We communicated with the on line sales manager and one of his salespersons on a Saturday about an SL that was for sale. We had to drive 4 hours to get to the dealer so we couldn't make it there until Monday. I asked them to Call Me on my Cell Phone if the car was sold or its status changed before Noon on Monday when we had an appointment to see the car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were told the car had been sold that morning, and an email had been sent to us. Phil didn't bother to call us and stop us from driving all the way there. He wasn't at all apologetic for not doing so and didn't bother to offer to show us any other cars. This is a bad sales person and his actions reflect badly on the dealership. Don't bother to deal with them on line.

I was extremely disappointed with Rod Mejia's attitude! He was curt, sassy, and presumptuous! He is clearly in the wrong industry--he is NOT pleasant to deal with in any way. Although we live in Sugar Land, we will be purchasing our car at Mercedes Benze of Greenway solely due to Rod's poor performance.

I tried so hard to like Mercedes over the past 5 years. I bought a brand new in 2010 from their other Houston location (Greenway). Initially I was debating between Lexus and Mercedes. I told the sales person that I like how Lexus picks up the car from home to service it. He promised me that Mercedes does the same thing. Little did I know that they do not and he was just pushing it for the sale. So I went to Mercedes of Sugar Land because I thought that for sure they'll be better. A few months ago I took my car for service and after I paid around $1000, and on my way home driving it, I see the engine light is on and the washer fluid light is on. I take it back to the service only to find the advisor telling me that "it is just my luck" and that I need to pay $145 to get these checked. I leave the car and call the manager who tells me that yes there were issues that were not noticed in the service!! Which makes me wonder why am I taking to service in the first place. They then fixed it and didn't charge me. Then, around a month ago, the passenger's window went down and did not go up. I took it to Mercedes who promised me a day or two to get it fixed and cost $1200. A week later, they call me and tell me no sorry it will take 3 weeks for the parts to come. A month later, I call them to check and see why hasn't anyone called me or given me any updates? The service advisor tells me that it such a coincidence the parts came today! I take my car in, again, and a day later I pick it up, only to find out that the window does not go all the way down! I actually checked it at the dealership because I now know better than to trust the work done on my car. Oh my goodness! Every single problem takes multiple trips and follow up trips back and forth to Mercedes! They finally fixed it after I waited for 40 extra minutes! I now make sure I cancel all my work appointments at least a couple of days after I take my car to service for any given reason because more than likely, I will have to take it back, or wait some more. I never like writing bad reviews, but this time it is more of an advice for anyone buying a Mercedes... Do not do it and go for a Lexus! My mother had Lexus for years, and NEVER had an issue! I apologize for the long review.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and in particular Frank Kelske. I have now purchased 2 x cars from him and this dealership and they have been looking after me for the last 3 years. Frank's professional and personalized service made both of my purchase experiences very comfortable and enjoyable - you know you are working with someone you can trust and who really understands what you are looking for. He is also great at making sure your ongoing experience with the dealership is first class and everything you ever need is taken care of (every single time!). I should also add the service department is very well run and the Asst. Manager Michelle Ward is fantastic - she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her advice and help makes ownership decisions very easy and add to the ownership experience of the car/s. She has always looked after my wife and I - this is truly appreciated.

My Mom recently made a purchase from Mercedes Sugarland. She resides in San Antonio and the Internet sales advisor Rod Mejia was able to recommend a vehicle suitable to my mom's liking, initiate financial talks, and close the deal in about a weeks turnaround time. Rod was very professional and took time to listen carefully to our requirements in making a purchase. My mom traveled in from San Antonio on a Saturday morning and was immediately welcomed by the Mercedes Benz Team. Rod made the paperwork process a smooth transition and my mom was in and out of the dealership in minimal time. This dealership truly represent extraordinary service and is very well rooted in the local community. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Mercedes Benz Sugarland if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I just recently bought a pre-owned luxury vehicle from Max Malikov (Internet sales) & had the best purchase experience. I expressed interest on a car I saw online & quickly received a call from Max; whom answer all my questions about the car. He quickly negotiated the final price & moved forward with holding the car for about a week until I could fly in from out of town to look at it. Being an out of state buyer, Max went out of his way on a Labor Day weekend to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend him for his 5 star service!!!

So unhappy with this dealership had prob with a service advisor a yr ago and although prob was resolved they are now refusing to service my car. The vp was rude and unprofessional. Don't buy or take your car there for service you'll be sorry you did. To think that I purchased my car from this dealership and have been a loyal good paying customer is appalling that they can get by with treating people that way. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE ever had problems such as this

Nathan Lombardi showe'd me great customer service. I was so bless to have had the opportunity to meet him and be served by him. I use to get my car serviced by Carmax which I have No complaints only they stay very busy. With Mercedes I didn't have to have an appointment and they only took an hour for my oil change. Overall I had an Awesome experience and will from now on drive from Humble to Sugarland to get my car serviced. Thanks Nathan

Go see David Di at MB Sugar Land! He was very helpful, honest, personable and funny. He sat down with me for a few hours Saturday afternoon, worked within my budget and found me a great car! I would highly recommend this dealership. I usually went to MB in Greenway for service work on my last MB but I will be making the drive to Sugar Land next time.

I was disappointed while shopping for a new MB closer to my home. Cars.com pointed me to MB Sugar Land. It was a bit of a drive, but the experience was well worth it.
