I'm not just over exaggerating. Ralph made my entire experience of buying my first "Newish" car one of my best sales experiences ever. ...And I work in sales. So that's saying a lot. David was as honest as I would have liked him to be, I appreciated the fact that everyone was so blunt and to the point. No games. I will literally recommend them to everyone.

Purchased a 2007 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SE at Midway, but it had a broken trachometer. I asked for it to be repaired and it took longer than estimated due to a shop being negligent. It was then sent to a better shop in Taunton and was installed and I was on the road the next day! The car was detailed twice and had over half a tank of gas. Bob was honest and straightforward when selling me the vehicle, and the finance guy (can't remember his name :( ) gave me some great life advice as well. John in the service dept. went above and beyond for me, even letting me use the loaner car so I had something to drive on my birthday. I would recommend this dealership to anyone young looking to get financed because they don't take advantage of you or lie. They don't beat around the bush.

I was in search for a Mercedes ML350 and saw one that I liked on the Midway Automotive website. I called and spoke with salesman Bob Hurley. We agreed to meet the following Sunday afternoon. On my way to the dealership I was a little hesitant and nervous because it had been 5 years since my last car purchase. I didn't want to deal with all of the typical hassle of buying a car. When I arrived, Bob greeted my fiance and I with a big friendly smile which set me at ease. We took the car for a spin and then we were able to check out the car on our own (which we enjoyed). Bob answered our questions, was not pushy nor sketchy, returned my inquiries in a timely fashion and even accommodated a couple of requests I had before making the final decision to purchase. I waited a few days to leave a review as I wanted to make sure everything would be ok with the truck. I love my new SUV! I am so glad I found this dealership. I was told to see Charles by a friend of mine who bought a car there. I was nervous because all my life I have bought new cars, when I got there I was Quite surprised by their inventory. Charles was helpful and patient with me, after several test drives I purchased a 2011 Cadillac dts. By Far the best car buying experience ever!

We had gone to another recommended dealership and had the a price that was advertised at their company's web sight. When we went to check out 2 cars with price from online, our paper was taken away with a "let me check this out" never saw paper again! then was told that the price was an error....They then quoted prices of at least $4000.00 more...We left immediately. We had friends and family that had dealt with Midway Auto and had given them a great review..so we stopped in... The staff was exceptional, "Charles W.was helpful, friendly and not the least bit pushy. Made us feel comfortable. We bought a beautiful Mazda... Different than other experiences elsewhere. Michael D. was extremely helpful and so easy to talk to also. Midway will be where we go from now on and will send family and friends because we know they will be welcomed and comfortable...and treated fairly...

Both Jon Lewis and David Bingham went above and beyond with the service they game me. I was able to walk away with the car I wanted as well as the payment for the car. John was very helpful and understanding of my needs and made sure they were met for the car I wanted. David was able to get me the exact payment I could afford with gap insurance and an extended warranty which were very important to me. Amazing dealership and both of these guys helped me tremendously.

This dealership has proven track record with my family. You can get just about any used car there. In 2013, I bought my wife a used Lexus, last year I bought a Toyota Sequoia for myself, and today I bought a Toyota Camry for my son. They have every car for your budget. Oh and the bonus: FREE oil changes for as long as you own the car!! EXCELLENT VALUE!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I was in the market for a Volvo and after being turned off by the pressure of other dealerships, Midway had exactly what I was looking for--a beautiful, gently used Volvo and excellent service. After comparing the two almost identical Volvo's at Midway and another dealership, I ultimately chose Midway because of Herb. Herb Kunins was with me through the entire process, answered all my questions, worked out all the numbers with Gary, that worked best for my financial situation and he even set up my bluetooth before driving off the lot. Buying a car is stressful and a big decision, and Herb's awesome, easy-going personality really made this experience quick, painless and worthwhile. I recommend this place to everyone! KK

Paul Nelson was my salesman and he made it easy to purchase a car from Midway Automotive. Everyone seemed very laid back with a no pressure approach. After some negotiation over my trade-in, we settled on a final price I was happy with. Test drove and bought the car I was interested in all in the same day. Went back a few days later for the registration and inspection sticker. The couple of items I pointed out that needed attention were taken care of and everyting went smoothly. After they filled up the tank I drove away happy with my purchase and car buying experience.

Bob Hurley was my sales person and he was great; no high sales pressure. It was snowing and I was sort of nervous but Bob made it seem like the easiest thing I've ever done. I had been without a vehicle for almost a week and was going crazy with many feet of snow on the ground. Bob rushed the paperwork right through and made sure everything was up to snuff. I told him that I wanted a car with the bells and whistles but not a high price tag. I bought a beautiful 2006 silver Cadillac with every possible amenity. John Letterio was professional, friendly, helpful, straightforward, and honest throughout the entire process. I first called about a car in their lot that I saw online to be sure it was still available. While still on the phone, John went out into the lot to be sure he still had the vehicle and then described the entire exterior and interior to me, including being honest about very minor scratches in the back near the trunk. He asked if I had any other questions about the car while he was standing right next to it- a nice bonus for me, as I live about 35 minutes away and didn't want to travel if the car wasn't there. When my husband and I arrived at the lot, John was there to greet us and answer all of our questions and concerns. He made us both feel super comfortable and stress-free the entire time. We had stressful experiences at other dealerships, and John's demeanor was such a breath of fresh air. After a quick test drive, we purchased the vehicle and couldn't be happier with our experience. John went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied- can't recommend enough!

Lets face it, car shopping has a bad rep and for some places I know why. Midway and its employees, especially Louie and Herb were absolutely incredible in helping me get into a vehicle I wanted! Their response time with getting back to me via email and phone was wonderful and there was NO pressure on anything with the entire purchasing experience which was a wonderful surprise. After a very bad experience with with another dealership last year I was so pleasantly surprised when I found a car I was looking for on-line. I purchased a car last year from Midway for my wife. Great deal and great car. Now it's time for me to upgrade but for personal reasons, I didn't want to use the same salesman as we had last year. A few weeks ago I met with Paul Nelson and he guided me to a few cars that met my criteria. No pressure at all! Spent time going over details of each vehicle until I settled on one. Got me financing even though my credit is not the best. I needed a day to think about it and decided against that car. It was very nice but I didn't really want a 4 cylinder. Paul was very understanding. The other day I went back to their website and saw a few more vehicles of interest. I called Paul and he welcomed me back. The one particular vehicle I wanted had just been sold (was still there) but he steered me toward others that may suit me. He was right. I ended up hemming and hawing about the payments and said no...again! He was understanding again. I thought about the car that whole night and how much I loved it. Called him the next day and we confirmed the deal. He was more than patient with me. Not only is he a nice guy but he also knows vehicles...not just the ones he's selling. Midway is great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Plus...free oil changes and tire rotations? How is that NOT a bargain??

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with this dealership and my salesperson John Graham. They had the honda fit I was looking for at a very competitive price and offered me a very good deal on my 2003 Dodge Ram trade in.....almost twice what any other location had offered me. I felt as those I was treated with great respect and service, yet was never pressured to buy anything. John Graham is a credit to this company. He knows how to blend a good smile, with knowledge and helpfulness in answering questions. In a low key way lets you get comfortable with the lot and all that they have to offer. I heard a noise in the honda fit when I test drove it, but really loved the car. John set up a mechanic right away to go out on the road with me and then promptly got the car over to a dealer to fix the noise. I really felt like he went out of his way to make this happen for me. I would go back again to buy another car from John and will recommend him to anyone I know who wants to buy. Another thing....the atmosphere around the dealership is very friendly and welcoming. It looks like a great place to work....best yet....free oil changes and tire rotations as long as I own the car.

He was kind, courteous and listened to all my concerns about purchasing a vehicle in my price range, size and color as well. He wasn't like a salesperson I dealt with prior to coming to Midway, where they don't listen to what you have to say, don't take your concerns into consideration, and are just trying to sell a car to make their commission. I recommend Midway Auto! Hello, I bought a car last week from Tom Morales. He was fantastic. As a woman and as a person that is not a connoisseur of cars by a long shot he treated me with respect. I never felt pressure and I really believe he did his best to sell me a car that would most benefit my needs without trying to suit his own agenda first. Everything was so easy because they inspect it, register it, and deal with my insurance papers. I took it to my mechanic and he gave the car an A+ rating. I did need to have a light issue resolved due to a fuse. I took it in and they gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. I definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson because the entire experience was great. I have been to other dealers and this one was different in every way! Tom even called me yesterday to see how I liked the car! LOVE IT! Oh and my only complaint is this review process, this is my second attempt writing a review so I apologize if you see two reviews from me.

My husband and I walked in inquiring about the Cadillac. Tom Morales was great from the second we shoot hands until the time we left. He was excited about what he did, but didn't have the hard sell mentality. I never felt pushed or rushed. We are heading to pick up the car now and can't wait. I was very happy with my trade value as well as the price of my vehicle, so i got the wife's okay and bought it that same day, detailed and drove it home that night! great buying experience purchased an 07 explorer today from tom morales. found tom to be very well informed of the vehicles i was interested in, honest and answered all my questions with regards to the condition of the vehicles i looked at. he also helped with the trade in price i received. tom made it easy for me to purchase this vehicle. dave also was extremely well informed on financing for me, he was able to secure a loan that was in my budget with my fair credit score, and did not try to sell me products i did not need. bought an extended warranty which made sense, but he did not try to sell me the most expensive, just the one that would make the most sense to have. this is the second purchase i made at midway and my son also purchased a vehicle there. i will return to midway when i need to replace this vehicle and would certainly reccomend this dealership to friends. thanks to all at midway.

We live in RI and we only wanted to make one trip to MA to purchase a car for my mother. Midway had the exact car we were looking for at a great price. We called and spoke with John, he was very courteous and answered all our concerns about buying a car out-of-state. He even went out to the car and called us from his cell phone to answer our questions about the vehicle. We drove to the dealership and everything was just as John had told us. We drove the vehicle, made the purchase and there were NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES. John took the time to get the vehicle inspected in RI, and he delivered it right to my mom's driveway.Thank you so much for being so helpful, fair and honest.

I would recommend John Letterio and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!! Mr. Letterio was incredibly helpful. They did not have the type of vehicle I was looking for, but within a few weeks they found my dream truck!! I am beyond happy with my purchase. Buying a new car can be so stressful, and I cannot thank Midway Auto enough for making the process easy and enjoyable for me.

Went to Midway after about a week of shopping around. The previous day looked at a car that I already made up in my mind I was going to buy. But after my boyfriend found a car advertised by Midway online he convinced me to go check it out. Paul helped us out and between his friendliness, patience, and willingness to work within my budget I ended up buying a car from them that day. I am very happy with the car, my financing agreement and experience I have been telling all of my friends about them.

Went in to buy a car. Dealt with Kevin. At first he was nice and easy going. But after the money exchanged hands he turned into a different person. He was rude, would not let me get a word in while speaking with him on the phone, he gave excuses as to why something didn't get done rather than solutions to make it better, and I feel he lied to us. He told us they would register the car we bought Monday, which was fine because it was bought on Saturday. When I called inquiring about the registration, he said it wasn't done. He was very rude and kept giving me the excuse that "over 20 cars were sold over the weekend, so it just didn't get done." He kept saying that you have 7 days to register it, which is fine, but this is a livery company. If the driver was to get pulled over with a client in the car just because it wasn't registered yet would be ridiculous. If he hadn't said they would take care of it on Monday, I would have went myself. He was also very quick to pass the blame. He told me to call and speak with Adele, who handles the registry runs, so he could get off the phone with me. The way he talked at me, (I wouldn't even say he talked to me, I would specifically say he talked AT me) on the phone just made it seem that after they get their money they don't care about their customers. Like I said prior, this is for a livery company, someone who is looking to replace 2 more sedans and 1 SUV. And because of this experience, we will never go back to this dealer, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I went in knowing what I wanted to pay for a Ford Flex I found on-line. I had a mechanic look it over (took a couple of days to shop other area dealers) and Midway agreed to my price. They took care of the paper work and transaction fees and I drove away a happy camper. A few small problems showed up but they fixed them promptly and with out charge. I always hate buying a car ,but this was that not bad.

Honestly, we have had excellent experiences purchasing vehicles from Midway. We purchased a used Tahoe a while back and we have been very pleased with this purchase. Free oil changes are a plus. This time, we worked with salesman John Graham, and purchased a used Dodge Ram truck. The buying process was easy. No games or gimmicks, just straightforward and easy. We got a great price and great warranty, and we are very satisfied customers. We will be sending our friends an family to Midway, specifically to John, and we will be back ourselves anytime we need are in need of a vehicle.

I went to this dealer because they had a new listing for a standard, silver colored car but when I got there they said it was a mistake and an automatic and white in color instead. That seemed pretty sloppy to me, so at least call first and if you have time to waste they at least have a nice selection of newer, expensive cars but that's not for me.
