We just picked up our 2017 E Class and couldn't be happier! After being disappointed at other MB dealerships we called Flemington. Melanie Schrimpe was terrific; answered all our questions, never tried to sell us something we didn't want and was patient to locate the right vehicle for us. My experience was incredible at MB of Flemington, and Vasil was the best sales professional I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have been purchasing cars for a long time and he has been the best! Vasil's communication is incredible and his response time is literally minutes! Once again, a great experience getting my C400 serviced. The Service and attention that I received from MB of Flemington is always excellent and its a very relaxing experience. Very easy transaction. I had been to a different Mercedes dealer (Bridgewater) where they were manipulative and used a lot of pushy tactics. When it came time to signing the contract, there were a LOT of hidden (and unnecessary) fees. So I walked out. I had a very different, straightforward and positive experience with Neil and George (GM) at Mercedes-Benz of Flemington. Neil never made me feel uncomfortable or pushed anything, he was always reasonable. I highly recommend them and would readily return in the future.

The service department at Mercedes Benz of Flemington has outstanding customer service. They treated me with the upmost respect. They were professional, attentive and highly efficient. I regret not purchasing my car from this location. Surprisingly they treat me as though I did. I work far from flemington and Rick Sucs knew I was in a rush, he had a loaner car ready for me in record time so I wasn't late for work. He updated me throughout the service of my car and now it drives like its brand new again. I highly recommend this service department and will bring my car back there for any and all maintenance.

Wasn't sure if I wanted a Mercedes....so I called Flemington Mercedes because a friend at work said call them to see if they had the car I was looking for.....when I called the receptionist gave me Neil Gerstein....I asked if they had the 2017 c300 coupe..he said they will arrive in a few weeks...He was right...he called and I went in for a test drive....First let me say....what a nice man....so friendly,informative and like able...We test drive the vehicle ...a white 2017 c 300 coupe.....Absolutely loved it.....Not a high pressure dealership...just a wonderful experience....When I went to take delivery the owner of the dealership...who by the way is as tall as the Empire State Building was also so nice and personable....Would define toy recommend Flemington Mercedes to all my friends....Thank you again Neil for everything....I absolutely Love my car....

Not very friendly. The receptionist at the front desk didn't greet us, she literally stared at me when I walked over to the front counter and didn't say one word, not even a hello or can I help you? When I asked to for a sales associate she seemed annoyed and asked if I had an appointment. She found someone to come help us, seemed as if I should have been grateful they made the time. The sales associate came out and was initially attentive. Showed us two cars then ended up leaving saying he would "be right back" for another "preferred customer". I stood around for about 30 minutes and waited patiently. Finally he came back and went over details for the purchase of a vehicle. He under valued our trade-in, when I told him that he had a take it or leave it attitude. Maybe he didn't take me serious because I am a young professional, I didn't tell him my profession-a physician. I went to another Mercedes dealer and bought a car that same day. I was fairly annoyed with the experience. I would not recommend them. Disappointed with their service from the front desk to the sales department. Maybe they don't need new customers.Update: Looks like they thought the trade in value was the main or only problem (see their response below). The trade in value was not the main issue, it is the way we were treated. It didnt sit well that I was left for 30 minutes for a "preferred customer". If you have another appointment you should say so and have the courtesy to get another assoicate to assist. Also, your staff at the front desk did not greet us and in my opinion were rude. Good job ignoring the main issue and shifting the blame on the customer "We regret any inconvenience or disappointment that you experienced as a result of the condition of your vehicle" implying we were upset becasue of the trade in only, what a joke. Actually another dealership, a mercedes dealer, offered us 7k for it, which was fair value. The MAIN issue is not the trade in value offered, your customer service is the issue. If you guys were at least courteous I would have considered buying from you no matter the value of our trade in or the price of the car. Price can always be negotiated but when your associates are rude, inattentive, AND attempting to shaft me it was clear we shouldnt do business with Flemigton.here is their response: At Mercedes Benz of Flemington, it is, and always has been our goal to provide the best experience possible for our customers, whether they are purchasing or servicing their Mercedes Benz. The salesperson you dealt with has been with Mercedes Benz for over 30 years, and has a Stellar Record and near perfect survey ratings. Unfortunately there are occasions where we may not meet a customers expectations, such as the value of a trade in. In cases such as yours, where your vehicle had high mileage and had incurred significant damage and a mismatched repaint we cannot offer the same value as a vehicle that is in excellent condition. That is why we could only offer you $5000 for your vehicle instead of the $8000 you would have liked to receive. We regret any inconvenience or disappointment that you experienced as a result of the condition of your vehicle.

In general, we all have misgivings about car service managers , especially dealing with luxury cars. But there are exceptions. I found one. He is Mr. Rick Szucs at Mercedes Benz Flemington. He is a guy with empathy for his clients and for him their interests and safety are utmost. I would recommend him whole heartedly and you will find out that he is a service manager cut from a different block! A rarity indeed, these days.

We have had the pleasure of owning or leasing eight Mercedes vehicles, with experiences at dealers in NYC, Long Island, NY, and New Jersey. Leasing our present vehicle from MB of Flemington has ben a pleasurable experience throughout. Everytime we have brought our vehicle in for service we have been treated pleasantly and efficiently by their service staff. The service department, itself, is perfectly designed to allow the vehicle owner to enter and exit comfortably and safely. Our servce advisor, Rick Szucs, was, at once, friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We were administered to with the greatest respect for our time and schedule. I just bought my 4th C Class, a 2016 C300 (others were: 1994 C280, 2004 C320 and 2005 C320). I have been very happy with the car. I had also driven the latest update of the C Class when I would use a loaner, so I knew I wanted to consider it for a fourth time. The reviews (2015 NY Autoshow and Cars.com World Car of the Year) and my own experience told me that a C300 AWD was what I needed. I went with a C300 this time because that car actually had more pep than my very peppy 2004 C320. I had bought the other 3 at Millennium and I left that dealership shortly after it became Open Road. Without going into my reasons for dissatisfaction, I went on the Internet to find out where Jami McLaughlin (my Millennium Service Advisor) had gone. I have been very happy with the service I have received on my 2004 and 2005 C320s, so I went to MBF for my new car. The sales transaction with Gery Leon was another pleasure. I got treated fairly as a good customer because Gerry looked to do right by me as well as the dealership. First class treatment all around. One strong recommendation: if you are not familiar with the C Class, please buy an AWD vehicle because the rear wheel drive version does not handle well in snow (it is great otherwise), or at least it didn't when I drove one from 1994 to late 2003. I have had 2 C Classes with AWD for 10 and 12 years now and the C Class with AWD handles so sweetly in the snow.

After an accident, I needed a car that fit my wants/needs in a short amount of time. I had stopped at a few other dealerships before coming to the Mercedes Benz of Flemington Dealership and found everything I was looking for. Other dealership's associates pushed cars/offers I had specifically said I wasn't interested in and it was a turn off. I had previously been referred to Neil Gerstein and I completely understand why a previous buyer had high reviews for him. He was a great sales associate and understood what I was looking for right away. I had a great experience with Neil and everyone else I encountered at this dealership.

Had a great experience with the dealership especially with my sales rep Melanie Schrimpe. Had visited at least 5 dealerships covering BMW, Audi, Lexus and another Benz and came out dissappointed each time. Felt customer service levels had fallen dramatically. Thankfully Melanie and the Flemington Mercedes folks set things right with a very pleasant and non pushy experience. Melanie took genuine interest in talking to me, addressing my concerns point by point and at no time pushing me for a close. It was just a very refreshing experience and I highly recommend Melanie and the team at Flemington Mercedes Benz to anyone looking to buy a Meecedes.

My wife and I bought our first Mercedes Benz from MB of Flemington. Neil G., was our Sales and Leasing Consultant. From the first exchange of pleasantries to the final drive off and everything in between......at no point did my wife or I feel uncomfortable in this dealership conducting business with Neil. Neil, throughout the process was very sincere and straight forward. Period. This is a quality not to be taken for granted especially when making some serious investments, more so when purchasing a Luxury vehicle. The car buying process itself can be quite overwhelming (at least it was for me), as there is always that scope of skepticism in a purchaser's mind. But I did not have any insecurities or doubts when conducting business at the Flemington MB. Neil was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive, courteous, hospitable, kind, understanding and overall just a good man. Not sure if many clients can say this with such conviction about a dealership or it's sales consultants. I am very glad that my first Benz experience took off with such a flying start. And God willing, our next Benz will be coming from Flemington MB as well. To all those on the fence about the choice of dealerships, once you have established the product, now the easiest and no brainer, in my mind is to choose Flemington MB as the place to go buy your favorite car! If you are lucky, who knows, you may get Neil as your consultant. I am sure the others at this dealership are wonderful as well, but since we only dealt with Neil, I can at this point only speak in confidence about Neil and say that your car buying experience will be seamless, stress free and pleasant. I have to mention couple of other staff members that we came in contact with at this dealership: 1. Jamie is very knowledgeable and upfront. Never recommended unnecessary repair. Overall the service experience is very positive. My main gripe is the cost; I also own BMW cars and Mercedes service is at least 25% more expensive. Also they do not provide 4 year and 50000 mile free service, which makes cost of ownership much higher.

I was shopping around a car in June 20, 2014. MB in Flemington was the only one dealer who didn't waste my time and was able to give exact quote. I really mean "exact" quote to pennies.I purchased GLK 350 but wanted to have rear entertainment system for my 2 young children. They were able to accommodate that and even customized that for me as this model only came with headset but audio from speakers. My oldest son was only 25 month old at that time and it's not good for him to wear headset. The Sales (Jack Walsh) discussed with his manager and had my entertainment system re-designed without any charges. Now they can watch movies without wearing headset. I will definitely buy my next car here!January 5, 2015 was my first service and I forgot to make an appointment. They were able to service my car without appointment. The waiting area is nice and comfortable. People are friendly too. However it's longer (1 hour and 15 minutes) than what I thought. Perhaps it's because I didn't make an appointment.

This place gets it. From the minute you walk in you get a positive vibe, because they know how to treat a customer. Vasil was unlike any other sales person we had experience with. Very genuine and direct. I did buy my CLA from them because they gave me the best deal but what really helped was the positive vibe from the personnel at MB flemington. I have been in twice to service my CLA (rim damage and cracked windshield). In both cases, Ralph and Jami and the service team were great. In the end you can buy a Mercedes from any dealer, but I am so glad I got my car from MB Flemington.

I have visited many Mercedes Benz dealerships as I have been an avid Mercedes Benz car owner for many years but the service and exemplary care at the Flemington dealership is outstanding. The prices are fair, coupons accepted but the service I receive from Arthur Bongiorno no matter my car issue has been consistent, professional and exceptional. Art goes above his responsibility. His white glove care included consistently contacting my insurance company, sending repeated faxes and all the while letting me know that my car would be fixed to my standards. For service he explains how/why and ensures service is noted by me to keep the car in pristine running order. Art takes the time to provide the level of service expected for a Mercedes and then supersedes that. From Mercedes Service Centers to the Dealerships what I experience at Flemington should be the model across the Country for Mercedes Benz of North America.

I got into an accident in my C-Class and knocked the right side mirror off. They were able to reattach it and add a new mirror instead of charging me for a whole new one. From the moment I walked into your dealership Vasil was friendly and frankly a maven of what he does. He rolled the red carpet out and represents your brand with passion and knowledge and intensity...which exceeded my expectations on every level. He has a passion for Mercedes and is the single most knowledgable salesman I have EVER worked with. He makes me want to trade in my VW now and switch to Mercedes. Beyond the car, he gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to key people. I run a medium size sales agency and "the customer experience" means everything to me an if Vasil was graded, he would have scored a 14 out 10. I would love to elaborate on this more...my wife and I came unprepared to several dealerships....our experience at the Infiniti dealer "moments" before we decided to visit the Mercedes dealer, was a complete failure on every level. The customer experience there was possibly the diametric polar opposite of my experience with Vasil. This was not my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Flemington - Service Center.I found this one representative about the experience one can have with a car service center, though. Long story short, I had bought new tires online and installed them in one of the recommended places from the online seller. I had to return to that place multiple times (at least 3) since there was a persisting vibration around 75 miles/hour on the highway. I stopped trusting that installer after seeing no improvements so I thought about the MB of Flemington service center to resolve my problem.I got an immediate appointment (very good experience on that aspect, as well), and I appreciated how my request to come first thing in the morning was satisfied.The staff I dealt with, lead by Art Bongiorno, met (surpassed) all my expectations.They showed me what was causing my issue (one of the tires was out of the allowed runout range). Kudos to the master foreman (sorry, don't remember his name) for doing a great job with the explanation.After that, the mechanics did such a good job with balancing the wheels, including the one with the defective tire, that the vibration was barely perceptible anymore. I got copies from the charts that the balancing machine produced to help me get a replacement tire from the online seller. As a matter of fact, at the time I am writing this review, I already received the replacement tire and got it installed, of course, at the MB Flemington service center, as well.All in all I would recommend this service center to any of my friends (irrespective of their owning a Mercedes or not). My car was erratic in starting and my local mechanic and MB dealer could not diagnose the problem. I took it to MB Flemington on my mechanic's recommendation and was helped by Artie. It was a challenging diagnosis but Artie and his guys kept on it and figured out that the computer on the engine had a malfunction. He was very upfront and informed me that it was covered under warranty (otherwise the part would have cost me ~$1500). They fixed the problem and I did not have to pay anything.It was also very useful that the dealership even gave me a loaner even though I did not buy my car from their store. I really appreciated the service.

On Friday before Memorial Day, I the ABS warning lights came on. I called the dealership late Friday morning and they looked at the car the same day! The service was fast, efficient and the service advisor, Arthur, was knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a long-time customer. The Store Manager and the sales person both "swore" to my face that I qualified and then had MB Financial back bill me months later for 3 full payments, showed me as delinquent and put me in collection. I am currently on disability and a hurricane Sandy victim so obviously I will go back to BMW NEVER buy a Mercedes again in my life and run from this dealer. If it seems to good to be true, it is!

Gerry Leon was amazing to work with. Even when I was dealing with another dealership that was offering a significantly discounted price for the GL450 I wanted Gerry was amazing and professional in guiding me to get what I wanted & vet the deal even if it meant he lost the sale and I purchased elsewhere. In the end the other dealership's sales rep was not ethical and the price they were quoting was a phantom one. Gerry was fantastic when I came back to him for help in getting my GL450. He made sure I understood the process and build timings. Gerry updated me regularly along the way. Of course, I wish I could have negotiated a better price, but I would much rather work with an ethical professional like Gerry in a heartbeat. I recommend Gerry Leon 1,000%.

I had to bring my car in for a ESP warning on my dash. As soon I walked into service the receptionist smiled and asked how she could help me. Nice way to start. Then Arthur came out and asked me what the problem was and said he would get someone to look at it. The girls at the front desk told me there was coffee or snacks if I would like some. Arthur had one of the technicians look at my car and it needed a sensor. Thankfully he had it in stock, nice surprise, so they fixed the problem. Arthur asked if I had a few more minutes so they could wash my car, and I did. What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Flemington Mercedes Benz service. We purchased a new GLK a couple months back...and enjoyed the process so much we purchased a certified 2011 E350 4matic (in time for the snow) from our salesman,Vasil, as well. We cannot stress enough how professional, courteous, and friendly everyone is at MB of Flemington. They recently made a repair we requested at the time of purchase (the part was on back order) and couldn't be more pleased with the service department...from scheduling, to the quality of the loaner, the communication, and most importantly the impeccable condition of the car and the repair craftsmanship. I had ordered a hood insulation piece for my limited production 1990 560 SEC through the parts department, which came in almost immediately, to my surprise. When it arrived, the service representative with whom I dealt offered to have it installed while I was out to lunch, and I took him up on the offer. In spite of the fact that the part that was being replaced was more difficult to remove than anticipated, I was only charged the original price quoted for the fix. I have had previous experiences like this with the service department at Flemington Mercedes, and have always felt they went out of their way to honor the prices and delivery times quoted. What more can one expect?

I called about 8:45 AM to speak with Jami. Was she able to perform my first "A" service on my 2013 GLK350 that morning? She said that it was possible and if I waited it would be about an hour and 20 minutes including car vacuum and wash. I arrived about 9:00 AM, and waited in the service lounge with Wi-Fi so I could use my tablet to accomplish some required work. The receptionist offered coffee while I waited. In exactly on hour and 20 minutes later my freshly cleaned GLK350 was delivered to the service lounge door.All this and I had a $100 coupon that reduced the cost of the service.

If you are looking for unpretentious honesty and a quick-to-the-point encounter where you are the "customer" and no one forgets that...Flemington is the place to purchase your next MB. It is, after all, about great cars at a fair price and not a Las Vegas simulated environment with loaner cars from Enterprise. Am I right?Nancy, the receptionist, was so warm and welcoming, she jumped up and met us at the door and cared for us until a sales rep was quickly available. My car was scheduled for Service A. I called the dealer and no loaner cars were available until the end of the week and I was leaving for vacation on Thursday so that wouldn't work. Jamie my service contact - who happens to live near me - offered to have Mercedes pick up my car and drop her car off. She then returned my car at the end of the day and drove her car home. The service was completed however when I turned on my lights at night it indicated that my front left head light was out. I returned to Mercedes the next afternoon and my car was immediately brought into the shop and the light replaced at no charge to me since I had to come back. An excellent experience !

I just picked up my new 2013 GLK last night, courtesy of salesman Paul Semhon. Paul did a truly superb job from my initial contact with the dealership, through delivery of the vehicle. I had contacted two previous dealerships while searching for a particular color and option combination, and had been told by both that it wasn't available anywhere. Of course they encouraged me to come in and settle for one off their lot. However, when I (fortunately) spoke with Paul at Flemington, he made it his priority to find me exactly what I wanted. He was persistent and it paid off -- he found the exact vehicle scheduled for production in Germany, and worked a trade between dealers to get it for Flemington's inventory. The extra effort earned him this sale and likely a few more in future years. Paul also went the extra mile during delivery of the car last night, sticking with me for several hours going over all the features of the car and especially the electronics (he stayed long past his scheduled quitting time, which I greatly appreciate). Paul differentiated the Flemington dealership from the rest of the local "pack", and created a delighted customer.

I live more than an hour from Flemington, but decided to stop in at the Mercedes dealership there to see if they carried a particular vehicle with a unique color. Before even entering the showroom I met the extremely gracious and personable Tony in the parking lot, he warmly welcomed me to the area, and assured me that he had an outstanding salesperson who would assist me in any way possible. That was the understatement of the year!!I was then introduced to Mr. Gerry Leon, who invited me to sit down and discuss my needs with regard to a new car for myself. Explaining that my husband and I do not usually drive each others cars, and therefore it would be me making the choices/decisions for this purchase, he took the time to show me the GL450 that I had expressed interest in and spent all the time that I needed to familiarize myself with the various purchase options. I was so extremely impressed with Gerry that I arrived home and asked my husband to return with me to see the vehicle that I was potentially interested in purchasing.Upon our return, we took a test ride, and once again sat with Gerry to go over the necessary steps in order to move forward. Receptionist Barbara Haig makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. She greeted me by my name and immediately offered me coffee. She call Arthur Bongiorno, the service manager and he cam out to greet me right within 1 minute. Arthur reviewed the service that was to be performed and offered me the option of taking a loaner car or waiting for the work to be completed. I decided to wait since he assured me it would be done within 2 hours and the dealership has a first class waiting room. The car was ready including a car wash within 1 1/2 hours. Arthur then went over everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. He gave me his business card and told me to call him directly if I needed anything in the future.
