I ordered a 2017 Escape. Upon ordering I was told it would take 6 weeks for my new car to arrive. It arrived right on time and on my birthday. I went in and did my paperwork and all went flawless. My salesman was Brian Sladek and my finance manager was James Shock. After the paperwork was done Loren helped me by going over my car and all if it's features. I love my new Escape and Mel Hambelton Ford.

My elderly mother went to Mel Hambelton to purchase a used car because Mel Hambelton and his wife attended her church and she trusted them. However, the salesman and the finance manager used very unethical tactics in working with her. For example, they recommended that she put down $5000 cash before getting a loan for the vehicle, but their motivation was to get the amount of the loan down to the actual value of the car to have the loan approved by the bank.This sweet, Christian woman only made 3 payments before a serious fall left her unable to drive at all. At this point we discovered what the car was actually worth and what the dealership had done. We finally sold the vehicle for $2000 less than the remaining principal on her loan, which means that she lost not only the unneeded $5000 down payment, but also that other $2000 for a total of $7000.I'm afraid this is another example of how shady used-car salesmen and finance managers work. Yes, my mother should have taken one of us with her to the dealership, but she has been fiercely independent all of her life and truly believed that the Mel Hambelton name stood for something. It stands for something all right -- shady, unethical behavior to cheat even elderly great-grandmothers. I'm not sure how this salesman and finance manager can sleep at night.

This is my second time purchasing a new car through Mel Hambelton Ford. My salesman Stan Bogdan has been truly wonderful and easy to work with! Since Stan's transition to a new position he introduced me to Nolan Williams. Since I had a change in mind he made sure that I test drove all my options and answered every question that I had to put me in the vehicle that was perfect for me. First I would like to thank our sales person, Cody. He worked himself to death to find just the right truck for my son and car for my wife. He took his time, asked lots of questions and made sure to explain everything. Second I would like to thank the service manager, Scottie. When there was a problem with my son's truck he went far and above what was expected of him to get the problem corrected. I can honestly say that I have never had that type of service before. Having experienced the customer service that you get from Mel Hambelton's people has guaranteed that they will get my future business. This is what car buying should be and very seldom is.

bought a used car at the price of a new one. I actually wanted a new ford focus st but was told they had none and were not getting any more until next year. That was a lie they have had a few new ones since which ive asked about and was told they were already baught but yet again they are advertized online for sale. My car has dents they refuse to repair because it is used even though i paid $25,000 for a used focus st. They refuse to give me credit to compensate for a car that should have cost me $20,000. They are snakes, liars, and the second they have your money they no longer care what they sold you. First time i ever bought a new car and i will never go back. I will recommend any one i work with at cessna to not deal with them and my fellow service members in the armed forces.

I have spent a lot of money on service over the past several years on all my vehicles Ford, Pontiac, and Chevy. Never have bought a car from Mel Hamilton. My Chevrolet needed AC repair and I knew it would need a new system. I called the week of 18-22 July 16 and got an appointment for the service on 25 July 16. When I told the young lady that I would need a ride back home (I live in Derby), she wanted to know if I bought my car there, I told her no, then she said that they could not provide a ride for me because it was outside of Wichita. Needless to say, I cancelled the appt and will never go back. Plus, I will never consider buying a car there now. There are plenty of service centers who do want my business. My AC replacement also led to a fan clutch replacement and the customer service was excellent !

We started seriously looking for a new vehicle early July and Mel Hambelton Ford was one of the locations we visited several times over a couple of weeks, before returning to Mel Hambelton to make our purchase. In addition to Mel Hambelton, we also checked out the Buick, Chevrolet, Honda, Accura, Dodge, GMC, and a couple of other Ford Dealerships. At our first visit, we were greeted by Leonard Schroeder who showed us several models of the Explorer, answered questions, and provided multiple driving experiences over a couple of weeks to help us decide if the Explorer was the right fit for us, which it was. Leonard was very patient, knowledgeable, and quickly understood our desires, and explained the various options and safety features. While I give Leonard 5 stars for helping us with the decision process, I would give the team that handles the price negotiations something less. The initial trade offer was disappointing and embarrassing, especially since our trade-in was low mileage, very-very good condition, all major tune-ups completed including the timing belt, and I suspect clean enough to go directly to the used car lot. After some strong discussion, the trade offer was increased to what we expected, which still was at least $2k below the value it would be put on the Used Car lot for. The negation team also needs to have a clear understanding of the Incentives a Buyer would qualify for, and that it is clearly understood buy the Buyer before being taken to the the Finance team. I dont remember the young mans name in Finance, but he was very patient, very knowledgeable of options, and clearly explained everything to us. I would give him 5 stars as well. Overall, we are very happy with the Explorer, and I would have and will recommend Mel Hambelton to others, and I am sure we will use Mel Hambelton again when we buy another vehicle.

Don't buy here! I was trying to purchase a 2011 Silverado. They were asking almost 30k with taxes, which was way overpriced to begin with. I liked the truck but they were unwilling to come down to the price I wanted. A couple days after my first visit I received a call. I talked to someone who told me we could do 26k out the door. I come in today because they asked me too and what do ya know... They raised the price. I waisted hours at this place and didn't get the truck I wanted

I've bought many vehicles over the years. I love driving off the lot, but hate the high pressure sales approaches I've encountered over the years and admittedly have previously settled and bought a vehicle that would work, but wasn't what I really wanted or in my budget before. Today's experience was very different. I talkwd with Ali who listened to me and set me up with Stan to find an Explorer.I then met with Stan Bogdan at Mel Hambilton Ford in Wichita. He sat down listened to what I wanted, what I wanted to spend, turned on a movie for my 5 year old son and made sure he had lunch during our visit. I went in to buy a 2016 Ford Explorer and he got me in a nicer 2017 model that I LOVE and met my budget. I spent roughly 3 hours there total from start to finish and Stan and team exceeded my expectations.I don't remember the finance gentleman's name but he listened and kept my payment where I wanted.There was also a gentleman that gave my husband, son, and I Ford tees and hats, a box to move our belongings, and helped us program everything abs sync our phones.If you are looking for a good vehicle at a good price without the stereotypical high pressure salesman, go see Stan Bogdan at Mel Hambilton Ford in Wichita.Angelina AndrewsWichita

Dealer was respectful & polite. My brother in law works there & set me up an appointment on the day I needed it. I really didn't think I'd be driving home a new (to me) car... but I did. Dealer worked with me on budget and when I had to leave he made sure the car wasn't gonna be sold to someone else & got paper work going. When I returned financing was busy so had to wait a little bit but that was ok. Financial worker explained my options to me& offered other things to make sure I would be taken care of in the event anything happened to the car. I am enjoying my new car love the way it drives & handles. Especially love the cold ac. Thank you Bob!!

I purchased my Ford F150 from Mel Hambelton Ford, through Brian Sladek almost 5 years ago (and it is still going strong!). Originally I was looking for another make / model, to which Brian was willing to help me fulfill my requests. Brian was extremely patient as I shopped; he showed me numerous options and worked with me in every way possible; he was extremely accommodating for this picky shopper! At the end of the day, I fell in love with the Ford F150 Ecoboost that he introduced me to, which is still a joy to drive. Brian is a great salesman and a joy to work with in regards to customer service. I always enjoy catching up with him when I take my truck in for routine servicing. A big thanks goes out to Travis, Casey, Loren and Phil with Mel Hambelton Ford. I called yesterday wanting a 2017 Ford Explorer, they were quick to find me exactly what I wanted, got the financing done and today I went and picked it up. Travis was so patient with me when I got buyers remorse late last night and wanted numbers for other vehicles. He didn't even complain when I went back to the original vehicle. Once I got there the vehicle was so clean and beautiful right in front of the door waiting for me. I went inside and Casey took over from there, it didn't phase him a bit then I started running the numbers and double checking everything (which I might add had NO mistakes). He patiently waited as I read the contract and allowed me the time to work through my concerns. I then got a lesson on all the cool gadgets that the vehicle has to offer from Loren. Yes, I even had questions for Loren! The whole process took under two hours and I was driving away in my new vehicle (this includes all of the time I spent pondering on which vehicle to get)! I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service that I received at Mel Hambelton Ford. I recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

I have purchased several vehicles from Brian and Mel Hambelton Ford. Great dealership! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! New, CPO, Used...doesn't matter. This is your guy and your dealership. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly, insightful (many car guys lack that) and has a great sense of humor (helps take the edge out of car buying). I actually followed him from another dealer that closed. Couldn't recommend a better place or salesman. Always makes it smooth, quick and easy. This Time, it was less than an hour and I was already in finance! On that side of the house, they have an amazing finance team, especially James Shock. You could go somewhere else...but why?

When ever it's time to go truck shopping I start with Mel Hamilton and Brian. I will always know exactly what I want before contacting Brian and he does his very best to find that truck. For me it must must be the color and all options that I am looking for or I cannot even attempt to deal. Last year the used truck I was looking for never turned up and new wasn't in my budget, so I gave up. Brian never gave up , every time I sent a text with questions or wanted to test drive another truck, Brian was on it momentarily at work or away he always jumped on. The truck I wasted never surfaced. A couple months later, mom needed a new car. I texted Brian told him my intrest, pulled in the lot for a test drive and Brian had the Edge running and ready to go. With mom being on a walker, that really helped, as she just moved from our car to the Edge for a test drive. She loved the car but wanted to compare to others, and that we did. I.ended up texting Brian a number of where mom needed to be with her trade in. Brian and Brad came with a counter offer, it worked for mom so I told him to get the Edge ready. When we returned later in the day, all was ready to go. Mom only had to walk into the dealership once, to do the paperwork and was quickly on her way with her new car.

I took my Ford Focus in to have a head light bulb replaced. They ruined the the head light unit while replacing the bulb and charged me 70.00 to do it. When the other head light bulb needed replacing I took it to a local mechanic and he replaced the bulb in about two minutes without having to remove the whole unit and so no damage was done to the unit. And oh, it cost 14.95. Needless to say that the next time that I need any work done on my cars it won't be at Mel Hamblin. Also, I will never buy another car from them either.

I'm the type of guy who finds what I want online and then goes to the dealer with exactly what I want in mind. With that being said, I called Brian up while I was driving to the dealership. I gave him the stock number of the truck I wanted to see and he had it pulled up and ready to view when I arrived. The wife and I took a look and knew it was what we wanted. Now it was time to figure the money side. I had a number in mind and after some work on Brian's side he came back with a number that worked for our family. I really like the convenience of the quick lane service. The only complaint I have is that even though I had a 930 appt it still took over an hour and a half to get done. Also I saw my car being parked after the service was complete and it took the customer service rep more than 20 minutes to get my paperwork in order so that I could pay and leave.

I contacted Stan Bogdan because I was ready to get a car that would last me a long time. Bought a 2016 Subaru WRX with 800 mile on it and they put 2 xxxxx in the front bumper to mount their dealership plate. I drove 600 miles to get this car. When I called to bring it to their attention Jon Jackson said he would talk to someone about it. Two days pass and I hear nothing. I spoke with Cris Schul and she was trying to find something out as well. Jon called me on the 4/21/16 to tell me that they (GM, and other involved managers) were not going to do anything about it. I drove 600 miles to get this car, I bought it, so I owned it at this point and they put 2 sheet metal screws into the bumper. Jon call and apologized again. Why would you take practically a brand new car and run two screws through the bumper for your advertisement, you ruined the bumper. You would like to think that upper management would use this as a learning tool to not put screws/xxxxx in customers bumpers. Again they offered nothing. Finally I suggested they send me a Subaru license plate holder. So Jon said that he was going to send me a OEM Subaru front license plate holder to at least cover up the xxxxx. Thanks Jon, but I can not say much for upper management in the decision they have made for a "customer" that drove 600 miles to their dealership to buy their car.

I took my 2013 F-150 in for service and A.J. Dutton helped me. During the service they detected an oil leak and made an appointment with the main service center. Grant Stucky helped me there and the leak was repaired in a timely manner and they had me back in my truck in good shape. My experience was such that I will defiantly return for more work when needed.

After an accident my car was totalled leaving us looking for another vehicle sooner than planned. Stan did an amazing job helping us to find the right fit for us. But he also answered many questions through text and phone calls. He helped us through some of the insurance issues and was able to get out of our rental car sooner to save us money. He even helped me to transfer car seats and my girls' child size doll horses to the new vehicle! Quite a site to see your car salesman carrying a pink backpack and diaper bag with 2 horses through the dealership! Very impressed with the great customer service!! Many thanks to Stan!! We bought a 2010 Chevy Traverse from them and the salesman lied about it having Bluetooth. He also told us the headlights were $100 to repair which was a lie. After 2 days of ownership the car is pulling hard as well. When we talked to a manager we received no help.

My job requires me to travel, a lot, I have had multiple negative experiences with repair shops and am always afraid to even go to a mechanic. However I am very pleased with this one. I will return whenever I need any repair work again. Not only did they fix a problen another dealer either missed or chose to ignore (twice) they were willing to give me the old parts which i will place on the GMs desk and await his response as to why they could not fix this with several opportunities. When I started searching for a car, I knew exactly the car I wanted. When I found a car I wanted to test drive, I cringed at the fact that I would have to search at a dealership. In my past experience, dealerships were negative because you would be hounded by salesman who wanted to sell you a car and the pressure was horrible! Just want to say thanks to Ryan Trilli, my sales representative at Mel Hambelton Ford. I wanted a small car for my two boys to drive to and from school. Although I initially had planned to visit several dealerships in order to get the best deal; Ryan was prepared. I had explained what type of car I was looking for in advance of my visit. When I arrived Ryan had at least three cars parked near his office waiting for me to drive and review. After I selected the 2013 Ford Focus, he provided a Carfax report; met a reasonable price for my trade-in; and arranged for the finance department to prepared a small loan. The deal was done in about 90 minutes. Maybe it was a good idea to visit the dealership on a Thursday afternoon instead of the weekend.

I had a great experience at Mel Hamilton Ford and they always met our needs. They were nice dealing with us and they had a large variety of new and pre-owned cars and while they talk things over with their higher ups, there is a nice selection that you can choose from of complementary drinks from the main showroom area and comfortable chairs in the lobby with a nice looking TV to watch as you wait. The chairs in the sales area could be more comfortable. They were hard to get settled in and hard to not be restless in. Otherwise, overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend and visit again in the future. Thanks for a great deal, despite all the slow steps!

After undergoing, a rigorous 172 point inspection, one week after purchase, I noticed some vibrating in the steering wheel when brakes are applied at high speeds. After further inspection, all four brake rotors were warped. Unfortunately, after spending several wasted hours and gas. I am very concerned How And Why this vehicle was advertised and passed such rigorous inspection, considering the previous owner documented this safety defect, a week prior to entering mhfords inventory. Although, brake rotors are not covered under the extended warranty program, the service team repaired the issue, resurfacing the brake rotors without any hesitation.

Bought a used car from here. Tariq was friendly and helpful finding the car I wanted and sent me on to Casey in finance. Casey is very rude, pushy and reflects extremely poorly on the company. After finally getting the deal worked out with him and finalized (or so I thought) I receive a phone call a few days later saying I need to come back in and do it all over because it wasn't approved. . . Seems like a good company with the exeception of Casey.

I was in the market for a new truck and after a previous bad experience with Mel Hambelton Ford (which was eventually resolved to my satisfaction) I decided to give them another shot when I saw a truck I was interested in on their website. I contacted our previous sales rep Obi (who is great by the way) and worked with him to go over the truck. I did notice a few issues with the truck that I was assured would be fixed if I agreed to buy it, as this truck was a fresh trade in and still needed to get completely inspected. I was working with another dealership on a bit newer truck in OKC but decided to go ahead with this one as it was closer and more convenient. I worked out the numbers (again Obi was great) and we agreed on a price. I explained to them that I couldnt sign the papers until the following week because I was closing on a house and didnt want anything new on my credit until then. Since I knew my credit score, and the bank I would probably use, they let me take the truck, and took my trade.Over the next several days I noticed the grinding issue in the rear that was to be fixed was getting worse and worse. I also noticed a few other issues wrong with the truck including a broken brake controller, the alignment was off and a blown fuse. (minor, I know but I am spending 30k on this truck, you expect it to be good to go)I brought the truck in on Wednesday and Obi had a loaner f150 for me to borrow. He said the issues would be resolved and my truck would be ready that afternoon or the following day. I came in the next day to sign the purchase papers and to my pleasant surprise my payment was lower than expected because I received a better interest rate from the bank. Papers signed, still no truck, still in the loaner. Asked about it at service and they said they were still working on it and they would call me the following day. (Friday) I was a bit upset at this as I just closed on my house and needed a truck to move with, (the f150 loaner doesnt have a hitch receiver so I cant use the trailer I reserved to move) but I was sure it would have it back by the weekend.I called on Friday afternoon and was told I would get a call back after they checked on it. No call by 6pm so I called in and was told the service department was closed. I talked to Obi on Monday and he said he would find out on Tuesday what was going on. In the afternoon he said that the truck was waiting on approval and he would let me know. On Tuesday (today) I call in to check the status and was told I would have to wait for a call back from the service advisor, well he did finally call back and said my truck was STILL waiting on approval. UGH. So here I am, still waiting on my truck that I was assured would be fixed. They have had my new truck more than I have so far. I am not done moving, and have to be out of my rental by next week. My truck would sure come in handy right about now.On a side note, I did receive a call from a customer relations manager who asked how my buying experience was. I explained to him the situation (which he knew nothing about) and with no empathy to my situation he ended the call with no solution or resolution.Also, I asked my sales rep Obi about getting another key for the truck as they only gave me one and he said that he would have to get that approved as that is all it came with. This is a 30k FORD truck from a FORD dealership. They can make another key for next to nothing. I think after this experience I am done with MHF. Obi is great and I would love to continue to work with him but there is WAY too much red tape and one hand not knowing that the other hand is doing. I will let you know how this finally works out when I get a resolution.

With the large selection I was able to find the exact F150 I had been searching on the internet when I called from out of town. My wife has been living in Austin, TX for the last 5 years while I have been in Wichita. To move her here I needed to reduce my budget, a lot. I came into Ford want to get out of my lease with Infinity, payment was so high! Mel worked and worked until he could find a solution that got me out of my Car, with little money down, and into a new Escape Titanium. Then he was able to do the same with my wife car. So that day we traded 2 Infinity's for the Escape and a Focus Titanium. We have now reduced our payment by 40% and love the new cars. Mel and his team really showed me that Ford does have the high service like Infinity and Lexus which mean so much to us.

After finding out we had to begin an unexpected search for a new vehicle, my husband and I were just out browsing trying to find the right vehicle that was in our budget. The highest-pressure sales I have ever experienced! My salesman Cody Hazard was great right up until I stated that I needed more time to think and I felt uneasy about signing papers that night. Sitting in the Finance office so that I could better understand how a lease works, I quickly realized that they thought this was a done deal. I stated numerous times that I wanted to leave, wanted to wait until the next business day. I had only looked at 3 Ford Fusions, of course each with only a 10 minute test drive. I wasn't sure that Ford Fusion was THE vehicle. But everything I said was met with a rebuttal with a hint on belittling... "But you already drove several cars." "You came here last night and said you needed time, and now I spent today with you and you drove several cars. What else is there to think about?" "Why do you need to look at anything else? This car has what you asked for." The Finance guy even told me that he would likely lose his job if I didn't sign the papers! They were rapid fire in the end, both of them, and they were NOT going to let me leave. They eventually wore me down - I still cannot believe I allowed that to happen, despite my determination hours earlier that I needed time to THINK and research and understand what I was getting myself into. And of course, within the days to follow, I have serious buyer's remorse for leasing a new Ford Fusion. No, it probably wasn't the right car. No, I did not negotiate a good deal. Did they sneak a few things past me. Yep! They took those decisions and that opportunity for me to feel good about the deal away from me. In my eyes, unforgivable! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER! They should have given me the time that I begged for, and then I would have recommended them to everyone I came across. I teach and you can be sure that I will work this experience into many lectures in the future. An unhappy customer is not a good thing, but that night, Cody and his Finance buddy only saw dollar signs. Hope it was worth it. I will never forget that scene in that office that night.

I contacted Mel Hambelton Ford while searching online for a nicely equipped used F150. Even though I live in Colorado, Obi was able to answer all my questions, take me through a personal video walkthrough of the truck, and set up delivery service. There were a few outstanding items after delivery which Obi and others at the dealership took care of right away. Buying long distance without a test drive can be risky, but MHF offered a 30 day/1000 mile warranty which certainly helped my decision. Now after six weeks and about 2500 miles, I'm very satisfied with both the truck and the whole experience.

When I decided it was time to trade in my 2009 Chevy Traverse for a smaller vehicle, I visited several dealerships. At Mel Hambelton Ford, I met Stan Bogdan who worked very hard to find me a car that met all of my needs for a price that I could afford. Unfortunately, we realized that this car did not actually exist on their lot. Stan did not try to talk me into a car on their sales floor nor did he try to pressure me into changing any of my requirements. He went out of his way to answer my questions on various features of the cars and was always quick to answer text messages and phone calls as I made my decision on which car I wanted (even though he knew I was considering other brands of vehicles!) After learning exactly what I was looking for, he actually just went out and found a car that would be perfect for me! He set up delivery of a new 2016 ford fusion SE hybrid from a dealer in Oklahoma. While I was waiting for this car to arrive (only a couple of days later) he made sure I was able to use one of their current 2016 fusions as a loaner so that I could learn the features of my soon-to-be new car. During this entire time, Stan continued to quickly answer my text messages as I came up with questions about the vehicle. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived to the Oklahoma lot to pick up my car, it seems the other dealership had made a mistake and sold the car to someone else. Stan, once again, went above and beyond and found an EVEN BETTER replacement vehicle, a titanium! It arrived the same day as the SE that I was expecting, but with even more features. I LOVE MY NEW CAR and could not be happier with how the dealership handled the situation!I should probably also say that prior to this car purchase I had recently moved from Wichita, KS to Kansas City, MO. I honestly did not think I would purchase a car from a Wichita dealer, but had been back in Wichita that week visiting family. After working with Stan and his team, I will probably come back to Mel Hambelton Ford in Wichita for my future car purchases (and my maintenance/service when it is reasonable) in spite of the drive from Kansas City. They definitely go above and beyond to meet your needs. They were even able to help me understand what was required for titling the car in my new state!I can not say enough good things about this dealership and Stan in particular. If you are looking for a new car and are considering a Ford you should give him a call. I've purchased several cars in the past and this was, BY FAR, the most pleasant car buying experience (even in spite of the hang ups with the Oklahoma dealership).

We bought a 2012 Ford F150. Felt like our service was good but took a long time to complete the process. We got home , wanted to take down the spare tire to look it over and there was no Jack or tool kit. They were missing from the vehicle. The spare tire cannot even be taken down without the tool kit. We were told it would cost under 100.00 to purchase a replacement from Mel Hambelton in the parts department. Ordered the replacement , arrived to pick it up and it was now 160.00. Did not purchase it. We felt like it should be replaced at no cost. Would rather go to another ford dealer and purchase it. Lesson learned. Check to see that your jack has not been removed before closing the deal. Will not likely return to Mel Hambelton.

But the fuel pump was going out, and sales tax was about to go up, so I decided to make my first "big girl" purchase since entering the working world in my profession 3 years ago. My parents had always done the car-buying, so doing it on my own was scary! But my salesperson Guad Gonzalez was very down-to-earth and excellent at explaining the process, so the experience wasn't actually all that stressful. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier nicer salesperson. He was very helpful and I am soooooo happy with my new Ford Focus! Our salesperson Ryan Trilli did an excellent job of educating my wife Roseann and me about the 2015 Ford Escape, which we ultimately purchased. I visited Mel Hambelton on Monday night. They made an offer on my trade and a deal on a used truck. I told them I didn't think I would agree to it because I wanted a little more for my trade. After a night of thought, I called them the next morning to verify the truck was still for sale. The sales manager called me back and said it was and we agreed on the price. I spent 2 hours getting my insurance, property taxes, and financing settled. Then I called them back around 10am and told them I would pick it up at 6pm. Then I cleaned out my trade and got ready for a new truck. At 4pm the sales manager called me and told me the truck was already sold. And that it was sold the night before which seemed odd because I was there until closing and it wasn't sold. It seemed like they sold it. I went to a lot of trouble and it seems like they sold it out from under me today. Thanks for nothing.

I knew which vehicle I wanted when I arrived so I didn't spend time looking around. The salesperson, Kevin Denison, was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. He wasn't high pressure at all. He answered every question I had. After buying the vehicle, I felt uneasy about how the finance portion went. I realized several things weren't satisfactory to me so I returned and the staff was more than willing to help me out. They got me everything I needed and I greatly appreciated their help and understanding.

Just want you all to know how happy I am with my new 2015 Ford Edge, which I just purchased 2 days ago. I tell you the service was beyond Great. The sale man name Mr. Mir Rahman is a very pleasant person to work with. He has sold me two cars, ( a 2014 Ford Tararus, just last year) love it, love it. Went in looking for a good used car. With all 100 or so cars they have Stan took the time to show me the cars that fitted what I wanted! No selling up or "This is what you really need". We struck out the first trip but he remembered and called us when he saw a car that may fit. He was right, we bought it and love it! He gets a big ATTABOY from us. I am convinced that he really cared and listened to us! Not at all what we expected. Pleasantly surprised.
