did not hear back from the dealership when i made an offer for the black amg mercedes the prices that this dealership has is not better than they are in georgia so you have to make it worth while to travel out of my zone. the last offer was the price would be ok as drive out price, before we can haggle a price you want to run a credit application i need to know the price because if its not right for me , then there is no reason for an inquiry on my credit report.

Horrible car buying experience. I thought it couldn't get worse, but the service was as bad. Service gets done correctly, but you never know how long it will take. Never will I buy another car from this dealer.

This is an easy place to buy a car but after that it is downhill. To get to talk to service could take 45 minuets of a recording saying you have a two minute wait. This is not the place for service there must be something wrong when you pull up and see 100 cars coming for service. Stay away or suffer the horrid time waste of their service and your time.

Review of visit for routine service

All went well except a few days later the red engine light came on and said to bring car in. I did so and too much oil had been added when the oil was changed. It was immediately taken care of. Judy was particularly attentive to me and my issue.

Responsible Service

Had a "check engine" light appear on dashboard. Made appointment to have it checked out. Had to replace a sensor, and did that as I waited. Car seems fine and the dealer performed a multi point inspection to assure that everything is functioning as intended. The service coordinator was informative and courteous.

We purchased a gl550 a week or so ago and the car buying experience was the most enjoyable one I ever had. This was largely due to the outstanding service by our sales rep -- Brian Tinsley. We were introduced to Brian on the Internet when I was performing initial queries about the vehicle. From the very start Brian listened attentively to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell "what he had" He was very knowledgeable about his product line (something I find rare in purchasing cars) and he was very responsive to questions about the vehicle. He also has a very warm and personable professional style about him. Once we decided on the car we wanted he participated in the negotiation process to arrive at a number, for which we both were satisfied. After the deal was done, he followed up to insure the installation of some dealer options that needed to be added and even threw in some matts. 10,000 Service Visit

waiting room has 12 or 14 comfortable arm chairs. ONLY 2 small side tables for coffee or purse or paper placed at END of row so only two chairs could be serviced by tables and those were always occupied..Coffee was good and hot and I had no place to put down and did not want to leave on floor and tip or make a mess. Ended up going for a walk to drink coffee and had to carry my paper with me.Suggest many more same size tables between chairs so all have access to space for articles etc. Not a major expense and cannot believe not corrected as yet as the facility not new. Only 7 there waiting but 5 were wandering or drank coffee and then sat down to read or watch TV.. Service was fine and I was on a strict time frame and all went well....

I purchased a C300 from Mercedes Benz Sarasota. It was very easy and fast. The sales person gave me all information about that car and he made it very professional and what i liked most very fast. Perfect buy. I do not have to mentioned that I love that car.However after the buy, a couple of days later I got some calls from Mercedes asking if everything is OK and I believe they want to make sure that you are happy with the vehicle.

When I picked up my car from the Service Department late last Saturday afternoon, there was a problem with their key security system that resulted in an unusually long delay in retrieving my car. 2015 MBZ GLK 350 Purchase

I live in the Fort Lauderdale area and was looking for a 2015 MBZ GLK 350. After reviewing cars online and going to the local dealers, I Spoke with Chris Fulton at MBZ of Sarasota a 198 mile drive. I drove over the next day and drove back home that afternoon in a 2015 GLK 350. I have to say from the beginning, it was a pleasant and easy car buying experience. Exceptionally helpful sales and service depts

I wanted to get a recent S model to replace one of my 420 which ran well but was 18 years old. I got my eye on a "12 CLS550 on line. When I went to Sarasota Mercedes I was blown away by the courteous and efficient reception I had. The car was prepped perfectly and looked like it just came out of the assembly line.I have been visiting Mercedes dealerships for 50 years but this one takes the cake!They did everything to please me and some. I drove every Mercedes I owned for at least ten years but this one I'll keep (hopefully) forever as long as I service it at Sarasota Mercedes.

This was my first experience taking my GLK in for a one year maintenance service. From the minute I drove up to the service area, there was someone there to greet and direct me to the service person that I was scheduled with. I was offered a loaner when I first called to make the appointment, but I asked instead if they would drive me to a local mall. They were promptly ready to drive me after showing me where all the refreshments were. I was told that my car may take 2-3 hours. It was only about 1 1/2 hours when they called to say it was ready. A service person was ready to come for me then, but I asked for a little more time which was fine. For my first experience, everyone was polite and very accommodating. I bought my GLK through this dealership one year ago and they did a good job in locating a GLK with features that I was interested in. It did take a couple of weeks to do this.

I chose my vehicle from home in my computer and begun the purchase process through their Auto Nation Direct Program. I was so scared to drive back to Tampa because I had not driven for a long time and also because I had never drove by myself for such a distance. To my good fortune, the sales agent who received to me at this dealership, Mrs. Peter Bolduc, was so gentile and patient. I explained my situation to him and he immediately took action to help me. He drove the car for me a few miles and showed me the car functions and took me to a big lot so I could refresh my driving skills. He also showed me how to come back to Tampa. I got used to drive again thanks to his patient and good teachings. He went above and beyond and made me feel that I was a very special customer. At the time of closing the business, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient too. I wish there were more people as Mrs. Peter in this world because life would be easier for people like me who are not fluent in English and need a lot of help and patience. Thank you all!

First class

This is the second car we have purchased from MB of Sarasota. First time was a BMW and the experience and service we received from Roger Kumapayi was outstanding. My wife and I came to the Mercedes Dealership in Sarasota to look at a new Mercedes SUV. James Easter met us there and provided all the information and data pertaining to the vehicle. A Pleasant Surprise

The dealerships service area drop-off is covered and well protected from the Florida weather. An assistant service manager pleasantly greeted me for my scheduled service appointment. The waiting area and restrooms were clean. Complimentary snacks and beverages were provided. The service bays are visible from the waiting area through a glass walled partition for those that wish to keep an eye on their vehicle. I had a seat problem diagnosed and I decided against having the dealership perform the repair. There was no pressure from the staff over declining the repair and quite remarkably they discounted the replacement parts price so that I could make the repair myself. Additionally the fee for the diagnoses was more than reasonable. I also inquired about the dealership performing an oil change with the oil and filter that I had provided to which they quoted a very fair price. This was a job that I had intended on doing myself but instead had the service technician perform. The service staff at Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota was very accommodating to my needs. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Outstanding Service

My wife and I were visiting Sarasota from Williamsburg, VA when we had a concern with our Mercedes-Benz C-300 lighting system and drove to this dealership. Upon arrival we learned the problem was our - not understanding one of the system's features. We were very embarrassed but the service manager politely explained it to us, offered a car wash, and gave us a tour of the waiting area. When informed our vehicle was ready he further told us a complimentary car wash, tire pressure check, and fluid top-off service was available to us any time we were in Sarasota. This outstanding customer service experience to an out-of-town visitor earned this dealership my business should I ever need service while in the Sarasota area.

All sales reps I dealt with were very professional across the board. In particular, Victor Lema was very upfront, & very accommodating during negoiations. Peter was very helpful assisting me with some concerns I had had that I thought needed service attention. I've owned Mercedes for decades and purchased some from the old Glauser dealership. But frankly I went away as I'd become a bit disenchanted with both Mercedes and the dealership. But I'm back and glad of it. I've just traded and my experience was absolutely first-class all the way around. Bill Ussery and Ernie Withers made me feel like I was in one of my wife's day spas! And the car is simply magnificent. Customer-orientation is big in advertising today but too often leads to over-expectation and under-performance. We came to Mercedes Benz of Sarasota to inquire about a new ML 350. We bought our 2012 ML350 here but now it has 51,000 miles on it so we were interested in trading in our car for a new one. Purchasing a GL450

I recently purchased a 2012 GL450 certified pre-own Mercedes-Benz. The new program with unlimited mileage was a home run for me. Rick Chang, my sales representative was great to work with and knowledgeable on every aspect of my vechicle. This is my fifth Mercedes and they are worth every penny. My last 2002 ML500 had 332,000 miles and was still running strong, It was time to enjoy all of the new technology that has been introduced in the newer models.

A completely different car-buying experience!

I would recommend Mercedes- Sarasota to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. Lets face it, typically buying a car is a dreadful process. No matter what you do, it seems to be an all day event. Our sales representative, Chris, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We did not feel pressured or haggled in anyway. This location is further away than Mercedes-Tampa for us, but based on the overall experience, we plan to return there for all service needs.

No high pressure sales

I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Mercedes from Peter Bolduc, I recommend him to anybody who wants an actual consultant who tells you all options and doesn't resort to high pressure schemes commonly seen in other car dealerships. A Fun Buying Experience

I have never been enthusiastic about shopping for new cars principally because I anticipated the hard sell that I'd receive from many new car salesmen was endemic to the profession. Prior to shopping for my new Mercedes Benz I bopped around on the Internet and developed a fairly good idea of what I had hoped to find in equipment, accessories and color. Knowing I was going to spend the next seven months in Florida, I phoned Sarasota-Mercedes Benz from Chicago and over the phone was introduced to Tom Clancy. That was my lucky day. I looked Tom up shortly after I came to Florida. We spent a very productive time together. The inventory this company had on hand was remarkable. A very complete selection of models and colors giving me a very easy way to make my final choice. Tom was extremely helpful in pointing out features, answering questions and setting up road tests during my selection process. I bought a car that day from him. I recently bought a used KIA Optima from Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota, not only did I get a cherry of a car in excellent condition, the experience from start to finish was the best I've ever had. I live about an hour away and Cary Smart worked with my schedule, offered to come in on a day off, and stayed very late to help make sure I didn't have to make a second trip to finalize the details.
