We drove down from Monterey to buy from MB Foothill Ranch. We have many luxury dealers here, but the 12 hour round trip drive was worth it. This is our third time buying from MB Foothill Ranch and it just gets better every time. Jack and Ian are AMAZING professionals and go above and beyond meeting and exceeding every expectation. We are not rich, do not have perfect credit, and they still got us into a beautiful GLK with the lowest interest we have ever had. They treat you like family and only have your best interest in mind. It truly is a wonderful and pleasant experience dealing with MB Foothill Ranch. I will never use another dealer no matter where I live. They are really that good. Thank you Jack and Ian! We went to several dealers but eventually came back to Foothill Ranch to buy because we felt they provided the best service. The sales rep Dina was very friendly and helpful both times we visited. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the features without any prompting from us. The Finance Manager Mike was also great to work with. Everything on the contract came out how we expected. No surprises. We were in and out very quick. My wife and I both agree this was the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will be back here for our next car.

After purchasing my first Mercedes (S550Coupe) from this dealer last October, and dealing with Frank Moayed and Ken Hojati, I immediately went back to them when my wife needed a new car. I had shopped around for 3 months and finally found a vehicle I wanted to purchase at MB of Foothill Ranch, however, when I called the next day the car had been sold. Immediately Dustin kicked into action and emailed me pictures and information on alternative vehicles that matched what I was looking for. Before I knew it I was driving down to the dealership for a test drive of the GLA250. When I arrived I was truly blessed to be given the opportunity to work with Jack Croft. He's a great listener and took the time to show me the key features and options available. A couple days later I was back at the dealership ready to make a deal and when Jack took me to the car he had in mind for me I was blown away. He could not have picked a more perfect car for me. In fact, I was so pleased with my first experience, including the extraordinary service they offered after the transaction, I decided at that time I would be returning when I needed another car. My second experience was just as good and I am already planning on returning again. This dealership is not close to my home and I pass by several other dealerships driving to Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch and I will continue to pass right by all other dealerships because I prefer working with Karim Elshaabini and Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch. I was really satisfied with Mehran's Consistency, Persistence and Customer service. We looked over some options for me witch concluded in my first ever automobile purchase. The vehicle he presented me was in my price range. I was looking for a newer vehicle because the one I owned was purchased 14 years ago...so I did some research and found MB Foothill by doing a search on Costco Autos. Their dedicated sales staff contacted me within hours and stayed in contact while I traveled for business. Once I was finally able to make an appt, Mitch Segal was awesome! Very knowledgeable about their car line. He was patient during the test drive process as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted in a newer vehicle. Mitch explained the current deals they were offering on the new v. certified used vehicles and was able to answer my questions. While we waited for the finance dept to become available (~3 hours), we talked about different TV shows that were interesting, a little about our families, etc. I appreciated that Mitch wasn't pushy and did say "this is your party, I'm just attending" which was humorous considering he's a salesman...So Kudos to MB Foothill for making the car buying experience a breeze!

I would like to thank Omar Malek for taking his time to help my wife & I look at and test drive the used cars on their lot. Originally we went in to look at a used Land Rover, however the car did not have a 3rd row seat that we were looking for. There were several other cars on the lot that we tried, however they just were not what we wanted. That being said Omar was very professional and took his time explaining every car and took us on 3 test drives. I wish there was a used vehicle we could have purchased from him, however because of this positive experience, Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch will be our first stop next time we are in the market.

I just recently leased a brand new CLA250 from Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch and I must admit - it was the quickest, easiest experience I've ever gone through when it comes to car dealerships. I worked with Conrad Cave and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in Mercedes. I have to admit, when we walked onto the lot I had zero plans to walk away with a new car because I didn't believe it was within my budget but Conrad was able to work with what we had and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. was in 2 different Mercedes Benz dealership before going to foothill ranch. when i got there i was really frustrated and wanted to give up on getting Mercedes. but i went there after work just for checking out. I asked the receptionist who was so welcoming for C class and she told me will ask someone to help me. Rob Chianese came and he took me for the test drive and gave me a piece of mind that we try our best to make you happy. He is so professional and told me i don't want to promise you now i will check with bank and will give the same price that you want. I went home and a day after he called me and said has good news. I was telling myself this the game and he is doing the same that other dealers did. I didn't go there that day because i wanted to go with my cousin who knows everything about car. Long story short, we went to foothill ranch and Rob was prepared with everything exactly with the same numbers that i asked for and they didn't even ask for one more penny. He is the best sales man I've ever seen in my life. I recommend Rob to everyone who wants to have a excellent experience for getting they dream car. He doesn't try to sell you something that is not necessary.

Just got done dealing with Jack Croft. He was informative, patient and a pleasure to deal with. He knew his product very well. He also answered my questions via email or text in a timely fashion. While of course he wanted to make a sale, he did not pressure me at all. Very professional throughout the entire process. When I came in to pick up the car and finish the paperwork, Jack made sure the experience was quick and well executed. The car looked great, was filled with gas, and expertly detailed. All of the paperwork was taken care in less than 45 minutes. Jack was also great in terms of getting my insurance copied and put in the car. I spent about a month and a half researching the C class. My first dealership stop was Foothill Ranch where I was greeted by someone named Omar. For whatever reason he handed us off to his associate Jack. Slightly awkward that they do this without any explanation but I'm glad he did because I felt much more comfortable working with Jack Croft anyways. I visited Jack a few times before finally returning back to him a month later to purchase my C300. I had visited 3 other dealerships and dealt with plenty of salesmen over the internet and in person during my process. When I finally figured out what I wanted exactly and the price point I was comfortable with spending, I specifically went back to Jack to purchase from him. I did not feel pressured while working with him and I appreciated the space he gave me while I needed to think about it or do my research. I'm in sales myself so any one that tried to use pressure tactics on me turned me off completely. As a young professional female I also was extremely weary heading into this process as I knew the majority of the salesmen would try to take advantage of me OR they wouldn't invest and/or take me seriously because they didn't think I was a buyer. Thank you Jack for finding the perfect vehicle for me and for being quite the opposite of everyone else I had worked with. Foothill Ranch should know they have a great employee on their hands.

I am very happy with the level of customer service offered by Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch and I am especially happy with my new C300. Karim is an excellent salesman and helped make the transaction simple, quick, and stress free. Karim also went over all the features of the new car, helped me set up all the important settings, and he continues to help still today if I have questions or need assistance. I have not needed service yet, however I am looking forward to having my new car serviced at this dealership. The facility is fairly new with all the latest equipment. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are windows separating the waiting area from the garage so you can see your car being serviced in the spotless garage. Thank you very much Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch! I am now a loyal customer.

Thanks to David Gover in the service department!! I wouldn't take my car to any other shop. Most people say that taking a car to be serviced at a dealership is crazy since the prices tend to be higher, but I don't agree at all. I find their prices reasonable and I never feel like David is trying to sell me something or purposely try to make me buy something my car doesn't need. As long as I own my car, I will be visiting David Gover at MBFH.

Great experience at mercedes benz foothill ranch. The building structure is amazing. There is a store inside to buy merchandise nice seating area they even offer complimentary coffee.The staff here is unlike the typical carsales persons trying to rip you off. They are friendly, personable and make you feel like family. When it got to the paperwork they try to get you the best deal possible. I traded in my 06 nissan altima and got a great deal for my down i didnt need to put any cash down. There are also a great selection of cars not just benz but others too. I got my infiniti here and i love it. Ed Ismail helped us out so much. I will return for my next car which they are holding for me in their showroom. THANKS ED!

I just took my GLK350 to MBZ Foothill Ranch to get tire pressure checked & fixed. I also had them check a wiggling problem in my steering wheel; possible wheel alignment issue (so I thought). Turns out it was not an alignment issue but rather, a warped rotor which would also require new front break pads, about $600+ cost. Aaah! The problem that I had with this, is that I had just changed the very same set of rotors and break pads less than 6 months ago. My service advisor, David Gover advised me that the problem was caused by after market wheels installed in my car. I pointed out to them, (David and his manager Ron) that it had the exact same wheels when I had the rotors and break pads replaced back in April (almost 6 months ago) and felt that I should have been warned then. David discussed the matter with his manager Ron Godin. David called me soon after and advised me that MBZ Foothill Ranch will replace my front rotor and pads at no cost to me. I was very impressed with the way MBZ Foothill Ranch put the customer's concern ahead, unlike most company's CYA (cover your a-s) approach to save a few bucks. Never once did they put me on the defensive. My service advisor, David Gover and Service Manager Ron Godin turned a problem into a huge sigh of relief. I would give MBZ Foothill Ranch way more stars than just the 5 STARS that this site would allow because integrity is priceless. Rest assured everyone that if you ever take your car to MBZ Foothill Ranch for service, you are in the hands of very capable and honest advisors. I have never written a review for a car dealership before. However, my experience today has compelled me to do one. Thank you David and Ron and MBZ Foothill Ranch!

It was truly the worst car buying experience ever. Felt like they were doing me a favor. Rude, dishonest and careless customer service. Felt like I was buying a car from a corner used lot shop. Salesman never returns calls and if he does he has no resolution. Not my first Mercedes but definitely my last due to this dealership. I rather spend 70-80K at another dealership any day.

I called Mercedes about a vehicle I am interested in purchasing, after talking on the telephone with a sales associate he promised me he would return my call to discuss further details about such vehicle. After waiting for a couple of days for him to return my call I decided to email him just to remind him that I am a serious buyer. After a couple more days I am still waiting for any kind of response and still nothing I am very disappointed and fill like I have been mislead my Mercedes.
