I've been searching for the perfect car for my daughter for the past two months. I stopped by Mercedes-Benz Of Fredericksburg late on a Wed night, and I was fortunate to meet their Sales Consultant, Marcus Martin. I explained my buying considerations and Marcus showed me the GLA250, which I loved for it's styling, interior comfort and technology, safety features, and performance. Specifically, I loved the sporty styling, fuel economy of 35 MPG Highway, backup camera with wide angle view, navigation system and control feature, and responsiveness of the 4cyl engine. Marcus not only helped me find the perfect car, but he helped me save almost $10K by showing me an immaculate 2016 GLA250 certified pre-owned with just 4400 miles. Without this savings, it would have been more difficult to purchase a Mercedes for my daughter. I credit Marcus with finding me the right car and the right deal, with no haggling, after less than 20 minutes on the lot. When it came time to complete the paperwork and financing, Marcus and Dave Bowers (Finance Manager), were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the process and quickly moving us to completion. There was no pressure to purchase services I didn't want, but all add-on options were carefully explained. Dave was even able to help me save some additional money by shopping for a low finance APR which was .75% below my best rate from my bank. My experience at Mercedes-Benz Of Fredericksburg was exceptional, and I owe my positive response to the great product and the outstanding service provided by my Sales Consultant, Marcus Martin. I definitely recommend you visit this dealership and ask for Marcus. He'll do his best to support your goals.

Truly A Superior Experience - I have purchased many different vehicles at many different dealerships over the years - my experience at MB of Fredericksburg was the smoothest, easiest car buying experience with which I have been involved. Teddy Parker the salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire experience smooth and easy. He knew and clearly articulated the differences between models, and the differences between class brands - BMW - Jaguar - Lexus. His no-pressure - here are the facts - how can I help approach -- was truly different than most and most appreciated. Robert McDonald the GM engaged in the process when required and quickly demonstrated that he was a true professional who was willing to do those things necessary to meet my requests and "make it work." His personal follow-up with me and attention to detail were - noteworthy. Upon starting the search for my vehicle I was immediately overwhelmed because I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle any time soon. However, it was forced upon me due to issues with my current vehicle. I really had no clue as to what I wanted and just started trying to see what was out there. One of my dream cars was a black on black Benz, so I started to see what my options were and saw very quickly that I should consider a certified pre-owned. That's where Mr.Martin entered. I found one that I was interested in, however I found out that it was way above my price point. I told Mr. Martin that I couldn't afford it and was pleasantly surprised when he replied a week or so later saying the price had dropped. I thought it was to good to be true! I became excited, but that excitement quickly vanished once I found out my interest/monthly rates. I told Mr. Martin, I was appreciative, but can't afford those monthly payments. Long story short...Mr. Martin wasn't taking no for an answer! I still don't know how he was able to pull it off...but, he did. I went from 18.99% to 8% to a possible 4.5 - 5.5%. Needless to say, I was very grateful and accepted that offer. Mr. Martin told me to try to arrive by 9:00 am and he'd have me out, 11:00 latest...I walked out 11:05 am and with a 3.5% interest rate!

I have purchased many high end cars in my lifetime, mostly cars where I have driven them and closed on the transaction. THis is the first time buying a car, sight unseen and not even driven, but Tyler Clark and the team at Mercedes Benz of Fredricksburg made the process very, very easy. They even delivered my AMG GTS in an enclosed trailer to my home at the time that was best convenient to our busy lifestyle. At the time of delivery, an AMG product specialist was present to go over all of the features. 5 stars for the team at MB of Fredricksburg!

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited from Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning (9/10) around 11:45 AM. By 2:00 PM, I was driving the car home. Adam Dunn had everything setup and ready for me and my salesman was Hiawatha "Teddy" Parker. They both were great. The Finance Manager Elizabeth McWhirt was also excellent. I highly recommend this dealership!!

I did a search for the car with some specific requirements. Was contacted by Rich Slater and he provided me with the information on a few that met my needs. Verified the vehicles I wanted to test drive were on the lot and the rest is history. Because of the great price point, I was able to purchase a car that was newer than expected. Over all a great deal, for a great car, at a great dealership. There were other dealerships closer, but MB of Fredericksburg offered me exactly what I wanted at a better price than others.

In search of the Mazda6 GT with the technology package, I found one at Mercedes of Fredericksburg who had the best deal for the car I wanted. Had a great experience with the salesperson, Richard Slater, who went out of his way to drive an hour to pick me up due to Winter storm Jonas. Richard was very helpful in getting me what I needed prior to my decision to buy as this was a remote internet transaction. If purchasing or having your Mercedes serviced, AVOID Rosner! I purchased a car and initially found the experience to be favorable. However when I returned to the dealership a week later for service that promised provide, it was beyond ridiculuos--unresponsive, slow and unapologetic. Had a similar experience later on with trying to have the vehicle serviced and not being able to get anyone on the phone in 15 tries! Unbelievable!

I called ahead and said I was coming to look at a used Mercedes. When I got there, the salesman took me on a hike to find this car in over 100 degrees temperature outside! He walked me over and behind their Volvo dealership building across the street and still did not know where the car was until I spotted it. To make things worse, when we were approaching the car I asked him if he had the keys and he said "no"! I kept walking back to the Mercedes building across the street and went inside. I complained to a few people inside and NO ONE seemed to care! At this point I started feeling sick from the heat and left and had to sit in my car for 20 minutes trying to cool down enough to leave. Very upsetting and disappointed as I was ready to make that purchase! Also, I wrote two letters via email and still did not get any response from anyone! No way to run a business!

In need of a commuter car quickly, my wife found a 2006 Mercedes C230 online at Mercedes of Fredericksburg. After completing the online info request, we were promptly contacted by Mr. Teddy Parker the next morning. What a blessing! Due to the age of the vehicle, I'm certain the dealership did not make a ton on the sale. That did not lower the level of service provided by Mr. Parker at all. In fact, Mr. Parker may be the most customer-friendly sales representative we have ever encountered. He and the staff were very attentive to our needs and made the buying experience as pleasurable as possible (considering its never pleasurable for us to spend money). My husband typically does all of the online research for any new car he is interested in. Once he has narrowed down his choices. I take the "baton" and finish; its usually about a month or so long process. Steve Smith was our salesperson and was very responsive to our needs. He was attentive to my husband's online communications and even more attentive to my verbal concerns on our numerous phone calls. I don't think we have every done a deal so quickly and thoroughly as we did this one. Typically we hem and haw about whether or not we really want to go do the sale, do we really need this vehicle, etc. and we sort of did this with this car...it was during the furlough. Steve convinced us to just come in to see this car, he was sure we would be pleased. I laughed as he did not know my husband; he can be picky....and doesn't jump to ANY decisions..... well.....Steve won. We came in, loved the car, made the purchase AND 2 days later when a car arrived that had the actual black interior we wanted....Steve even ensured we were pleased with every aspect of our purchase....so much that he remembered we wanted black interior and when I followed up him to inquire about the car, he worked diligently with us to ensure the car we had chosen was indeed what we wanted because we had 3 days to contractually change our minds. I JUST KNEW my husband would want the darker interior. Steve had laid all of the ground work to initiate the exchange of cars, and when I reached out to my husband he was very impressed that Steve AND the Rosner dealership were willing to go out of their way to ensure our 100% satisfaction, not the 95% they could have certainly turned an eye too. We loved the car we bought and its interior color combinations better than the one color combinations we thought we wanted from the online research. Financing was a breeze and Dave mad that experience equally as pleasant. We purchased at HBL in Tysons in 1999 and thought we may want that level of a volume dealer again. WRONG. Rosner's perks and our salesman will keep us right here in the 'Burg. Thank you Steve and Ron Rosner~ We will be back once I relinquish my minivan phase...lol

I would like to thank Sammy Harmoush for a great car buying experience. My parents who are seniors were interested in replacing their Mercedes. They had visited other dealerships but really didn't find the car that fit them. When we went to the Fredericksburg Mercedes, Sammy greeted us and really listened to what we were interested in and not what he thought we should have. It took a couple visits over a two week period to decide which car my parents would be comfortable in and would fit their budget. Even though we were interested in one of the cheapest MB on the lot, we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Looking for used vehicle and thanked sales rep for info but said that what they had was not exactly what I was looking for. Later a Used Sales Manager called, recognized my concerns and distance (3+ Hr drive from NC) and said that he could cut the price and would make it worth my trip, so I loaded family and drove up. Vehicle looked OK, but my daughter found a defective seatbelt, that could not be buckled and the staff couldnt fix. Finally, after over an hour, they got around to price and the amount that they came off the list price to make it worth my trip may have just covered my mileage, but definitely not cover the repair to the seatbelt that was going to have to come out of my own pocket when I got home (probably just an indicator of more to come.) Wasted 8+ hours and drove >240 miles to have Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg try and wear me out and manipulate numbers to make a sell. Glad that I took my kids, disappointed that we wasted 8 hours on a Saturday, listening to their poor sell tactics. Stay away!

I purchased a 2000 SL500 in April. I loved the car, but it continued to have mechanical problems with the convertible top. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I lost confidence in the vehicle, and regretted the purchase. After discussing the options with Boba and Perez Richardson, we decided a lease on a new vehicle would be a great alternative. I completed the lease in mid-July, and now I couldn't be happier with my decision.The dealership and it's employees (sales and service) were top-notch, and went over and above my expectations in seeing that I was a satisfied customer. Most dealerships would have just left me hanging with the problem., and the frustration. Not the Rosner Mercedes gang!! I am a mercedes collector with 11 in my collection among other cars. I have been looking for a CL 500 or CL55 AMG for a couple of months. I visited 5 dealers in the last 3 weeks to acquire about cars listed on the Internet and experienced the usual lack of customer service and relationship building. I am in sales and understand the art of client interaction and customer service and how that relates to the ultimate success of reaching your sales numbers and building a referral base. I went to one independent dealer to look at a 2003 CL 500 and the sales guy said the car was outside but was not ready to test drive because a part was on order from dealer -I asked if I could look at it anyway and spent 20 minutes looking and the guy never left his desk. I was the only person on the lot ----unbelievable!! So I recommend mercedes benz of Fredericksburg and sales pro Sammy H. He spoke to me on the phone about my interest and also sent additional pictures per my request. I live 75 miles from the dealer but made the drive Sunday morning and bought the car. Sammy was great!!

Not only did we buy one car, but we purchased a second the very next weekend after shopping around to get a daily driver. Sammy was GREAT! His patience and his knowledge were indispensable in making the first decision on getting our SL AMG. He knew what his inventory was and what we would like based on what we've been looking at. Could not have been happier with the buying decision. The next week we were looking at other vehicles at other dealers. We were looking for something inexpensive as a daily driver. We were not impressed with the sales people especially comparing the service that we received from Sammy so we returned to him to make the second purchase for an S60 as a daily driver. Considering I have been in sales for over 25 years myself, I see all the 'tricks' sales professionals do just to get a sale. There are no 'tricks' with Sammy. He is very genuine and has impeccable integrity. In most cases I will go with a little higher price if I know I'm getting quality product and service. In this case, we had no problem in giving Sammy our business. Since that weekend, we have recommended him to our friends and relatives. We plan on getting all our vehicles from Sammy at Mercedes of Fredericksburg!

I had the pleasant experience of visiting Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg last night, stopping by just to take a look at a used truck I'd seen online. After a walk-around, I was introduced to Sammy Harmoush who went out of his way to answer questions, offer a test drive, and help me understand my options on the purchase. Sammy and the rest of the sales, service, and business staff, then stayed well past closing time while we completed the sale, and they delivered a sparkling-clean vehicle to me in the parking lot. Sammy even cleaned up my old tags, making sure they weren't a eyesore on the new vehicle, LOL. You just don't get service like that anywhere else. We purchased a used Porsche Cayenne yesterday. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. I had sent an email a few weeks earlier about the Cayenne, which was out of my price range. When they dropped the price, they let me know. We drove down to buy the car. When we started running short on time to finish the deal and still pick up our child from daycare, Bob Reilly offered to drive all the paperwork and the car to our home that evening--an hour away! Talk about great service! Plus, they gave us a loaner to go home in while we waited. I purchased a SL550 last year and had brought the car in for yearly inspection. While I was waiting for my car I went out on the lot to look at SUV's. Even though I loved my SL550 it is not a car that you want to have on the road during bad weather so I was considering an SUV. Steve Smith greated me as I was looking at the SUV's. Mr Smith was very knowledgable about the vehicles and immedately we went for a test drive. I thought I had decided the model (2012 MS350)I liked but when it came down to pricing and monthly payments we could not get the numbers to work for me. Not being discouraged he suggested a later year model. It happended that they did have a later model that was not black or gray or had black interior. After a test drive we decided that this would be the one for me. After some discussion we arrived at a figure that worked. Then it was to the finance guy. I think his name was David. He was the most friendly guy in the world. He did not pressure me into all those add ons but did give me good advise on the options I should take. Thanks David for your advise. After driving from Richmond to Fredericksburg only to be presented with an offer that was NOT what was discussed the evening previous I got back in my car and pulled over a mile down the road. I called Perez (the sales manager at Benz) who had been recommended to me by a friend. I shared my terrible experience with their sister store (they share a parking lot) and he told me to come back and lets see what we could do. From the moment i pulled onto the MB lot Boba greeted me and took care of me until the transaction was completed. Everyone was patient and nice and I am incredibly happy with the service AND the vehicle that I drove home that day.

BUYER BEWARE--Scrutinize all documentation very closely before signing because once you sign you are on your own. Bought used SLK which did not have windscreen- asked during sales process and was told it was an option but quick guide from Mercedes says it comes with the car as does Mercedes USA -dealer also provided a window sticker at time of purchase(2012) which indicated that the car had a wind blocker. After sale I asked again and they said they would send original items sticker from 2006. Should not the 2012 sticker they placed on the car superceed the originial sticker????????????? In the end they offered to sell me the windscreen at their cost of $500 but I declined. I also discovered that they provided me with an inspection certificate that lists the miles on the vehicle significantly higher than the odomoter miles indicate but they have no answer for that either. There are several other discrepancies but I will not bore you with the details. Just a warning- shop with extreme caution. Makes one wonder...............Thought it was a dealership of integrity but found out differently. I personally will never go back and will steer others in a different direction when possible.Will also report to Better Business Bureau

Ive been doing business with this dealership for many years and have always been pleased with the entire organization. Yesterday I decided to downsize and trade my 2005 Mercedes Benz for a more economical vehicle (reitred last year). Steve Smith was my salesman - I told him the price range I was looking for and he found me what I thought was the car for me - 2010 Mazda 6. I had to take the car back today to correct some paperwork and to fix a slight rattle in the sunroof. Steve gave me a 2010 Toyota Camry as a loaner to use until everything was ready. Well, I got about a mile from the dealership and realized that I liked this car much better than the Mazda - DUH! I called Steve right away and told him I was on my way back and that I wanted the Toyota instead of the Mazda - he was ready and waiting for me. He and Dave Bower, the finance manager, made the transition as painless as possible. I cannot say enough about Steve and Dave. Stephen was wonderfull, I know that this is going to sound scripted but he is what a sales consultant should be. He found out what I wanted and the went to work on making it happen. The car was exactly as their web site stated and Stephen made sure that everything was in order and ready for us when we arrived. He even made sure that the financially was set - take about drive and sign. I only wish that I didn't live so far away so that I could take advantage of the free oil changes for life benefit. Unfortuneatly an 8 hour drive just to get a free oil change doesn't make sense. Actually I wish that Rosner would buy the Baker Motors Dealership here in Charleston, their customer service is so sub par. If only the mercedes dealer here in town was as helpful!

When I first found the car on Cars.com, I had no idea how good the car ran or if it looked as good as the pictures showed it did. The pictures of the car from both their website and cars.com were spot on. I gave Rico Ellis notification that I wanted to see it that day July 13, 2012. When I got there, it was *Boba* who test drove the car with me. She was very kind, and wasn't pushy about the car. She really sold me on how the car both felt and looked. When it came time to buy the car, the dealership itself was closed, but Rico had the car and paperwork ready for me even then. Purchased a new GLK a few weeks ago, The dealership was very clean and organized. The sales person "Boba" although a very nice person, really needs to work on "listening" to her customers wants, needs and desires rather than trying to force her will or what she has available or what she thinks you need while negotiating. Again, very friendly but new to sales, she does what she said she would do and follows up, which is great. Mr. Perez was pretty good, tried of course to really, really short change you on your trade. Overall, honestly tried to make the sale work and did have some sales points to consider and not just talk. You need to go in informed, numbers in hand and with a strong negotiating angle to get the best deal, they will not give it to you.In the end I got a great car at a great price especially after using U.S.A.A care buying service.Now, lets talk about "Amber" in customer service, this women is most likely the greatest service assoicate I have most likely worked with. In fact she is the reason I purchased my car here instead of Arlington MB. After getting my wifes car fixed at FMB I decided to buy myself a new GLK here. She and acutally the entire service dept is just great.However the last thing is they need to find a new front door receptionist which I assume is the same as the phone receptionist, she is rude, short mouthed, not friendly and is the face and voice of the dealership. My first impression was not good and took me a while to get past her. I might of have left just because of her. She is awfull. This is not the first time she has been reviewed poorly.So, there you have it an accurate and fair assessment of this dealership. I will continue to use them for all my service, I would possibly use a different sales person in the future and avoid the front receptionist.

My previous sales and service experience was with American Service Center("Mercedes Just Mercedes"). I decided I was going to buy my next Mercedes from Rosner because of the excellent service experience I always had when taking my 2001 C class in for service. Now enter Steve Smith of sales. It wasn't my intention to buy a new car when I did, but I texted him one late afternoon, that a particular car on the lot "spoke to me". Steve worked with me and we made a sweet deal, that's why I call my 2012 C 250 coup "sweetie". Steve is very knowledgeable and accessible, he goes beyound the call of duty. Steve called me one Saturday morning to see if everything was OK, and as luck would have it, at that very moment I was having trouble programming the blue tooth phone feature. (I thought I was smarter than a 5th grader and Steve did offer to do this before I drove off the lot.) Steve didn't hestitate for a moment and walked me through the process step by step and when I still didn't get it, he said come on in and he programmed the phone for me. When folks ask where did I got such a beautiful car I tell them to see Steve Smith at Rosner Mercerdes-Benz of Fredericksburg. I jokingly tell Steve I need a residual fee (because even though there is a Rosner bracket on the car people still ask). I originally went in to get my older Mercedes repaired. After inspecting my car there was a significant amount of work that needed to be done so I decided to trade my car in for a new one. Although the repairs to my old car were substantial, I was still offered a fair price for trade in. I was very satisfied with the overall service and quality of care I received.
