We had an exceptional experience with Med Center Mazda and Billy Mansiell, our sales guy. I had not given a Mazda much consideration but after finding an article about the "10 best selling cars you don't think about" looked into a Mazda 6 for purchase. After consulting with a couple of co-workers who had and loved their Mazda's, they recommended Billy to me. The no pressure experience was invaluable as well as streamlining how much time I spent at the dealership. As we went through the looking process, I also took a look at the CX-5 which Billy allowed us to use over the weekend. My wife fell in love with the CX-5 so much that we went ahead and traded in her van, bought the CX-5, and also the Mazda 6 Touring Edition that I was initially looking for. Overall, everyone I consulted gave a double thumbs up to MAZDA as a brand, but I give additional KUDOS to Billy and the entire sales and management team at Med Center MAZDA.

They change the thermostat on my Mx-5. I had asked them to also change the air filter which I thought was dirty, they said the air filter was fine and did not need to change. Overall I was very well pleased with the service and it was done in a timely manner

In spite of the kind words, the dealer called me personally to verify the service was good. That is the definition of good service in my opinion, following up after I have paid. Used this dealer for exclusive service on my RX-8 for 10 years before buying a new 6 from them last fall.

I called a day ahead to get an appointment with the service department since I was driving in from Tuscaloosa. I was not sure exactly what time I would arrive but the service dept said they would work us in when we arrived. This was our first oil change service on our new CX3. We were able to check out a car to drive from our salesman while waiting on service. We received a call when the car was finished (took a little over an hour with tire rotation). It was a great experience for us. And yet again, we are very happy with Med Center Mazda.

Laurie responded to my internet inquiry promptly, and we set up a time to meet. She listened to what I wanted and took me right to a car to look at as soon as I arrived. At the time I only thought I had a small amount of time just to look at cars. The test drive was (of course) great. I love the way Mazda drives and handles. She was also very personable and friendly, keeping me from sitting alone while deals were being made. Laurie did not to the high pressure sales pitch and it was GREATLY appreciated. If she had, I probably wouldn't have left with a new car that day. I have NEVER had a good car buying experience and Laurie gave me my first! Thank you Laurie! She understands sales, and did a fantastic job.

Great buying experience. I knew what I wanted, so I contacted the Med Center Mazda dealership to ensure availability and discuss an initial offer. I was ready to buy and drove the 90 miles to the dealership. Traffic was heavy and the trip took longer than planned. I arrived about an hour from closing. I took a quick test drive and asked if there was any more wiggle room in the price. I was pleasantly surprised to save little more money and committed to the deal. We had a great experience with our Mazda car purchase. We weren't hassled at all, no "hard sell", and our salesman, Will, had a great personality and was fun to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in buying (CX-5) and easily answered all our questions. We usually dread the car buying experience, but this time was different. It wasn't painful at all! We also had a good experience with the guy who handled the actual purchase. He was very personable and fully explained everything we needed to sign and answered our questions. We asked that the check not be cashed until a certain date, and that was honored. They did not cash the check until the date we told them they could. All in all, it was probably the best car buying experience we've had. We'll definitely go back when it's time to buy our next car. Oh, and they had a very good selection of CX5's for us to choose from so we'd get the exact car we wanted.

They had the car I was looking for, presented me with the Car Fax right off. Hospitable & very professional. The whole process took just a little over 3 hours. Even though I had not yet received my loan check they worked it out so I could drive it off the lot. They gave me top KBB value for my trade in. There were a couple of small cosmetic damages they were pleased to repair without hesitation. The technician even called me to confirm everything & told me I could bring it back if I was not satisfied. The loaner car was nice, as well. Highly recommended & would purchase from here again. Kudos to Frank Farmer for pulling it all together.

Take all my cars to them for most work. Recently took my MPV in, left the parts and info on what I wanted done. Next day the van was ready, new parts installed, old parts given back to me and I was on my way. Good prices for work done. I don't get any questions if I bring my own parts, they just do the work......and I like that. Very easy to deal with. From one Barry to another.......good job.

Took car in for specific maintenance that I did not have time to do. I supplied the parts and the technician installed them (and gave me the old ones back so I could inspect them). In and out in a few hours. They didn't give me the run around about bringing my own parts, which some dealers don't allow, and they got them installed and all is good. Great place to buy a car (or cars in my case) or get your service needs taken care of. From one Barry to another, excellent job.

Med Center Mazda has absolutely been a Blessing to my family and friends. Unfortunately, the car buying experience is not always a pleasant one (to say the least). I have personally been involved in the purchase of five vehicles within the last 2 years (1 new and 4 used) from Med Center Mazda. Each experience was no hassle, honest, and geared toward our needs and our finances. Mr. Clarkson (new car sales mgr), Mr.. Pollard (used car sales mgr), and Mr. Eaves (finance mgr) are all class acts. My salesman, Mr. Will Lastrapes, is one of the most professional individuals I have ever dealt with in any capacity. He made sure that our needs were met during every purchase. Any problems arising after the purchase were also promptly rectified. I LOVE MAZDA'S!!!!! I am on my fifth Mazda from Med Center and absolutely love them all but the last one tops them all. I recently purchased the brand new body type - 2016 CX-9. All I can say is AWESOME!!! So many upgrades. Very classy and great for those with families. You can't find another vehicle with that many options and upgrades with the price Med Center offers anywhere else.Their staff is experienced and have all been there for many years. Their sales guys are not the "In your Face" type of sales guys. They are down to earth, friendly, and laid back. They ask about your family and make the experience of buying a vehicle great. Highly recommend going out to see them!

Med Center Mazda is a great place to buy a car. My wife and I visited the dealership to look at three cars Mazda CX-5, Mazda 3 GT-S hatchback, and Mazda CX-3. Our sales adviser Brian Stevenson approached us and allowed us to get a good feel for all three cars he was knowledgeable, not over bearing and at the end of the day allowed us to make the best decision for us. After viewing all three Med Center even let us take one of the cars home for 24 hours!! We ended up leasing a 2016 Mazda CX-5, great fair deal and car buying process was quick. The showroom is very nice and lives up to the Mazda Zoom-Zoom lifestyle. When my lease expires I will be looking to head back to Med Center Mazda for the next SUV purchase. Came in for my 20,000 Mile Service, also had a new In Cabin Air Filter installed. Everything went very smooth & was done in a fair time. On my way home, it felt as though the a/c coming through the drivers side vents were not blowing near as cool as the passenger side vents. It was very Hot that day w/very high humidity, so that could have had something to do w/it. Keeping my eyes on it for now.

We have purchase 2 new Mazdas from Med Center Mazda within a year - 2015 CX9 and 2016 Mazda6. The buying process was transparent and stress-free each time. They were fair with evaluating our trade-in and explaining all of our buying options. For the latest purchase, I visited several other manufacturer's dealerships, and was (more than once) extremely frustrated by the "old-school" sales tactics - high pressure, fake delays to keep me in the building, LOW trade-in value, rude behavior. The staff at Med Center Mazda, from salespeople to managers to finance were appreciative of our time and never tried to pad the transaction with options, or unnecessary accessories. We were a Honda family before, but made the switch, largely because of our experiences with Med Center Mazda. Both cars have been great so far. Looking forward to many happy years in our Mazdas!

I bought a used Nissan Frontier from Med Center Mazda recently. After a couple of days, I noticed a puddle of transmission fluid on my garage floor and found that the Frontier had a leaking rear transmission seal. I contacted the salesman that I had dealt with and told him about the leaking seal. I requested that Med Center Mazda simply fix the problem since it was obvious that the seal was leaking when they sold the truck to me. The salesman consulted his manager and the response was that they would not fix the leaking seal. An organization that is truly interested in customer service would have corrected the problem. Very disappointing. I'll never do business with Med Center Mazda again....Driver's Way is right next door and I've had good experiences with them.

My experience with Mazda has been great. I was able to keep my 2005 Mazda for years because of their service. Anytime I take my car in for service I am always greeted with kindness. The people there seem to care about the customer and the car. If they see that major service needs to be done and you don't want to have it done that day, they are not pushy about it. They let you make your own decision but explain to you how serious it can be and not to wait too long to have the work done. I like that they get you out as soon as possible and if they have to keep the car transportation will be provided. I don't have any dislikes about the dealer. I will continue to take my new 2015 Mazda to be serviced by their specialized technicians. I know that I will have it as long as I had the 2005 Mazda.

The salesman, Billy Mansel, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. All questions were answered and at times, my wife and I would change our minds on options and so forth and he would change as quickly as we did and begin working with new criteria. We came away with exactly what we wanted. The sales process has been streamlined since we last bought a new car and we received excellent customer service from Billy Mansel and are very pleased with our experience and our purchase. The sales manager Matt was very helpful before I even arrived at the dealership and continued to be pleasant and helpful throughout the deal. Adam, who handled our financing was excellent and no questions were unanswered. He was pleasant and personable. Medcenter Mazda has taken a very proactive approach to customer service and there is no question if nothing changes, we will purchase there again in the future.

Stacy Chickadaunce did a fantastic job from the moment I pulled on the lot to look at a vehicle I found on-line. Once I was at the facility I seen another car that I absolutely had to drive. She got the keys for me and all it took was a trip around the block and I was sold on the quality and excellent condition of the vehicle . I appreciate all the hard work that Stacy and the finance team did to make the process smooth and enjoyable for me. It has been almost 10 years since I have been able to buy another vehicle and when I go to look again in the future I will definitely go back to Stacy and the rest of the team at Med Center Mazda.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy Equinox. The buying experience was perfect. We started the process with Ed on Wednesday night and closed the deal with Billy on Thursday afternoon. The price was perfect, they were able to get us no money down, and the monthly payment was $80 below what we budgeted for. After the purchase was complete, I began receiving e-mails letting me know that we were apart of the family now and they would take care of us even after the purchase. I e-mailed back and let them know that I noticed a few issues after we drove away. I was then told to bring the vehicle by and the problems would be taken care of, which I did. I began to try to explain what I found to which I was cut off and asked for they key. I was then told that it would be at least an hour before they could get to it. It seemed like he was trying to get me to leave. I told him I could wait. About an hour later, he brought my keys back and said that they were able to fix one of the issues because they would have to order the part. I began to ask about one of the other issues to which I was rudely cut off. He raised his voice at me and said, "I told you that you bought it as is, I told you we would fix the lights and that's it." I had nothing else to say to him and walked out of the store with my 1 year old daughter. My final verdict, don't send me an e-mail offering to take care of me if you are just going to treat me like dirt with I do come by.

Went to Med Center to see if we really could get a new car and still save money, too. Will Lastrapes worked with us and his finance people and after a couple of glitches was able to put us in a new CX-5 and lowered our monthly payments a few dollars, even after adding some items to our new car that we didn't have on the old one(also a CX-5, 2014 model). Very happy with the dealership and the results we were able to get. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal and a reliable dealership.

I was shopping for a car on a tight budget. I went to several dealers, and they all said that I was basically looking for a "unicorn" of cars because of my budget vs. needs. Best car buying experience I ever had. Just bought my wife a new Mazda MX5. She is thrilled with the car. Since this was a surprise birthday present. I'm the one who did the shopping. I looked all over on line and talked on the phone with multiple dealers. Then I talked to Will Lestrapes at Med Center Mazda. Will went out of his way to make a deal happen. Over the years I have bought a couple dozen new cars and have always bought from local dealers. Frankly I was a little skeptical about dealing with an "out of town" dealership. Worked out the deal on the phone. I could not ask for a better, straight forward, bottom line experience. When we arrived at Med Center to pick up the car, everyone was friendly and professional. The paper work was all in order with no surprises. I'm glad I we drove the 100 miles. We are so pleased I expect to make the drive for any servicing. First visit to a Mazda dealer and was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the salesman, William Lestrapes. William was very knowledgeable of the engine, drivetrain, and all the upgrades that Mazda offers on their vehicles. We drove a CX5 GT and a Mazda 3 GT, we were impressed by both vehicles. We bought the Mazda 3 GT sedan because of the great mileage and comfort. The dealership was very responsive to getting the financing taken care of and then getting the car detailed for delivery. We enjoyed the professionalism and highly recommend the MedCenter Mazda dealership to everyone. Of course, take a test drive and you will be sold on any of the Mazda models.

Salesperson Will Lastrapes was excellent - he was patient with me for over a year before I purchased my vehicle. He and the sales manager helped get through the negotiation stage very quickly; the "internet" price gets the new vehicles down to a very acceptable price right off the bat. The paperwork was done in a very efficient manner as well - all computerized. The car was delivered perfectly clean with a full tank of gas, and Will was very helpful with going over the primary features of the car (including phone - bluetooth sync). My experience with Matt and Med-Center Mazda was wonderful. From my first inquiry Matt was responsive, thorough and upfront about every detail. He truly understands today's buying climate and is very comfortable with the negotiating process. During our interaction, I was in contact with at least four other dealerships - NONE of them offered the service provided by Matt. I never felt he was trying to hide any details, oversell, or pressure us to buy something we didn't need or want. He answered every question and provided every detail that I requested. We bought our car at a time of year when most dealers are trying to sell off their previous year models. The 2013 model/trim I wanted was no longer available at Med Center Mazda. Instead of trying to upsell us a 2014 from his lot, Matt researched and FOUND exactly what I wanted at a dealership in Tennessee and arranged for its delivery free of charge. More importantly, he STILL met our very competitive OTD price and provided the extended 100,000 power train warranty that is provided from Med Center Mazda. On the day of the actual sale we arrived from the Auburn/Opelika area to find a staff of friendly people at the end of a long work day - it was 8pm! Matt had the car detailed (thanks for the great job, Wayne!) and while my husband was signing the paperwork, Will took me for a test drive to explain the car's features and fill the tank. We were home with our new car by 10:45 p.m. There is quite literally NOTHING more that could be asked from a dealership experience. Total ease with negotiations, a great deal on a fabulous car and FLAWLESS service.

Yet another example of a dealership that refuses to join the rest of us in the "How to do business in the 21st century". Folks, if you encounter a dealership that refuses to price vehicles by way of the internet, you've found yourself a business that's likely going to take great pleasure in keeping you "captive" in their dealership while their sales people and their sales manager spend hours acting as though they are working on your behalf. I requested an OTD price on a specific model (stock number included) only to receive a response that I needed to call the sales person. Seriously? Does your insurance company require you to come to their office to get the price? Does Amazon ask their customers to go to their corporate location to price a book? Understand too that I am shopping with "S" plan pricing. This requires them only to pull the invoice, look at the bottom left hand corner and effectively regurgitate the price. It's not rocket science. Typical "we are doing you a favor mentality" going on here from a dealership stuck in last century business practices. Do yourself a favor, move on to a dealership interested in selling a vehicle without the hype and the drama you've come to expect from this industry.

Adam was very genuine and did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted for a price I could afford. Absolutely amazing experience! Robert Johnson and the entire staff of Med Center Mazda worked with us through the entire process. We test drove 2 cars and bought the 2nd one-Robert knew exactly what we were looking for. They cleaned the vehicle up in pristine condition, packed it with top quality fuel and we were on our way. The financing department was top notch and explained everything perfectly when it came to the paperwork-no hassles, confusion, or games. The showroom was VERY clean and they even had a cafe area (complete with a racing game on their playstation that my daughter raved about). All and all, I would recommend ANYONE wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle to head to Med Center Mazda. Their salesmen are all about the relationship to their customers, not their bottom line. I can't wait for our next vehicle purchase.... can you guess where we'll be going?

I drove all the way from Huntsville, AL and purchased a new Mazda Miata and love it. I had previously spoke to Matt and Josh over the phone and told them what I was looking for. Matt automatically knew what I wanted and sent me a picture immediately. Josh called me right after and I dove to Birmingham on Tuesday; March 26 to get my new car. When I arrived, I met Will. He greeted me and was so very nice and helpful. The process was painless and they made me feel as if I was one of them. Josh and Matt made it financially able for me to purchase my car so thanks to them. Will even took my Bear Bryant hat as a memento. Being a previous Mazda owner (CX-9 and husband's RX-8),I had my heart set on another Mazda vehicle, and the newly redesigned Mazda6 did not disappoint! However, none of my local dealerships had deals that were that great. I began looking online, and Med Center Mazda was offering a great deal on the car and package that I wanted. The 4 hour trip didn't bother me, as I purchased my CX-9 in Missouri. I inquired online, and Matt Clarkson contacted me within 10 minutes. We chatted about the particulars, including my trade, and he asked several questions and explained the different Trims and Packages to make sure I was getting exactly the car that I wanted. He was always available by email, text, and phone to answer any questions and iron out any details. He gave me a good value for my trade, and we sealed the deal. He even arranged for someone to deliver my new car, bring my paperwork to sign, and take away my CX-9 the same day! The delivery driver was equally as helpful, as he went out of his way to make sure I had no issues whatsoever in my delivery. He even added extra air in my tires, bought a tire gauge so we knew the tires had the correct pressure, and even insisted on buying me a new set of valve stem caps when we discovered that one was missing! The entire experience was smooth, and it really changed my entire view on the "dreaded car buying experience", as this was as painless and as pleasurable as a buying experience could be, especially since everything was done remotely! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership! I will have to stop by to visit whenever I make it to the Birmingham, AL area, just to see these great people in person!

Just purchased a new Mazda CX-9 from Med Center Mazda. I traded in a new 2013 Pathfinder that I was dissappointed in, and was able to get into this CX-9 and love it. I have owned several brands of cars including all of the Japanese import except Mazda. I really didn't know what I was missing in the Mazda brand. The car drives great, looks great and I am very pleased. It is a great alternative to the typical family SUV's, which are somewhat boring to drive. I've had only the car a few days, but couldn't be happier thus far. With regards to Med Center Mazda, they were great to work with. The sales manager Matt and my salesman Tom were very professional to deal with. I made a three hour drive from my hometown that had three Mazda dealerships in it, to buy this car from Med Center Mazda . Great overall experience and I highly recommend them and the Mazda brand.

My wife owns a Mazada RX 2004 model. The last time we took it to the dealer ship the engine flood and they replaced a starter. That was done at 57,000 miles. This car has given trouble ever since we bought it home. I notice on the computer that Mazada has extended the warranty to 100,000 miles. This car only has 61,000 miles and has been in our garage for 6 months broken down again. I had plugs put in the car and still had problems. I called the medical center mazada and the service man inform me that the engine is bad. Mazada never contacted us about the recall on warranty, when ask about the warranty I was told it only good for 100,000 miles or 8 years. I still have not received any info on this warranty. Mazada Medical Center said they could do nothing for me. I would felt more settle with them if they said that they would contact Mazada and tried to take care of this problem. If Mazada refused I would not be as upset as I am now, because the dealer tried to help me.
