Karsten Knobloch made our purchase on a new GLE model car so pleasureable and professional. he lined up three cars for us with the various features we were considering which made our choices so much easier. when the car arrived, he promptly notified me and arranged for another associate to go through each car feature. Other than some delay in getting the car paid for the day of pick up, this was the best experience ever. i will always contact and refer people to Karsten and this dealership!

Just bought a certified used C class here. Car is beautiful, and was priced well. No surprises with the transaction, no issues, no pressure, nothing unpleasant at all. Very professional organization. Would have no reservations about coming here for my next purchase.

We bought a 2017 Mercedes E 300 from Mercedes Benz of Marietta. From the moment we walked into the new, beautiful showroom, we were treated with a positive, respectful attitude from each of the staff that we met. Our salesman was nice and did not "push" a particular vehicle on us. Rather, he listened to our desires and needs and pointed us to the right vehicle for us. The new car manager, Shawn Lim, was highly service oriented and always greeted us with a smile and a "How can we help you?" After we purchased the car, we had difficulty synching our garage door opener with the car software. Kristin Thrasher, products manager, met the challenge and did not stop until the problem was resolved. The answer came in Kwandi Willis, AKA Terrell, technician, who pursued the problem and very confidently righted the software so that we could push a button on our rear view mirror and be assured that the garage door problem had been resolved. We cannot say enough good things about Mercedes Benz of Marietta. Their service is exceptional, and our E 300 sedan is beautiful and comfortable. We are so glad to have Mercedes Benz in Marietta and recommend them to all who need a highly desirable automobile.Bill and Winnie Northington

Excellent sales person named Michael Drew. A very pleasant and easy to work with. Even though I had a minor issue with electronics after the purchase, he resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. I would buy another Mercedes again from him.

I had a spectacular experience three times with Sales. Director, Bob Goodell at Mercedes. He is extremely honest and customer focused. I trust no one when it comes to repairs, but he has EARNED my trust. I highly recommend Bob Goodell and will continue to do business with Mercedes because of him! Also, the entire staff is friendly and highly accommodating . Dustin, the General Manager is one of a kind I hear and in meeting him I got a sense of his passion.

I went to different Mercedes-Benz dealers, finally we purchased the car we wanted in Mercedes-Benz of Marietta dealer, I had a really great experience and the best services. Chris was our sales person and Shawn was our finance person. Both very professional, and very friendly to advice us! And I think they are worth a high recommended to my family and friends.

I was there on Sunday afternoon. I was seriously considering buying a car that day and went to MB of Marietta because the MB dealerships I am more familiar with are closed on Sunday. I spent 15 minutes inside the showroom and 15 minutes walking around the outside lot and my existence was never acknowledged. I went to the front desk and complained and was told, "I'm sorry. We're short staffed." Unacceptable for any car dealership. Unbelievable for a Mercedes dealer. My advice is don't waste your time going there.

It was a 5 STAR experience at this Marietta location. The facility is awesome,the service was truly the best ever and Ms. Bradford was beyond fabulous inscheduling the Service and providing a loaner. She handled ALL details as a professional but at the same time she was so upbeat, friendly and so personably. I was starting the shopping process for a new vehicle with plans to visit three dealerships along Cobb Parkway. My intentions were to gather information and return to one of them within the next 30 days. I walked in the Mercedes dealership was immediately greeted and requested the salesperson I had spoken with the evening before. I started looking at the cars in the showroom and made the decision to return and consider the GLC 300 within the next 30 days. Much to my surprise the team at Mercedes made it difficult for me to leave with their level of customer service, strategic pricing, and support of making sure the deal was a win-win. I would certainly recommend the Mercedes dealership in Marietta, GA. I've even received calls after the purchase to ensure satisfaction. Laportia and Tom, you rock!

Comparing the Mercedes GLA250 to the Audi Q3. Sean Reid is s an excellent rep for MB and answered all my questions. Far superior product to the Audi and a state of the art facility. Love my car.

Tom was an amazing car salesman who went above and beyond the call of duty when I visited this dealership. I recently purchased a used car at this dealership was ultimately treated with the utmost respect and customer service by Tom. When I spoke to Tom prior to going to the dealership I knew that he had a good spirit and that this was the place for me to go a purchase my car. Tom dotted all of the I?s and crossed all of the t?s in regard to making sure I got what I wanted at a price point that I was able to afford. He is also a family man a has a lovely picture of his family on his desk. He made the buying process palatable explain everything in detail. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and how I was treated at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and willing to help.
