when my husband and i first walked into the dealership at hunt valley, kyle dembo immediately greeted us and asked how he could help us. he was patient in listening to exactly what we were looking for, never at any moment did we feel pressured...he showed us exactly what matched our request. considerate, very knowledgeable regarding the mercedes, and customer service. what else can one say? how refreshing, what a positive experience it was and will continue to be im sure, when i need any servicing to be done. everyone in that dealership was helpful , kind.. and ready to find exactly the car we wanted. kyle exceeded all our expectations in a car "sales" person... restored my faith in customer service!! its still out there!! i love the mercedes e-class!!! a wonderful car.. and was a pleasure dealing with this dealership.

I searched high and low for my Mercedes C class and found two vehicles I like very much on the Mercedes Benz Hunt Valley website. I immediately called and was invited to come see the vehicles the following week. My experience at this dealership was top notch: nothing that was advertised was not delivered: the vehicles were located instantly, and had all the upgrades and packages promised on their website. The prices were marked clearly and my sales rep Yanni was just wonderful to work with: he truly went the extra mile..even came to meet me on his day off to deliver my vehicle personally. This is MY Mercedes dealership now and I will recommend it to anyone wanting a first class experience buying a luxury vehicle with people who know their product, are not pushy and who understand the value of customer service. 5 star treatment here: nothing less, in fact ask the multitude of repeat clients who were in the show room that day: I chatted a 90 year old man at the starbucks coffee station and he said he was here for his 5th Mercedes!

I had a great buying experience at MB of HV (now AutoNation), from start to finish it was a class act. The three main folks I dealt with were Joon, Hamid and Joe in service whom all were very accommodating.My purchase was hassle free and Joon and Hamid worked me out a more than fair deal and I did not feel pressured or hassled at all. Within my first week of ownership I received several calls to make sure I was happy. I discovered my AMG pulled a bit to the right on the highway which sent me in to service. The service area was very nice, multiple areas to work or relax, they had a nice starbux machine with snacks and tea. Joe was nice and polite and after waiting an hour he noticed me getting antsy and put me in a loaner to be on my way.I am already considering an SUV to replace my wifes vehicle and I am looking at their inventory as I type this as this was an experience I was very happy with.

After test driving a Mercedes GL 450 at Mercedes of Hunt Valley in September 2015, I sent a fairly unique online configuration of a GL 450 to 4 different dealers within 30 miles of my house with the disclosure that I would order a custom-build from whichever dealer submitted the best possible purchase price bid. Not only did Mercedes of Hunt Valley tie with one other dealership for the best pricing, the process of ordering the vehicle, obtaining financing, and taking delivery was a pleasure. My daughter and I where visiting colleges in the Baltimore area when we hit a tire of the highway. Our car seemed to drive fine but there was debris stuck under the car. My dealer at home in Cary, NC suggested we take it to a dealer since we had another 6 hours to drive home. I contacted Hunt Valley Mercedes who got me in right away. The head of Service, Ken, reviewed my car himself, drove it and made a few adjustments so we could safely return home. He even washed our car. I am so grateful for his care and making sure we were safe. This is the reason why I buy Mercedes cars.

I have purchased two Mercedes Benz from the Hunt Valley location. I have referred two friends to Valley Motors. Since last year one person has purchased a new Mercedes. However, recently my vehicle was in need of immediate repairs, I was confident that the Hunt Valley Service Department could complete any necessary repairs. Initially, it could not be determined whether my vehicle could be repaired. However, service advisor Ms. Hyatt kept me updated and provided me with honest responses. Since I was familiar with the sales team Don Levine and Finance Manager Janelle Wiegand I contacted them with assistance with possible vehicle replacement. The two made themselves readily available to begin the process to possibly replace the vehicle. However, the service team were able to complete the repairs. My car was vandelized and the only place to repair the mercedez ignition is through a licensed dealer. From the moment I walked in the door the service manager was negative and disrespectful. When picked up my car is was not repaired to it's original condition. They did not so a full check for electrical damage caused by the ignition being started by a screwdriver and the incorrect voltage being sent through my car. They cost me over 1,000.00 in rentals and insurance battles by not correctly fixing the car. I had a diagnostic done by another company, went back and explained that a fuse was not working properly and it's under warrenty the service manager refused to listen and spoke to me in a very combative manor. I took my car to mercedez of owingsmills and they did a diagnostic and fixed the warewnty problem when hunt valley refused to help me. He blamed my cars issue on age and mileage not the vandalism and pretty much called my car a bucket. I do have an older higher milage car but that's not where the issue lied.

We searched for our New B Class on WWW.Cars.com site and found it at Hunts Valley M B Dealers. We got it for a low price, in fact it was so low that their software was not accepting the price. They somehow worked it out and settled it for almost the same price they quoted and this buying experience was made wonderful by Rickey and Marshall. And our special thanks to Marshall for driving over 150 miles just for us to sign the documents. They even shipped our car for FREE. I visited the dealership and the sales person was good by I didn't receive a warm reception by management. I was spoken to like I couldn't understand the process and negotiating a price was a nightmare. I looked online line to read the negative reviews and noticeable recent review . It was the same review I later saw on military message board on base. If I read that earlier along with other reviews, I wouldn't have come.

I had several large items serviced recently on my 10-year old low-mileage Mercedes Benz. Kevin Cousins was very helpful by phone and in person. The repairs were made in a timely manner, the loaner car was ready for me immediately, the price held true to the estimate, and the car was ready when promised. The only small problem was that it was surprisingly difficult to find my service files in their computer system, even though I had been there only a few weeks earlier, and the shared printer made it inconvenient for several intake personnel to work simultaneously. But overall it was a very good (though expensive) experience.

I visited the dealership because my job has health cases in MD and thought this is convenient dealership, and wife read other reviews from dealer rater. I was interested in a GL450. The pricing offered was $82k which is $6,680 more than Mercedes Benz of Annapolis sold the vehicle. I visited the dealership in person and selected a GL450 (white). The General Manager would not negotiate the price, wanted to hold the vehicle title for 1 year, and was rude via telephone. I was told under the Federal Trade Act and other policies that dealers are authorized because of exporting and Mercedes Benz Corporation is in agreement. My concerns was a safe and secure vehicle with room for 6, third row seating and ability for tv monitors to keep children occupied during travel. The experience from sales management and general management was horrible and I strongly do not recommend this dealership. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis customer service and management was excellent and the MSRP price was $75,820 and out the door was $79, 254.57. Hunt Valley pricing exceeding $87k.(see attached sales quotes provided by the dealership). The sales person davenport was kind and provided good information but the management team was horrible. Because of my concerns with management and statements of exporting, etc I sent a letter of inquiry/concern to MD Office of Inspector General. I am not an expert on FTA or other federal policies.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE from Valley Motors. Run, do not walk away from this dealer. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz 2010 E 350 Certified on 12/4/13 and the dealer did not disclose the full records for this vehicle. They replaced the headrest on 10/25/13 and did not disclose that in any records I received. I have an exploded driver's side headrest and resraint failure in both right and left headrests. The car is unsafe to drive. Another dealer found a foreign intrusion on the wiring harness and it costs $7000 to repair. The other dealer also replaced the headrest on the first attempt. The second visit had them gut the car to find the problem that was there when I purchased the car. Valley Motors told me it was my problem. I asked Valley Motors why did they not disclose the information? They do not answer. When I asked Valley Motors why did they replace the headrest before I purchased the car? They do not answer. I did not do this to the car. They sold it to me like this and will not make it right. I called and left a message for the owner and the GM called me back to tell me not to call the owner.This is a bad business that can not be trusted.

Well, I'm actually not sure how to start this review to prevent you from thinking this is a fake review written by the dealer themselves.But NO, I'm not a shill.....I'm a real customer who just leased a fully loaded 2015 GLA250 from Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley, with the exact quoted price that I got via emails with Dave DeRose, who got me this amazing deal with the unbelievable price on this hot model that's being sold quickly by MSRP with no discount in the tri-state area.I drove all the way down from North Jersey to Hunt Valley, MD to pickup the car and sign the lease contracts. I was actually worry about the quoted aggressive price in Dave's emails may just be a bait, since the price was just 'unrealistic', according to a local MB dealer who quoted me with almost $150 more on the monthly payment for a GLA250 with similar options in their inventory.But to my surprise, there was actually no surprise on the pickup day... Dave prepared everything before my arrival , from Credit Approval by MB Finance Service to the lease contract printed with the 'unrealistic' price we agreed upon emails. So basically I got the all new GLA250 on the 1st week after it's launch in United States, with a price below the invoice.Believe or not, with the deal Dave offered me, I'm actually paying a low monthly payment on this fully loaded 2015 Mercedes Benz GLA250 compact SUV, lower than most people's monthly payment for a loaded RAV4, and of-course it's 0 down ; )I also want to mention the finance manager, Janelle Wiegand.Unlike your typical car dealership finance managers who always try to let you buy those pricey additional protection & warranty plans as much as possible, Jane actually told me -- 'don't bother with these extra add-on plans, since your're just leasing the vehicle so they won't make much sense for you'. As a result I did't pay any extra money on any unnecessary protection plans, apart from a pre-paid maintenance plan that will actually save money on the mandatory services during the lease. Anyway, the 4 hours drive from North Jersey to Hunt Valley totally worth by any means. Lori is great, very knowledgable about the cars - always enjoy talking to her because she is passionate about Mercedes, just like her customers. Like my parents, I bought my Mercedes from hunt valley and plan on buying another Mercedes this year from them (my fourth Mercedes) The most recent visit 12/21 did upset me in one regard, I am 26 years old and was sitting in the CLS63 AMG in the show room, checking out the new younger baby Benz for the first time, when I was told that the "base" model was outside and that I was in something called an AMG! I felt like I needed to defend myself by reminding the sales agent that I was the proud owner of multiple Mercedes one of which is a C55 AMG and that my dad owned an SL65 from Benson Mercedes in New Orleans - the CLA is designed for people my age, how rude (of course I did not say this, instead I said, "yes I am aware"). I play with new Mercedes all time, first time that's happened to me.

This service involved a hydraulics part with a history that resulted in an extension of the warranty to 10 years. My first visit on a Friday afternoon was disappointing, not because it was too late to get service, but because the service writer jumped to the conclusion (before looking) that the message code I referenced probably involved the brake pads and sensor. When I said the pads and sensors were new, he asked where they had been installed and became critical that I went elsewhere, saying they had likely been installed improperly. Only then did he go to my car in the service lane and determine that I was correct. The message related to the hydraulics. I returned Monday morning, and the warranty replacement was promptly performed without incident. I'm not a regular service customer, because my E Class is a 2005, and I often rely upon a local service that I have come to know and prefer for routine maintenance. Of course, this saves money as well which is also important to me. Unfortunately, it has become very clear that my infrequent visits to your facility, and my reliance on another servicer, is resented by your service writers. This is unfortunate and tends to discourage me from using your facility, or recommending it to others.

Everyone was very accommodating. It was very busy when I arrived to drop off my car but I was treated very courteously and checked in with a minimal wait. it was time for my 2 year checkup according to my dash reminders, even though I only had 8,000 miles on the car. Lori was extremely helpful, and said she would need the car for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours while I waited. I had brought some reading material, thoroughly enjoyed a free cup of of hot cocoa and a free snack while I waited, and, 1 1/2 hour later, Lori gave me the keys and said i was all ready to go. All of the oil change, filters and other such items had been completed. When I retrieved the car, I could hardly believe my eyes. The car had been washed, all of the windows inside and outside were immaculate, the inside had been thoroughly vacuumed, etc. It was like a new car with only the 8,000 miles that I had traveled since I took delivery 2 years earlier. I was amazed at the excellent job in such a short time. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I went into this dealership in search of an R-Class and we wanted to trade in our Honda. Iris, our salesperson, was friendly initially, however, we were very insulted by the way in which she and her manager treated us when we advised we wanted to trade in our van. We were told to go to Car Max to sell our van and then come back since the price they wanted to offer us was lower that what we knew our van was worth. We were also told by she and her manager, that NO OTHER dealership would give us more than what the Hunt Valley Dealership was offering. They were absolutely incorrect. Not only did we secure our deal with another dealership IN the area, but they gave us exactly what we asked for our trade in addition to a better price for our R-Class (with all the bells and whistles).We would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. While Iris was nice initially, by the end of our meeting, her tone and demeanor came across as very offensive and insulting....and HER manager....all we can say is...his attitude was "Take it or leave it!"So we left it and they lost a several thousand dollar deal. On our first visit to the dealership we were ignored. When I came back I did so after requesting a test drive on line. Received an email from Mack Naslah telling me to stop in for a test drive. I was an email that was generated without ever looking at my request. I drove to the dealership. Mack Naslah had never looked at what I was shopping for and started from scratch. My efforts to give detailed information on line was pointless. Mack Naslah suggested I go to Carmax to get an offer for my trade in. I was not offered a test drive. I called and spoke to the GM of the dealership. Was assured another salesman would assist me. She called and left a message. I called back several times and never heard from her again.I purchased a new 2012 SLK from another dealership who was delightful to deal with.I will not take my car to Valley Motors for anything.. Recently I purchased a 2004 Mercedes Benz S 600 from a doctor in Delaware. The car is a tremendous vehicle with equal parts of power, prestige, style and comfort. However, it is not a cheap date when it comes time to service the car. Because of that, I purchased a 100K bumper to bumper extended warranty. Otherwise, the repairs would be overwhelming. I have also been fortunate to find a smart and savvy service group at Valley Motors to take care of my car on a regular or special needs basis. They help me resolve warranty issues, provide me with a rental car and always treat me with respect. Reason for visit was service and abnormal noise during acceleration. Picked up car and still making noise during acceleration. Service manager rode with me and suggested car was making noise since it was a 2005. Requested the car be re-inspected, service representative informs me someone over filled the oil. Explained it was service at their facility at a cost of over $1400 why would I add oil, confused look on the mechanics face. Service person explained I had an oil leak, which was repaired additional $700 and car still making abnormal noise during acceleration. Same day went to Mercedes-Benz of Baltimore, Catonsville (Mr. Ben Perricone)for second opinion, informed them car was making abnormal noise during acceleration, did not mention the fiasco at Hunt Valley Mercedes. Within 30 min they informed me the engine mounts are worn. Drove back to Hunt Valley with new information and was told by the service manager mounts are not broken and there is nothing to fix. Spoke with Mercedes-Benz of Baltimore and they requested I bring the car back to them and they completed work with no charge (over $1000) and problem is fixed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY ARE CLUELESS AND CROOKS.

She had a very aggresive tone when i had asked questions about my vehicle. They clearly do not like dealing with customers.I picked up my ML and took it to R&H in owingls mills the treatment fro their service department was 100% better. I live less than 10 minutes from Valley Motors but i take my Car to R&H for service. I will only go to Valley Motors if their is a factory recall that i do not have to pay for.AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I STRONGLY URGE THAT YOU TAKE YOUR MERCEDES TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP BESIDES VALLEY MOTORS.

This is the second time I have had service at Valley for Mercedes E300. The first time I asked them to rotate the tires with the service and they "forgot".This time I left the car for its 13000 mile review. I was called and called them back a few hours later and they told me it was ready for pickup. They changed oil ckecked things over, and rotated tires. $260. After I got home, they called me again. The second service guy told me list of things that should be replaced and asked me if I wanted to have them done. DUH! I told the car was already in my garage! He gave a lame excuse and did not know why someone else told me it was ready. (The recommended parts- because of time, not mileage - over thousand in parts and labor. $600 fuel filter, $500 spark plugs, $400 valve cover oil leak, $300 brake fluid replacement, etc. The vehicle only has 24,000 miles on it.)

Overall, very arrogant and driven by how uch bolld $$$$ they get from you; can careless whether you will come back or not. Bought three Mercedes cars from them (two ML 500 and one ML 320)over a four year period. I broke down one time and when asked to tow me to their shop and get a loaner they said they can't do it because it will be after 7:00 pm when I get to their shop and they will be closed. Was stranded until R&h ACCEPTED ME AND HAD A CAR LOANER READY FOR ME. R&H SERVICED MY CAR TO MY SATISFACTION AND WERE VERY PLEASANT. Since then, I have taken my business to Herb Gordon in Silver Spring and I am very happy with Herb Gordon. I have bought one 2007 GL 450 and one 2010 C63 AMG at Herb Gordon. I don't knwo what part of "Customer Service" Valley Motors doesn't get!!

Overall favorable experience. The service staff is friendly and tries to do right. Isuues exsist such as a longer than expected time to diagnosis a problem and in one case, a failed transmission and controller , it took 4 trips to solve the problem. I have been a customer for 20 years and I would go back, although the pricing on new cars is strict.

One of the most arrogant Mercedes dealers I've ever encountered. Their attitude is that "The customer is always wrong". Repairs are often not completed correctly the first time, often vehicles are kept overnight, because the service department is too busy to complete them in one day. Skill level of most technicians is sub-standard. Not the best.
