Being in sales I cover two states and constantly in the car. Comfort and safety are my top priorities! I am tough on a car and run mileage up very quickly. Kim Fredlund has always been my service rep and ensures that my concerns or needs are addressed. My transmission needed to be taken down and it meant I would be without a car for almost two weeks. Not only did she immediately find me a loaner sedan but called two days later to put me in an SUV since that is what I was use to driving. The best news is that she reminded me that I had a 125,000 miles extended warranty and that the transmission was covered. It is so nice to have such wonderful service even 4 years after you purchase your car!

My wife was looking for a very particular used Chevrolet Tahoe. It had to be just right. The right exterior color, the right interior color, the right luxury package and the right low miles. As luck would have it she found it at Mercedes Benz of Cary and that's how I met Awadi. Awadi was extremely professional, courteuos, kind and helpful. After several days of making sure the car was right, we were able to make the right deal with Awadi. To top it off, I traveled over 1000 miles to pick it up. Awadi came to the airport and got me, took care of my needs and got me on the road in a timely manner to get back home. He followed up with phone calls making sure I got home ok and that if my wife had any questions or problems, he would take care of it for her. All in the name of good service and to make sure she was completely satisfied. It was an excellent experience and I was very pleased to have met Awadi who made the entire deal happen. My experience with Al Awadi at Mercedes Cary was excellent and positive. First I went to see a Highlander they had it from another location. Al Awadi brought me the car from the other location and helped me with everything about it, I didn't like the car and I thought of trying something else. I wanted to go somewhere else as I never thought of buying from Mercedes, I used to think they are expensive & too pricey and I won't be get something will fit what I want and need. But Al Awadi listened to me and work on finding me the car that will fit my criteria. Al Awadi was extremely helpful in guiding me and explaining details and showing me everything around my budget. He was patient and very informative, he knows everything about his business. Al Awadi was also helpful in other parts of the deal like in financing and working out the deal with the manager and his sales manager mike was very nice as well .I feel very happy i went there and seeing Al Awadi, he was kind and decent and helped me a lot, and Im planning to send all my friends and relatives to him once they need a new vehicle. As a consumer, I'd grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless, electronic "help." I went in Mercedes-Benz of Cary not expecting any real help selecting a car. I had greater doubts about getting a bargain. Imagine my surprise when I got both. Mr. Awadi was gracious and informative. My car came with features I did not expect and a price that provided the incentive to make the purchase. I just wanted a nice car with a great engine and thought I might have to sacrifice certain components so that I could get the benefit of the Mercedes trademark. That wasn't the case. I got more bonuses than I could have dreamed of. It's not just a device that can be used to transport you one place to another, its a beautiful car that was surprisingly affordable. The interior is awesome and the automobile is built for comfort. The salesman made it easy for me to select a great deal and it wasn't just luck. I actually had multiple choices. Mr. Awadi endured my indecisiveness and circumspection. No one wants to risk spending a lot of money and then feel less than excited about the investment. I feel as happy about my new card today as I did one month ago. It's not only a vehicle that I like driving, but its nice to just sit inside and listen to the entertainment system. If you want a nice car and assume that a Mercedes is beyond your bank account, think again. Take the time to pay a visit to the Mercedes dealership in Cary and ask for Mr. Awadi. You won't leave without an option you didn't think you had or without the car you dreamed of.

My wife and I recently purchased a CPO Mercedes from Leith Mercedes-Benz of Cary and had a great experience. Our salesman, Gary, was top notch and was willing and able to answer our questions throughout the entire process and even stayed late after they closed to make sure everything was taken care of. The transaction was virtually smooth and we walked away feeling valued and appreciated. Mike, the sales manager, also greeted us a few times and made sure we were taken care of. I've taken the car back once so far to have a minor tire issue looked at and was greeted promptly by Steve who quickly learned why I was there and immediately took our car back to be looked at. The issue was quickly resolved and Steve even wanted me to stick around for a free car wash, but I needed to head back to work.The level of service we've received has far exceeded our expectations and should we be on the market for another car in the future, we would not hesitate in visiting Leith MB of Cary.

Had been shopping Honda Minivans for the better part of a month, so when I saw one come up at Mercedes of Cary I was skeptical. Long story long, I was given the personal cell phone of Dan Keegan, he had the car ready for us to come take a look on Saturday and he even hooked us up with all weather mats. Then William Ball treated us like family throughout the financial/paperwork process. All in all even though we were only buying a used can for 15k they rolled out the red carpet and treated me and my family( wife and 3 little girls) with the same respect and care as they would for someone buying a $100,000 Mercedes. I will start here 1st on my next purchase.

From the time we walked into the dealership I realized we were in a professional atmosphere where the customer was considered important. The receptionist greeted us immediately, solicited the reason for our visit and proceeded to inform us of the situation at hand. She directed us to the waiting area where we were very comfortable. It was here that we first encountered Bob McGuire and it was evident from his demeanor that we were in the presence of a professional. He secured our reason for being there and then proceeded to do everything he could to produce the model with the requested features. He made sure we were familiar with both of the consdered models and that we were satisfied with the one selected. He then proceeded to make the final sale with the best offer available to us. He even went out of his way to inform us of a discount with which we were unfamiliar and which made the sale. Gary Smith is the man to see for a smooth purchasing process with no pressure points. I walked into the dealership of the service department of my GL450 SUV. Of course upon waiting , I decided to browse around to kill some time. I expressed to Mr. Smith that I was not interested to purchase another vehicle and just wanted to look at some of the models on hand at his dealership. We proceeded outside to view a few in the very hot heat. Of course, he showed me the interested models and very patiently ran the paperwork on each model of my choice. Smartcar Search??I was searching for a smartcar for my brother, when I located one at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I called Bob McGuire and he walked me through the process, the loan application, and approval. I drove from Columbia, S.C. , and got lost in Cary when the GPS signals dropped. Bob came to where I was and lead me to the dealership. The deal began on Monday and I was signing the papers on Wednesday. My brother picked his car up and has been grinning every since. The service is great, they are very helpful, and willing to walk you through every step of the way. That kind of service is unheard of now days!

Omg!!!!!!! My experience with David Burr Was So Freaking Awesome That I Cried Literally After Buying My Vehicle. David was wonderful thru out my entire process from start to finish. He notified me immediately after inquiring about a Glk 350 on line and stayed in touch with me everyday. I told him exactly what I wanted as far as color on the inside and out and he made it happen. He has a lot of patience and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles at Mercedes which sold me right away. I saw the new GLC 300 on the Mercedes website in November 2015 and I left my name on the waitlist to be called when a model came in. John Kuzman called to let me know it was in and proceeded to help me through the car buying process. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable and helped me to create a beautiful, custom-built GLC!! Two weeks ago, I unfortunately learned of my mother's sudden passing about 20 minutes before John called to let me know it was ready. I was halfway hysterical and John couldn't have been more gracious. He expressed his condolences and told me not to worry about the car, and to just get back with him whenever I was ready. Not once did he pressure me about completing the transaction or when I would be able to pick it up and I truly respected and appreciated that. It was extremely hard to be excited about having a new car after my mom passed, but I was able to pick it up 3 days ago and it was probably the first time I have really smiled in 2 weeks. My wife and I had an awesome car buying experience with David Burr on Christmas Eve at the Cary MB location! We found David to be super fun to work with and very knowledgable about the product line. David is a very good listener and helped us to focus on what vehicle would best suit our needs. We were looking at the new GLC300 SUV and were very impressed, but there was a 3 year old GLK350, which was in immaculate condition and 12k less. When we expressed an interest in the latter vehicle, David smoothly transitioned to showing us this vehicle and we ended up buying it. Even though it was Christmas Eve and the dealership was closing at 1:00 PM, David cheerfully worked with us until the deal was complete at 3:00 PM and we were able to drive the new car home for Christmas! After spending a couple hours looking around at other dealerships in the area, I decided to take a look at a Mercedes. John Kuzman greeted my wife and I when we arrived. He pointed us in the direction of the cars I was interested in and left us alone to browse the inventory. A welcome change from all the other sales people we had seen that day that wanted to follow us around like lost puppies. Just as I came across the C250 I was interested in, John came up and offered a wealth of knowledge and a test drive. After the test drive John showed us around the well appointed facility. Another associate noticed my 5 year old and gave him a matchbook car, a Mercedes of course. A nice touch, he loved it. Service after I bought the car was also excellent. I highly recommend these folks.

He knew everything about my C300 and demonstrated some really unique features both on the lot and during the test drive. He was knowledgeable, efficient, extremely courteous a consummate professional. The dealership itself is comfortable, clean and full of considerate and friendly people. I am very happy with my experience at this dealer and am very impressed with the people who work there. They stand by their word and deliver on quality and service. My experience started Thanksgiving Eve when my C350 had trouble and could not be taken on a trip home. Mr. Bell and staff insisted I take a loaner and drive it to my family for the holiday. I have bought three Smart Cars from Cary Mercedes. I drove my first Smart Car from Fayetteville, NC to Skagway, Alaska before taking the ferry to Juneau. It was a great trip of several trips I took with my Smart Car. After 60,000 miles I traded in for a Convertible Smart Car I ordered to my specifications. It was an excellent car climbing Pikes Peak. After visiting Yellowstone and several other places out West, I was headed to Carlsbad Caverns from Cortez, Colorado. Unfortunately, a woman decided to do a U-turn in front of me when I was driving 55 mph. All of the cars safety features performed exactly as they were designed. The car was totaled, but I only suffered minor cuts, bruises, and sprains. Hint-stop blowing the horn before you hit. Chris Newman was extremely helpful in getting me into my third Smart Car. When a car protects you in an accident, you buy another one. Unfortunately, my previous convertible was one of the last convertibles made in that model year and no convertibles were available. I will return when it is time to get a new Smart Car because of my previous experiences. My personalized tag reads GIANTRED.

This is a serious Recommendation for Service Advisor (Kim Fredlund/MBenz-Cary) based on my multiple SL 550 Models and 7 years of both routine and non-routine Repair Experiences with her that in all Serv-ice Appointments (sometimes simple and other very complicated Warranty Issues) showed her superior Professionalism (this means she always handled it "right all the way to the end") for this Customer. She always took the additional time Upfront (for real pre-Repair explanations/costs) and also again at the Back End (with same thorough Repair Itemizations and Re-explanations for changes) that smoothly/ confidently satisfied all my usual high dollar M-Benz Cost Apprehensions. This was always her MO even in the hectic flow of multiple Customers/Technicians/Phones at her "Action Central Desk". This Service Advisor took the unrushed time/conscientious effort in the middle of all that Desk Action Confusion at many AM Check-Ins to show me real (not rehearsed/not same old Advisor Lines) attention to really put me and my car problem first when it was my turn. She never shuffled me through the Service Checkout Process with all the "push pressure" she is under, and always does the walk-over to Cashier still answer-ing my questions and making sure I know my next Service Updates Info, never "dumping me off" there and just leaving. Simply put in straight Street Talk that says sit all.....she really "Gives a Damn" (GAD) about me and my 2 SL 550 cars for my last 7 years at M-Benz of Cary Service Dept.

I always have an awesome experience when I go to the Mercedes-Benz of Cary dealership.Richard Meagher helped me get my first Smart car back in 2013 and then he and the team helped me get into the new 2016 model when my lease was completed. Richard had been working with me for months getting ready for when my lease would end and the new fleet would be coming in. He helped me with the lease extension program until the new fleet arrived. Then when I went in for the turnover and pickup of the new car the whole team worked on making sure I was able to drive out of the lot a satisfied customer. Richard, Cherie, Chris, & Johnathan all went out of their way to help me and I appreciate it. They dealt with some hiccups on the finance side that were worked out because of my standing history with the previous car. The whole team there likes to see happy customers and I am definitely one of them!I should also note that I always took my previous smart car for services there since they have a dedicated center for the smart car and I will of course be taking my new smart car there for all services as well.Every time I go in for the services they clean and wash the car so I head home in what feels like a shiny new car - love that aspect of my service visits.And just so you know - they have a comfortable waiting area with nice big seats and a section for those with laptops/tablets to sit and work/catch up on emails if they need to. Oh yeah and Keurig coffee, tea, & cocoa so you are covered for your caffeine :) while you're there.

I had a wonderful experience at MB of Cary. We have a personal friend who works as the Sales Manager at a neighboring dealership and he introduced me to John Kuzman. He was a wonderful salesperson to work with in the purchase of my C250. I am a person who gets challenged by technology and features quickly but John spent ample time with me explaining how to use all the great features that the car offered and when I left the dealership, I felt like I could use my new cars "bells and whistles" with ease. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in the shopping or buying process. He listened to my needs and delivered. The entire experience from the time we walked on the lot, entered the showroom, test drive, completing the paperwork, EVERYONE was friendly and kind to us. Everyone spoke and said "hello"-- even people we were not working with in the buying process. This is a very cordial team and a simple "hello" goes a long way in my eyes. It was a kind, pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership and John Kuzman without hesitation.

The sales process, professionalism, and knowledge and expertise of this dealership and its people are remarkable. This was the first time I have purchased a Mercedes and it was not anything like the typical torture involved in the sales process. The process of buying or leasing a car has never been something I enjoyed... until now. There was no old-school high-pressure sales approach, and the sales person, Bert Bowers, was an expert in the product knowledge and has been working there for many years. It was refreshing to find a sales person who actually knew everything about the cars and could answer all my questions immediately and without any pressure to buy. The process of negotiating the numbers was quick and painless and they were very transparent and honest about every number. I did my homework and their numbers were fair from the start. Bert Bowers is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with, and their delivery/technology specialist, finance manager and everyone involved are true professionals. It will be hard for me to go anywhere else in the future.

I was on the website for Mercedes-Benz Of Cary and found a car I wanted see. I called the dealership and spoke with Bob McGuire. He made sure the car was still there and asked me to come look at the car. Mr. McGuire was so nice on the phone that I knew I had to see that car. I was greeted by the staff upon my arrival and they immediately got Mr. McGuire. I have bought many cars over the years but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Mr. McGuire was so friendly and knowledgeable about this car. You know their job is to sell you a car but he was truly a sincere and nice person. The car sold itself but meeting Mr. McGuire made me glad I bought it at Mercedes-Benz Of Cary. I really felt that my business was appreciated. I never felt pushed or overwhelmed during the process of buying my car.

I leased a C250 from MB of Cary three years ago and was quite pleased with the experience. Since that time the car was serviced at the location twice and both times the experience was exceptional. The sales and service staff are polite and professional. So recently when looking at a new car it was only logical to return to MB of Cary. This time John Kuzman was the salesman that I worked with on the transaction. I went into the process looking at the possibility of acquiring a CLA, but was by no means locked into a decision. Competing brands were very much under consideration. Did a test drive with John and he quickly picked up on the things I was looking for in a car and pointed me towards a C300, and also showed me a way that I could get in the car at a better price than anticipated. The C300 4Matic is everything that I was looking for in a car. The negotiation process with John and his sales manager moved quickly and fairly. They don't give cars away, and are in the business of making money. I understand that fact, and simply was trying to get the best deal possible. In the end I was very pleased with the deal and the entire buying experience. As I pointed out to John, it appears to me that there is a very healthy culture at MB of Cary. The people are friendly and accommodating, and car buying is made easy. I highly recommend the dealership and John Kuzman as a salesman.

Worked with Richard Meagher, very good interactions. MBZ has a great program, they were very accommodating even after our flight was delayed, stayed 2 hours late to allow us to pick up car. Very efficient process, all paperwork taken care of in advance, hotel in Stuttgart very nice, we drove 2500+ miles, drop off in Frankfurt painless, car arrived at dealership in only 5 weeks, all clean and prep for our U.S. use. They switched out EU nav for US, reset everything for miles, set up SAT radio, embrace. Can't imagine how they could have done it better, this was a wonderful way to see Europe in a quality way with excellent support before, during and after trip. Highly Recommended!

I have bought a lot of cars and worked with a lot of dealers in the last 20 or so years. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Cary is the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Bob McGuire was my sales rep. He knew everything about my GLK and demonstrated some really unique features both on the lot and during the test drive. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely courteous. My wife and I were done with buying the car in about three hours, which is far faster than my experience with other dealers. The dealership itself is well appointed, comfortable, and full of courteous people. I was very impressed, and will definitely shop there again. Since that time, Bob McGuire has kept in touch with me to follow up with promised options/additions to the car such as a cargo mat for the rear, and a security cover. He replaced the windshield because it had a small chip that I didn't even notice. All of this was no extra charge. The dealer sent a very friendly and knowledgeable driver to pick up the car and drop off a loaner. Bob has been extremely pro-active in taking care of our needs and very responsive to my questions. I am very happy with my experience at this dealer, and am very impressed with the people who work there. They stand by their word and deliver on quality and service.

For this car buying experience I decided I would take my time, do my research and narrowed it down to the Mercedes C 300, BMW 3 series or Audi A4. As I was walking through the lot at Mercedes in Cary I was approached by John Guzman who was very pleasant, relaxed and accepted that I was looking that day and it wasn't the time to do a big sell. I spent a few minutes with him and when I left he gave me his card and told me to call if I was interested in driving. A week later I was back to drive the car and it was the best test drive I ever had. John knew the car inside and out and took it out to places to show what the car could do, not just around a few city blocks. After this I was sold and we set out to find the car that I wanted. Unfortunately the combination of color and extras was not available so I had to wait for several months while the car was made. During that time John kept me updated with e-mails every week or so to let me know where the car was in the process and when it might be here. Upon delivery John spent time me in the car making sure I understood how things worked. The whole car buying experience was comfortable and a lot of fun from the first encounter to delivery.

The Best or Nothing is Mercedes-Benz current slogan. Sales Representative David Burr typifies this notion. THE BEST- David is hands on and easily one of your best employees. He is a professional in every sense of the word, his in-depth knowledge was put to the test multiple times with questions I had about my customized S550 purchase, and he didnt miss a step. He has a warm and inviting personality which made my Wife and I feel right at home with him, he made the car buying experience a pleasure and removed all apprehension from the process. In my opinion he is a definite candidate for your employee recognition program. If you dont have one, he is a great reason to start one. THE NOTHING- My Wife and I truly felt there was nothing David wouldnt do to make sure we were informed during every step of the car buying process. David even made himself available to us during non business hours, when I had a moment of excitement about the car, (and I had many) and had to have an answer to a question or two, he was right there for us. David made sure I was well informed about my car, and all the many Mercedes-Benz products that were available to me before I left the dealership. I stumbled across a rare find online (a Certified Pre-Owned E series wagon) at Mercedes-Benz of Cary NC and decided to have a look. I had the very good fortune to connect with Richard Meagher (pronounced like Mayor) at the dealership and ended up buying the car with his guidance.I went in on the defensive. I had done a little homework, researching the values of the used Mercedes and my prospective trade-in on Edmunds.com. I expected to be told that the values on Edmunds were bogus (Ive heard that before). I also expected the slick, do-it-now, pushy, what would it take for you to do business TODAY? schtick (wow, have I heard *that* before!). I was especially concerned about the condition of the used car and the risk of buying a lemon. Ive bought used cars in the past but not in many, many years and was frankly a little skittish.Richard was (is) delightfully personable, immediately likeable and, importantly in this situation, immediately credible. I heard none of the sales-speak I was expecting to hear. Ive worked with car salespeople in the past who spoke in sales seminar-ese; everything rehearsed, everything a cringe-worthy cliche. Richard treated me as an adult. He listened to my worries about getting a lemon and reassured me in ways that made sense (read: warranties). He listened to my explanation of how I came to the figure I proposed to him once we got that far. I think we got along so well (and eventually came to terms) because we treated each other like reasonable adults, not adversaries.I have to throw in one last point about MB of Cary itself. The car I bought is four model years old but their CPO prep is the real deal, not just a slapped-on windshield sticker. The car is mechanically flawless and cosmetically spotless. The dealership inspected and replaced items that had proved problematic in this model, some potentially very expensive (e.g., engine mounts), despite their still being in good repair. They even ordered a replacement interior wood trim kit because this model is known to have some fading issues from exposure to the sun over time. I didnt see a problem and had to look closely to see it when Richard pointed it out. So the bad news is that I have to take the car into the shop in a couple of weeks to have the trim replaced. The good news is that I have to take the car into the shop in a couple of weeks to have the trim replaced, I dont have to pay a penny for this minor cosmetic refresh, and Ill have a fine loaner vehicle to drive at no charge while my car is in the shop. Sweet.Im planning to post this on several review sites so if youre doing research, you may see it again. My experience with Richard Meagher and MB of Cary was exceptional in every way. Consider these folks the next time you start researching a car purchase or lease. This is the right stuff.

I just bought my fourth Mercedes purchasing a GLK350 this time. The salesman Ken Lukes was very knowledgeable and very professional. The car we wanted was not available on the lot but Ken was able to locate one in just minutes. I was there on Monday and the car arrived on Wednesday. Thursday morning it was available for me to put it up. When I arrived to pick it up, Ken greeted me at the door and had the new car ready for my inspection. Ken showed me and my wife how to operate the car and instructed us on the many options on the car. He showed excellent knowledge of the car and connected my phone so that it can be used hands free through the phone feature. He was not pushy and was always courteous and professional in all of our dealings. One of the reasons I am purchasing another Mercedes is due to the outstanding service by Kim Fredlund. She has been my service advisor for about 14 years and has always done an excellent job in seeing that my cars are well taken care of. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Cary to anyone.

We just brought a S550. We just visited the dealership because Burt Bower gave us a call so we decided to take a ride to Cary to see what he was talking about. We had a 2013 E350. We looked at the E2015 but we didn't want it. Burt was very patience with us. We knew what we wanted but thought we couldn't afford it. We begin to question Burt about the S550 so again we went to look at the cars again. Burt didn't stop until he got us just what we want. He made it possible for us to move up to the car we really want. Thank God for Burt Bower and all he did for us to be riding in our dream car. We are enjoying it very much.
