I wish I could add more stars, because Mercedes Benz of Warwick truly has gone above and beyond my expectations. I recently brought my Mercedes in for service and come to find out, my vehicle was being used as a "Holiday Inn" for mice!!! Thankfully, neither I nor the service representatives had to remove any of the mice, however there was plenty of clean up that needed to be done. The service department thoroughly inspected the vehicle to find where exactly these critters where coming in from while still keeping me up to date with their findings every step of the way. After hours of cleaning I was confident this was going to cost me a pretty penny, but I was WRONG. Due to the unique set of circumstances, the service manager was incredibly reasonable with my bill and did not charge me a DIME for their clean up...that ladies and gentlemen is what we call exceptional client service! I cannot thank Mercedes Benz of Warwick enough for their impeccable service, attention to detail and their integrity. I look forward to building a long lasting relationship and I strongly recommend anyone reading this to stop in and see for yourself just how professional their staff is!

Outstanding service regarding a difficult issue. I had been having a recurring problem with my Mercedes GL 350. The check engine light came on intermittently at no particular time. The codes indicated a problem with the ad blue system. To summarize a lengthy issue, two service managers, Joe and Manny, did everything to identify the problem. They kept me up to date and gave me a loaner car. The technician working on the car put in extra hours that evening and tracked down the problem. It was a wire in the wiring harness in under the vehicle where it was hidden from view. A wire was shorting out causing the sensors to work intermittently. I would like to personally thank technician Noel Perez Service, service consultant Manny Correia and service consultant Joe Dias for not giving up and for finding the problem. Excellent job! I highly recommend Mercedes of Warwick thanks to these three individuals.

Been to this dealership twice can't believe how bad the service is on July 8!2016 dropped my car off the day before for a recal three hours I was told, kept calling on Friday to see if it was done no one would tell me anything or call me back the worst dealership I have ever dealt with Inskip should be ashamed of there staff

I recently purchased an older CLK500 from this dealership. The salesman was fantastic. If it wasn't for his help and professionalism I would be in court today fighting Penske. Instead the salesman came through like a champ. Nick Wilding helped work things out and as a result I convinced my significant other to buy a car from the same dealership but only from Nick.

To begin, I buy a new car every year or two, so the sales experience is tolerable for me. My wife however, absolutely hates the experience. I currently drive a Mercedes-Benz and wanted to get my wife into one also. We entered the dealership, and although there was only one other customer, we waited 20 minutes without being approached. Finally, I poked my head inside a manager's office and asked if there was anyone to help us. A salesman was sent over. I mentioned my MB and how I wanted my wife in one. The salesman asked if I bought mine there, and when told no, responded with "Why not?" (more on that later). We described the car we would be interested in; color is non-negotiable, options can be. The salesman went to his desk and looked at his inventory. He told us there was nothing in the Northeast in that color, but he did find one. He said it would take a week to get it, and printed out the details. He then went into the managers office, and came back with the dealership's best price. Except, we have to act immediately as it's the end of the month. When told we wouldn't buy a car sight unseen, and that we haven't even had the chance to test drive a similar car of that model, the salesperson crumpled up the paper and said "forget it then, you're not serious". Why would we buy a car we haven't driven, haven't seen, and would have to pay for in full at least a week before it arrives. We were serious.....about walking out of this place! Now the salesman and you know why I didn't buy mine there, why my wife won't be buying hers there, and why you shouldn't buy yours there either.

From the moment that my wife and I were greeted by Nick Wilding we both agreed that our future dealings would be a stress and hassle free shopping experience. So we decided to stay and keep browsing the lot for the vehicle that we wanted. We needed no reason to shop any where else. He made our first meet and greet comfortable, that my wife immediately called her sister on the phone and bragged about Nick for her to come down and shop for a vehicle also. Brought my CLA in for "service A". Manny checked me in, he was professional and courteous, told me the wait was an hour or so. The waiting area was very modern and clean, I grabbed a complimentary coffee, spoke to my salesperson for a short time and before I knew it, the car was ready. The service was completed on time, it was raining outside so I requested to not wash the car. I am very satisfied with the service experience, would recommend it for anyone needing service on their Mercedes Benz.

A no pressure shopping experience. John Canning never tried to up sell us beyond what we were looking for. He fully explained all of the many, many, many excellent options that are available in Mercedes cars. He was fully knowledgeable about each car just by walking up to it. He really knew what was in inventory and was able to steer us in the right direction. We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend him to everyone. We will also be back for a second vehicle when we are ready.

I had a great experience at MB of Warwick. Jeremy, the salesperson was very profession and went over and above expectations. He had a great deal of knowledge of the car, features and value. He went over the car at length so that we knew how to use the features, and gave us a full tank of gas! If that wasn't enough, he had us follow him to a nearby restaurant, that was tricky to get to, which was fabulous by the way! I have no complaint at all. Our treatment was superior in every way! Rocco, the financial manager was fantastic as well! He was very sensitive to our budget, giving us discounts on extra services to keep us under budget! We got a fantastic deal, great money for our trade, and got us into a beautiful car for less money tan we had hoped! I will go back, and never buy from another dealer!!

Bought a CPO GLK with John as my sales rep. John was very friendly, super knowledgable about not only new models, but older ones like I was looking at also. I found him very accomodating especially when I switched from looking at C-class to GLK's in the middle of things. We were immediately greet and helped by a very. Friendly and knowledgeable sales person. The car we wanted was not available but Bill said he would find it and within 24 hours he did. The financing was easy and the whole experience was excellent with the exception of their detailing department. When you buy a preownwned car you expect it to be 100% and the detailing did not meet my expectation. I highly recommend the dealership and my salesman Bill Germano.

My wife and I wanted to get a CPO Mercedes and we had either a 2012 - 2013 c class or glk in mind. We worked with Bill Germano, and he worked with us over two days (weekend) to test drive various c-class cars, the particular glk that we were looking at, and even a few e class vehicles. Bill was patient in answering all of our questions and was able to provide very helpful information. It was a long process (because we were somewhat indecisive) but he never pressured us into making a decision one way or another. He was great in allowing us to drive several types of cars which allowed us to confirm our choice. The negotiation process ran smoothly and we were able to come to financing terms that worked well for us. He did give us what I consider a fair discount and some extras. I think we walked away with a good deal and a great car.I look forward to buying my next car from here and working with Bill again. He was very helpful and very easy to work with.

Mercedes of Warwick is in a big auto mall. When spending $70K on a new car, a consumer wants and expects to be treated in a "high-end" manner. Honestly, I felt like the entire process was just a transaction, from the purchasing to the financing. Nothing special. Some of the people (not all) do not act in a professional manner - very surprising. I like the car, but not the experience. Bottom line is that the Warwick Dealer has to find a way to be "boutique." They should check out some of the other dealers in their own mall and see how it is done. You will definitely get a very nice car from Warwick, but the overall experience was a let down.

My wife and I went to this dealership to test drive a few Mercedes C300's. We were met outside by Bill Germano who seemed pleasant at first but he quickly became annoying. He kept going on and on about how great Mercedes was but yet when we finally got to test drive the vehicle (which took us listening to him for a half hour) he told us he drive a Porsche. Hmmm if Mercedes is so good why would you drive a Porsche??? Anyways, once we were done test driving the car I started to talk to him about their prices. He told me that they could only take hundreds off the price not thousands so basically I should leave if that is what I was looking for. I explained the cars were online for thousands less. Then he started going on and on about how the cars were certified preowned. I explained that didn't mean anything to me cause the vehicle was only 2 years old and had 20k for miles (plus the rear window curtain on the certified vehicle we test drove didn't even work). He then told me that I know nothing about cars if I thought that. I told him your not going to sell cars to people by insulting them and we left. I would stay far far away from this dealership and Bill Germano.

I was very surprised at how affordable the Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes was. I was even more surprised at the excellent financing rates offered for used car financing. I was happy with the extended warranty. Also and most importantly, my sales consultant, Kerry Santagata, was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable, she was knowledgable and very accommodating. It's a beautiful friday and I think I'll just stop by a few dealers to "just look" at some new cars I'm greeted by what I think might be a 15 year old sales man/ boy. I guess it's me getting older !! Well , turns out Chandler Quintin was obviously not 15 and one of the most personable and honest car salesman I've had in a long time. I must say everyone there were very nice and efficient and patient. A young man by the name of Brian helped to explain all the new gadgets. I think he was 15 too!! Great experience !! They write their own positive reviews when business is slow! They do not greet you. If you'refinancing anddont havecash inhandif richtheytreat you like your nothing to them. Frank was suppose to call me back when more 2012 c300 came in week went by I look on their site and there's 6 new ones I call him he says refresh my memory. Oh yea they only hit the lot 4 days ago? Really then I come in to look at them all the paperwork we did when we initially went in disappeared they lose it. If you have a trade in and or financing be prepared to bring food and drinks we were there 2 hours and 45 minutes and didn't even see the car yet all paperwork. They do a customer interview which takes 1 hour itself telling you about their company etc. Their so full of it you don't have to believe me go in and see for yourself how fake these reviews are!

Frank was very helpful and informative during my purchase of an ML350. I came in already thinking I was going to buy a BMW SUV, but after my test drive with him I changed my mind to buy the Mercedes instead. He helped show what a great car the Mercedes was and he is a great guy. Even after purchasing the car he spent an hour showing me all the ways the customize the car to my needs...where another salesperson might just hand you the keys. We received a call from Frank Merino about upgrading our lease on our Mercedes sedan. After visiting Frank, my husband insisted that I return with him the following day.Reluctantly, I did and I met the most gracious salesman. Frank was honest, helpful, and funny. He informed us completely about the newer car and its' features. He taught us things about both Mercedes and our particular model that we had not known. He was extremely knowledgable and never pushy. After leasing a newer model for my husband, he promised to locate exactly the car I want, when we are ready. We look forward to dealing with Frank in the future.

Out of curiosity I went to view a 1986 Chevrolet Corvette. I was amazed that this prestigious lot (best of used vehicles)would have what amounts to as a project car for sale. It was taken in as a trade and should have gone directly to salvage. Engine and exhaust very noisy. Interior looked water damaged. This was my first time looking at this generation of corvette and did not like the interior set up anyway.

In June, I visited Mercedes Benz of Warwick to test drive a 2012 GLK 350. Frank Merino, my sales person, was extremely professional and helpful as I considered this car. I told him I was still shopping around and that I was also considering waiting for the release of the 2013 GLK350. Frank politely wished me good luck and then dropped me a couple of emails and a phone call during the two months that followed to see how I was doing. Finally, in August, I decided I wanted the 2013 GLK350 because it offered many improvements, particularly in mileage economy. I popped over to the dealership unannounced only to find Frank was not available at the time. His colleague, Frank Giorgi, took me for a test drive in the 2013 and I loved it. However, I told Frank Giorgi from the start that Frank Merino had been working with me. This was never a problem between the two colleagues. Frank Merino took over as soon as he was available, but the dealership never had me wait. I was impressed that the staff understood my time is valuable. They simply filled-in-- a practice I'm sure is mutually agreeable for all involved. Also,I was able to negotiate an agreeable price by doing my homework and researching my new car's actual value at Cars Direct and at Kelly blue book for my trade-in price. My husband never felt he had to come in to negotiate for me. He and I were pleased the dealership treated me with all due respect as an independent and educated woman. I ordered the vehicle of my choice straight from Germany, and believe me, it was worth waiting for. Ever since I got my car a few weeks ago, Frank Merino has been checking in with me and showing me how to use all the latest electronic gizmos that came with my car. I feel very comfortable stopping by the dealership at any time with questions. It has been just great doing business with this dealership. Oh, did I mention my last car was purchased there 11 years ago? The service was excellent all eleven years, so I did not hesitate to return!

After a total loss of my Mercedes due to a flood I went shopping for another. My Sales Associate was Kerry Santagata and she made the experience fast and fun! Both of these are very important to me. The service at Mercedes of Warwick is unbeatable. The service manager arranged for a loaner car while the insurance company adjuster took time to see if the car was a total loss. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. They understand customer service.

Frank Merino treated me like royalty from the moment I walked in the door. He is so sincere and passionate about his relationship with his customers. I was upfront with him right away about not knowing exactly what auto make I was interested in buying but wanted to try the ML350. While he possesses great expertise and passion about Mercedes-Benz automobiles, what he wanted most was to facilitate and ensure that I got the best auto that I needed and wanted, regardless of the make. I admit I was skeptical at first but then he connected me with the best sales reps at the other dealerships, bringing me to the dealerships and introducing me. Frank is the absolute best - a real professional. Also, Frank makes car buying quite fun because he's very relaxed and fun. He loves his family, his work, his friends, and his customers - this is why he is so good at what he does and is so fun to be around.After trying out the BMW, Lexus, and Infinity, I made the decision to buy the ML350. From there, I was treated with utmost respect and dignity during the price negotiation process on the new car and my trade. I brought my new "used" Mercedes SL600 for an oil change and inspection.Service Advisor Brett was more than friendly, went gaga over my car as others commented on it.He also gave me a shuttle ride back home. He was friendly and professional the entire time. When I got there for my appointment Brett knew who I was, even though 1st time, and was ready for me. We looked at new and previously owned vehicles both outside and in the showroom for quite some time. We were never approached by a sales person. No one ever spoke to us though several employees walked by us. This is the second time this had occurred in this location.I am still waiting for some one to call me or something .Be for I have to call Mr Roger.

My wife and I came here to purchase a GL550. We actually scheduled a time to meet on Saturday. We drove 2 hours to this dealer. Even with an appointment the purchase took over 5 1/2 hours with 2 toddler running around. All we did is wait. First we waited for them for over an hour to decide what our trades were worth. Then we waited for the loan office to run credit, another half hour (our bank had already closed because they were so slow). Then we waited another hour for a finance person to become available. If that wasnt enough when we finished with the finance person they figured out the car was not prepped. Add another 2 hours. The salesman actually tried to make us feel bad that they held the car (on deposit) for 2 weeks. Even though we tried to get there a week earlier. When they finally drove the car over to us for delivery it had no gas, no plate and no headphones for the entertainment system. We were told they could have headphones and remotes for us on Monday though. Really? Were 2 hours away! After some butt chewing they scrounged up hardware but still couldn't figure out how to make it work. How's customer supposed to do it if they can't? This is a $90k car. This stuff should have been ready tested and working when we got there. We did have an appointment after all. This is a luxury car dealer I shouldnt these guys be bending over backwards for me? Nope, not here. Instead I felt like I was bending over. These guys need to do some benchmarking at local Paul Masse Chevy. That was actually a pleasurable experience! All I can say about this place is STAY AWAY! These guys are not qualified to sell luxury cars. Oh and buy the way all the dealers in that little area are under the same lousy management! This area actually at includes a BMW, Lexus, Audi, Porsche and Bentley Dealer. Michael Montri should loose his job over our experience! We left angry upset disappointed and feeling like we wasted $90k. This was not at all a luxury buying experience instead it was rather frustrating, irritating and insulting. I am actually disgusted by these people!

The entire experience was well beyond my expectations. From the initial review of the basics;price,mileage,cpo overview,the experience was straight forward and no nonsense. I had researched price ranges of the used GL450 and the price of the car for the low miles and overall condition was very reasonable. The condition of the car spoke for itself with only 19k miles. Harold,the salesman was well informed in all aspects of the transaction and the car itself. Once my decision was made the transaction was quick,accurate and friendly and I drove the car home within a few hours.Michael the sales manager was visible and helpful in overseeing the transaction and very effectively positioned Inskip as a place you want to business, with a nice balance of business and non business discussion.I had to return to the dealership the next day to pick up a few things and I had a few questions on the equipment and I received immediate assistance from the sales staff and service crew in programming my Bluetooth and setting up the nav. My experience has made be a huge advocate of Inskip and the Penske presence is obvious in the overall professionalism of the buying experience. Inskip has definitely found a balance between fair pricing for a quality product and the friendliness and helpfulness of a very helpful sales team. The GM was not able to follow through on promisees.They have missed delivery deadlines twice and we weren't informed of the delay until we showed for delivery. While I had done extensive research on my own, through the internet, friends who own Mercedes and by visiting several dealerships, I found the sales person, Derek Cimini, had the best interest for me and the dealership at Inskip Auto Center. It was located much further away from me, and so after Derek gave me the information I wanted on the car there, I thanked him and said I wasn't willing to come that far to get a car, when I could get the same car in at least three dealerships in my immediate area. He didn't push me or get frustrated, he just came back to me the next day with ways he could make it easier for me to purchase the car there, by offering to deliver the car to me. This indeed did help me, and I appreciated not only his resolution in the end but his consistent follow up through out the process. Other dealerships sales people were helpful while I was in the showroom, but none had the follow up that Derek did. Even after the purchase and delivery was concluded, he emailed me the next day to check in and see if I was enjoying the car. Being in sales myself for over 20 years, I know how important the client relationship is, and he never made me feel like it was about the sale of the car but more importantly that I was happy with the car. I still have not heard from the other sales people who did not make the sale.

We purchased our car from Inskip, in Warwick ,Rhode Island. Harold Gorman was our sales representative. Mr Gorman was probably the BEST sales person my husband and I have ever delt with. His knowledge of Mercedes Benz was outstanding. He mad us feel welcome and like we were family. He Provided us with all of the fact of Mercedes and let us make our own decision without any sales pressure. When we pick our car up, he explaned all the options and how to use them. Although Mercedes provides you with so many options, It will take me a while to know them all! I will definately recommend any one I know looking for a new car to visit Inskip and definately see Mr. Gorman. The lease on my current vehicle was expiring so my wife and I visited Inskip late one Saturday afternoon where we met Harold Gorman. Although it was late in the day he took the time to show us several SUV's, let us test drive them for as long as we needed and compared each vehicle to the other not only as to price but also as to features and driving characteristics. When we picked up our new vehicle Mr. Gorman had the vehicle ready and again took the time to answer all of our questions. On both occasions we never felt rushed nor pressured. Needless to say we are quite happy with the purchase of our R350 and would certainly recommend Inskip and in particular Mr. Gorman.

I contacted three relatively local dealerships in search of a 2010 MB C 63 AMG. I received a quick reply from two, one being INSKIP; I began corresponding with Derek Cimini and immediately located two vehicles equipped as I had requested. We quickly came to terms on the second choice and the vehicle was transported to the dealership. I was able to purchase the vehicle equipped with more options and priced below my expectations. And I had done my research, I knew the dealer invoice and MSRP before hand.It was a hassle free experience with no hidden costs. Derek and his co-workers responsible for my purchase were very professional and considerate of the customer. I've always dreaded having to deal with car salesmen. Most of the time they try to push their own agenda and do not listen to the needs and wants of the customer.This was not the case at INSKIP and I will be using Inskip for sales and service going forward.

I contacted Inskip when an order placed with another dealership was delayed for two months. I was unhappy that the salesman never told me about the delay. I called Inskip and spoke to Derek Cimini. While shopping the market for a GLK I stumbled upon Inskip mercedes-Benz in Warwick RI. I found the Manager of Inskip, Michael Montri, to be the most fair, honest,and pleasant person to deal with during this process. I've always dreaded buying cars so put it off as long as possible. The choice making and above all the negotiating has always been difficult. This pleasant experience has changed that, and I will be using Inskip for sales and service going forward....finally anxiety-free.

I was so very disappointed when I returned to Inskip to attempt to order a new vehicle. My previous experiance with my current vehicle could not have been so different. I fully expected that this experiance would be just as pleasent as the first time. Inskip is supposed to be a USAA Certified Dealer and is supposed to honor the price discounts and incentives that are exclusive to USAA customers. This was not the case at all. Right off the bat, there was a $1200 price difference from the list price that I downloaded from the Mercedes Benz website. Then when they presented me with a price for my trade-in there was a $9,000 price difference between KBB, NADA, and Edmonds. My current vehicle was purchased at Inskip, serviced at the inflated service prices at Inskip, and is in excellent condition. What was obviously going on was an attempt to deflect the "certified price" that they were supposed to honor and replace it with a price that would satisfy their obvious greed. This is "old style car sales" at it's best. I know. I used to be in the business and watched this kind of bait and switch all the time. I guess they mistook my enthusiasm about a new vehicle for stupidity. As much as I love my current Mercedes, this experiance has left me very unhappy with Inskip Motor Group. I would not return there in the future for either a purchase or maintenance services, and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Everything about my experiance was outstanding. Not only does Mercedes make an outstanding vehicle, but the people they employ are second to none. The process was was actually enjoyable. I usually hate the process of buying a new car. I contacted Dan Lawler at Inskip Mercedes via email and told him what I was looking to buy and provided him with my trade details. He contacted me immediately with the exact car I was looking for, a price range for my trade that made sense and answered all my questions. I made my appt. the next day, arrived to the new car started and waiting for me to drive. I received more for my trade-in than expected and a nice discount on the car I wanted. I was at Inskip for less than two hours and drove me new Mercedes home. Completely love the no nonsense approach and the respect for my time. There is not enough good things to say about Inskip-Mercedes. We have purchased our vehicles from Mercedes for the last 10yrs and have never thought of going anywhere else. We are always treated with the upmost respect,service, & curtsey. When we ask for something there is never hestitation. In the last 2yrs we have bought a new C350 and used CLK320 Mercedes from Daniel Lawler at Mercedes and we are very happy with the vehicles and the price we paid. As long as Dan continues to work there we will always go to him to purchase a vehicle and send him REFERRALS. P.S. I purchased a used 2008 Ford Mustang Premium GT "Bullitt" at a very reasonable price considering there are only 7,700 of these "Bullitt" version produced. Dan worked with me on the price without the usual back and fourth management approval process. I explained that I was very uneasy about leaving a deposit on the car due to a bad previous experience at a different dealer years ago. He was very accomodating about this. Dan allowed me to drive the car without leaving a deposit all the way back to Franklin Ma. so that I could get a inspection from my mechanic friend. This was a 90 mile round trip. Upon returning, the General Sales Manager Jon Narcessian informed me that two other perspective buyers came in to look at the car and were turned away. I thought this was awesome considering I didn't even leave a deposit. I am very happy with my purchase and since these cars are very difficult to find and future collectibles, I feel very lucky to have found one at Inskip Mercedes Benz. When the time comes to replace my everyday car, I will certainly consider Inskip.

Bought a pre-owned Mini Cooper S Convertible that Dan had listed on Ebay motors. I've always been very cynical about car salesman, and very dubious about buying a car sight-unseen. Dan went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He arranged a free full inspection check at the mini dealership next door, arranged for me to be picked up from the providence train station, expedited and paperwork and even made sure that I had a full tank of gas when I left the lot. It was a perfect transaction. Most importantly, the car is FANTASTIC!!! Love it! Well worth the trip from NYC. Thank you!

I have been in 3 Mercedes dealerships in the last month - and this one was spectacular. I am not prone to hyerbole but these guys were head and shoulders above the rest. They honored their internet prices, they honored their drive-in coupon, they honored their internet coupon, and they gave me FULL KBB for my trade-in that Then, when I inspected the car after it was cleaned up I noticed seat belt and a few minor problems - I got ZERO argument from the service department and they ordered the parts right there and will come get the vehicle and leave me a loaner car [this is an 80 mile trip each way]. Plus, ANY service or repair I need, they'll come pick up my car. NO other dealer has EVER offered this - we've both 5 vehicles from the local megacomplex dealer in Hartford CT [Porsche, Jeep [x3] and Saab] and I cant get them to drive me home, a distance o 16 miles. I 'tried' to first buy a CLK350 for my wife at a dealer in CT. They took 48 hours to return a call to answer a question. Then I made an offer, which they sais' they could not do,' with no counter. 2 weeks later, they lowered the price to below my original offer = did they call me? Nope - so I called again and it was like no one knew who I was and they refused to pay me the price they quoted my 14 days earlier for my trade - not a couple hundred but $1000less.Inskip was STRAIGHT up - honest - no hard sell.look, I do lots of negotiating as part of my job and know how to do it - you cannot do a deal if you try to make someone lose money on a deal. Used cars are simple - they buy the car wholesale, mark it up a little, and try to earn a profit maybe on the car or financing. These days everyone's internet prices is generally the price since it's designed to get you in. Also, getting KBB for your vehicle, including options and low mileage adjustment, is rare. So, I got full trade value for my trade and got $700 off their asking price - everyone is happy. People have to earn a living and if in a negotiation you come at it expecting to get the other guy to lose money you are not going a deal. Keep that in mind as you shop.

I hate car dealerships in general. Finding someone you trust is difficult, and even then, you never know. I bought a new Mercedes from Inskip, and although Chris wasn't my salesperson (I think he is a manager there), he was courteous, respectful, and extremely well spoken. My wife didn't feel spoken down to (as often happens to women at a dealership), and he answered all of our questions succinctly and completely. The Inskip organization is lucky to have him, and he is one of the reasons we will continue to buy our cars there.
