Clyde Parks is a great dealer to work with. He is friendly and personable. He is a no pressure dealer and we love that. We like to make our own decisions and not be pressured into it. We actually bought an Accord on Saturday and came back Sunday and bought a CRV. Love them both. We got service with a smile. We have bought three Hondas from Clyde and have owned 13 now. We will be back.

Took my car in for a replace and they messed up battery so I had to buy a new one and then broke the windshield wiper lever and have refused to fix it. Will not take blame and will not call me back. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. One recall has cost over $200 to repair the problems the service department has caused.

one of the best dealers around. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to try these folks and Lindsay is the man to go to. I was looking for a car since 3 months & went through the usual car dealers BS and was expecting the same with these guys but was surprised on the straight forwardness without any sleazy tactics. I would once again say Lindsay is the go to person, he is very knowledgeable, friendly.for the first time, buying a car was easy & pleasant.

Clyde Parks was my sales person for the purchase of my crv. My experience was painless. He took care of every aspect of the purchase including the accessories. He set up my Bluetooth saving me time and allowing me to drive away with a fully functioning system. He went through all of the new features not on my previous purchase from this dealership. I would definitely buy a third vehicle from Clyde.

SECOND CAR I BOUGHT THERE. PICKED UP CAR WEDNESDAY 7/16/2015. BOUGHT THE CAR AS IS, MECHANICSVILLE HONDA SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL NEW TIRES AND DO WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO PASS INSTECTION. THE CAR HAS 3 DIFFERENT MAKE OF TIRES ON IT NOW! GOT IN THE CAR AND LEAVING THE PARKING LOT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. LEFT THE NEXT MORNING FOR A TRIP OUT OF STATE. AFTER AN HOUR ON ROUTE 95 THE RIGHT REAR TAILLIGHT FELL OFF. AND SHORTLY AFTER THE AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO HONDA, THEY DID INSTALL A TAILLIGHT. I TOLD THEM THERE WAS A LOUD CLUNK IN BOTH THE RIGHT AND LEFT FRONT END SOUNDED LIKE THE BALL JOINTS ARE BAD, AND THAT I WANTED THEM TO CHECK THE ROTORS TO MAKE SHUE THEY HAD NOT BE RESURFACED MORE THAN WHAT IS RECOMENDED. THEY REFUSED TO CHECK ANY OF IT! SAID IT HAD ALREADY BEEN INSPECTED. BE CAREFUL! THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOUR SAFETY! IF YOU BUY HERE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY DO IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP

We just bough our 4th Honda. We have always had good luck them, but I wanted to try something else for a change, however, after dealing with several other dealerships we found that not only did they give us the best deal but our salesman, Clyde Parks, made everything so easy for us. I am so pleased by the customer service, cleanliness and friendliness of the salesperson Robert "RJ" Jackson. He was enthusiastic about selling me the "right fit" car. I told him up front what I was looking for and the price I could handle. He asked several questions in order to get the best car for my money. He stayed over to make sure I was happy with my selection and that the appropriate paperwork was completed. I came to Mechanicsville Honda around 3 pm and I didn't want to be rushed. I found a few cars that I wanted to test drive and RJ made everything smooth and easy. I wasn't pressured to buy a car that day but I am so glad I was. I told RJ I needed to "look good" in a car and I am still smiling a week later. I am so happy with the service that I received.RJ should be labeled "Salesperson of the Year". I will come back to Mechanicsville Honda for further purchases and my daughter will be purchasing her next vehicle from RJ at Mechanicsville Honda as well. She's a college student with an old Honda accord just like I have but eventually it will die like mine and she will need to purchase another car or truck.Thank you RJ for everything. I have to say this was the best buying experience I have had anywhere. The service and willingness to choose the right vehicle for your needs was outstanding. No pressure sales techniques, very easy to work with, and the eagerness to help you along the car buying process are just a few great characteristics to describe the staff . Steve (Sales Consultant), Billy (Sales Manager) and Mike (Finance Manager) are great to work with and I was very pleased with how I was treated. I purchased a brand new 2013 honda accord sport in Spetember of 2013. The worse thing I could have done. I have had the car for 4 months and both of the right wheels knock when I hit a bump in the road, the interior on the passenger side door panel is coming apart and My Paperwork Has Incorrect mileage. I have been to the dealership 3 times and they have not done anything to fix any of the problems. When I showed the representative the paperwork that has 3254 miles when my car was suppose to be brand new he marked thru it and said it was a computer glitch. It is still a document that has my signature on it with the incorrect information. when I called to speak to the manager he hung up in my face. Then when I went back to the dealership to see if they could give me a deal on another car,the Car that was on the website was not the car that was in the parking lot and they refused to make that change In price difference. I drove a hour to get a car that was not even there and nothing was done about that either. It has been problem after problem. Since nothing has been done I have hired a lawyer because no one has fixed any of the problems or put effort to. I find that applying false information is a big deal with my paperwork and the information on their website.

I used the USAA Zagg Pricing to find the price of my 2011 Honda Accord coupe. The closest and lowest price dealer was the Honda dealer in Fredericksburg. Due to past service issues at said dealership I refuse to give them any more business in sales or service. The only dealer that would match their price was Mechanicsville. The staff at Mechanicsville Honda was amazing to deal with. Christy Kubicki really took the time to make sure I was taken care of. The same can be said for Ming, and the rest of the staff that helped me. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new Honda to give Mechanicsville a try. I live over 50 miles away from the dealership, but feel the drive was well worth it. I saved the same amount of money as I would have in Fredericksburg, but the staff was much better to deal with.
