I purchased my CPO 2012 Mercedes G550, from over 8 hours away. On my first call Duane took the time to give me a Mercedes Benz education, he was very friendly and professional and was never a "pushy" salesperson. Because of this and the easy and flexible financing options offered, I felt confident enough to purchase my vehicle w/out ever even test driving the vehicle. It arrived on yesterday, and let me say, I am more than pleased with my vehicle and the excellent service I have received from both Duane Angela, I will definitely come back to them again for my next vehicle purchase as well as recommend them to all of my friends. I received first class service that more than matched the Mercedes Benz brand.I Love my G550, it has so much power and I've gotten so much attention in just the 2 days!!?? I have purchased many vehicles through many different dealerships in town and no dealership can come close to the professionalism and care you will receive at Mercedes of Columbus. Sales rep, Angie Braid, was so GENUINE and even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing time, didn't drive the trade-in vehicle there, and had 2 tired and hungry small kids with us, she made the whole process flow smoothly. She helped entertain the kids with snacks and went out of her way to work around our chaotic schedule that week.

They said that the car we bought was one of there car and that they serviced the car from the time it was sold it wouldn't pass inspection testBeen waiting almost three month papers wrong,Waited two month for a replacement part to passInspection every time I would call it was a different story. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a trip planned for the next day and they made sure my car was ready for me to take on my trip; even went the extra mile to make sure someone would be there early to certify inspect it. I stopped by the lot looking for a replacement car for my wife who had an accident and was not very comfortable behind the wheel just yet. Abby Mitchell took our wish list and did all kinds of work getting us exactly what we needed. Abby took hours helping my wife get comfortable in her new car and made us feel like we bought a brand new one. We really like our 2011 Acura MDX and loved working with Abby.

First off I'd like to say that I know this sounds stereotypical but I normally don't write reviews for anything. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I was on a road trip coming from Jacksonville FL, on my way to Atlanta to see family when a service light came on in my 2009 E63 AMG rather quickly warning me of battery power loss followed by overheating advising me to pull over immediately. I pulled over called my insurance provider for a tow. They advised me that it would be 3hrs before someone could reach me because of the day and location. They also advised me that the closest Mercedes-Benze dealership (Mercedes-Benze of Columbus) was 20 miles away. Unfortunately for me it actually took 4 1/2hrs and that was 4 1/2hrs in what the thermometer in my car read to be 100-112 degree heat and the only shade being....inside the car. I kept checking to see what time the dealership closed because I was afraid I wouldn't get my car there in time, and this would end up being a wasted day altogether. Finally the tow truck arrives I get to the dealership with minutes to spare....I mean minutes to spare..and there was Mrs. Napier sitting there she as well the ENTIRE service team was EXTREMELY cordial, was in no rush despite the fact that they close in like two minutes. Told me where to get discounts for my overnight hotel stay, gave me coupons to get myself something to eat and had a loaner car ready and waiting to go! All in just 5 minutes! My car was ready in one business day of which I was advised of the progress the entire time. I have been in other service centers before, but that service center was by far one of the best if not the best customer service centers I've ever been in. I advised them that my next Mercedes-Benze purchase would be from that dealership, even if I have to drive all the way from Jacksonville, they are just that amazing!

I found a replacement used convertible for my recently totaled vehicle. Although I was stymied at every turn by the 'at fault' person's insurance company, Abby Mitchell (and Duane) were eager to help me even though the insurance payment was not forthcoming. The original and subsequent quotes were responsive and professional, as were Abby and Duane. After 3 weeks of delays, during which time Abby was extremely patient, with the 'go ahead', Abby was able to secure financing for me as a 'bridge' to the ultimate settlement with the insurance company. The dealership was even able to deliver the car to me in Dallas, GA! This was a great help. I would, and already have, recommend Abby and this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle....even from another state!

Nice experience. Very comfortable, low pressure, lot's of attention and service. Said what they would do, and then did what they said. That's usually really hard to find. They let us drive any vehicle we wanted, searched for what they didn't have, and then worked with us to do a custom order. It took longer than we would have liked, but that wasn't their fault. They made an offer, we had one round of negotiation, and the deal was done. When I went to pick the vehicle up, it was exactly what we agreed to, to the penney. AND, I really needed a mat for the back, and they were really nice about taking care of it for me.

I took my E320 in for service. Rachel in the Service dept. took me the same day for repairs. I also decided to buy tires from them too. They offered a comfortable area to work on my laptop while I waited. They even sent me home in style in a new 2015 loaner for a night since my tires had to be ordered. They provided excellent customer service and I received so many follow ups from everyone thanking me for my business. I really appreciate that. 2 1/2 weeks after I bought my tires, I ended up getting a screw in my new tires while driving on the interstate in AL on a trip. I called the service dept. and Lauren helped me get a copy of my invoice so that I could provide that to a tire shop in order to get my tire replaced since I had left the receipt at home. I was able to get the tire replaced and only pay for installation. I was so happy that I was able to get everything taken care of while I was on travel. These folks really have my back. They treated me as part of the Mercedes family and I will give them my business and recommend them to all of my friends!!!

Awesome service department. The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedule the service for Monday (Mar9) at a very convenient time (for me). It is great to have a dedicated service time rather than a "cattle call" time like you find at other dealerships. Customer service is a big deal with me; and MB of Columbus has outstanding customer service. The technicians are top-of-the-line and the quality of work is impeccable. Moreover, the technicians will take the time to explain the needed service(s), why it's needed, and let you know how long it should take, and answer all your questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are also complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi availability. From the time you drive up, to the time you drive out, these folks are truly trying to put the customer first in their Customer Service. Awesome!!

Was trying to decide between a BMW and a Mercedes and happened to be helped at the Mercedes Dealership by Serpil Adams. That was my lucky day. When I told her what I was looking for she took me right to it and everything was handled perfectly from there. She got me the car on my terms and it is a great car. She was concerned about every little thing and has even checked back with me a couple of times to be sure everything is working just great. I would recommend anyone that wants a car talk to her first.Buddy

Do not go to MB of Columbus for service work. Communication is extremely poor and they are very overpriced! Requested setting up an account and they never responded. Credit/HR department is a joke and does not belong in a high end car line like MB.

Spent the last few weeks trying to purchase a GL320 from MB of Columbus. After 4 sales people that are completely clueless, web sites that have contradicting information about the vehicle, incorrect spec sheets sent to me and terrible follow up, I would highly suggest finding your Benz or vehicle somewhere else or this will really ruin your image of what a Benz purchase should be. Wasted way too much time and I can only hope you do not do the same.
