Thanks to your service advisor, Bill Spencer, for taking great care of my maintenance needs. As usual, Bill was very accommodating, saw that I had a loaner to use while my C300 was in the shop for a few days, and kept me informed of the progress of the repair work. Getting through to your service department was very challenging to say the least. My initial call was not even answered. I tried back later and reached what I later learned is your central answering operator who initially transferred me to the wrong Resnick dealership. That service advisor then transferred me to the proper location and I was finally able to get the repair work initiated. If it had not been for good past experiences with this dealership, I would have gone elsewhere for my service. My car was disabled and had to be towed in. The tow hook was still attached to the rear bumper when I picked up the car!

They did annual check up. All's good but I have two concerns I'm not happy with.#1. They didn't reset my clock etc., when the shut down the system on the car.#2 I CANNOT GET THE SUNROOF TO OPEN> cannot find if they put it in a lock mode,etc., can someone PLEASE CALL to walk me through getting it to open. Overall good service. Service manager worked with the extended warranty and kept us updated on the progress. Considering that between my deductible and the extended warranty payment the cost of the repair was around $3,000, it would have been nice if my windshield wiper fluid refill was included in that price. The windshield fluid indicator light was on when I picked up the car.

I purchased my 2016 E350 at a different dealership and have had disappointment after disappointment from the dealership. The car is GREAT. I decided to take my car for the 10,000mile service A to Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles and the service was top shelf. Every aspect made me feel special from the moment I checked the car in to the time I picked it up. The cost for the service was even less than the other dealership. Purchased a CPO 2014 ML350 over the internet from Carol and St Charles MB back in Feb 2015. Great experience back then. Recently started looking for a CPO GLK for my wife. Searched the internet and came across one with the options my wife wanted, and had to laugh. There it was, right back at MB St Charles !! BTW I live over 500 miles away from this dealership, and I had NO questions or reservations as to purchasing from them again. As always, Carol was efficient and quick on getting back to me with the details and answers to my questions. A couple of back n forth emails and I was ready to buy, again !! Credit app and the whole process was timely and smooth. Flew up on a Saturday morning, they picked me up at the airport, I checked out the car, signed the papers, and was on my way driving home. Questions were answered, and request were fulfilled timely. I agree it is unusual that I have now purchased two MB CPO vehicles, totally over the internet, from a dealership over 500 miles from my home, but they had what I was looking for, answered my questions timely, and could not of been friendlier and more professional in handling the process from afar. Wife is now happy, so I am happy too !! Who knows, I may be right back there for my next MB purchase in a few years ?!? :-) Highly recommend the dealership and Carol !!

Requested a car for loaner - weather was frigid and VERY windy. Erv pulled up in a C class vehicle and, upon consideration of my height and the horrendous weather, asked if I'd be ok in it. I didn't think I would and he changed it to the large SUV. Felt very safe driving the loaner while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. That small yet thoughtful question from Erv made my day! Of course, my own car, after being serviced, is good to go for another year.

I had a check engine indicator light come on and the service department took me in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. The technician did all of the diagnostics and found everything to be normal, so he cleared the code. He then explained to me what he had done and said that if the light should come on again to bring the car back in for further evaluation. Very efficient service and a positive experience.

Overall very happy with Scott and will recommend him. I do feel that I had to fight for the best price on the car and trade..was hoping that would be different than other dealers but found this dealership to be like everyone else in that regard. Had a rough experience with one sales person (don't recall his name) who was attempting to help me when Scott wasn't there. He clearly didn't want to help and didn't appreciate how he spoke to me. I think he acted that way because he knew he wasn't getting the sale. I bet that if he was my sales person and getting the sale he would have been friendlier. All this said while this isn't the BEST car buying experience I've ever had I AM happy overall with the car, the price, the dealer and my sales person.

We've been coming to St. Charles for service for years, so when it was time to get a new car we were hoping that we wouldn't need to go anywhere else. We were going from an ML to a C, I had a specific list of what I wanted, and Zach found the exact match (all the way in Iowa). Zach was very straightforward with us, also explaining everything in great detail. It was our first time leasing, he made us comfortable with the process. Compared to previous car purchasing experiences at other places, this was a very straightforward and easy business transaction - exactly what I would expect from a Benz dealership. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I dealt with sales associate, Andrew, and sales manager, Joel, about purchasing a used BMW. I agreed on a price and notified them that I had purchased my plane ticket to purchase the car the next day. I received a call from Andrew the next morning who tried to add additional fees to the sale. I then asked to speak with his sales manager, Joel who called me back five hours later and told me they sold the vehicle to another buyer for more money. Joel told me that his sales associates do not have the power to sale cars and that he is the only person that does. He also told me that he would not reimburse me for my plane ticket. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Never thought it would be possible to "like" going to get your car serviced - but the folks here manage to make that statement possible. Service is great, always courteous, not enough they can do to make sure you understand the work being performed as well as timing it will take to do it. My car is nearing 130,000 miles and I really believe it will easily go 100,000 more. The team of Erv / Hector are rock stars of car service. I have owned many different makes and models of cars over the years and I can honestly say the car and the service at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles is THE reason I will stay a Mercedes owner. This last service visit they walked me through all of the repairs and explained them in a manner I understood - which is always appreciated. I highly recommend giving these folks a call.

I recently purchased a C300 from Mercedes-Bemz of Saint Charles. The salesman we worked with, Joel May was very knowledgable and helpful through the process. After we purchased the car he spent quite a bit of time explaining the functionality of the options (e.g.sat nav, radio, controls, etc.) and the experience was very streamlined.I went to that dealership because one where I had purchased another car was not so good, the saleswoman continually had to ask someone else about the options and the service was spotty at best. I had been shopping for a slightly used car for about 2 months and I had searched high and low. I considered MANY makes, test drove several of them, and I had my eye on a 2013 GLK for sometime. I test drove one and had a less than desirable experience at a much closer Mercedes Benz dealership (in Chicago, where I live). So it was with some hesitancy that I phoned MB of St. Charles to inquire about a GLK they had advertised on their website. Carol Bucaro answered my call and she had the perfect mix of niceness and professionalism...and she actually LISTENED to me. After being played by many auto salespersons in the past 2 months (especially the MB folks in Chicago), her genuine professional demeanor was refreshing to say the least. Perhaps more importantly, she followed through with an email that outlined the package of the car I was interested in, and within a day, I got a detailed record of all estimated costs (including my expected trade-in value, money down, monthly payments at 60 months as I requested) that we had discussed over the phone. Wow, something in writing...and to my liking. Carol understood that my coming into St. Charles was a good 45 miles for me, and that she didn't want to waste my time. I had heard things like this from other salespersons recently, but I decided to take a chance and pay her a visit. I'm certainly glad I did.My visit was quite surreal in several ways. First, I got to take a look at the 2-13 GLK while my vehicle was inspected for its trade-in value. The 2013 GLK I looked at looked really good to me, and I have to admit I had visions of seeing key scratches, finding out there was some accident, that the Premium Package was missing several essential qualities, etc. (or some other problem) on the way to the dealership. Why? Because I had some false promises by other salespersons; especially the folks at my local MB dealership in Chicago. I was a bit leery going to St. Charles because of the "Premium Package" that was advertised; and that such packages are advertised on the internet at other dealerships even though one finds out that they are NOT complete packages. However, the GLK I was purchasing was LOADED; it had everything as advertised (and a couple extra bells/whistles) and the only thing missing was a sunroof (which I knew going in). Second, I quickly found out my car was worth what I was told over the phone; no problems there. Third, I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase, and off we went. They were making changes right there and then; no games. Fourth, the actual quote of my monthly payments was a few dollars LESS than the estimates I received via email. I met with Gene Woods to discuss financing, and quickly discovered I qualified for 1.74% financing (a quarter point better than my lender's rate). Gene was very informative and made some good recommendations regarding service options and extended warrantees that made sense to me. It didn't hurt to learn that he rescues dog in his spare time (I'm a big dog lover, and we quickly exchanged some pics of our "boys"). I might add that I had considered getting an after market remote start installed, something that costs about $1400 (through the iPhone). However, Gene informed me that I may NOT want to get this option because it typically causes problems with the electronic system. Imagine that; dissuading a customer from spending money out of concern for the customer's best interest. Most others would tack on as much as they could in order to get a few dollars more on the purchase/finance. By the way, I just remembered that the MB sales manager in Chicago told me that my taxes would be approx. $4400 on a 2013 GLK that was listed for about 40K. However, Gene pointed out to me that my taxes (I live in Chicago; they're high!) are not based on the listed price, but on what I owe after down-payment and trade-in...which was CONSIDERABLY less than what the Fletcher Jones folks told me!Professionalism (not the pretentious fluff), honesty, prompt and legitimate service, graciousness, and a down-to-earth personal touch sums up my two hours at this dealership. I won't hesitate to contact Carol and Gene in the future. I hope they'll be around in the next 4-5 years when I consider upgrading to a newer model.Lastly, let me say a few things about me. I'm an academic and I engage in scholarly research and teaching. I tend to take a critical view on things. I've owned VWs for over a decade, and my local VW dealership lost my business because to put it succinctly, they were not straight-forward with me recently and I was displeased with VW's customer service. I've never been into status symbols, and frankly, I kind of thought Mercedes Benz was just that...until I did some research and discovered the 2013 GLK (used/low miles) with the options I got was the perfect car for my needs. After driving it for a couple weeks, I couldn't be happier. Like all my friends who own MBs have told me, it is a "solid" ride, and I think it's the smartest car I've ever driven. It's definitely worth paying a little more.In closing, Mercedes Benz of St. Charles won me over, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. If you live in the city, it would be well worth the trip.

Having just taken delivery on my new Mercedes E350 Cabrolet and thinking about what a wonderful experience I had dealing with Craig Falkenthal, Mark Saltzman, and Gene Woods. I just had to write a quick note to say thank you to everyone involved From start to finish the entire new car process was completely smooth and seamless. The new facility is state of the art and the service and warm comfortable atmosphere makes the new car buying process a big WOW !!! I was shown several different models and given the opportunity to drive several different cars to test the various feathers that I was looking for. Presto, the E350 cabrolet was eveything that I was looking for. Once the selection was made,, I was given a great , fair deal. We feel totally confident when we bring our vehicle to Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Our car is in great hands. Dean, the Service Advisor, did a wonderful job of educating us on what services are coming up and the associated approximate costs for them. We are so grateful and feel like we can plan forward appropriately. We are very grateful for Dean's customer service and the dealership overall. Our only comment for improvement was the wait (40 minutes) between arrival for service and meeting with a Service Advisor. With that being said, it is a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere to be in while waiting. The lounge is a wonderful, clean space with a news channel on the tv and a beverage counter too. Thank you!

I recently purchased a CPO Mercedes sedan from this dealer. We thought there should not be any issues with the car since it is certified. After we brought the car home, we noticed that the engine has a very annoying clicking noise. I called the dealer next morning and told them about the issue and my concern. They asked me to take the car to their service department. After leaving the car in their shop for overnight, the following day they called me and told that there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked them to explain to me why the engine has the clicking noise which most other cars do not. They kept telling me "you will be fine, nothing is wrong with the car, blablabla....". I spoke with the service director, who is just a talker. I even spoke with their general manager. But the GM just telling me "we have signed the contract, you can not return the car". All these guys they just care about their sales and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Buying a dream car from this place turned out to be a NIGHTMARE! I strongly recommend NOT TO BUY from this dealer.

Sales associate was knowledgeable and did not use high pressure sales tactics, etc. I am an experienced buyer, know what I want, and make my decisions before entering a dealership. They fully explain all the work that was completed, and when needed always tell me what should be worked on next. I recently found out that there was a new mercedes dealership in st charles, il. I had just bought a used mercedes and had a lot of questions so I stopped in to see the place. The manager Steve Heinking was extremely helpful, he offered to have my car washed and went through all the information and history of my car. I asked them if they could give my car a quick look over because I wanted to make sure I bought a good car and they found a small leak from a suspension part, and a loose lower joint. They had the parts available and fixed it for me in 2 hours. The price was really good and they quoted me less because to replace both parts there was "overlap" so they took a lot of labor cost off. I have never heard of a dealership doing that. Steve and especially the technician were very honest and helpful. I was a little worried pulling into the dealer and left feeling very good. I cant explain the relief of knowing im not being taken or ripped off. These are very good people and I wouldnt hesitate to go back anytime I need something.

I have been buying Mercedes for 12 years from the same dealer, they are literally located a block from my home. I went comparison shopping at Mercedes of St. Charles which is a good hour drive from me, not only did I receive an awesome deal, way better then the one I got from the dealer that I have been dealing with for 12 years, they treated my wife and I with such respect, we felt like we owned the dealership. Everything about Mercedes of St. Charles was a breath of fresh air, we were not rushed, all of our questions were answered, and the sales team even compared the 2 vehicles we were thinking about buying, without trying to talk us out of the vehicle that was not theirs. We were not seen as a sale; we were seen as people who were out to buy a family SUV and were treated as if we were their family. In todays economy we are all looking to get the best deal, so please look at Mercedes of St. Charles or any of the dealerships in the Resnick group, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful sales staff! Everyone was polite and helpful! They are working out of a temporary location right now, but they are building a brand new state of the art dealership across the street. The manager actually drove me over and gave me a tour of the new dealership! They move in to the new location sometime in March 2011 and let me tell you, it is really going to be an amazing place!
