Misleading

We bought a Chevy Equinox and were very mislead about the fuel economy that it would get. They vehicle got 8mpg less than they said it would. Plus the material on the sun visor was bubbling and we said we wanted it fixed so they told us they took a blow dryer to it and "fixed it". Needless to say that lasted a week and it was falling down again. Also as part of the purchase of the vehicle they were to give is a year of XM radio. They only gave us a three month subscription after I called XM and found this info out. If you are a female this place will not treat you fairly. Very disappointed in this place needless to say we already traded off the vehicle we purchased from them.

He was professional and very friendly during my visits to the dealership. He made sure I knew every detail about the vehicle I was looking at before making a decision on it. I would definitely purchas a vehicle from him in the future.

Wonderful Dealership

I love this dealership. Very friendly and helpful. Even stayed open late to help us out since we had to drive 3 hours to get there. The two vehicles we were looking at were at two different places. By the time we got to Hillsboro, they had the other vehicle there from McPherson so we didn't have to drive back and forth to look at them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Most places you go to the salesmen are usually pushy but that was not the case here. Let us take our time in looking it over and we went to them when we were ready to make a deal. Also Mike in financing was excellent in helping us finance the vehicle. If you're looking for a different vehicle: please look into this dealership.

Absolutely wonderful!

They are wonderful people! The atmosphere is great, I could not be more satisfied with the experience I had buying a car from them. Everyone I came in contact with was kind an had a smile on their face. I would recommend this place to anybody that asked, it was the BEST customer service I have come across from that big of a group in a very long time!

We were greeted with a friendly smile and directed to Roger Sinclair who showed us the GMC Terrain, 2012 I had called about. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning accessories and prior use. Roger's friendly manor and detailed presentation of the price was helpful in our negotiations. We came to a fair price agreement and he followed thru with an escorted tour of the dealership, how to contact the dealership and requested we call if any questions arose. Mike Viniska(?spelling) was helpful in securing an extended warranty and closing the paperwork. Both Midway representatives were very professional in their attitude and presentation as well as appearance and demeanor. We are more than happy to recommend this dealership to all of our friends. It is with great joy that I write this note. I work for Del Monte Pet Products in Topeka, Kansas in the Quality Assurance Dept. My job is Auditor and Analyzer (I get paid to find something wrong). Imagine how surprised my husband and I were to find everything right about Midway Motors in Hillsboro, Kansas. What a tremendous experience it was to buy my new 2013 Buick Lacrosse. We have always purchased our vehicles at the I-70 Car Auction near Topeka, because we don't care at all for salesman. That was, of course, till we had the pleasure of meeting Zeth Thornhill. He is amazing at what he does, I was not a very easy customer to please. We had Buick incentive deadlines, and because of work, distance, schedules etc...Zeth drove all the paperwork to our home in St. Mary's, Kansas. What great dedication, you don't get that everyday! two years ago needed a car in hurry, very little money and needed something to get me by for a couple years until I would be in better financial shape to purchase a good car. They came up with a 98 windstar for around 2 grand, that did exactly that, lasted me 2 years with little to no problems at all, so even though I now live in kansas city, I drove three hours to do business with them again and was not disappointed as they made a great deal for me on a 2009 Ford Escape. He was able to answer all of my questions and often by text and email when I was unable to make a phone call to discuss. He was patient as we dealt with personal family issues and was quick in replying over the 30 days that it took me to contemplate the purchase. He did the very best to get me in the price range and monthly payment that I wanted and I was even more surprised when I showed up to sign papers and found out that they had actually taken the time to get me a lower interest rate through another credit lender! This one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Zeth bent over backwards for the needs of the customer. He was supposed to have the day off when I bought my truck (which was on a Saturday) but insisted on going with me to test drive a truck he had found for me in another town just to meet my needs. We brought the truck back to Hillsboro and started the paperwork. There was no pressure at anytime of the whole process. My husband dislikes dealing with vehicle sales personnel. Roger was informative without being pushy or too opinionated. We returned the next day after a few phone conversations with Roger and Mike. They hade several finance options, one even better than the pre-approved loan we already had. Negotiating with the personnel at Midway in Hillsboro was a very good experience. We drove away knowing we got an excellent vehicle at a terrific price. Consumers can do a lot of research these days and know what fair market value is. Midway has the integrity to deliver that to the consumer. I will reccommend this dealership to my friends and family.
