During our daughters recent visit from CT, her new BMW was mentioned and how much she loved it and suggested we check them out. After dropping her off at the Orlando Int'l Airport early one afternoon for her return flight home, I asked my wife if she'd like to stop in at Melbourne BMW as it wasn't that far out of our way home. We stopped in and while searching their inventory of BMW's we met Salesperson Steve Tillman. Steve was very courteous, answered our questions relative to an X1 model, which we were interested in and was very accommodating in offering us a test drive. We were impressed with this car and advised of our interest to trade our SUV for the X1. Without any pressure, a deal was worked out with Steve and his boss Mundy Burruezo which was accommodating to both parties. As a result, my wife and I agreed that was one of the most pleasurable car purchases we ever made. After we got the car home, we realized that our X1 didn't have GPS, I called Mundy and advised him that we were not pleased with the lack of GPS, Mundy told us that he wanted us to be happy and that he would find another X1 with GPS and work out an exchange however, we liked the color combo of our X1 so much that we thanked Mundy for being so accommodating and that his efforts helped us make our decision to keep our original X1 and we love it. Thanks Steve and Mundy for being such gentlemen.

Having leased four BMWs from a dealership in Virginia, I relocated to Florida and leased my fifth. The overall service provided by Melbourne BMW and Denis Desousa in particular was nothing short of absolutely outstanding. We ordered the car for production and Denis provided frequent updates on the production and shipping status. He coordinated swift transfer from the entry port to the dealership so that I could take advantage of then current discount offers. The entire sales and finance staff were superb during the vehicle delivery, and Denis followed up after delivery to ensure I had no additional questions. I would highly recommend Melbourne BMW and Denis Desousa.

Buying a new car has never been a better experience for me. We stopped in at Melbourne BMW just to look at the new features I could get on a newer BMW. I owned a 2012 335IS and loved the car but wanted a larger car. We were greeted by Denis DeSousa who was friendly and willing to show us the cars he had on the lot and let us test drive the cars. I knew the color and options I wanted on a car but they didnt have one on their lot. Denis introduced us to the General Sales Manger, Mundy Burruezo. He offered me a good price on a trade in and worked with me to get me the best price on the car I wanted. Denis was able to locate the car I wanted that had already been built but not shipped from Germany. Mundy was able to get the car sent to his dealership and I didnt have to wait for a different car to be built. I feel like both Denis and Mundy treat us like family and will do whatever it takes to take care of our needs. We couldnt be happier with our decision to buy a 535I from Melbourne BMW.

Went in looking to see what BMW had in way of new models. Last owned one in 1998. Wow what a large inventory. Denis Desousa met us wondering the lot. He took us under his wing and showed us the various models BMW now has which was quite impressive. Mind you we were just looking. After seeing various ones we became interested in a X3. This particular one had all the bells and whistles. To make a long story short bought it on the spot. Thanks to Denis and his knowledge we were hooked!

Denis Desousa was very friendly and low pressure. Did an extensive test ride during which I learned lots about the X3 with the M Sport Package. After delivery, noticed the cargo cover was a bit spotted. They replaced it with a clean one no problem what so ever. Was also getting my 335i serviced with a nasty oil leak. The repair is warrantied for parts a labor for two years and John in the service department was diligent in getting the most from my third party extended warranty policy. They gave my wife a choice of loaners and she was happy (and that's MOST important) Thanks John! And Denis, I couldn't be happier with the SAV!

Using cars.com I inquired about a specific car listed. Received a prompt call and asked for additional information (specific options on the car) to be emailed. No email, tried again three more times, no response. For me they totally ignored electronic requests. I think they are only interested in people visiting them in person defeating my desire to get as much done electronically as possible and avoiding the run around and saving time. May well have purchased this vehicle had they been responsive.

The advisors in service are great. While I was was sitting in their new showroom, I came across a newer Z4 and fell in love with it. I drove from Orlando to melbourne to get price on BMW, When i got there i left in about 10 minutes. Salesman conned me into driving there and once there was given horrible price and was told it was because of my credit. I had asked the salesman to check my credit before i drove 80 miles each way to dealership, but he would not do that. So totally wasted my time, afternoon and gas to drive there. What a rip off.
