We are from out of state and were in the market for a 2012 Mercedes ML-350 with low mileage and preferably a certified pre-owned Mercedes. In searching the internet, I found a beautiful vehicle at MB of Medford. Randall Grealish worked with us by phone/email and made the process so easy for us. By the time we finally met, it was like we had known each other forever. I feel so fortunate to have found Randall and our ML-350. We were interested in a low-mileage, slightly pre-owned car, no more than two years old. We were almost positive we would have to go to Portland to find a good deal and a good selection. We did all our homework and approached Mercedes of Medford, our local dealer, before heading north. Much to our surprise, we found what we wanted at a competitive price. The best sales service ever! My husband and I are long time Mercedes drivers and decided that it was time to consider a new car. We called Russ Manzone and let him know what we were interested in. By the next day Russ had located the perfect vehicle and we took delivery on it a few days later. Russ is a "make it happen" guy who knows his product, is great to work with and is true to his word. What a great experience!

I came in with hopes and left with a smart car. My car I came with was a salvage, but Randall said he could see what he could do. After two test drive, an hour or two, and a couple of offers of coffee I left with my 2013 Pure. Everyone was friendly and I very much enjoyed my time with Randall as we waited for the financing.


I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

My husband, who is in the Navy and currently deployed, recently tasked me with finding him a Jeep Patriot for when he returns. He was very specific in what he wanted and Mercedes-Benz of Medford happened to have one. Randall Grealish helped me with the sale. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and I didn't feel pressured at all. His laid back, yet professional approach is ultimately what led me to purchase the car. I was JUST LOOKING at new/used cars with specific specs. The extremely nice salesman, Russ Manzone, showed me a car that was exactly what I was looking for with more features I was not expecting! He was very professional but friendly at the same time. All the staff were very nice and helpful explaining every detail. I drove away from Mercedes-Benz of Medford very happy in pre-owned 2007 Lexus RX400h (hybrid). I got a wonderful deal on a certified car that is everything I wanted.

In most cases the items arrive in 2 days or sometimes next day if I order early in the day. We've been searching for a new vehicle for more than a year, and when our attempt to order and purchase a new truck fell through, we researched a recent Consumer Reports magazine for other ideas. Luckily, we've had great luck with our 1999 C230 Kompressor and we began to compare the new BMW 3-series with the newer Mercedes sedans. Our luck increased on the morning we drove into the Mercedes-Benz of Medford dealership and got acquainted with Sales and Leasing Consultant Russell Manzone. What a terrific experience we had after sitting down with him, test driving a 2012 C250 with fewer than 9,000 miles, and talking about what we were willing to pay for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and what the dealership would fine fair on their side of the deal. By mid-afternoon, we were driving away in our new C250 at a price we felt was negotiated fairly, with no pressure, and good "vibes" all around. Russ is the consumate professional and we look forward to seeing him as we make regular visits for service on our Benz. We were also pleased with the friendly and enthusiastic tutoring we received from Michael Purcilly, also a Sales and Leasing Consultant. He walked us through the myriad of details we need to learn to safely and intelligently operate a car that may be smarter than we are. Our highest recommendation goes out for this local dealership.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our Mercedes E 350. Our salesman Dave Skolnik and Sam Minasian Sales manager were very helpful. For the first time buying a car that we didn't feel pressured or like we somehow didn't get the deal we wanted. The service that we received was very out standing, no pressure to buy, we started the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealership the next morning, we were greeted with open arms as if we were a long lost family member. We have never been treated so great at any other dealership. Other dealerships, no matter what make or model, should take all their training in customer service from this dealership.
