a call from Scott saying he had great news, and by the end of the day, 10:30pm, we were out of our lease and in a 2016 Nissan Rogue All Wheel Drive. Arrived at Midway with one goal, trade my 2014 Sentra for a new 2015 Altima. I purchased a new 2014 Sentra in July, 2014. Loved the car equipment, but not the color. In March 2015 I purchased a Nissan Versa Note from Scott Sullivan but unfortunately totaled the vehicle in September. I contacted Scott again on November 23rd and made him aware I was looking for another vehicle. Just like Scott did previously he worked his magic and found a Brand New 2015 Nissan Sentra with only 8 miles on it. Even though my credit is poor we were able to make a deal with my sister being a cosigner. Also their finance department agreed to make sure the vehicle that was totalled was payed off in full because I had Gap insurance which was offered to me at the time I bought the vehicle. I am healed from my car accident and returning to work in a few days. I know I wouldnt have been put in another vehicle without Scott Sullivan dedication and hardwork to get this sales accomplished. I would and have recommended Midway Nissan and Scott Sullivan in particular to all my friends if they ever are in the market for another vehicle. I had been at 3 other dealers in the Phoenix area and this dealer was the first one that beat the price they said they would on the phone. Others had all those "hidden" fees and low trade values, etc. 3rd Nissan Rogue now and while I love the vehicle, I would have gone elsewhere with another brand until I met Hector and Mossy at Midway Nissan!

We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, having seen a great ad online for a 2015 Versa. We spoke to Freddie Washington on the phone before going in, and he went above and beyond even before we met in person - having gone so far as to pull the car to the front of the dealership in anticipation of our arrival. By the time we got there though, we learned that the car had been part of a giveaway, and was no longer at the dealership. Kind of a bummer, but at that point, Freddie passed us over to Scott Sullivan. Being that this was my first car-buying experience, I can't speak from personal encounters, but Scott proved wrong everything I had heard of car salesmen. Funny, friendly, and easy to talk to, he did a great job of setting up a relaxed, no-pressure environment. He was knowledgeable and very honest - a pleasant surprise, even when it came to the negatives. He told us that the deal we were hoping to get was pretty unrealistic, which was appreciated, as opposed to someone getting our hopes up, knowing that we wouldn't get the deal we were expecting. But Scott made me feel confident that a '16 Versa, while more expensive, was still a perfect "first new car".We spent about 6 hours in total at the dealership, but we attributed that to Black Friday. If for nothing else, I would recommend Midway Nissan simply for working with Freddie and Scott.

I was a little apprehensive going in, we've had poor to just so-so experiences purchasing new cars in the past, plus in general I'm skeptical of any sales environment. I had emailed Jose Castellanos (Internet Manager) about a new 2015 or 2016 Nissan Frontier, Jose helped me as much as he could through email - at some point you have to go into the dealership. My wife and I went in 11/24/2015 to look around, Jose handed us off to Scott Sullivan. After a few minutes I can honestly say that Scott made us feel like we were old friends, not just some customers that walked in off the street.Scott is very knowledgeable about the Frontier (and I am sure every vehicle at Midway Nissan), although I did some research online about the Frontier, I asked a lot questions and Scott knew the answers. We went in knowing more or less what we wanted to look at, which was a mid priced Frontier, it has been our experience in the past that we would have been pressured to upgrade or even switch to a different model, Scott at no time made us feel uncomfortable with the vehicle we wanted. There are a few different models available, with many options that we frankly do not need, so when we said we didn't need them, that was that. Neither my wife or I would have any problem at all recommending Midway to anyone looking for a new Nissan but in particular Scott.We could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. We are very happy with the truck, Nissan Frontiers have a very good reputation for being a strong, dependable mid-sized truck. We are very happy with the dealership, the experience at Midway Nissan is without a doubt the best we've had and we want to Thank Everyone who was involved to one extent or another in the sale of our truck. Midway Nissan is a top notch dealership and a credit to auto industry.

I was recently in a car accident and as a result, my car was totaled. I had bought the car that was totaled at Peoria Nissan, but the experience there was just not that great. I wanted to buy another Nissan, since my Nissan was a great car. I decided to try a different dealership and I picked Midway Nissan. I was greeted by Michael as soon as I got out of the car. I told him that I found a great deal on the internet for a Nissan Rogue and he worked very hard to get me the deal that I found. He was very friendly, personable, and funny. During my test drive, he was cracking jokes in the backseat, making me feel very comfortable. The entire "buying" process was great and ran very smooth. There was no "back and forth" between the salesman, manager, and finance department that I cannot stand, that I have dealt with at other dealerships. The only downfall, which was not Michael's fault, was the fact that I could not take the car home right away. The car was blocked in by a white van, who supposedly was on vacation, and would not be back until Monday. I came back the next day to get my car. At this time, I was able to test drive it again, and just like the first day, Michael was comedian. He was very funny, and fun to work with. It was definitely apparent he was new, as I feel he was not as knowledgeable as he should have been for a salesperson. When I would ask him multiple questions about the vehicle, such as, "where is the gas release button?" he had no idea and had to look for it with me. He also failed to tell me that my antenna was in my glove box. He did help me set up my hands free Bluetooth in the car for my cell phone prior to driving the car off the lot. The car had multiple scratches all over the hood, sides of the car, and the roof. Both Michael and the Sales Manager wrote up a "We Owe" and were very willing to fix it. I love my Nissan Rogue and my overall sales experience was great. The only recommendation is that Michael have a little more training to be more knowledgeable on the car. I know it will come in time, and everyone has to learn right? All-in-all, my experience was way better than Peoria Nissan. I will definitely recommend family and friends to Midway Nissan! Thank you!!

I was reffer to talk with matthew which turn out to be better then expected. i needed something a to b and soon and this is what i mention to him. after he saw my credit score not been the best or my wife's he still took the change and recommended that we attempt to get a new car well after a few hours we went home knowing we wont qualify but the following day he called us asked to bring in some extra paper work and what you know we are now proud owners of a 2015 nissan versa hatchback which we are happy with. i have then told many friends, family and facebook. all the sales representatives are great everytime i go they are helpfull so over all this is a great place to buy rather is new credit, bad credit, or great credit they will go out there way to give you a great deal.

Went in to get a key cut for my 2002 V70 (since this is a "Volvo propritary software" and Volvo ONLY key machine) and with out batting an eyelash, told me $110 JUST to cut and program the key to the car. Power window switch bad? MINIMUM $110 to program to the car. PLUS THE SWITCH (Which they will not install or program unless you bought the part from THEM. I guess all new cars are like this. Guess I'll look for a 1965 Rambler.

Midway nissan on bell, i went in spoke to the guy that literally opened my car door for me as i got on the premises i told him what i qualified for and howmuch my payments were iknew how much i could afford. What car i was looking for, got pushed into a brand new car even though i said i couldbt deal with the payments. Then after they finally came down to a price i could afford sent me out in a brand spanking new car. After a week called me that they beeded one more signature, the last signature for the loan that was already approved. Got there and was told that i needed to come up with eight grand or a co signer. Which was absurd and rude, because they were the ones that pushed me into a new car knowing my payment aggrements. So i drove off pissed as xxxx, and went else where. I do not recommend anyone do business with these people. They lie, they are rude and all their principle posters hanging around is nothing but xxxxxxxxx

I attempted to purchase a car from this dealership and thought I should share a heed of warning to all. The salesman was very friendly, however, the managers are what lost my sale. Firstly, there are no sticker prices on any of the used cars. I repeatedly requested the spec list and pricing but they kept saying "it's online isn't it?" When it came to the negotiating, it was a joke. I asked the salesman to see what the best they can do for me was - his first number back was sticker PLUS $1800. I thought that was a bit bold and funny. I gave my number back and to my surprise, the salesman came back and said the manager accepted it. Of course, I was left wondering if I had gone low enough. We started filling out the paperwork and the salesman returns with the manager and he says he make a mistake while busy on the phone, "they can't possibly sell the car for that amount." I considered leaving at this point because it was at the least disorganized and at the most a shady practice. Instead, I decided that it could have been a mistake and let's see where they are now. We proceeded to go back and forth for an hour and settled AGAIN on a price. Shook hands for a second time on a price. The manager went to get the salesman to write up the contract. Again more time goes by and this time a second manager walks in and says they can't do it. I was done at that point and left. I have never been treated like that by a dealership. In all honesty I probably would have been closer to their price had they been upfront and honest with the process - however their approach is inexcusable. They lost a sale because of how they treated me during the process.

What turns an Im just looking into a where do I sign? Informed answers, caring approach, and excellent customer service. My wife and I were just test driving a used car with no intention to buy. Like most people, we just did not have a lot of experience driving many types of cars, and was trying to get a feel of what worked for us. While we obviously did a lot of research in advance, nothing beats the actual driving experience. When we arrived at Midway Nissan, we were immediately greeted by a smiling Ferchel Ramos. All the while, Ferchel braved the heat of the Arizona sun to find the cars we were interested in seeing. I drove to Midway Nissan in Phoenix on a Sunday afternoon on my way to SkyHarbor to pick up a visitor later in the afternoon. I only wanted to look at the inventory of NV200 SV vans they might have on the lot. It was 115 degrees and they were OPEN. I drove to the van area just wanting to get out briefly to read the sticker information when a welcoming young lady greeted me at my window and encouraged me to take a closer look. At first, I resisted, not really wanting to flirt with heat stroke at high noon, nor was I particularly ready to purchase a vehicle. My salesperson was Scott Sullivan. I completely recommend him to those of you who may be experienced vehicle buyers or novices. Scott is a consummate gentleman. He is smart. He listens. He is interested in helping you get what you want without the drama and gamesmanship that so many in this business have made their stock and trade. Within 3/4 of an hour, we were just finishing up a start-to-finish experience that was cordial, respectful, flexible, and rewarding for both of us. Scott made another customer happy and logged another sale in his impressive portfolio. I recommend the dealership. I recommend Scott personally. Vehicle purchase for 2015 Nissan Titan (Cindy Ferrera, Joe NG, and JR-Sales Manager). Was called by Cindy last week about being a preferred customer and asked if I was interested in getting a lower finance rate for the my 2013 Nissan Titan that I had purchased from them a couple years prior. Or if I would like a lower payment or new vehicle. I said I would come out and at least check it out. I was not very happy with my first Titan purchase in 2013. Traded in a fully loaded 2013 Honda Accord for a bare bones Titan for the purpose of towing around our new horse. Anyhow, I had experienced many things in 3 vehicles prior to this purchase. I was not in the best position for a trade because I still owed quite a bit of money on my other vehicle. Cindy was extremely patient and JR worked some numbers for me that suited my current financial posture. Once we had agreed on a monthly price and term, it was on to Joe to complete the financing. He was fantastic and showed me all of the additional options available. Although I was not extremely pleased with the prices of them, Joe was able to work some numbers that got me an even lower payment then I had originally had agreed upon, with the additional protections. All of the personnel that I worked with were fantastic, patient/considerate with me in dealing with some if my demands or limitations. Fantastic Exoerience and I would recommend them to other buyers. The new Titan I bought had all the bells and whistles. I'm not letting this ride go until it's on its last leg. Thanks Midway Nissan!?

I recently purchased a preowned 2011 Nissan Xterra from Midway Nissan. Ricardo or "Ricky" was our salesman. My wife and I were expecting the usual shark attack type of sales that usually come from a dealership. We had visited other dealerships that day and had experienced this approach. Ricardo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked us what we wanted rather than trying to push for what he thought would be good. Ricardo was genuine and upfront about our questions, which was refreshing. The finance department worked with us on an agreement and made the process very easy. Midway Nissan has definitely changed my car buying experience and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Matthew is absolutely awesome. My experience with the entire faculty was overall excellent. Matthew has continually been very respectful and friendly towards me. He is also very knowledgeable of the features of the cars that I reviewed and finally selected to purchase. He was also able to give me the details of payment options and amounts. In addition, Scott, who details the cars, is awesome as well. He assured me that he would take care of my car and gave me all of the information that I needed to know regarding this outstanding feature. I recently purchased a Nissan Rouge SV. The first time I went to the dealer, I was greeted by the sale manager Rita and she was very friendly and got me a sales representative right away. I told the sale representative Cindy, that I was only there to see what you had. I saw what I was looking for and told her I would be back the next day. I got a great price and felt very comfortable with the total experience. Just one thing, there was not enough financial people to accommodate all the people waiting to buy cars. Don't get me wrong, that is a good thing.

I went into Midway Nissan on a whim. I didn't really like my car at the time, but wasn't sure that I would be able to do anything about it. My sales person was Scott Sullivan. He was fantastic. He and the managers worked with me and that same night, I drove away in a new Nissan Sentra. I am very happy with my new car. Purchased a 2015 Nissan Juke yesterday. I was planning on waiting until 2016 to get a new car, but after seeing their pricing I thought maybe now was the time to buy. My husband and I both test drove it and immediately I knew this car was for me. Although they did not have the color and model I wanted in stock, they were able to find exactly what I wanted. They were able to get my car in three days. When I came in they offered the same pricing we had discussed previously and I went home that day with my new Juke. Everyone at Midway Nissan was extremely nice and helpful. Matthew made sure the car was clean and showed us everything on the car, even setting up my smartphone with the Bluetooth. The Finance Department was a pleasant experience also, everything was explained well.As I said I was going to wait until 2016 and look at a few other comparable small SUVs, but after driving the Juke and seeing the pricing, I bought the new 2015 now. I have never had a great experience buying a new car until coming to Midway Nissan. I will definitely look here again when I want a new car

I just bought a brand new Nissan Xterra at midway Nissan and i love it!!! The whole process was made super easy, in part due to usaa's car buying service, but mostly because everyone at midway Nissan was soooo nice and helpful! My sales guy Saul was fantastic and everyone else there went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and attended to. The service Nissan provides to service and maintain your vehicle is top notch and unexpected and the follow up has been above and beyond. I've never bought a Nissan before but can't imagine ever buying anything different if this is truly how they take care of their customers and their vehicles.
