He sold me my first Mercedes in 2005 and based on that experience, and this one, he will always be my Mercedes representative for as long as he's there. He's is patient and honed in on exactly what I wanted even though it took a few days to find. I bought my certified pre owned Mercedes S class in 2014 from Mercedes Greenway in Houston, I also bought an extended warranty on the vehicle .Recently a week ago I called the Mercedes greenway to enquire about my warranty that how much time or miles I have left on my car , so that I can add more warranty, that's where I encountered the worse customer experience of my life , I called and tried talking to Christne an operator to give me someone who can help me with a simple question on how much time I have left on the warranty , just wanted to be proactive . First she would toss me around to a voice mail , I called back again and explain that I really need to talk to someone who can answer a simple question for me on the warranty, but somehow the phone will disconnect mysteriously, I called back again and she said there is no one available in the finance department, to me that was kind of odd, NO one available in finance dept!Anyway she took my number and she said she will have someone concerned call me back soon, I gave her my cell number, name and the vehicle details.I also told her that I have another quote from outside on the warranty that iam working on , and wanted to see the rates for a new warranty from Mercedes . But against her words I recieved no call from Mercedes of greenway for a full 24 hours. I was shocked , I called back again after 24 hours and raised my concern with another operater Cynthia , same thing first she will make me wait for minutes and the phone will disconnect , then when I called back maybe the 3 Rd or 4 th time , I got a tired of this attitude of the greenway people. I told her today no matter what happens or how many times I call , I am going to get an answer to my very simple question .Then she finally transferred me to this one gentleman Kevin in the finance department, this guy turns out to be another character, as soon I told him my concern that I have trying to ask a simple question and some new quote on my vehicle warranty, he responded with an attitude , saying , Sir I am with some customers, and the only reason I picked up the phone was because I had to., and it's rude for him to talk to me while the customer in front of himI told him Mr Kevin first of all I don't that you were with a customer and surely I don't want to cut in the line , but I have been leaving my number and no one has the curtosey to call me back, I told him my question and gave him my name and number and vehicle details , he said and promised to call me back as soon as he is done with the customers Infront of him.BUT NO CALL!!!!It's been 4 days and I have not recieved any call from anyone from Mercedes of greenway , such level of poor customer service is shocking , it been almost a week and I have not gotten the answer to my query.I wish I had not bought a car from them, they are all so nice when you are buying a car from them but are truly non proffetional when it comes to after sales service. I will never , never recommend any of my friends to go to this dealership, and I have a tons of those. . Today I will personally go to Mercedes of Sugarland to ask the details that I need. I don't want to deal with Mercedes of Greenway , ever again.Irfan Fazal

Had to replace my car pretty quick due to being in an accident and was looking at CPO inventory in and around Houston and Dallas. Really wanted a 2014 0r 2015 E350 with lighting package, white exterior and leather and Lauren Leal in their internet sales division was very prompt in getting back to my questions. The car must have just been added to the inventory, Lauren confirmed its features and availability and I reserved it online for 48 hrs with a refundable $250 deposit. Joseph Garcia called me an hour later, introduced himself as the salesman who is going to be helping me and gave me additional info on the vehicle. He sent me the auto packet as requested which had all the info on the vehicle including carfax, service records, CPO inspection and maintenance work done on the vehicle. Kept me updated on the CPO certification process, detailing, cosmetic work and met him Friday morning to look at the car and hopefully pick it up. Car was still being worked on for cosmetic reasons and when it was ready, both Joseph and I were not satisfied with the final results and instead of making me wait another 2-3 hours, he arranged for a E class for me to use for the day and promised me he will call me when it is done right and then I can come by to pick it up. As promised, he called me the next day, said it looked perfect now and so drove down, exchanged keys and was out the door in 5 min. Things do go not as planned and I always look at how the seller responds to those situations and Joseph Garcia and MB of Greenway came thru with flying colors. They even honored the 0.9% interest rate that I mistakenly stated as being offered by MB- I was wrong.Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

We have used the same Service Writer for number of years at dealership and have been very happy with his attentiveness and quality care. I am writing a review because we waited an extra hour for our vehicle to be finished. Our vehicle was almost finished with cleanup wash and due "in about ten minutes". We waited. Our vehicle was misplaced and finally someone found it and drove to delivery area. I was appalled to find grease in mats, on inside of door, seat. Our Service Writer was not too happy about it either, but did clean the grease up for us. There was additional grease from repair techs dragging their feet through vehicle that I found when arriving home. I feel the mess these guys leave is deliberate. Amazing how many people can get in vehicles without leaving such a mess behind. Unbelievable for a Mercedes service call. The price of a new battery was ridiculous at $530.00. I need to explore other options in vehicle maintenance.

I had a great experience with a purchase of my new Mercedes Benz GLC300 SUV. My salesman was Jay G. and he was fantastic to work with--very friendly and attentive, and did a great job in getting me an exceptional deal on my vehicle! I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He went the extra mile and this was not your typical pushy sales experience whatsoever. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, and I really can say that it was not that way with him nor at the dealership. Their selection far outrivals other Houston competitors and if they don't have in stock what you're looking for, they will work to locate it for you. The managers were nice and professional and tried to work with their customers. I have bought previously from MB-Greenway, and but my last experience, while good, does not compare to the experience I had this time around. If you want to purchase a Mercedes Benz, this is the place to go!! I am a very picky and discerning buyer, and am not easily impressed, but can truly say they have earned my business 100%. The whole buying and financing process were very easy. However the preping and detailing process of the car can be better improved. When we brought the car home, we found some scuffs marks on the plastic part above the wheel on the driver side, dashboard was not throughly clean, some black fingerprints on the slider under the sun roof. Brought the car back to the dealership and the repair man left so they promise to take care of the scuff marks when we pick up the license plate in a few weeks. Make sure to check your car throughly before driving off. We were too excited and forgot to do so.

Had to go back a second time for window repair. I have a paint chip on the spoiler from a slight touch to a ceiling in a parking garage. I was told upon purchase that that Mercedes has so many coats of paint copared to others, yet a slight bump peeled them all away with no way to touch up. I was told to go to a body shop for a scratch literally a quarter of a penny big.

I am in the market for a sports car they had in stock so I contacted them via email. My inquiry about the car was to see the carfax and physical photos of the vehicle as all they had on their website was a generic stock photo. Carfax was sent however I was told on he 11th of july They would get photos to me. 3 days went by and no photos but the GM sends me an email to find out about my experience. I stated my concern about the pictures and he assured me I would be sent them that night. 3 more days go by and nothing still. Do not waste your time with Greenway. Even their GM couldn't pull through to get something so easily done. No excuses.Look elsewhere.

A piece plastic on the inside right door has come lose. I asked that it be re-glued, but was told that the entire panel had to be replaced to insure a one year warranty on the work. Guys, to replace the entire panel is over kill when the new panel has the same plastic piece glued to the new panel. why can't the old panel just be re-glued?

Unfortunely in all the years I have had a Mercedes this was the worst experience ever. It began from calling customer service to ask a question and schedule to actually picking up my car. The day I picked up my car I explained that I had a plane to catch however, after I made a payment it took almost thirty five minutes before my car was given to me. The people outside were arguing with each other and just open the door and walked away. Lastly when I arrived home to drop off my car and looked in the back the floor board was off and the panel was on the seat. It clearly defines the poor quality of service. I will switch dealerships for future repairs even if it is inconvenient as a customer.

Anna is my service manager. She is very pleasant and remembers her client's name. I am very happy with her performance. Only one thing did not make me very happy. I am not sure whether Anna has anything to do with it. Time estimate for the repair was not right. So I spent almost whole morning and part of afternoon there. If I would have known this, I could have gone home and taken care of my personal chores on Saturday morning. I wished the dealership had a paid (or complimentary) snack bar. When repair takes that long and you pass through the lunch hour, it is not very comfortable feeling. You serve light snacks which are not enough for lunch time appetite.

Cam in with my 2015 GLA for "A" service, a basic oil change and general inspection. Took car in at 2:30 PM told to wait they needed 1.5 hours. At 4 PM service not started. When I asked what was going on did not get answer and NO APOLOGY! Asked for rental car and was approved. At 5:30 PM got text that car was ready. Why tell me that service takes 1.5 hours and to wait and charge me +- $300? Arrived next morning at 10:30 AM and waited 20 minutes for car to be brought out.

Firstly, I was sold a vehicle that has a different odometer reading on the vehicle than is on the car fax report. Secondly, the vehicle has no manual. I had to go through several hoops to get a manual. Lastly, I cannot hook up with MBRACE. All these are items I expected a dealership this big to get ready for a first time purchaser. Even after completing the sales transaction, I allowed a whole week before picking up the vehicle and basic things I needed to operate the vehicle was not provided.

Jerry Jow is fantastic! He's really great to deal with, and my negative comments below in no way reflect on him and the job he does. My complaint is related to the shuttle service and vehicle delivery. I requested a 5 pm shuttle p/u, but didn't get called or picked up until after 6 pm. I understand that things get busy accommodating other customers, so it would be nice if the driver or dispatcher would call to say we can't pick you up until such and such time, instead of calling 3 minutes before showing up over an hour late. Also, the car wash is a great service feature; and my car was real dirty when I dropped it off. However, they didn't really wash it, so much as smear dirty water around everywhere; it looked like a wash job that your child would do in the driveway.

I visited the dealership to look at a specific used car and was told by the sale rep that it had been sold but they were still working out the details with the buyer. I gave Michael my business card and said if anything changed and it became available to give me a call. He promised to call me the next morning either way. Sure enough he called the next morning and the deal with the first buyer fell through and he made arrangements for me to come in and test drive the car which I ultimately bought. This was the worst customer service I've ever had at any dealer and I've driven many nice cars..... no one could give me an answer on a loaner I was told I needed to talk to many different people no one could make this decision even thou my car was under investigation even Mercedes USA could not give me an answer ! They made me feel like a decision was made by them and my salesman before my car was looked at .............I will be happy and ready to end my relationship with Greenway as soon ASAP.! Jay Gomez provided very detailed follow through during our buying and decision making experience. He was courteous, understanding and knowledgeable.The delivery of the G 550 was not as well handled as Jay handled the buying experience. The person in charge of delivering the vehicle was not knowledgeable about many features and kept asking if we had any questions without going through the entire vehicle. We did not worry about the delivery experience since we are pretty savvy about most items on new vehicles and the fact that Jay indicated we would be able to come back anytime for additional training with the shop personnel if necessary. On our own we easily discovered most of the systems on board.

My car got flooded and totaled so I needed a new car fast. I reviewed car performances on the internet and decided on buying a M-B GLC 300. I called and left a message saying I had a busy schedule and needed to test drive or choose a car on my first visit, which turned out to be successful and lasted no more than 1 hour. I brought my wife on the second day and closed the deal on that day [day 2]. Of course, we searched the internet for the best price and negotiated to have that price matched!

I have been dealing with Mercedes Benz of Houston-Greenway since returning to the H-Town in 2007. During that time I have purchased several new cars and have worked with Joseph Washington each time. Every car was ordered and Joseph was a terrific help in advising me as I sorted through my options. He always treated me honestly when a trade-in was involved and there was no unnecessary posturing or shallow sales tactics involved in settling on a purchase price. Joseph was always straight-forward in all discussions and I consistently felt that I was being treated fairly. In summary, Joseph is a pleasant, stand-up guy with whom to do business and his word is always good. There have never been any last minutes surprises. The Service Department is of critical importance to me when selecting a dealer and Greenway has always exceeded my expectations. My routine maintenance requirements have always been met on a timely basis and they have always been able to accommodate my schedule. In addition, there have been the rare times when I may have been ahead of Greenway on an occasional modification work order issue because of my ?gear-head? connections. Nevertheless, the Service Department management and advisors (Jay Kohn, in particular) have always been willing to pursue the salient subject with me to M-B USA or as far along the chain as necessary. Just as important to me is that the turnover in service advisors has been almost non-existent. In fact, I have had the same individual the entire time and I also know his usual ?backup?. I have developed a trust that they can deal with any problem I need resolved and charge me a fair price for the effort. This is just the opposite of any dealing that I have had over many years of working with other dealerships, whether they are M-B, BMW or Porsche.The level of client attention, fairness in dealing and effort to meet my objectives have far exceeded my experiences with other M-B dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma - especially compared to any inside 610 loop.

Great Great purchase experience!!This is a late review, Since I bought My MB for couple weeks. I bought this car for my pregnant wife. She is driving me Lexis IS250 which I think it is not safety enough. The new GLE 350 is awesome. The interior design looks the way better than ML 350, and the sport function is great for highway running. Sales Keith was very kindly and helpful the the purchasing processing. Explained everything in detail. Never push you to make decision right away. The GM Benny and financial dept. both are helpful and made this deal happened. Thank you all you guys.
