Ok at first

I purchased a Malibu from Rick . Later that week I seen a crack in windshield and i called him he said he didn't know it was there and I need to get it fixed before it spread.so I take it to get it repaired,to find out it was previously repaired.not good business

Easiest car buying experience ever!

Sales rep, Angie Braid, was so GENUINE and even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing time, didn't drive the trade-in vehicle there, and had 2 tired and hungry small kids with us, she made the whole process flow smoothly. She helped entertain the kids with snacks and went out of her way to work around our chaotic schedule that week.

Outstanding Salesman

My salesman, Mr. Spencer Hixson was courteous and polite from the first day my husband and I came to the dealership the Saturday before I purchased my car. He was fair and honest which we appreciated. The day I came to pickup the car, it was clean and ready as promised. He was very patient in showing me the workings of the car. They lied from the time we walk on the lot.

They said that the car we bought was one of there car and that they serviced the car from the time it was sold it wouldn't pass inspection testBeen waiting almost three month papers wrong,Waited two month for a replacement part to passInspection every time I would call it was a different story. These people are horrible and Shouldn't be running a dealership ESPECIALLY MERCEDES!!!!!

Nothing New

I visited the dealership for repairs and as usual was met with disrespect, rudeness and the typical blow off! This is nothing new. They are consistent! I was told if I want my car repaired I should be nice! What does that even mean? The worse of it is that I know nothing will change!

Satisfied

I recently purchased a SUV from MB of Columbus and in the beginning I was upset with how things were handled. I'm not sure whether my issues were in or out of his control, but he and Tiffany Butterfield worked to make sure I was at least satisfied with everything.

Friendly, No Pressure Buying Experience

I found a 2011 GMC Yukon XL Denali listed on a common auto website, and decided to stop by to check it out. Joshua was just finishing up with another customer and gladly helped my wife and I look over the vehicle and test drive. After a little negotiation, we were working on the paperwork. Debi was also a pleasure to work with, and they worked to find an outstanding interest rate. I would recommend you go see them if you need a vehicle, new or used!

I found the vehicle that I was looking for online on 1/28/16 and emailed the dealership. Gary the salesperson responded with the information that I requested. New Purchase Experience:

I was looking to purchase a new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350. They did not have the color that I wanted. But the sales person Mr. Joshua Andujar was very helpful and worked tirelessly to locate the car outside the state and had it shipped within 2 days. I stopped by the lot looking for a replacement car for my wife who had an accident and was not very comfortable behind the wheel just yet. Abby Mitchell took our wish list and did all kinds of work getting us exactly what we needed. Abby took hours helping my wife get comfortable in her new car and made us feel like we bought a brand new one. We really like our 2011 Acura MDX and loved working with Abby.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER EVER!!

First off I'd like to say that I know this sounds stereotypical but I normally don't write reviews for anything. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I was on a road trip coming from Jacksonville FL, on my way to Atlanta to see family when a service light came on in my 2009 E63 AMG rather quickly warning me of battery power loss followed by overheating advising me to pull over immediately. I pulled over called my insurance provider for a tow. They advised me that it would be 3hrs before someone could reach me because of the day and location. They also advised me that the closest Mercedes-Benze dealership (Mercedes-Benze of Columbus) was 20 miles away. Unfortunately for me it actually took 4 1/2hrs and that was 4 1/2hrs in what the thermometer in my car read to be 100-112 degree heat and the only shade being....inside the car. I kept checking to see what time the dealership closed because I was afraid I wouldn't get my car there in time, and this would end up being a wasted day altogether. Finally the tow truck arrives I get to the dealership with minutes to spare....I mean minutes to spare..and there was Mrs. Napier sitting there she as well the ENTIRE service team was EXTREMELY cordial, was in no rush despite the fact that they close in like two minutes. Told me where to get discounts for my overnight hotel stay, gave me coupons to get myself something to eat and had a loaner car ready and waiting to go! All in just 5 minutes! My car was ready in one business day of which I was advised of the progress the entire time. I have been in other service centers before, but that service center was by far one of the best if not the best customer service centers I've ever been in. I advised them that my next Mercedes-Benze purchase would be from that dealership, even if I have to drive all the way from Jacksonville, they are just that amazing!

2015 Mercedes Benz C300

We went in looking at a different model than what we purchased. Joshua took his time to show us all models and we decided on a different one. Duane did an outstanding job looking for the car with all the specifics we wanted and when there was not one available he ordered specifically what we wanted. The Mercedes team kept us updated on the status of our car. When it came in it was everything we expected. What an awesome experience!!!!!! On delivery they took the time to show us all the widgets and gadgets the car has., even weeks later we still call up with questions and they are always willing to help. The Mercedes Benz of columbus team is not your typical dealership that just forgets you after the sale, the team truly is a family and continues to take care of its customer from the time you walk onto the lot and after the sale. Abby Mitchell is the BEST

I found a replacement used convertible for my recently totaled vehicle. Although I was stymied at every turn by the 'at fault' person's insurance company, Abby Mitchell (and Duane) were eager to help me even though the insurance payment was not forthcoming. The original and subsequent quotes were responsive and professional, as were Abby and Duane. After 3 weeks of delays, during which time Abby was extremely patient, with the 'go ahead', Abby was able to secure financing for me as a 'bridge' to the ultimate settlement with the insurance company. The dealership was even able to deliver the car to me in Dallas, GA! This was a great help. I would, and already have, recommend Abby and this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle....even from another state!

Bought a new ML350

Nice experience. Very comfortable, low pressure, lot's of attention and service. Said what they would do, and then did what they said. That's usually really hard to find. They let us drive any vehicle we wanted, searched for what they didn't have, and then worked with us to do a custom order. It took longer than we would have liked, but that wasn't their fault. They made an offer, we had one round of negotiation, and the deal was done. When I went to pick the vehicle up, it was exactly what we agreed to, to the penney. AND, I really needed a mat for the back, and they were really nice about taking care of it for me.

Sales staff goes above & beyond

Daniel & other team members were very accommodating during our 3 on-site visits. My 1st experience was without my husband & Daniel was kind, knowledgable, and not pushy at all. Next, our entire family stopped by after closing time and a manager was happy to get the keys and spend time showing the vehicle I had selected to my husband. Daniel's excellent listening enabled him to match our family with the perfect vehicle that met all of our needs within our desired price range. He brought it to our home, allowing me to drive it around the neighborhood & test how the car seats fit & 2nd/3rd row worked with them. The Dealership team made trading in my previous vehicle a dream, allowing for a seamless, stress-free process. Several team members stayed late, accommodating my husband's schedule the evening we signed papers & were extremely understanding with our rambunctious young children. They rolled out the red carpet treatment

I took my E320 in for service. Rachel in the Service dept. took me the same day for repairs. I also decided to buy tires from them too. They offered a comfortable area to work on my laptop while I waited. They even sent me home in style in a new 2015 loaner for a night since my tires had to be ordered. They provided excellent customer service and I received so many follow ups from everyone thanking me for my business. I really appreciate that. 2 1/2 weeks after I bought my tires, I ended up getting a screw in my new tires while driving on the interstate in AL on a trip. I called the service dept. and Lauren helped me get a copy of my invoice so that I could provide that to a tire shop in order to get my tire replaced since I had left the receipt at home. I was able to get the tire replaced and only pay for installation. I was so happy that I was able to get everything taken care of while I was on travel. These folks really have my back. They treated me as part of the Mercedes family and I will give them my business and recommend them to all of my friends!!!

One Satisfied Student

I was very pleased with my overall experience and I really appreciate Abby Mitchell's patience, empathy, understanding, and friendliness. She was very easy to work with and very easy to get along with. She was extremely down to earth and despite me not purchasing my vehicle from her( I took my car in for service, and was interested in trading in) she treated me like I was her very own customer. She took charge over my issue and really worked hard to get me a solution. She was easily accessible whenever I had a question or issue and made the entire process manageable and bearable. She was very skilled and knowledgeable and I'm forever grateful. It's funny, prior to me taking my car in for servicing I called the dealership and spoke to the receptionist whose name happened to be Abby also....when I got there i asked for Abby, and by me not knowing last names at that time they assumed I was speaking of the sales associate.....that assumption caused me to gain a friend and a new sales associate because I will be back to get my car from Abby! Great New Car Purchase and Trade-in Process

The sales associates Joshua Andujar and Debi Lewis were great throughout the entire new car purchase process. Josh provided excellent attention and courtesy while answering our questions and making the purchase economics work regarding the purchase as well as the trade-in value of our legacy GL450. Debi was great at making the document process run smoothly and fast as well which was extremely helpful given our small children being present for the purchase. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend these two individuals to others for their purchase needs.

Pain Free

I usually dread car shopping, but this was by far the easiest experience I have ever had! The deal they gave us was very fair & that says a lot, b/c usually I feel like I'm being screwed over. What a wonderful Team at MB of Columbus, GA!!!I narrowed my search for my new Mercedes after much looking on the Internet. I even contacted (via email) 3 other Dealerships. The Team here responded to my Internet Inquiry with respect and a sincere desire to help me get to the price I needed to make the Deal. "Zeke" was warm and sincere over the phone, plus very respectful of my time. I was treated like Royality when I arrived at the Dealership. Debi the Finance Manager was so very nice as well. For some misc. items, when she ran my VIsa Card the charge was denied! She was so polite and considerate of possible embarrassment to me. I knew the card had lots of charging capacity so I volunteered to call them for approval. She suggested: "before you do that, let me key in the number as at times the swipe does not work". She did just that and the charge was approved. She has a sincere desire to make this purchase process painless. I am so glad that I found this Team!

300SDL Service

Awesome service department. The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedule the service for Monday (Mar9) at a very convenient time (for me). It is great to have a dedicated service time rather than a "cattle call" time like you find at other dealerships. Customer service is a big deal with me; and MB of Columbus has outstanding customer service. The technicians are top-of-the-line and the quality of work is impeccable. Moreover, the technicians will take the time to explain the needed service(s), why it's needed, and let you know how long it should take, and answer all your questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are also complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi availability. From the time you drive up, to the time you drive out, these folks are truly trying to put the customer first in their Customer Service. Awesome!!

Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.

Was trying to decide between a BMW and a Mercedes and happened to be helped at the Mercedes Dealership by Serpil Adams. That was my lucky day. When I told her what I was looking for she took me right to it and everything was handled perfectly from there. She got me the car on my terms and it is a great car. Poor Service Experience at MB of Columbus

Do not go to MB of Columbus for service work. Communication is extremely poor and they are very overpriced! Requested setting up an account and they never responded. Credit/HR department is a joke and does not belong in a high end car line like MB.

Terrible experience, bad salesman and team

Spent the last few weeks trying to purchase a GL320 from MB of Columbus. After 4 sales people that are completely clueless, web sites that have contradicting information about the vehicle, incorrect spec sheets sent to me and terrible follow up, I would highly suggest finding your Benz or vehicle somewhere else or this will really ruin your image of what a Benz purchase should be. Wasted way too much time and I can only hope you do not do the same.
