My problem is with the owner Sean Amir. He doesn't stand by his vehicles and goes back on his word. When you purchase a vehicle and the vehicle isn't what was represented, the dealership should do what they can to fix the problem. The salesman that sold me the vehicle said that Midway would take care of me. They didn't. I worked out a poor agreement on my part just to put this deal to rest. Even after the owner agreed to reimburse me a small amount to help repair the vehicle, he never followed through even after he promised 3 separate times in emails to follow through. My advice is to know what and who you are dealing with. With an "F" rating at the BBB, you can make your own choice.

We found a vehicle advertised online and followed up with Samantha Massey here at Midway. Samantha was extremely helpful and professional. There was zero pressure to make a decision and she left us alone to make a decision. The buying process, including the credit application, was very smooth. The manager was able to get a great financing deal for us and there, again, was no pressure to purchase "add-ons." It was a great experience and we got the vehicle we wanted at a fantastic price!

The truck i bought broke down after i put 75 miles on it. I asked the owner to split the repair bill and he will not even return my calls. Doesn't feel right that he makes money on the sale, i have a repair bill of $3,200 and he won't even take or return my calls.

Dealing with a totaled car that I had to leave in LA , I began the process of looking for a used car. I was told that the problem with a code due to the engine light would be fixed and STAY OFF but they kept resetting first by cleaning with gas drove a few miles and light come on, for the second time. then replace a part so it resets and comes back on after a few miles.. I take back and tell him to fix it like he promised... when I bought it he said now don't bring back in a year do to the cadilic converter.. so funny that that is what is showing as the problem.. gee how did he know that.. he did not disclose that as the issue when i feel he knew it ... for weeks he said his boss was out was on vacation left early so on son ... I talked to the owner and all he wasted to talk about was the deal he made with the lady who own the care before and traded it in .. I don't care about the previous owner... that had nothing to do with my deal I made when I bought this vehicle..I also don't know how this passed inspection... which I feel that was fixed too. as long as you reset .. there is no way it should have passed with this issue. I fee lied to put off and I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.. very displeased. I would not ever trust them ... funny there was never a positive review on here before but another negative one before... now there are two 5 stars... must be related.. I rated being nice higher that's how they pull you in . sad in dallas I see they can monitor and take off remarks so I guess the truth wont stay on long

Where to start? They have NO customer service skills. Bram and Sean are self serving and will lie right to your face. Despite beginning negotiations on the phone and filling out the credit application ahead of time, the entire buying process was incredibly slow and painful. They are selling wrecked and reworked vehicles as "with a clean history". So fraudulent. Even after pointing it out to them, we watched them do it again with our trade in. I don't know how they manage to keep a dealer's license. They only return your calls and emails when they think you are going to buy something. Once they have your money, they are forever unavailable. I wish we'd never met them. Save yourself the trouble we've been dealing with since getting involved with this dealership and go somewhere else.

I highly recommend that you take your vehicle to a mechanic outside of this dealership for a full inspection before purchasing. Sensors seem to be a major issue on their cars, especially since they come from the AUCTION. Good luck on getting someone to return a call once you have a problem after purchasing. They ignore you. I can't understand the girl that answers the phone. Horrible customer service, be prepared to show yourself the car. No thank you to this dealership, I will pay the extra money and go to a reputable dealer. Brom has no customer service skills.

This dealership was sure to stay in close touch with me in order to do whatever they needed to have me take the trip from Shreveport Louisiana to Dallas Texas to test drive their car. While dealing mostly with Sean in the beginning, once they realized we were serious buyers Bram and Mark stayed in close touch and ensured they wouldn't sell the car over the weekend as we couldn't make it until Monday. We got there and got handed the keys almost immediately, after a smooth 20 minute test drive we came back and made the deal. As I recall from my last vehicle purchase this was much quicker and easier than you could even wish for! Mark took wonderful care of us and made sure we were taken superb care of until driving the new car off the lot. Overall this experience was a peachy one! :)

Everything I asked about the car, he has given a quick AND honest response. I bought the car by myself and did not try to scam me in any way with false information or services I didn't need. There were a few problems with my car that were disclosed to me before I bought the car and they said they would repair it at no cost to me since it was their problem and not mine. I was about to buy a MKX from these folks, but when I ran a Carfax report, it turned out that it had been in an accident with structual damage, which was never mentioned. When I questioned the sales person, he tried to tell me why Carfax was not valid. Dishonesty is not a good sales recommendation. Very disappointed. Better check on these vehicles yourself because they aren't going to level with you, evidently.

Up to this point, I was extremely frustrated by the other dealerships I had visited. I was very pleasantly surprised when I visited Midway Auto Group. Bram was helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about the car. I went to see this vehicle multiple times and I was never hassled or pressured into immediately purchasing the car. Bought a used, as-is no warranty car there for cash. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I never felt hurried or pressured. After a couple of days the check engine light came on and the car started to run roughly. I took it back and they fixed it up, replaced a spark plug, and fixed a couple of other minor issues free of charge which is something they definitely didn't have to do. I will definitely be looking here first the next time I need a car.

Anna was good on taking my offer and relaying this information to financing, but financing never got back with me. Pretty astounding as I have excellent credit and was ready to purchase a vehicle. But with this service who needs it, there are plenty more options in the Dallas area.

I went into this dealership to purchase the used 2012 Alabaster colored Honda Accord Coupe. It had 28,000 and some change in mileage. The experience for me personally was what I needed. There's not a group of salesmen standing around waiting for a customer to come in and crowd them. Its a small dealership, very private, very quiet. When you test drive the car, you do it without the salesman driving along with you talking your ear off. You can actually sit in the car, see the features and take the time to decided on if you really want it. In regard to financing, I was initially offered 11%, but the finance manager called around and sat with me until he got me a 7% interest rate with Chase. He saved me a great deal of interest off the car. Also, I got the car at a wholesale price, much cheaper than what other dealers were offering. I appreciate him going over the contract making sure the numbers added up to what they were supposed to. He was very professional and gave great customer service. I can afford my car note, I got a great extended warranty and I know who's financing my car. My ONLY complaint is that when I left the car lot with the car, the gas tank was on empty. If you are looking for customer service and upfront salesmanship don't come here. I purchased a Lexus Hs and was told that the car had new tires and two keys . The next day I picked up the car and the tires were worn and the car was unclean and had only one key. Not only was the car not up to standards the gas tank was empty and i had to fill it up before traveling 32 miles home. The sales associate told me he would call the auction that day to see if they had the extra key and call me back. I didn't hear from him for several days and I left voice messages . No one returned my emails or calls until I got stern. Finally after a month I heard from someone telling me they would call the auction. Low and behold the auction didn't have the extra key. Not only was I out money from purchasing an additional key I had to replace the two "new" worn tires within a week because they went flat. I tried to give them time to fix this issue but I wasn't treated with respect. My license plates came in the mail today and guess what I have no screws. Do you think I will get a call back? I doubt it. If you are looking to buy a car and save a few dollars by going the wholesale route pick the completion instead.

Found one of their cars on car gurus. Checked out the web site inventory and it showed the vehicle I was interested in. Called them and they said the car was there. We went down and looked at the car ,drove the car, put down a small refundable deposit and took it to our own mechanic. There was a few items that they said needed attention or fixing other wise in pretty good condition. We shared this info with Bram and he took the next day to correct everything. The following day we returned with our trade in and they gave us a fair amount. Processed the paper work and we left good to go. Anna, Mary and Bram were all friendly and at no time did we feel pressured. Our 6 year old even had a good experience.

No one greeted me. There were no sales people available to show me the vehicles. They just pointed and said "Ya the Ford's are out there". Their finance employee wasn't on the lot nor was he available. When we found this out the manager told us to go for lunch and the finance manager should be back by then to try a new application.

I contacted them to see if the car I wanted was there, and it was when I showed up (Several dealerships say they do just to get you to walk through the door). I decided to drop by. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, so I really felt that my presence was acknowledged. I was handed the keys right away to check out the car. Instead of having a salesperson inflating my head with information about the car, I was given space to do my own thinking and asked for a test drive. Without any hassle, I let them copy my license and insurance information and I went off to test driving. After being pleased with the car's performance, I was directed to Sean for financing paperwork. He was friendly and straight to the point. I wasn't pressured into purchasing/signing for things that cost extra. I paid exactly the price that was listed on the internet (before taxes and fees of course). It was a stress-free and very comfortable buying experience. I'd recommend this to anyone! They are definitely professional and should be getting more attention.

My wife and I were looking to trade our current commuter car for another commuter car. Since this would be a commuter car to and from work we weren't looking to spend a lot of money but looking for something nice and reliable with low miles. I searched the internet for about a week and came across Midway Auto Group and they had very nice vehicles with very competitive prices. I compared the vehicle that they had that we liked to several other dealers in DFW and they had them all beat. So we decided to go and check them out during our lunch break since they are located in Addison and we work there, made it very convenient. Once we got there, we met Bram and the best car buying experience for me began. I told him what we were looking for and he was very knowledgable of the inventory that they had. He let us know that the car we were looking for was available but not at his location and was at their other location but let us know that he can get it for us. He located another car just like the one we were intereseted in but another color and let us check it out and test drive it so we would know what we were getting when the other car arrived. We loved the car and it had features that we didn't even expect which will make our commuting experience way better. Bram also assessed our trade and I let him know what we were looking to get and he said that it wouldn't be a problem getting the value we wanted. I was shocked because I've never heard that response from a salesman. He let us know that he will talk to his sales manager and give us a call later. He called me back 2hrs later and let me know that he was able to get the value we wanted and if we were still interested he could have the car available the next day and have the paperwork ready for us to sign. I let him know that we were indeed interested and could stop by tomorrow and get everything handled. We stopped by after work the next day and met Sean(which was another great customer service experince) and all the paperwork was ready, we went over everything signed and drove away. The entire process from looking at the car and buying took maybe 2-3hrs total. It was very welcoming and hassle-free. I well definitely do business with Midway again.

Needed new vehicle for wife

Live in Amarillo TX, had been car shopping locally for new car for my wife. Needed a certain trade in value for the vehicle I currently had. Went to 4 different dealers locally and none of them seemed to agree on how much my vehicle was worth. After being frustrated with all dealers in town decided to start looking online. Found Midway and spoke with Shawn who told me he could give me what I needed for my vehicle and made a deal in about and hour. Went to my bank for financing that evening. Drove 6 hours to Addison that night and arrived at the lot the next morning at 9am, Bram had the car ready for a test drive and took my vehicle for inspection. They informed me after inspecting my vehicle there may be a problem with my differential. They took the vehicle to mechanic for second opinion and found there would be a $170 repair needed. Midway went ahead with the deal as promised and did not make me pay the repair. Took possession on Honda Accord and left for home. Bram was very courteous and made sure everything went smooth. I was very thankful to have found Midway Autos. I would recommend buy a vehicle for this location. ThanksChuck and Karen M


2006 Mustang GT purchase

Found a used Mustang GT at a great price at their dealership. Living about 150 miles away, had to plan when we could actually "see" the vehicle. Lots of great photos posted on their website, free CarFax provided, great communication through email and phone calls. Purchased the car on site after test driving, no haggling over price, easy financing available, overall a very easy experience. Would buy through them again.


Why do you put ads for cars you don't have ??????

This dealership lists cars which they do not have in stock, and they continue to update their ad. This is not a good practice for them to conduct a market research. I would not trust anyone who practices this kind of gimmick.

Let me start by saying I do not usually enjoy the car buying experience, but I can't say enough good things about my experience with Midway Auto Group and my rep Bram Smith. The 2008 Volkwagen Beetle I bought there was fairly priced and had a good CarFax report. They let me take the car to my mechanic who gave it a good report with the exception of a brake light out, which Midway Auto Group fixed without question. I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with this dealer. Had them run a Carfax to make sure everything was good with the history of the 2011 Honda Pilot we bought. Made an appointment to test drive and the car was clean, ready and pulled out for us at the specified time. Midway Auto Group also ordered a navigation DVD and owners manual for us at their own expense since these things were missing from the car when they got it. I don't care to sit in a dealership for hours to make a purchase. I got a haggle free great deal and the paperwork was drawn up, signed and everything finalized in a reasonable period of time.Sean and Bram were both great! I'll definitely come back for future car purchases and recommend this dealership.

I live in Amarillo tx, flew into dfw to pick up a vehicle from Don Davis (crooks, don't go to them), long story short I was stuck, spent all day looking for another vehicle with no luck. I spent the night and found a vehicle on autotrader.com located at Midway Auto Group, went there in the morning and wow, what a selection and A+ service to match. Bram went to pull the vehicle out and noticed a slight kink in the transmission (a used car rarely has minor quarks) without a second thought he took it next door to have it fixed, I didn't even have to ask. Weather a dealership buys at auction or from an individual there is always a chance there will be something wrong with the vehicle but when a dealership fixes the problem with no hesitation and is more than happy to do it thats makes for a successful businesses. Hand down the best experience I have ever had and will use them and them alone from now on. Oh, I have a lot of car buying experience this vehicle was number 16. Do not shy away from them and tell all your friends and family. Thank you Midway!

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from this dealership. I had looked at other used Escapes at other dealerships but none of them were as clean or as well maintained as the one I purchased.
