GREAT Service, NO pressure, AWESOME service!
I used to detest going to the dealership. The pressure from the technicians or sales team.... but NONE of that occurs at Mercedes Benz of Georgetown. I would especially like to COMPLIMENT my service advisor JEFF GEARY. Jeff was EXTREMELY helpful. He was patient, explained everything to me. I appreciate how Jeff also took the time to follow up, making certain I am HAPPY and SATISFIED with everything needed and discussed. Jeff did not pressure me into having any unnecessary work done, and also explained to me important future items I will be needing to perform on future visits. The dealership, its employees and the service bay are each clean, neat and incredibly professional. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY JEFF IS MY SERVICE ADVISOR
