This review has to do with the Office Manager, Ms. or Mrs. Katie Shaffer. Recently I purchased a used 2009 Land Rover, Range Rover Sport. The necessary vehicle licensing paper work was rather late to my thinking. However a simple phone call to Ms. or Mrs. Shaffer the Metrolina Auto Group Office Manager, completely without comprise or postponement by her, satisfied the need and requirements to get this vehicle registered. What an outstanding experience !!

I was originally looking at the M4 and came to the conclusion I needed an M5. Matt H. was able to get the color combo's and options I wanted at a great price in a reasonable amount of time. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made and will be back for my next car. I feel that the few negative post are from people who probably could not afford a car they wanted and somehow blame the dealer. I spent more time at the dealer looking around than doing the purchase. Matt had done all the paperwork ahead of time including financing which made this a very simple transaction. Go here to get your car. I drove 500 miles one way with my trade just to see the place.

I purchased a 2011 Mercedes C300 a few weeks back and it's the best car I've ever owned!! Metrolina Auto Group has a fantastic selection of new and pre-owned luxury cars. I was more than satisfied with my shopping experience. Matt and Justin were wonderful to work with. These are truly nice guys, who provide great customer service. I appreciated their assistance throughout the whole process. Additionally, when buying a car from Metrolina, you have access to their service department, which is run by the Eurowise team of technicians. I have bought 3 vehicles (from Ryan & Justin) and all have been awesome!!! I Have referred several of my friends who have bought Maseratis and Mercedes from them with the same results. I have also used them to consign my Bentley GT, BMW 750 and 2 Jeeps. The consignment fee is very reasonable and makes it easier for me to sell my vehicles. Their showroom is by far the best I have ever seen and I sometimes drop by just to check out the high end cars. I would definitely recommend Metro Auto Group to others. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 for their fridley, knowledgeable customer service. They also have a high end service/repair shop in back were I have all of my vehicles severed now. Matt Hadley and Justin Flanagan made our experience buying a car fun and enjoyable. Our 2008 Mini Cooper was just as nice and clean as the pictures on the website indicated. We had one small problem with the battery before we left the dealer, but they installed a new battery and that took care of it. Drove the Mini back to Alabama and have gotten many complements from friends. I was looking for my daughter a car when I found this one online. Swapped emails with Matt and then talked to him, he sounded like he truly wanted to help me get this car. We drove 400 miles to meet him and buy the car. He is a great guy you can trust. I would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a clean nice gently used car.

I recommend Metrolina for anyone who loves luxury cars! All of the associates are very helpful. Especially Matthew. He kept up with everyone one of my personal request. I purchased the car site unseen so it was a little bit hard for me to do that but he sent me photos and even a personal taken video of the car and every single one of its specs. I'd recommend Matthew over anyone. If you call them to look for a car ask for Matthew. He's the best.

Front desk people don't even greet you when you walk through the door. not a good team put together and nobody seemed to know what is going on around there. I would rather take my business to a real dealership where you are actually welcomed and feel good when you walk through the doors to purchase a big decision. I was recommended by a good friend and I know he had issues with his paperwork with the tag and again the girls he said handled that had no idea what they were doing but a nice gentleman got it all fixed for him. But this was just terrible.

Bought a car from the team at Metrolina recently. Each staff member I dealt with was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The car I bought was in perfect condition. Each facet of the experience - from phone discussions, exchanging paperwork via email, test drive, closing the deal, signing paperwork was efficient and each person I dealt with was very nice. You owe it to yourself to contact them even if they don't have what you want in stock - they will find it for you.

I have been buying cars for quite some time and I have dealt with all types. Being a former automotive business professional, I understand the ins and outs of the business. Prior to purchasing at Metrolina I had been given some questionable/bad reviews but I always make my own opinion. After initially meeting with Brian I found that most of the reviews I received were wrong. There were a few issues with the history of the vehicle that Brian and his staff quickly contacted the third party involved to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. In addition, with any car sold "AS IS" I understand that once you drive it off the lot any problems are yours. Metrolina is different, a non-mechanical issue arised after 2 weeks and Brian did not even question it, he just asked me to bring it in and they would take care of it, which they did at no cost to me. Brian also gave me a lift in his personal vehicle back to work and offered to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. Any dealer who goes out of their way to ensure their customers are satisfied are ok in my book! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone! Great people!!!

I just bought my 4th vehicle from Metrolina and I can say with certainty that whenever its time for number 5 it will be from them as well. Ryan W. and Justin are great. The service is top notch. Most dealers try to sell you a car weather you want it or not. Ryan and Justin want you to find what is right for you what ever that is. Before this last purchase I checked out dealers that were closer to where I live. Boy was that a waste of time. In the end I got the best overall value and deal at Metrolina. It was well worth the three hour drive! Thanks Ryan and Justin. My only suggestion for improvement would be to move your location to Raleigh so its closer. :)

I found the car I had been looking for online at Metrolina Auto Group. I called them and asked if they could help me with getting this vehicle because I had a car that I needed to sell first and I also lived over an hour away. Stephen was the sales rep I spoke with and said he would be glad to help me. They could not buy my car but he did try and find someone that would buy it for me. When that didn't work I let him know I wanted to buy it anyway and would come by to look at the car. When I got there I became anxious to find that someone else was also there to possibly buy the car. Stephen and another sales rep Bryan, did everything they could to be fair to both of us buyers but in the end I feel like they new how much I wanted the car and was ready to buy it and they made it happen. They set me up with financing and gave me a complete hassle free experience. They were very accommodating the whole time even though they had several guests there for an event they were hosting at the dealership. After I signed all the paperwork I realized there was an error and Bryan was able to make sure it was corrected without question. My car also had to be cleaned and needed a couple of minor fixes. Bryan was awesome at seeing that everything was fixed and cleaned to my expectations. The best thing I can say is he was very honest. This to me speaks volume in the world of sales. I am so appreciative to Bryan and Stephen and the Metrolina Auto Group reps that made my car buying experience so quick and easy. I would absolutely do business with them again

I had a very bad experience with Metrolina Auto Group. My brother was very interested in purchasing one of the vehicles Metrolina had in their lot and we read on their website an appointment was needed to view any vehicle so my wife had placed a call and made the appointment to view the specific vehicle we were interested in with a salesman named Bryan McElhaney. We took a 3 hour drive from Myrtle Beach to view and most likely purchase the vehicle but to our surprise when we arrived the vehicle was no where in sight. When we entered the showroom a salesman approached us and asked if we needed assistance. We then told him we had made an appointment to the view a BMW and he had informed us that the owner took the car for the day. He also asked who we spoke to for the appointment and come to find out it was Bryan McElhaney the salesman who approached us and asked that question. He then stated, " oh I didn't think you guys were actually coming". Not only did we drive 3 hours and wasted our time but we dealt with a very unprofessional car salesman. We then tried to work out a deal because we were very interested in the vehicle and Bryan then told us that the price was firm. He informed us that the customers who shop at Metrolina loved that they don't negotiate prices on their vehicles which made absolutely no sense to us. It seemed as if he wanted us out of there as quick as possible. Overall we had an extremely bad experience with Bryan McElhaney.

Within 24 hours not only did he deliver, he presented me with a car beyond my expectations! In addition, Metrolina sold my old vehicle! Just a seamless process. This place is great! I came here looking at a 1999 Porsche Boxster they had for sale but Brian, Carlos and the rest of the team we met treated us like we were buying one of their top of the line high-end cars. This was my and my wife's first experience to go buy at a high-end car dealership and yet we were treated with respect, no hassle and no pressure. Even the cleaning crew were courteous and friendly and asked us if we need any help on anything! Can't get that from a regular car dealership. Buying the car was seamless and didn't take us long to process transaction. My wife was in awe and felt like she was in a car show full of nice European cars that Metrolina have on display. I wouldn't mind buying my wife that nice satin-finished Maserati Ghibli if I have the money but I definitely would go back to get her Mercedez Benz she wants when we're ready. Maybe I can buy my son that Audi R8 too. LOL! Thanks to Brian, Carlos and the Metrolina team for a wonderful buying experience and a follow up call to make sure everything is ok. It was well worth the trip from Greensboro to Charlotte to buy my car and I'd go back to buy another car here when that time comes. I definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Buying a car can be very intimidating and especially nerve racking as a female always thinking that someone is trying to rip you off. They really made me feel comfortable. They did everything they could to get me into a new used car, and at a fair price. I have bought two cars from this dealership, they have some amazing vehicles and if they don't have what you want, they will find it. They were extremely knowledgable and were able to answer all of my questions plus more! Great, honest, trustworthy employees... not your normal car dealer!

I was considering a few different luxury sedans, but eventually decided the A7 was the right choice. I certainly don't need to cover the amazing vehicle and it's plethora of technology and amenities. It's simply an amazing vehicle. My experience with the Metrolina auto group team was top notch. No pressure over 6 weeks of making up my mind and then laser focus on treating me and my family well during the sale and delivery of the vehicle. Justin, and Ryan was top-notch and I couldn't ask for a more thorough and knowledgeable salesperson who was patient as he walked me through the features on my car. My wife and I recently tried to purchase a car from this company and when it came time to buy, everything changed. It seemed like dishonesty and the response we get it is "We do appreciate the opportunity to sell you a vehicle. Two of our employees did remain in contact with you and kept you updated on the status of your application. We provided you with a dollar amount needed to secure an approval and you mentioned that was not possible." We then went to another dealership and they got the deal finalized within 2 hours. These guys have no clue what they are doing and we are very disappointed. They wont last long if this is how they are going to treat customers

The guys at Metrolina are truly invested in customer satisfaction and will go out of their way to meet your car buying needs. I had an excellent experience when I purchased my Audi last month (Nov. 2014). Brian went above and beyond to guide me to the dealership when I got stuck in an hour of traffic and my GPS signal was lost. When I finally got there around 9:00 pm, he and Justin were more than accommodating and patiently guided me through the car purchase. Their cars sell themselves, but I was instantly sold when I test drove my Audi and it was exactly as described. They gave me an incredible deal for my trade-in and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had a slight issue with my tire pressure indicator a few days later, so Brian said I could bring the car back at my convenience so they could fix the problem. They completely replaced the indicator, free of charge, and I haven't had another problem. I highly recommend Metrolina to anyone, and would argue that they are the best dealership you will find. After two months of carefully researching the market for a Mercedes sedan, I was happy to find the car I was looking for right here in Charlotte at Metrolina. After a phone conversation with the seller, Bryan McElhaney, I went to their beautiful showroom, met Bryan and took the car for a test drive. Upon my return, having made the decision to buy, we sat down and with virtually no haggling I bought the car. I had planned to pay cash for it but they made the financing arrangement so attractive I went with their package. I would encourage any "car person" to visit this facility and their fabulous selection of exotic automobiles. These guys offer a customer friendly operation including what appears to be a great service department. I will certainly plan to deal with Bryan and Metrolina Auto Group in the future.

My car broke down on a Friday night. I knew it was time for something new. On that same night, I began shopping online for a "new-to-me" used car. I searched cars on several sites, leaving inquiries with several dealerships. The following morning, I decided that Metrolina Autogroup would be the first stop. I couldn't have made a better choice! I was contacted by Justin, who made this, my first car-buying experience, an awesome one. His presentation and knowledge of it all made for a pleasurable interaction. I have bought two vehicles from these guys and they have been awesome! You wont get the terrible vibe of being at a car dealership. Prices are very fair and they are very upfront about their vehicles. I would recommend theses guys over any other dealerships any day of the week. Their showroom is amassing with amazing rare cars to view and I feel like a kid in a candy shop. I have worked with Justin, and the owners both named Ryan. I feel like I was treated very fair and the process of buying a car was easy and fast. The dealership had a very professional feel and the sales team was very knowledgeable about the high-end cars. They took me on the tour of their in-house service center and it was very clean and the service guys also seemed very knowledgeable. I recommended one my friends to them and he bought a Maserati QP, and an AMG E63. I have purchased a Maserati QP, and Bentley GT. I also consigned my BMW 750 and the Maserati QP with them.

I can't stress enough how great my recent buying experience was with this particular dealership...I am an avid exotic car enthusiast, and was looking to trade in a current vehicle for a later model alternative. I live in the DC metro area, and scheduling conflicts prevented me from being able to visit the dealership in person; that being said, the group accommodated my needs, providing detailed information on my desired vehicle and flexible alternatives for trade in. They were extremely professional, courteous, down to earth and willing to trust that a long distance transaction could be done without complication and above board. I completed a one for one trade (with only a minimal difference in value) with new vehicle delivery and trade in pickup. It was a seamless process, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to any lover of exotic vehicles in the market for a new purchase. They definitely earned my loyalty and business.

I recently purchased a 2012 Mercedes CLS550! I had been shopping around for this car for a little while and came across Metrolina Auto Group from a friend. I just purchased my second car from Metrolina in less than a year. I couldn't be happier with Ryan and Justin and the whole experience. Its easy to be happy when everything goes right but true customer service happens when there are unexpected problems. Two days after I bought my car I had a problem with the transmission. This car was purchased "as is without a warranty" so Metrolina would have been well within their rights to tell me the transmission problem was mine. Instead the offered to take care of everything no matter the cost and actually apologized for my trouble. There was no way they could have predicted this problem so their commitment to customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely purchase from them again and would recommend them to anyone. I recently purchased a 2008 BMW 550i M-Sport from Metrolina Auto Group and was so impressed that I felt compelled to share my experience. The purchase itself went very smoothly: great price, easy financing options, fair negotiation on my trade-in, comprehensive after-market warranty, decent monthly payment. No issues whatsoever. It's what happened after this that sets these guys apart. Not long after taking ownership of the car, a laundry list of electrical and mechanical problems arose. One after another. And not the kind of things that these guys would have known about ahead of time. Just one thing after another. As soon as one issue was fixed another one popped up, and as soon as that one was repaired another would take its place. Most small independent dealerships would have told me to pound sand, especially in a state with no used-car lemon law (like North Carolina). Not these guys. From day one, Ryan Moreno, one of Metrolina's owners, personally took my calls and told me not to worry, that theyd fix everything. As the repairs began to pile up it was the same thing: "dont worry, well fix everything." As tough as it was to do given past experiences with other dealerships, I took Ryan at his word. Although it took some time, true to Ryan's word they fixed everything: faulty TPC, faulty Active Steering (requiring an entirely new steering column), new transmission pan/filter, leaking oil filter housing, faulty USB/Aux-input (requiring a new ULF module in the trunk), and many more electrical gremlins. The car is now in showroom condition, without a leak, squeak, or warning light. Its perfect. The entire team pitched in and made it happen, and when Ryan wasnt available to talk to me he made sure that someone else got right back to me. The levels of responsiveness and personal attention were outstanding, and truly unique. I have no doubt that these guys lost money on this car a lot of money. The repairs would have easily totaled $6,000+ had I been forced to make them on my own. Metrolina didnt charge me a dime. And these guys didnt even have to do it. Again, they could have easily told me, tough luck, you bought it you own it, but they didn't. What it says to me and these guys backed it up is exactly what Ryan told me ever since I first walked onto the lot: All we care about is that our customers are happy. Its old-school customer service, and its increasingly rare these days. I am no longer at the point of considering coming back to Metrolina when it comes time to trade this car in. I WILL come back. I cant see any reason to go anywhere else. These guys have the best cars on the market, at great prices, and they've proven to me that they stand behind what they sell, even if it means losing money on the deal. This is the first time I've bought a used car. After buying too many new luxury cars Ive finally gotten tired of losing so much money year to year. So I made the move and bought a 2010 BMW B7 alpina. This was also the first time I purchased a car out of state without seeing the vehicle in person. I was extremely impressed with Metrolina auto group. Starting off they were very knowledgeable on every vehicle I discussed with them. From Maserati, bmw, Mercedes and Audi they were on point with everything I asked. They worked with me for a month before I made my decision, I cant even say that I would have done that myself if the roles were reversed. The car was shipped to my home in Texas, it was absolutely mint. Honestly, I will absolutely not buy another car from anyone else after working with Metrolina. Probably the best sales experience buying anything I've ever had.

I bought a 2008 Saab Aero 9-3. It is in immaculate condition. You can tell that they go above and beyond acquiring the inventory that people are looking for. They have the premium vehicles and they are in great condition. TALK ABOUT PRICE. man are they fair. They do a great job selling the best for less. If you are looking for that car that you have always dreamed about but didn't purchase because of the price, you should go and check these guys out. customer service is excellent and the buying process is easy. I bought a 09 BMW 750li and a 08 BMW M3 from Metrolina in the past year. Theyre currently working on finding a car for my daughter. The 750li was the first car I purchased from Metrolina. I came in on a Saturday almost an hour after they closed and they waited for me. The 750li was a black sport package car and literally looked like it came off the showroom floor. I bought it on the spot. In October I asked them to find me a 08-09 M3, I picked it up about 3 weeks later from them in the same condition my 750li was in. Im thoroughly impressed with the operation these guys have and even more so for how young they are. Absolutely the best car shopping experience myself or my wife has had. Todd M

Buying a car as a girl is not the easiest thing to do. I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. This was super easy and I love how young the owners and staff are. They gave me $1,000 more for my Honda trade in than I asked them for. Then on top of that I found a BMW 5 series that I wanted which wasn't ready for sale yet so they gave me another 5 series to drive until it was. Bought a used Maserati from these guys not to long ago, and I gotta say I was impressed with their operation. The whole experience was so much different than any other dealer I've bought from.
