Just took delivery of 2017 E Class Sedan and could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. Sales Consultant Michael Sobuszek was excellent and worked with me to make the right decision. There was no pressure and unlike other dealerships, they didn't use the typical tactic of turning me over to a Sales Manager in order to press and close the deal on the spot for lack of a better word. They gave me time to make the decision.The finance process was smooth and no pressure to try to upsell me on added features or costs. Finally, I had to take the vehicle in to get my tire pressure checked. The service advisor was amazingly helpful in showing me how to reset the pressures and explained in detail how overall process worked and how the pressures were set and maintained. He then actually volunteered a car wash, if I had time, which I've never had a service advisor offer before. I've always had to ask about car washes. This was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. I have say that after nearly 40 years of dealings with car dealerships and vehicle transactions, that this by far was the most pleasant. I've been into the dealership a couple of times since the purchase and the staff has been open and friendly, which I haven't seen before after making the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, if you are considering a new or pre owned Mercedes.F Kriess

We bought our GLK 2010 from Mercedes Arrowhead. The sales staff, service personnel and financial personnel were superb. They were kind, professional and supportive. Today I called and spoke to "Andy" in Service to schedule my 75,000 service. In the past, Esther (who was our service person) took Chandler Mercedes coupons - graciously. Today, Andy was rude and really insulting. He said "no way, Mercedes Chandler were hiring non-skilled people for minimum wage instead of Master Certified Technicians and they wouldn't honor anything from them. He could have apologized and changed his tone to tell me "no" but he was one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with in an automobile service capacity. I will not return - to do service, purchase or recommend!

Took in Sprinter to get checked out and ended up with a leaking roof at 12,000 miles, now warranty is out and we have to pay for a problem that was never fixed. Last year took in our Sprinter to get checked out and get its service done, however when we drove from Arizona to Florida, our car ended up shutting down in the middle of the highway and wouldn't start back up. Then we got to Florida and took it to their service and they ended up fixing it, spent our whole vacation at the Mercedes dealership trying to fix their mistakes. Then this year we take it again this year for a check up and they tell us everything is perfect, come to find out our roof was leaking from the rain. We called and asked for help but they weren't willing to help, were extremely rude through the whole process and hung up on us. Just because of all these incidents we've changed our whole out look on the Mercedes brand.

I worked with Michael Sobczak. It was obvious all he wanted was a sale. I could live with his horrendous grammar and accent, but everything else was too much. He said everything I wanted to hear even though he was not being honest. I should say that either he was intentionally lying or he was just one of the most uninformed salesperson alive. Some issues- wrong money factor on lease rate, didn't know about next years model with added features, service plan "included" which he pointed out several times, but I later found out to mean that they automatically charge you $1200 without disclosing it at all. I found out at the last moment after reading thru the contract in the finance dept. I was told about 10 times how important the survey was and how it affects his salary, which is just tacky. 6 weeks later I still haven't received the survey....coincidental? doubt it. I was asked to come in and sign the paperwork before the end of the month so it would count toward that months sales so I said ok. Once there, I was told the lease starts immediately. I said I came to sign the paperwork so the deal is closed, but my car wouldn't be delivered for another 2 1/2 weeks, so why would I start paying on a car that I don't have. Absolutely ridiculous! My car was promised and took an additional 2 1/2 weeks to arrive after it couldn't be found. 2 emails to the GM Matt Kinder have gone unanswered. When we got a loaner car after my car, Michael couldn't be found. Michael couldn't be located until we were driving away in the loaner, after waiting around 35 minutes. Real nice to leave us hanging and no one knew anything about the promised loaner car. I will say the receptionist at the front desk was very professional and concerned about us sitting there waiting with Michael nowhere to be found. Also, Josh was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to teach us all the car's features. I will never return to this dealer and will now have to drive 45 minutes further to go to another dealer which is absolutely fine with me. I am so frustrated with Michael and the GM. I waited 6 weeks after getting the car to write this review in hopes things would've gotten better but this dealership continues to disappoint.

If I could, I would give them a zero star review. They will do and say anything to make a sale. I purchased a new car in April with Bob Cross over the phone. When I went to pick up the car, a random person handed me the keys and then just walked away. A refund check that was promised by the sales person never surfaced. The worst car dealership experience I have ever had! I recently purchased a BMW in Portland and I throughly enjoyed the process working with the respectable sales people there. I will stick with BMW as they clearly have much better business ethics.

I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz this week, and I have to say it was my best car buying experience. Michael Sobczak was fantastic to work with and he helped us select the right vehicle. Michael made the buying experience very enjoyable and it was a pleasure to meet him. Todd did a great job in the finance department and Josh was very patient instructing my wife on how to use the many technology features of the car. Overall a great car buying experience. I will return again to Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead for a future purchase.

Prior to my C250, I owned a Lexus and I must admit that was quite surprised with level of service that I have received today. I had pleasure of working with Tina Griffith, she was a professional, polite and pleasure to do business with. When i got there, she had arranged for a service tech to sit with me and see what the issue or my concern was, I do not remember his name but he was just as professional as Tina. It was a real pleasure working with Michael Sobczak. We couldn't find a quality SLK350 in Vegas but found one online at Arrowhead Mercedes in Az. Michael called us right away, went over the features of the vehicle, sent us additional pictures and the carfax. Because the car was certified Mercedes and rare to find, we flew out to Arrowhead Mercedes. Michael had a car waiting to pick us up at the airport. The process there was quick and easy. We had been researching this type of car for a month and knew that Michael was giving us the best price without all the hassle. The car was everything we expected and more and Michael and the dealership exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend traveling to this dealership.

I'm always impressed when I take my car to this dealership for service. I was recently greeted by a friendly young man named Jay who got the car in and set me up with the service adviser Adrian. I got the B service package and was very pleased with the service. My car is always delivered to me washed and cleaned inside and out and looks great. I can think of many instances where I've been disappointed with customer service at stores and restaurants, it's refreshing that some places like this Mercedes dealer still know how to treat a customer.

Jeff Lane is a very reputable person. He went out of his way to not only get me the car I wanted through a dealer swap but gave me an outstanding deal on the car. He was direct, honest and did exactly what he said he would do. There were no surprises. We communicated for weeks back and forth to get the deal done and he found ways to save me money that I had not thought of. In addition he allowed me to keep my other Mercedes on his lot as a curtesy to me, until the new owner could pick it up. Then about a week after the sale he sent a gentleman, Chris, to my home to make sure I understood all the intricacies of the vehicle. Besides Jeff, Todd Davidson in financing was also very straight forward, no surprises and very hospitable. Other people I met at the dealership, though I don't know their names, were equally polite and eager to help me. I will go out of my way to do business with this dealership. Outstanding service. I HIGHLY recommend.

While looking to purchase a specific make/model of car, we found one here via a web search. The sales person (Jeff Lane) was very quick to respond to all of our questions prior to the actual sale, BUT as soon as the sale was complete and our check was cashed, I wasn't able to get any help from the dealership to assist me with shipping specifics, title info, etc. I was shocked at the lack of call backs after leaving messages at both the dealership and the sales rep's cell phone. Not only did Jeff not call us back, but the lack of cooperation from Thomas (sales management) and Todd (finance) left me in disbelief at the unsatisfactory customer service post-sale.If you are looking for a long-distance purchase from this dealership, beware of their lack of communication and good luck!

Purchased a car in June from MB of Arrowhead,given temporary plate good until July 29. When permanent plate was not received I called dealership with concern, I was directed to finance dept, left message ,no call back, Two hours later called my salesman,he informed me plate was mailed 4 days ago. I live in same town as dealership so I had my doubts. I called the DMV and they informed me that my registration was processed that morning. Called my salesman and told him what I had discovered and that I was going away for a long weekend,this was a Wednesday afternoon.He was going to get back to me. That Saterday he left me a message, plate was at dealership and I should come pick it up on Monday. Had to drive car with with illegal temp plate. Great Service Called General Manager to complain. STill WaitingHarvey Glickman

Bought my very first MB and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend coming here for your MB, there is a lot to choose from and the customer service is exceptional! From the moment I walked in to scope out cars, to test driving , all the way to driving off the lot with my new car. I had been searching for a new car for about 8 months and they've made this so easy for me, they took care of everything. I had almost every salesperson/manager greet me while I was there. They were very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. My salesman, Gary, was very honest, down-to-earth and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. They are all great there. Highly reccomend this place. Even to this day Gary follows up with me and helps me with my car and it has been over a year! Excellent service. Monday June 1st my wife and I took our Mercedes to Arrowhead Mercedes for service, when we pulled up Phil Tiemeier came from his desk to greet us, he shook my hand and then went around an opened the door for my wife. He then ask what he could do for us, I told him we were here for the B1 service on the car. He told us it would take about two hours and said if we needed to go somewhere he would get us a driver. We said we would like to go to breakfast, they took us and picked us up when we called. when we returned Phil told us there was no charge. He thanked us and said if there is anything he could for us just call. Phil Tiemeier is friendly always greet you with a smile, Phil i s an asset to Mercedes of Arrowhead and to the Mercedes Corporation. I had a great car buying experience with MB of Arrowhead. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle and I was provided the best possible pricing. I ended up custom ordering my car from Germany and Gary Kelly kept me updated on the entire process. He was very good at explaining the process and all the feature options related to my GLA 250. Gary even picked me up from house to go to purchase the GLA when it was ready. He has made me a MB customer for live. The dealership is very modern and clean and they have great customer accommodations including Starbucks coffee!

Between the USAA car buying service and my sales advisor,Luis Jordan,service was amazing! I could not be happier. I actually called in to ask about some warranty questions and weighing pre-owned vs new. Luis spent time researching my options before I even came in to test drive a vehicle. He invested his time before he knew if I was a serious buyer. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my tight schedule and they didn't try to push me outside of what I said I originally wanted. It gets better... I brought my 2014 M-B ML350 in for it's first 10K service, with a few extras that I wanted performed at the time. Alan Beracierto greeted me promptly, had my paperwork completed, and had me in a loaner car in a matter of minutes. The best part of this is that Alan listened to my questions, answered them to my satisfaction, and didn't make me feel like I was part of the usual dealership experience. One thing that I have noticed is that a lot of dealerships make you feel like you're part of sort of assembly line process, but Alan definitely puts an emphasis on customer service.I was called in the timeframe that Alan promised, and was told my vehicle was ready. The pickup process is as easy as the drop off, and rather than get shuffled off to another part of the dealership to pay at a cashier, Alan took care of the whole process from his desk, and my vehicle was parked right outside of the service department's door. All of this sounds pretty good, correct? Well, here is where Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead made the whole experience better. There's a story behind this vehicle, and one that not only should embarrass the dealer that I bought it from (NOT Arrowhead), but Mercedes-Benz themselves. I will not go into detail, but I will advise anyone that wants to do business with a certain Mercedes-Benz dealer in North Scottsdale to consider looking elsewhere.Upon picking up my vehicle from it's 10K service, Alan notified me that their detailer noticed my paint was in very poor condition, with holograms from poor polishing, scratches and swirls, and hard water spots. I then told Alan how the selling dealer gave me the worst experience in customer service that I have ever received. Go figure, this is a "premium" vehicle, right? When I took the issue to Mercedes-Benz Customer Service, basically they stuck to the script that I needed to resolve this with the selling dealer. After a protracted battle, M-B notified me that I could have the paint polished out at another facility, provided their service manager approved the price. Come on, Mercedes-Benz, this is YOUR reputation on the line. Well, as time is at a premium for me, I decided that was it, never again will I purchase a Mercedes-Benz vehicle again. Instead of standing behind the fit and finish of their product, they elected to hide behind their dealer.After hearing my side of the story, Alan said that he would be in touch with Vern Foutz, and see if there was anything that they could do. Alan seemed genuine in his concern, and wanted to do what he could to clear up my perception of how Mercedes-Benz does business. Within two business days, Alan let me know that they were confident they could polish out the paint, and make thing right. As a matter of fact, Alan said that I could bring the vehicle in the next day, and a loaner car was available, and that Arrowhead was providing this service free of charge! Let me remind you that I did not buy the vehicle here (I am regretting that I did not).The next day, Alan had the vehicle, and sent me on my way in a loaner. Five and a half hours later, Alan called to tell me that it was done, and that I'd definitely like what I saw. Honestly, that was an understatement, I loved what I saw. I got my ML350 back looking as it should have when I picked it up from the selling dealer! Phil definitely has the skill, technique, and patience to make paintwork glow!To sum things up, I would like to say thank you to Alan, Vern, Phil. You gentlemen are professionals, you offer genuine customer service with a personal touch, and both your dealership and the Mercedes-Benz organization are most fortunate to have you! We appreciated his responsiveness, even though he had a day off when we wanted to stop by. He made sure that we were taken care of...and we were. His Assistant, Adrian, was an incredible young man. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him out on the lot comparing the various vehicles. He was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, eager to ensure that we understood the features and options of each vehicle. We had a wonderful time with him. He let us spend as much time as we wanted with each car. He never once seemed bored or hurried. My wife and I were extremely impressed with this young man. After purchasing the vehicle, he took great care of us. He explained every feature and option, and he did it in a methodical and logical way that was easy to follow and understand. It was clear that he wanted us to drive away comfortable with the vehicle and how it operated. Again, he spent a great deal of time and showed incredible patience. I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150. Right? At a Mercedes dealer? Yup. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they had one. I did most of the negotiating via telephone. Right? Talk about being able to control the experience. Reached an acceptable deal including a trade in a couple of hours. Was not called by the Sales guy, then the assistant sales manager, then the sales manager, then the grand poobah. One guy the entire way. Very responsive. Got the deal I wanted.Then drove to the dealership the next day with check in hand. Still thinking this is too good to be true. Expected some SNAFU when I arrived. Nope. Truck perfectly prepped and ready to go. Test drive, sit down in the sales guy's office, work a little paperwork, then head to finance guy (he happens to do all the paperwork), signed several more documents, then out to my new truck and on my way. Entire experience lasted less than an hour and no screwing around. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.The next time I want a new or used car I will start looking at Arrowhead Mercedes. If they don't have what I want I will be sad!If you need a new Mercedes or a very good used car, start here and keep your fingers crossed.Jeff and the gang: thanks! During our search for a car, we talked to a wide number of dealers of various brands. Most salespersons were only interested if they thought they could close a sale that day. There was no follow-up.We were directed to Mercedes of Arrowhead by the Costco Auto Purchase program, knowing that Costco had already performed a review. I talked to Barry Bridges by phone and explained our situation and what we were seeking. Barry stayed in touch and called when he had a car that met our needs and desires. When we finally drove down to the Phoenix area from Northern Arizona, we found Barry to be friendly, low-keyed, extremely knowledgeable, and very business-like. I found the car I purchased on the internet, doing some specific searches for the model I was looking for. I found what I was looking for at Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead. I placed an inquiry on the internet and Barry Bridges returned my call. He answered all my questions. I was interested enough to drive out the see the car. He met me in the lot. Once again, we sat down, he answered ALL questions in a pleasant and polite manner. We then talked high level financing (ball park estimate of my payment). I had to think about the purchase a little bit, and left the dealer. Called back that same day and told Barry I wanted the car. He put it on a hold for me, until we could get back together a couple days later. I drove back to the dealer, and purchased the car. I really appreciate NOT being in a heavy sells situation. I have been a very happy MB of Arrowhead Customer for years. Last year I acquired a fantastic pre-owned C300 Sedan that makes me feel so safe on the road. Last week I had a flat tire on the freeway. The RoadSide Assistance was so awesome that I felt I was in a James Bond movie. A neatly dressed gentleman showed up quickly in a white Mercedes van, wearing a white shirt and changed my tire in ten minutes. The next morning when I called in, an appointment had already been scheduled for me and all I had to do was get to the dealership. I had several conversations with the friendly staff, a delicious cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, and took advantage of the free wifi service to stay caught up with all my emails. Before I knew it, my car was serviced, washed to perfection and I was on my way. This is not an unusual experience for me. I am an extremely loyal MB of Arrowhead customer!

I am giving Arrowhead Mercedes a "5" score on all categories because I had a wonderful experience buying my first Mercedes there. Promptly upon arriving, I was greeted by Barry Bridges. He was sincere and able to help me quickly and thoroughly. He knew his fleet/inventory well and was able to direct me to exactly what I was shopping for without wasting time. Honestly I was debating between the C250 and a Lexus IS250 and asked him why I should buy the C250. What I liked about barry was that he was honest, he didn't "bad mouth" Lexus, but was able to tell the edge MB has over lexus. He was knowledgeable about his product and truly very helpful. We were able to negotiate a deal that I feel was a win-win for both parties. He was never pushy, let me take my time in making my decisions, and had a great cheerful and pleasant disposition. The entire process was painless, and easy. He was very easy to work with. Nice facility and staff were very friendly. However, secure your own financing prior to going to dealership to shop for a car. Do not give them permission to run your credit. I had secured financing and requested that they used one of the two I knew I would get approval from. Found out weeks after the sale that they ran financing request thru at least 15 banks/credit unions that were never mentioned to me. Some bank even offered me shorter terms that were never discussed with me, and had many rejected my loan due to the length requested. Most rejected due to the large number of loan requests on my credit reports, this is due to the dealers (I had brought another new car last summer).. so it looks like they all do it. I will be contacting the AZ Corporation Commission to see if they can address this practice used by dealerships. I purchased extended warranty, only to find out that the previous owner had a transferable extended warrant better than the one I purchased, since I would have had to contact previous owners (contact information I did not have) to give their ok within 10 days. This warranty was never mentioned to me, I am sure the dealer had to know as all of this information was in the car's information package, I just kicked myself for not reading all of the information sooner, it would have saved me from buying an $1,800.00 extended warranty, when I could have paid $50.00 to transfer a better warranty from previous owner. Otherwise, I love my car...felt they gave me a great deal ! Rob Meyers was very pleasant to work with and would recommend anyone buying a car to see him, he's honest, sincere and will work with you to meet your needs.

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! It began with a general inquiry I had made through the Mercedes Benz corporate site 5 days ago, when I "built" an E350 sedan to the specs I desired. The site advised me that my inquiry would be sent to the 3 dealers in my area. Within 30 minutes, I received a well -written, informative introductory email from JEFF LANE, Internet Sales Manager, composed in such a way that it held my attention. The 2nd dealer in my area took 2 more days to respond, and the 3rd dealer even longer. After a brief phone conversation with JEFF, I met him on Saturday to test drive. I appreciated his no-nonsense, no red-tape sales approach, his candor and honesty. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars, patiently explained the lease numbers with me, and was able to answer all questions I had, and meet my needs to stay within my budget. Nothing was ever a problem, and by our second conversation, I committed to leasing a car from JEFF. Today, on just my second visit to the dealership, I took delivery on my car. I truly appreciated the professionalism JEFF LANE and TODD DAVIDSON, Finance Manager presented, as I had told Jeff my husband was bringing me in to co-sign, but then would be leaving to return to work. My husband was delighted, amazed and impressed that the paperwork took barely 10 minutes to complete! TODD never tried to push the "add-ons" on me, which was really refreshing. They were presented, I declined and we moved on. I have many friends who own Mercedes and shop at the dealer closer to my home - Schumacher Mercedes - but I will be sure to sing the praises of Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead to all of them, and send any one I can to JEFF LANE. I had a BAD experience with this dealer. This is why. My new CLA developed a crack in the windshield. We took it to Arrowhead Mercedes to be looked at. Esther Jordan was the person assigned to us. She told us that the windshield needed to be replaced. We told her that Allstate told us to have it fixed and they would reimburse us. Her first reaction was to tell us that they probably would not pay what the dealership would charge. She told us that we would probably have to work through a glass place that they recommended. We told her that that's not what our agent advised us. She seemed to want to discourage us from having it repaired at Arrowhead. We told her we were more comfortable having Mercedes do the repair. She then checked to see if the part was in stock. It wasn't but she said that it was "in town" and that they could get it. We then scheduled the repair for today. She told me to bring the car in at 9:00. I left the car. She said that she would call me when it was ready. It would take a god part of the day. When I got home, Esther called and told me that they did not have the part. They would not be able to get it until Monday. I would have to pick the car up and bring it back on Monday. I told her that she should have checked to make sure it was there before I came in. She didn't explain why she hadn't done that and didn't seem too concerned that she was wasting my time. I told her to forget the repair. I will take it some place else. I then put a call into the Service Manager, who has still not called me back! Shortly thereafter, Esther called me back and told me that the part had arrived. I told her that I had already arranged with another dealer to do the repair. I again asked her why she had not checked to make sure the part was in. She then told me that they don't actually order the part until your car is on the premises unless you pre-pay and she hadn't wanted to ask us to do that. That made no sense. I am taking my car back and will never return to this dealer. I expected better from Mercedes. The service manager, Vern Foutz, did call me back. When I told him that I was writing this review, he hung up on me!

Barry and the staff were a wealth of information and ideals, the experience was not what I was expecting. I'm a bit of a rough person and I came in with a mind set of what I would pay and they worked with me. When we could not get the discounts on what we thought we wanted and would get, Barry worked to get to that goal with alternates and upgrade us at the same time. In the end I was happy that they meet my Bull head with patience and solid suggestions. And the financing was a snap, no pressure and good solid suggestions, in and out in minutes, that has never happened before. I would recommend anyone thinking of stepping up to MB, to take the time to visit Arrowhead Mercedes! Ask for Barry.

Bob Cross was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable with a great personality. Once I called him with a go ahead, he had all the paperwork in place so I didn't spend more than half an hour to close the deal. This was a very good car buying experience and I recommend dealing with Bob at MB of Arrowhead. I thought the deal was very fair and most importantly, how quickly we were able to negotiate and close the deal. I have visited the dealership for service a couple of times and have not been satisfied with my experience. My service advisor was Nicholas Thompson. During my first experience they tagged an additional $100 to the bill for services that had not been discussed, authorized or communicated. My second experience was for worse than the first one - a typical "bait and switch" tactic. I was quoted $199.99 for a service, but when I got in Nicholas Thompson wanted to charge over $500 for the same service. The final straw was when the service department tried to "up sell services" that are NOT part of the Mercedes Benz maintenance requirement, but "RECOMMENDED" by the dealer. These services are flagged in "YELLOW" with a "CAUTION" status, making you feel that the vehicle really needs a lot of work done - the fact is that its a ploy to generate additional income, in my case I came in for a service for $199.99 and the dealership attempted to make an additional $1520.25 from me - No wonder the consumer does not trusts car dealerships. So be prepared before going to this service department.

I picked up what I thought was a new 2011 GL450 from the dealership in Oct 2011. I am only writing this now because even after trying to get the issue sorted out with them for more than 6 months it is still not resolved and clearly the company doesnt wish to resolve it.I contacted Jeff Lane of Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead through the Edmunds online service for new a car purchase (GL 450) and it appeared that they had the specifications that I was looking for. At the initial discussion; I was told that the car was at the sister dealership (Phoenix Motor Company) and that they were willing to bring it down for me. When I test drove the vehicle and enquired about the 500 plus miles on the vehicle; I was told that it was built in December 2010 and in the 10 months that had lapsed it was test driven by several potential customers (Intuitively, this made sense as they said that each test drive would put 10-15miles and since the car was in the dealership for 10 months the miles would translate to about 3-4 test drives a month).I picked up the car and 2 months later got a service warning and when I called the dealership they said that the odometer should have been reset before it was sold and instructed me to bring it in. Since I lived closer to another Mercedes dealership; I took it in and told them what I was told by Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead. To my surprise they informed me that the car has been on the road since December 2010 and was still registered to the dealership in California. When I called the dealership they told me that I had purchased a golf car ( I didnt know what that meant then but these are cars that are used for transportation in golf tournaments) and that I should have known that. When I told them that this was never disclosed to me; they were rude and obnoxious about that and almost called me a liar. Appalled by the sudden change in attitude; I approached Jim Astuno who was the general manager there. He further supported Jeff and dragged other sales members into the conversation and I have never felt more humiliated or insulted before. I eventually told them that although I found the way they conducted their business unethical and misleading, I was happy with the car and all I wanted was the additional I-year of warranty since the cars original warranty had started in Dec 2010. They initially agreed but dragged their feet and eventually refused to do that. My personal opinion is that the team there tries to get your business using any means possible and after that they really dont care. I hoped that this was a one-time issue but after talking to other colleagues who have picked up their cars there-they tell me that they will never return back. I wish I had known that before I approached Jeff Lane initially.I have purchased 4 other Mercedes in the past from other dealers and have had impeccable service. This company from top down has an unacceptable ethical standard that borders on a deliberate effort to defraud their customers.

Arrowhead of Mercedes Service deaprtment is sub par.No one greets you at the curb side. Stephanie, the service advisor, has been late too both of my appointments and was not speedy to get me on my way. 45 - 60 minutes to drop of my GL450 is unacceptable for World Clss Service at A mercedes Benz dealership.

DON'T GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT!!!!!!! They make you sign a non-refundable partial payment agreement, and no matter what the reason, they keep your deposit if you do not purchase the vehicle. Also, check out the Better Business Bureau complaints. They have SIX complaints and are considered very unsatisfactory. In order to stop them "stealing" from other potential victims, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I did business with their other dealership, Phoenix Motor Company. For your own well being be very careful. They are terribly shrewd.

Brand new dealership just opening and the staff is very friendly. As a new store in the Phoenix market they appear to be willing to step up and provide a competitive price, and they say service. Since when I bought my car they have not opened service I can't comment, but I have reveived a letter from the sales consultant and the service manager.That is a good sign.When we purchased our new car it was not as clean as it could have been. They arranged for us to return and have it cleaned the following week. They did miss a few small items but overall it looked great.
