We had such an amazing experience here at Mercedez Benz of Brooklyn! We has an AMAZING sales person names Jason Revere! If you want a good sales guy for your next trip to Mercedez, definitely ask for him! We went to dealerships in jersey, but none helpful as the Brooklyn dealership and Jason, his has been the best sales guy we've had after many trips to other dealers.

I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz at Brooklyn Mercedes Benz. I am not rich so just imagine how nervous I was going inside. My sales professional was Diana Chuisano. She highly recommended by a colleague. From start to finish my experience was stellar. Diana understood what my needs were, and she met them. Even sitting with the Finance Professional Mo was not scary. He gave me the terms made some suggestions, but not once did I feel pressured. He allowed me to make the best decision based on my needs. Tom Trella is just a class act. He did a terrific job finding me a E350 Convertible. He actually went above and beyond my expectations on features and packages included. The car is just beautiful! He spent time explaining the process and I really felt he was extremely fair and honest when it came to cost and price of the vehicle I appreciated his suggestions on the maintenance plans, tire plans and Mbrace. I never felt like I was being "sold" on unnecessary options. It was excellent advice. They took care of everything! Delivered the car, handed me the keys! Easiest process ever! I also want to thank Doug Wells, he also was engaged in the process and made sure I was happy and being taken care of. I have already recommended the dealership to others and will be back for the 2017!

As always Carol Morin treated me with respect and took care of my vehicle and provided me with a loaner car until my repairs were complete. In addition, Steven Bylis (Service Manager) always introduce himself and stated to call him with any issues and concerns. Came in just to look at a car and crunch some numbers to see if it made sense financially. Ended up coming to a deal very quickly and driving away with a new car. Ive since been back to have my car washed numerous times as you get unlimited car washes with your purchase! My experience with the service department fixing a minor issue was 5star and they had me in and out of there. My next Mercedes will definitely be from MB of Brooklyn

I needed an emergency non appointment service appointment for my ML 350 on Saturday December 21. Carol took me in immediately and addressed my issue. Even though I did not have an appointment, Carol made sure that my car was serviced within a reasonable time and I did not mind waiting. The alternative would have been to leave my car there. Carol was also very good about informing that the service was covered under a remaining warranty and that made the wait even better. Thank you to Carol for making my need and my safety a priority.

I went into the service center to get my car fix met with this nice young lady Carol Morin. she spoke with one of the mechanic and my car was fix the problem was taken care of. I had came back 3 times for the same problem but in speaking with her my problems as totally fix.. Please let this lady know she's doing a good job.

If you are looking for a Mercedes and you are anywhere near Brooklyn then go to these folks and ask for Tom Trella. I have bought a lot of cars over the years but this was the easiest and most pleasureable experience. Tom listened, understood my needs and then showed me a small selection of vehicles that were right for me. When it came to agreeing a price, he told me what he needed and I told him what I needed and we did the deal quickly. Car was beautifully presented when I came to collect it. There were a couple of hitches on the change over but nothing was too much trouble for Tom. He even grabbed an electric screw driver and changed the plates himself. Great experience and a great place. I have serviced my old Benz there for a while but this was the first experience on the sales side

We inquired about an ML350 we saw online--we received a call (don't remember the guy's name) advising us that the particular vehicle we wanted was not available. He didn't offer to do another search or anything! I said "OK thank you" and he said the same and hung up (said good bye 1st!). I have yet to receive a follow up call to see if I was still interested or to see if there was anything else he could do!! I'm in sales & I fully understand the importance of follow up calls & staying in touch with clients!! I guess Mercedes is making a ton of money & don't need mine!!
