What we thought was a simple issue with the SRS light turned out to be damage done by some critters that chewed through the wires. CJ was great in communicating to me what was going on. I highly recommend the dealership and CJ in particular.

I took my car in for a check up. Upon arrival, I was instantly greeted by a check in attendant. Super service with a great helpful attitude. My service advisor Ramon Ventura always is a pleasure to work with. No stress, and he's so good with exhibiting excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived to the dealership, to when I picked up my car, Mercedes-Benz couldn't of treated me better. Not only do you have a quality product, you have quality people as well. I just bought a beautiful used E-350 Mercedes Benz from Justin at this dealership. Justin was excellent in dealing with me. We have a Mercedes dealership 30 minutes from home, but we drove nearly two hours to have our car serviced in Temecula because the reviews were so compelling. Believe these reviews. This place - and the employees - really are exceptional. Our service rep, Gustavo, could not have been more accommodating. We have a 2014 E350, but we were treated as if we were driving (or buying) the most expensive car in the line! Our long drive was worth the time and effort.

I bought a 2017 C300 coupe over the weekend and I think I am the first in the valley to have this vehicle. It is sporty and fun to drive and looks great. My experience with the team at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula was outstanding starting with the greeting I received when I arrived from the ladies at the front. I had an appointment with Bob Crabtree and he greeted me promptly and was super nice without being that "pushy salesman" that we all think of when we think of the car buying experience. My wife had a flat tire and was on side of the 215 highway near Clinton-Keith. MB of Temecula immediately sent roadside assistance. It was raining terribly hard and the person brought a replacement vehicle for my wife to leave the roadside and drive to the dealership. The car, a C250 was repaired quickly and my wife went back to the Temecula MB dealership to retrieve the car. Always outstanding service from all departments. We always refer friends that are thinking about buying cars to go to MB of Temecula. Our service representative even got a sensor fixed that had been malfunctioning on the engine. I have been a client of Antony Chandler and Andreas Bellgardt for longer than I care to remember. When I met current General Manager , Antony Chandler, he had recently arrived from South Africa and was a rookie sales person. He has the genuine feel for people that is rare to find and that translates well to a major purchase like a Mercedes. I have sent may associates to him and they agree that they always get the better part of the deal from working with him. I met Andreas while he was working for a boutique German car tuner in Newport Beach. Apart from being an excellent sales person, he is by far the most knowledgeable car person you will ever encounter. That is very important to me as they are incredible machines that he is selling and if you are going to pay this amount of money you should understand just how forward thinking Mercedes engineering is compared to other vehicles in this price range. Nothing compares to these two gentlemen and their cars.

Cody was great. I am a single female and always seem to get the slickest talker. Not Cody. He was there to help. The team was straight-up quickly about the price, and finance and delivery were fast. I was thankful I didn't have to wait long, but they had a nice cafe with TVs and local people to talk with who were in service or also buying cars. The car was slightly used and I found a small oil leak. But they fixed it the same day I called, and had her all washed up and ready in few hours. Pulling into service felt like a nice hotel valet, with two people to guide me. Even when I was in for service, everyone who saw me said hello and asked if I needed anything, offered water, etc. The service advisor, Willie, was great too. I am already looking forward buying my next car there!

I was sifting through dealers online to find a clean MBZ C250 certified car for my wife. MBZ Temecula had a good inventory and I found a 2014 with 3488 miles on it. I email inquired about the car and interest in buying it fleet, have my own loan, no trade. Alex, fleet manager replied in a few minutes with his phone so I called and made an offer for the car. He got approval and called back a few minutes later, offer accepted as long as we close the deal the same day. The car was PERFECT, my wife did a test drive, and we bought it . Alex was great, offered water, coffee, very polite and helpful especially with the tech help my wife needed to test drive. The dealership is big, and beautiful, but especially the staff were helpful and friendly.

Sounds like a basic incident. I hit something on the road on my way to an appointment. That something tore a hole in my tire. I did call AAA and had the spare put on. Called Mercedes in Temecula and they said bring it any time and well get that taken care of. I went in later in the day with no appointment and was taken right away. Had coffee and relaxed in the lounge until the work was done (including a much needed wash). The repair cost was less than the estimate - always good news. Then I road off into the sunset.

What a refreshing experience to work with David Harvey who was respectful, calm, and not aggressive. He was knowlegeable in showing me the features of the models that I was interested in. I was introduced to the manager, John Teasdale, and he and David worked a great deal with my trade-in, purchase price, and finance terms. I ended up purchasing my first Mercedes! Had been thinking about a new car for my wife for a while. Ran across an ad for a vehicle in San Diego that might work but we were a little pressed for time so we decided to stop by Mercedes-Benz of Temecula and see what they had on the lot. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Omar. Our initial impression was that he was friendly and professional, yet not pushy. Because the ad I mentioned was for a late model used vehicle, Omar began by showing us their used selection. After driving a very nice used vehicle I wanted to compare it's features to a new model. Omar showed us the new models on the lot and patiently explained the differences. After gathering all the facts we elected to purchase a new vehicle. With a little haggling we were able to agree on a price and the deal was done. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. With Omar's help, we found the right car for us and my wife couldn't be happier.

Mercedes Benz of Temecula is a few miles north of the other Temecula auto dealerships on Ynez. As you drive up to the dealership you immediately get the sense that shopping here is going to be a different experience than most other car shopping experiences. I sum this up in one word: Class! Omar Sahar met us at the door; the man clearly enjoyed what he was doing. He asked us what we were looking for, offered us some water and off we went to look at cars. We were looking for a CPO C-250 coupe. Omar showed us the options in their inventory, then we went for the test drive. Omar knew this car inside and out. When we returned, he continued to tell us about the car. We decided on the car we wanted and headed back inside. Everyone we walked past greeted us - it was a very friendly atmosphere. I had already done some research on my trade, so knew the trade-in value. Omar took some information from us and went to check our credit score. While he was gone I did a quick lookup for the expected dealer price for the car. With our great credit score, the negotiation was quick and easy. Omar went to his manager one time and brought back a good price. The appraiser came in right where I wanted him to be on my trade. Fifteen minutes later we had signed off on the deal. Omar dropped us off at financing - 20 minutes later we were done. As we finished signing the papers our car had been cleaned, fueled and was waiting for us. Omar walked us through the features of the car and offered to pair our phones. He welcomed us to the "family" and told us about the complimentary car washes and airport shuttle service. Several managers came over to shake our hands and thank us for our business. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and can honestly say this was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. I'm looking forward to our new relationship with Mercedes Benz of Temecula!

My husband and I wandered in to Temecula MB while on a lengthy car search. We had been to so many different car dealerships during this search and met some nice sales people, some indifferent sales people and some that treated us as if we were there to waste their time. From the minute we walked into Temecula MB we felt special. Bob Crabtree met us in front with a warm smile and an offer of coffee (which I was in desperate need of, how did he know?). When we told him we were there to look at used cars, he said Great, let me show you what we have! We were stunned as we thought that we were going to be pointed in the direction of the used cars and told to take a look around. He actually opened the cars we were peering into and told us of their special features. When we decided to take one for a test drive he was so patient in explaining all the features and things that differentiate MB from other cars and he actually knew how to work all of gizmos and gadgets that were on the car! My husband and I were talking about two different cars and Bob never, ever made us feel as if we were in a hurry in any way. We felt as if we were Bob's clients for the day! We eventually ended up buying one of the cars which was way before we had planned to as this was just an investigative journey we were on because we fell in love with our wonderful new car. I would highly recommend Temecula MB because we were never pressured but rather we were treated like their best customers throughout the entire process!

If I were to imagine the perfect car buying experience that is exactly what I experienced when I recently purchased my CLS550 from Mercedes Benz of Temecula. Starting with my Sales Consultant, Alex Aftahi who competently led me through the sales process without any pressure, to Jeff Johnson, Sales Manager, who graciously and tirelessly worked with me to ensure that I received exactly the deal I was looking for. When all the negotiations were finalized I worked with Deby Galman, Finance Manager. to complete the required paperwork. Often it is when you get to the finance office that the car buying experience becomes unpleasant. Working with Deby set the standard for what getting through finance should be. Deby was professional, efficient, pleasant, answered all of my questions and perhaps most importantly did not apply any pressure to induce me to purchase something other than the vehicle I wanted. Antony Chandler, General Manager, even stopped by during the sales process to introduce himself. Over my lifetime I have purchased many cars. I am new to Temecula and recently widowed so a flat tire seemed like a bigger problem than usual. One call to the dealership had a service man at the house and tire changed in no time. The dealership and access road are so new they did not come up on my GPS or my cell app but a phone call got me to the receptionist who patiently gave easy directions to the dealership. Once there the service personnel took over and I was on my way in a loaner car (replacement tire not in stock). The next day I received both a phone call and text that my car was ready for pick up. An easy, no stress fix!

Just went over 200K miles on my 2002 W203 C320 Wagon and took it in for Oil Service at MB Temecula. As always, my service rep, Ramon Ventura carved out an appointment for me on short notice. The service was completed in a short period of time and as usual the complimentary car wash had my old wagon looking like new. Previously, before MB Temecula opened, I took my car to another MB dealership for maintenance and was dissatisfied with the level of service and customer appreciation. It just seemed like the reps were getting stale and that since my car was getting old, it just wasn't in their interests to keep me as a customer. I get just the opposite vibe from Ramon and the rest of the staff at MB Temecula. They are building a strong relationship with me through their service center and when it does come time to move on from my trusty wagon, I know the first place I will look for a new car.

My husband and I were traveling from NY to Calif when our Mercedes Benz Sprinter RV broke down. We were stressed and did not know where to go to get the RV fixed. Our Uncle heard a commercial that the dealership had just moved to this new facility. He dialed 411 since your new location was not in the phone book. We were able to phone your dealership and we had the honor working with Will Asaro Service Advisor. Prior to the tow truck pulling in the yard with our RV Will was calming my husband down. Will explained what the tech needed to do on our RV and provided us with a timeframe. We were asked if we needed a ride or vehicle. We happened to breakdown at a relatives house so were all set on both choices. We were greeted with professional and pleasant employees that always asked if we needed water. My husband has health issues and we needed to be back in NY by Monday(which is a four day trip driving). Will understood what are personal issues were and when our RV needed two special parts both days/times the part runner made special trips to retrieve the parts. Will also provided us tips of the area of things to see and do while we waited for the RV. The day we picked up the RV Will had to leave early since he was sick. We did not get to thank him in person. Will, Thank you for changing our bad situation into a positive. The RV was washed prior to us picking it up. We had it back to NY by Monday for my husbands dr. appointment. The RV drove 2700 miles straight and ran like a top. We can not say enough about your establishment. We have told all our friends and family from Calif to NY.

Seriously LOOK NO FURTHER!! This dealership is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My husband and I went in to check out a car we had seen listed online and were immediately greeted with sincere salesmen & women who didn't seem like the typical car dealership vultures! They calmly asked us if we would like a water, soda, coffee or even a latte! I was immediately a fan of this place! We were introduced to Antony Chandler, the GM, who was equally as sincere as the rest of the salesforce. He placed us with Melanie Roane, one of the NICEST, most helpful and patient saleswomen we've ever had the chance to work with! We gave her our budget and exactly what we were looking for and she showed us 2 cars that she thought we would love - and we did, neither of which were over our budget (THANK YOU MELANIE!)! We test drove both and had lots of questions about how certain things worked and she was SO incredibly patient with us, answering each and every question with some pretty incredible knowledge! She really knows her Mercedes! She was NEVER pushy or rude, but rather like a big sister, helping us get into the right car for us and our budget! We actually ended up closing the dealership down, way after their normal business hours in order to finish writing everything up... and she, Antony (the GM), the finance guy and a sweet as can be detailer stayed there until the moment we drove off the lot! However, the truth of the matter is that are no words that justly describe what an incredible experience it is working with Vincent Troncoso and the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula team. Im very satisfied with MBenz of Temecula's customer service, parts and repairs. Exceptional car washes for sure, not sure who are doing car washes but man they took care of my Sprinter Van, almost a detailed service. I took one star of the quality of repairs because MB forgot to fix my driver automatic window but I'm for sure coming back to get it done. Probably just really forgotten and then again people are people. Highly recommended!!!

So I called this dealership a few hours before showing up there, just to tip them off that I might be stopping by and to specify the model of Mercedes that I was in the market for. Well, when I did show up to the Mercedes of Temecula dealership, I was SHOCKED to find that the manager had assembled a whole display lot for me of all the cars on the property matching the description I had vaguely specified over the phone. This is no exaggeration. It was unbelievable. Upon seeing all of the work that had been done on my behalf before my arrival, I was sure that the pressure would be on for me to buy one of the cars --- nope. Instead, the manager (again, not even a sales rep), proceeded to look up a different Mercedes which I had found at a different dealership for a better price. I was expected him to shoot down the flaws of the vehicle once summoned on his computer -- nope again. Instead, he chose to put his company's profits on the back-burner, and found a way to bring one of his cars down to a price I could afford. Yup, this all really happened. Seriously, go to this dealership - you can get a Benz for the around the same financing as a Ford sedan - who the heck wouldn't???

What an amazing dealership! From being greeted right when we pulled up, brought into the owners lounge for a cup of coffee and a water, and a seated in front of a huge flat screen tv. We met with our long time friend and Finance Manager, Deby Galman (more on her in a second) who introduced us to December our sales girl. We were shopping for a car for my wife, and we had our 6 month old boy with us, and December was more then patient. She took the time to let us explore and drive all the models we were considering and educated my wife as we went. We chose the car we wanted and off to Finance. Deby is SO knowledgeable on the different options that Mercedes has to offer and she educated us on their amazing Lease program. She took her time (after hours on her own time) to show us the difference in price to buy vs lease and the benefits of both. In the end we signed up for their 3 year lease program on a 2015 GLK350 and could not be happier. Thank you VERY much to Deby & December as well as the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Temecula, you just gained a new customer!

I have been vehicle shopping for almost 2 years off and on. I had visited this dealer before and was impressed with their atmosphere. I went a different direction as I was really looking for a pre owned Audi A8l. After visiting dozens of dealerships and chasing the web listings, I saw a pristine S550 at Temecula MB. There I met Juan Carlos who was not only professional and knowledgable, but patient as the day is long. He was no pressure, a genuinely great guy that makes you feel right at home. After driving the vehicle we left to think about it. The next day we came back and closed the deal. Although I love this vehicle, I bought from Temecula MB simply because of Juan Carlos and the culture of this dealership. Everyone was assisting me with their amenities and even better....they were all smiling from ear to ear. Not an ounce of tension at this place. Our first experience with this dealership was obtaining service and repairs for our 2003 E500. The service staff was outstanding - it was while waiting for the repairs that I met Lee Kenniston. I was in the market for a new Mercedes but at a much later time (months). Even knowing that I was just browsing Lee spent a great deal of time with me going over the entire dealership and the vehicles available. I am a 69 year old retiree that has purchased a number of new cars over the years I am not a novice at this. Lee did not treat me like an idiot nor did he assume that I knew everything. When my wife met him a few weeks later they hit it off and the rest is history. My wife and I are a hard sell. Lee made it easy and we drove off with the Mercedes my wife wanted. This was my first visit to Mercedes Benz and I was dropping off my fathers 2008 Blue Tec for an oil change. As I was pulling up to the dealership, several employees kindly directed me to the Service Department. It was very obvious as you are driving in that everyone gets involved in making you feel important and welcomed! Technician Steve Reynaga arranged for me to meet with Service Advisor Alvaro Acevedo. It was a great meeting with Alvaro as he was expecting me. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he walked me through the service details and service process. Alvaros pride in the facility was very evident as he pointed out all the features of the dealership including the customer service lounges and restrooms. Steve quickly performed the service necessary on my fathers car and called me to let me know that it was being washed and it would be ready shortly. As Steve understands this car is my fathers baby, he thoroughly explained all the service details so I could relay the info to my father. Steves attentiveness to smallest details were greatly appreciated by my father. My father loved how clean the car was inside and out. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Temecula as each and every employee I came in contact with made me feel valued and that my business was appreciated!

I requested a shuttle to take me home during repairs. I had a last minute change in my plans and I required a loaner. I informed Ramon of my situation and he was able to provide me a loaner at the last minute. Then there is Patrick with is up beat attitude. Always asking me what he can do to make my experience at Fletcher Jones more enjoyable. Cutos to both. I was having problems with my brakes and that was the reason for my visit. I was informed by Ramon that the brakes were warranted for only 10,000 miles. I just returned from a trip and just then went over 10,000 miles. Ramon told me what my cost would be for repairs to the brakes. Since I am retired, the cost for repairs were unsettling. Ramon suggested I contacted Mercedes Benz, USA to see what they could do for me. I did. After Mercedes Benz, USA talked with the service department, they offered me a discount on my service. My husband and I moved to Temecula a few months ago and at that time there was no Mercedes Agency here. A few months later, I was so delighted to get a letter letting me know a new one was to be opening soon. I had a problem with my trunk not opening and told my service person Alvaro Acevedo, how much I needed my car inmediately, because I had to attend my son's wedding. He said he would have it repaired inmediately. I left the car in the afternoon and at 8 am next morning he called me to say it was ready. They repaired the trunk, a light, and did a complete B service, washed the car and all in just a few hours. The staff was great and the service excellent.


Bad communication or fake listing?

The car was listed without price. It took several days and e-mails not to get a listing price but get a note that this car is not available and was already sold. Sorry what? Is it a bad internal communication about sold car or just a fake listing to get customer on "hook"? Lost time. Never again with them. I bought my first Infinity within 5 minutes and was named the fastest customer by dealer. I bought a car for my g/friend via internet without inspection trusting to the dealer(car with warranty). Here I could not get a listing $. I see a difference.
